The invention relates to an anti-vibration structure (1) for motors and other mechanisms, formed by, among other elements, a support plate (2) that is resistant to pressure and to water and other liquids and which is of an appropriate size to support the motor or mechanism (8) for which it is intended; and silent blocks (3), strategically attached to the underside of the support plate (2), by means of adjustment screws (4), the silent blocks reducing vibration and noise and adapting to the irregularities of the surface on which the motor or mechanism, supported by the structure of the invention, is installed. These features of the anti-vibration structure (1) extend the useful life of the motor or mechanism (8) and increase the safety of the installation and the environment thereof. The surface of the support plate (2) comprises holes (5), which allow any commercial model or design of the motor or mechanism (8) to be attached to the structure (1) of the invention, to implement the functions thereof. A drawn or stamped element (9) on the support plate (2) exponentially increase the resistance of the plate and allows any leakage of water or liquid from the motor or mechanism (8) to be collected and guided by means of a tube (7) and emptied to the outside or into a tank. The anti-vibration structure (1), in order to monitor any leakage of water or liquid from the motor or mechanism supported thereon, comprises a water leakage sensor (6), which detects and communicates any incident to a mobile or central device.

Description

[0001]ANTI-VIBRATION STRUCTURE FOR MOTORS AND OTHER MECHANISMS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this descriptive specification, relates to an anti-vibration structure for motors and other mechanisms, especially water pumps. The aforementioned structure consists, among other elements, of a support plate made of a rigid and resistant material, of appropriate dimensions to support the motor or mechanism for which it is intended. Through a simple and removable system adapted to this structure, Silentblocks strategically installed within the structure prevent vibrations and noise.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A plurality of anti-vibration elements called Silentblocks are known in the prior art and commercially available. These are made of a flexible material capable of absorbing vibrations and shocks between the motor or mechanism and the surface or structure on which it rests. Their purpose, in addition to preventing vibrations, is to attenuate noise. Electric motors, for example, as electromechanical machines that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, suffer from anomalies during their operation such as imbalance, bearing problems, play, electrical problems, resonance, eccentricity, etc., which result in an increase in vibrations and noise. Even an efficiently operating motor tolerates a significant degree of vibration. These vibrations increase friction and eventually wear down the different components of the motor, as well as affecting its performance.Motors are commonly sold and installed directly on the ground or unsuitable surfaces, which increases noise and vibration, and creates hazardous situations, especially in installations that include a water pump where water leaks and a humid environment are common. The present invention provides a definitive solution to these problems. The anti-vibration structure for motors and mechanisms is an economical and easy-to-install structure, even on motors and mechanisms already mounted as part of a system. The characteristics of the invention enable it to prevent vibrations, reduce noise, extend the motor's lifespan, and increase the overall safety of the installation.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The anti-vibration structure for motors and other mechanisms according to the invention comprises a support plate made of rigid material, resistant to pressure, water, and any other liquid, and of the appropriate size to support the motor or mechanism for which it is intended. The support plate includes, on its underside, silent blocks attached to said support plate. These silent blocks are designed to have their height adjusted by means of an integrated adjusting screw. This feature allows the invention to be adjusted and leveled to uneven terrain and to maintain the motor or mechanism located on top in the correct position for proper operation. The shearing action of the aforementioned silent blocks provides excellent isolation. The mounting plate has multiple strategically placed holes that allow the motor or mechanism to be securely attached to the top of the plate using a clamping system. This design is particularly useful for applications such as water pumps, and can accommodate different sizes or brands. In one embodiment, the deep drawing or stamping of the mounting plate, in addition to significantly increasing its strength, allows any water or other fluid leaks from the motor or mechanism to be collected or directed to a tank or the outside via a pipe. This profile design is extremely useful for preventing incidents in electrical environments where humidity or water can cause serious damage to people and property. In one embodiment, the structure incorporates a water leak detector that monitors, detects, and communicates any leaks of water or other liquids from the motor or mechanism supported by the invention to a central unit or mobile device. The design of some mechanisms, such as measuring instruments, generators, screens, motor pumps, etc., or their location as part of an infrastructure, makes it difficult to install devices to attenuate vibrations and noise. Therefore, the present invention offers a definitive solution by simply lifting and inserting the low-profile anti-vibration structure onto the underside of the motor or mechanism, thereby attenuating vibrations and noise. With this invention, we have an economical and efficient solution that is installed at the base of a motor or mechanism, especially water pumps, increasing efficiency and safety.DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To facilitate understanding of the descriptive report, figures are attached for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the invention. Figure 1 shows a schematic elevation view of the anti-vibration structure, with a water pump supported on its mounting plate. Figure 2 shows a schematic plan view of the anti-vibration structure. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION As shown in the figures, the anti-vibration structure for motors and other mechanisms 1 consists of a rigid, pressure-resistant mounting plate 2, resistant to water and other liquids, and of suitable dimensions to support a motor or mechanism 8. The mounting plate 2 includes, on its lower part, Silentblocks 3 strategically attached to said mounting plate 2 by means of an integrated adjusting screw 4, which allows the height of the anti-vibration structure 1 to be adjusted and leveled to the irregularities of the surface on which it rests.A plurality of holes 5 on the surface of the support plate 2 allows for the easy and secure attachment of various motor or mechanism designs 8, which incorporate a fastening element at their base. The deep drawing 9 or stamping of the support plate 2 provides it with high strength and allows for the channeling of any water or other liquid leaks from the motor or mechanism 8, which is mounted on top. A tube 7 allows this water or any other type of liquid to be directed to the outside or to a tank. In one embodiment, the anti-vibration structure 1 includes a liquid leak detector 6, which alerts a mobile or central device to any incident. Reference symbols: 1. Anti-vibration structure. 2.
