Description

[0001] ORE UNLOADING POINT FOR THROUGH PASSAGE OF DUMP

[0002] TRUCKS OF VARIOUS WIDTHS BY DIMENSIONS

[0003] The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to open-pit mining of mineral deposits using dump trucks of different widths for transporting ore with a through passage through an unloading point.

[0004] A device for unloading dump trucks is known, containing beams for the passage of a dump truck over a bunker, unloading plates that are attached to the beams from the side of the receiving opening with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane, the track for passage is formed by fences that are equipped with winches, the cables of which are attached to the unloading plates with their outer edge (Patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 35996, IPC B65G 67 / 24, Bulletin 50, dated 12 / 15 / 2022). The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of the design; it is necessary to have special winches on each unloading plate, a control system and power supply for them.

[0005] A known device for unloading dump trucks, taken by the authors as a prototype, contains two beams for the passage of a dump truck over an ore receiving hopper, paired unloading plates in the form of a rectangle, each of which covers half of the hopper opening on its side, which are attached to the beams with the ability to rotate in a vertical plane, the rotation hinge is located on the unloading plate with an offset towards the outer edge, so that the length of the plate above the hopper is greater than the length of the plate behind the hopper; at the end of this section of the plate there is a counterweight (Patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 34570, IPC B65G 67 / 24, Bulletin 36, dated 09 / 1 1 / 2020). The disadvantage of this device is the technological limitations on the service width of dump trucks; for different widths of the dump truck, different parameters of the unloading plate are required, since when unloading ore, the plate turns down under the infl uence of the weight of the ore and pours the ore into the hopper, after which, under the influence of a counterweight, the plate turns in the opposite direction. 'Phis mode of' operation requires certain length parameters of the plate, which cannot be provided for different widths of the dump truck. The distance between the rotation hinges of paired unloading plates should not be greater than the width of the hopper, hence the distance between the dimensions of the paired wheels of a dump truck cannot be less than this distance, and the length o f the plate above the hopper cannot be more than half the width of the hopper. The wheels of the dump truck run along the shortest part of the slab, where the counterweight is located. If the distance between the plate rotation hinges is large, small-width dump trucks will not be serviced. If the distance between the rotation hinges of the plates is small, the wheels of large-width dump trucks will not fit on the unloading plates, which will lead to the fact that part of the ore will be unloaded onto the beams and will not fall into the hopper.

[0006] The objective of the invention is to increase the technological capabilities of the unloading point by expanding the range of widths of serviced dump trucks.

[0007] The technical result is achieved by the fact that the ore unloading point for the through passage of dump trucks of different widths in dimensions, containing two beams for the passage of a dump truck over the ore receiving hopper, paired unloading, plates in the form of a rectangle, which are attached to the beams with the possibility o f rotation in a vertical plane, a rotation hinge is located on the unloading plate with an offset towards the outer edge, so that the length of the plate above the hopper Is greater than the length of the slab behind the hopper, at the end of this section of the slab there is a counterweight, in addition, the length above the hopper of one slab from a pair is equal io the width of the hopper, at the end of this section of the slab there is roller, the second plate of the pair does not have a counterweight and a section above the hopper, which is replaced by a rigidly fixed rod that interacts with the roller.

[0008] Figure 1 shows a scheme of the unloading point; Fig. 2 unloading plates, top view, Fig. 3 - scheme of the entrance of a dump truck to the unloading point. Fig. 4 .. diagram of ore discharge when turning the unloading plates, in FIG. 5 top view D of the unloading plates when dumping ore.

[0009] The ore unloading point consists of two parallel beams 1 (Fig. I ), on which a large unloading plate 2 is installed, having the shape of a rectangle with rollers 3 and a small unloading rectangular plate 4 with a rod 5 (Fig. 2). Both plates 2 and 4 are installed with the possibility of rotation around hinges 6, which are installed at a distance L equal to the width of the receiving hopper, which is installed below the unloading point. The support with the hinge 6 is placed on the plate 2, so that the first part of the plate, from the hinge to the left end and which is located above the hopper, is equal to the width of the hopper I... The second part of the plate 2 from the hinge 6 to the riaht end. where the counterweight is located, has a length less than L. At the extreme end of the plate 2 there is a counterweight 7, which creates a rotation torque around the hinge 6 clockwise and presses the plate 2 to the beam 1. The small unloading plate 4 is located only above the beam 1, and the rod 5 is rigidly connected to it, is located above the receiving hopper and interacts with roller 3. In the normal slate, plates 2. and 4 are in a horizontal position and lie on beams I .

[0010] The ore unloading point works as follows. A dump truck 'with ore drives up io the unloading point (Fig. 3A), drives along it and stops (Fig. 3B), then lifts the body and unloads the ore at the unloading point (Fig. 3C). The ore falls on unloading plates 2 and 4 (Fig. 4, 5). The gravity of the ore on the unloading plate 2 creates two torques around the hinge 6. The length of the left part of the plate 2 is greater than the length of the right part of the plate 2 with the same width of both parts. The mass of ore on the left side will always be greater than on the right side of plate 2. An increase in the mass of ore as the dump truck is unloaded will lead to the fact that the torque from the mass of ore and the mass of the left part of plate 2 will become greater than the torque from the mass of ore and the mass of the right part plate 2 and counterweight mass 7. Plate 2 will rotate around hinge 6 counterclockwise. Roller 3 mounted on the end of plate 2 will act on rod 5 mounted on plate 4, which will also contain ore. 'This action will rotate the plate 4 around the hinge 6. When both plates 2 and 4 are rotated, the ore will fall from these plates into the hopper. Without ore, the direction of the torques on the plates will change, after which they will both return to their original position.

[0011] In the prototype, the length of the part of the unloading plate, which is located above the hopper, is equal to half the width of the hopper L. The length of the other part of the unloading plate should be less. If the length of the part of the plate above the hopper is 0.51..., then we can assume that the length of the other part is 0.4L.In the proposed solution, the length of the part of the slab above the hopper is equal to L, the length of the other part should be less, let’s take the length equal to 0.7L. The length of the plate 4 can be the same length .

[0012] The length of the short part of the slab in the proposed solution is 1.75 times greater (0.7L / 0.4L-1 .75) than in the prototype. Increasing the length of this part of the slab and the length of slab 4 on which the wheels of the dump truck ride by 1.75 times will significantly increase the range of widths of dump trucks that can pass through the unloading point.
