Additionally, User "Z," a writer and friend of User "Y" who is working in Japan, also wants to contribute. User "X" is pleased and invites everyone to collaborate on developing the game together. To facilitate this, User "X" uses the system as an open cloud-based collaborative hub. User "X" creates a user profile by providing a plurality input and then generates a studio based on specific requirements. The system offers several features, such as enabling the user to search for projects and studios, recommending projects and studios to the user, allowing direct joining of public projects or studios, enabling requests to join projects or studios that require approval, sending invite links via email and social media to collaborators, and facilitating skill mapping by showcasing the skills, expertise, and experience of collaborators in game and animation creation. Using the features, User "X" invites User "Y" and User "Z" to participate on projects. Now, Users "Y" and "Z" can manage, develop, and edit the activities related to the game. A tracking module monitors the project progress through a real-time feed and provides continuous updates on milestones, tasks, and activities by performing data analysis. An analysis module compares the user's project with existing works to check for originality using artificial intelligence and provides detailed information regarding the comparison. A Hero's Journey Cycle module enables Users "X," "Y," and "Z" to develop the project based on The Hero's Journey Cycle, notifying them if any part of the journey is skipped. In this way, the users can effectively collaborate and develop their game idea using the system.

The user is one of a developer, designer, writer, composer and creative enthusiasts and collaborator. The plurality of inputs includes professional profiles, qualifications, and expertise of the user to facilitate the recognition of user capabilities and contributions within the collaborative hub.
[0075] In an embodiment, the registration module is configured to integrate a social media account of the user for easier user authentication and profile creation. The integration allows users to quickly set up user profiles by importing relevant information from social media accounts such as Linkedln, GitHub, and the like. It must be noted that the cloud-based collaborative hub operates as an open-source platform. The open-source platform allows users to contribute to its development and customization.
[0076] The method (300) includes enabling, by a studio generation module, the user to generate a studio based on user requirements. The studio is a public or a private cloudbased collaborative hub in step 310. The users may choose to make the studio accessible to the public or restrict it to invited collaborators only. The studio refers to a virtual workspace or environment for developing, maintaining, and managing game and animation projects among various professionals.
[0077] In an embodiment, the studio generation module supports template -based studio creation. The template -based studio creation allows users to select from pre-defined studio templates for specific types of projects, such as game development, animation production, and the like.
[0078] In another embodiment, the studio generation module enables customization that includes users to personalize the virtual workspace based on project needs and requirements.
[0079] The method (300) includes enabling, by a collaboration module, the user to search for one of a project and the studio based on one or more requirements and interests of the user in step 315.
[0080] The method (300) includes recommending, by the collaboration module, one of the project and the studio to the user based on the user profile, requirements, and interests using an artificial intelligence model in step 320.
[0081] The method (300) includes enabling, by the collaboration module, the user to join for one of the project and the studio directly if the project or studio is open for public participation in step 325. The method (300) includes enabling, by the collaboration module, the user to request to join for one of the project and the studio if the project or studio requires approval from a creator for participation in step 330. This ensures that creators can maintain control over who joins the projects or studios.
[0082] The method (300) includes enabling, by the collaboration module, the user to send an invite link via email, and social media to one or more collaborators to join the project or studio in step 335.
[0083] The method (300) includes enabling, by the collaboration module, skill mapping between one or more collaborators by showcasing corresponding skills, expertise, and experience in game and animation creation of the user in step 340. The skill mapping allows users to highlight the unique capabilities and professional backgrounds of the user within the user profiles, making it easier for other users to identify and connect with individuals whose skill sets match the needs of the projects and studios.
[0084] The method (300) includes tracking, by a tracking module, progress of the project via a real-time feed in step 345.
[0085] The method (300) includes providing, by the tracking module, continuous updates on project milestones, tasks, and activities by performing data analysis in step 350. In one embodiment, third party project management applications such as Jira, Asana and the like, track the progress of the project in real time.
[0086] In one embodiment, the tracking module (135) provides a visual progress indicator. The visual progress indicator includes a Kanban board.
[0087] The method (300) includes comparing, by an analysis module, the project of the user with a plurality of existing works to check for originality using artificial intelligence in step 355. The method (300) includes providing, by the analysis module, information regarding the comparison. The information includes parts of plagiarism, the original work information, and intellectual property information to help the user modify the work to achieve originality in step 360. The comparison uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and the like.
[0088] The method (300) includes enabling, by a Hero's Journey Cycle module, the user to generate the work based on The Hero's Journey Cycle in step 365. The Hero's Journey Cycle refers to a timeless storytelling pattern found in many works of literature and mythology. The Hero's Journey Cycle provides a framework for creating compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
[0089] The studio owner perspective life cycle includes several steps in the journey, each corresponding to a specific stage of the project's development. The Hero's Journey Cycle approach helps in organizing the workflow.
[0090] The method (300) includes notifying, by the Hero's Journey Cycle module, the user if any part of the journey is skipped in step 370. Thereby ensuring that all critical stages are completed.
[0091] The method (300) enabling, by a template module, the user to select from a set of existing journey steps using a template in step 375.
[0092] Various embodiments of the system and method for a cloud-based collaborative hub for game and animation production as described above allows developers, designers, writers, composers, and other creative professionals involved in the animation and game production industry to collaborate seamlessly, regardless of geographical limitations. Further, by incorporating professional profiles, qualifications, and expertise, the system facilitates the recognition of user capabilities and contributions within the collaborative hub. Since the system operates as an open-source platform, the system allows users to contribute to development and customization. Furthermore, the users can generate studios based on their specific requirements, choosing between public and private settings. Also, the system showcases the skills, expertise, and experience of collaborators, enabling effective skill mapping. The Hero's Journey Cycle module helps users develop their projects by following a structured narrative framework. It also notifies users if any part of the journey is skipped. Additionally, users can easily invite others to join projects or studios via email and social media, enhancing the network of collaborators and making it easier to make a team.
