Abstract
Description
[0001] COFFEE AROMA COLLECTION AND CONVEYANCE ASSEMBLY BY SQUEEZING
[0002] THE AIR BLOWER BALL
[0003] Technical Field
[0004] Engineering aspects related to the coffee aroma collection and conveyance assembly by squeezing the air blower ball. Art
[0005] According to conventional practice, coffee aroma sampling for the purpose of selecting coffee for brewing or purchasing coffee beans is typically done by placing the beans in a glass bottle and opening the lid to smell the aroma in a simple manner. However, this method has several drawbacks: the aroma cannot be preserved for long, and it dissipates quickly due to frequent opening and closing, or from an improperly sealed lid. As a result, the true aroma cannot be accurately perceived. Additionally, the container may lack aesthetic appeal, be inconvenient to use, appear unhygienic, and serve as a potential source of airborne contamination. of Embodiments
[0006] The coffee aroma collection and conveyance assembly by squeezing the air blower ball comprises a coffee storage container (10) and a lid (30). The lid (30) includes an inlet air passage (31) that conveys air from the top downward. The upper end of the inlet air passage (31) is connected to an inlet air tube (41), the upper end of which is assembled with the air blower ball (40). The air blower ball (40) functions to deliver air into the coffee storage container (10) via the inlet air passage (31).
[0007] The lid (30) further includes an outlet air passage (32) that conveys air from the bottom upward. The upper end of the outlet air passage (32) is connected to an outlet air tube (42), the upper end of which is assembled with a bell-shaped nozzle (50), which functions to discharge air from within the coffee storage container (10) to the outside.
[0008] According to the present invention, the objective is to provide the coffee aroma collection and conveyance assembly by squeezing the air blower ball, which is capable of preserving the aroma of coffee for a long duration for use as a sample scent in selecting coffee for brewing or purchasing coffee beans. The assembly features an aesthetically pleasing design, user convenience, and cleanliness, with the air blower ball facilitating the release of the coffee aroma in a hygienic manner that prevents contamination and does not serve as a source of airborne pathogen accumulation.
[0009] Full Disclosure of Invention
[0010] Figure 1 Illustrates the components of the coffee aroma collection and conveyance assembly by squeezing the air blower ball, comprising:
[0011] The coffee storage container (10) configured to create a space for holding coffee beans (20) inside, particularly made from a transparent material such as glass, allowing visibility from the outside. The container has a geometric or cylindrical shape to facilitate convenient handling.
[0012] The top of the coffee storage container (10) features an opening (13) that forms an inlet air passage (31) and an outlet air passage (32). The outer top edge of the coffee storage container (10) includes a first thread (11) designed to engage with a second thread (12) of the lid (30).
[0013] The lid (30) has the second thread (12) on its inner wall, which screws into the first thread (11) to enable opening and closing of the lid (30) onto the coffee storage container (10).
[0014] The lid (30) includes an inlet air passage (31) that conveys air from the top downward. The upper end of the inlet air passage (31) connects to an inlet air tube (41), the upper end of which is assembled with the air blower ball (40). The air blower ball (40) has an internal cavity made of flexible material, functioning to deliver air from the air blower ball (40) into the coffee storage container (10).
[0015] The lid (30) includes an outlet air passage (32) that conveys air from the bottom upward. The upper end of the outlet air passage (32) is connected to an outlet air tube (42) the upper end of the outlet air tube (42) is assembled with a bell-shaped nozzle (50), which is an expanded section functioning to convey air from inside the coffee storage container (10) to the outside. Figure 2 At a position within the outlet air passage (32), a first one-way valve (21) is installed, functioning to prevent air from flowing back into the air blower ball (40). This prevents coffee powder and aroma from being drawn back into the air blower ball (40).
[0016] At another position within the outlet air passage (32), a second one-way valve (22) is arranged at the bell-shaped nozzle (50). This valve serves to prevent external air from being sucked back into the coffee storage container (10).
[0017] Within the inlet air passage (31), a third one-way check valve (23) is positioned at the lower end of the air blower ball (40). This valve permits air to be drawn into the air blower ball (40) only and closes when the air blower ball (40) is squeezed, thereby forcing air to flow unidirectionally into the coffee storage container (10) upon compression of the air blower ball (40).
[0018] The bottom wall of the coffee storage container (10) magnetic plate (24) will be installed to support the assembly of the magnetic lid (60), serving as a connecting component to position the coffee storage container (10) upright on a metal base for ease of handling and product display.
[0019] Figure 3 Illustration of the operation of the coffee aroma storage and dispensing device using the air blower ball (40) proceeds as follows: a. Insert a sample of coffee beans (20) into the coffee storage container (10), then screw the lid (30) onto the coffee storage container (10). b. The coffee aroma will remain inside the coffee storage container (10). Squeeze the air blower ball (40) to expel air from inside the coffee storage container (10) through the outlet air passage (32). c. The coffee aroma will be conveyed through the outlet air passage (32) to the bellshaped nozzle (50) for smelling the coffee bean (20). A one-way valve (21) entering the interior of the coffee storage container (10) for the purpose of preserving the coffee aroma. Brief Description of Drawings
