AI Technical Summary
Existing transport and stacking crates suffer from issues such as cracking, breakage, and deformation, particularly at junctions and corners, leading to reduced durability and environmental pollution due to non-recyclable materials.
The crates are reinforced with strategically positioned protrusions and recesses in areas prone to high deformation, enhancing localized strength and structural integrity.

Abstract
Description
[0001] IMPROVEMENT IN TRANSPORT AND STACKING CRATES
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The present invention relates to an improvement in transport and stacking crates, designed to enhance overall structural strength by providing localized and region-specific reinforcements.
[0004] Background of the Invention
[0005] Transport and stacking crates play a vital role in logistics and storage operations.
[0006] These crates, used for the secure transportation and storage of products, directly affect both operational efficiency and product protection.
[0007] However, existing transport and stacking crates in the prior art present various problems.
[0008] The durability of such crates is of critical importance, particularly under heavy loads and during prolonged use.
[0009] Current crates are generally made of plastic or metal. Crates manufactured from low-quality materials may suffer from cracking, breakage, or deformation, resulting in product damage and increased costs. Moreover, crates that become damaged and unusable, especially those made from non-recyclable materials, contribute to environmental pollution and pose significant challenges for environmental sustainability.
[0010] For example, Utility Model Application No. TR200502582 discloses a nestable transport and stacking crate used in transportation and stacking operations, featuring side surfaces and a base provided with grids, protrusions on the underside, hollow comer tubes at the comers, supports on the side surfaces, a label attachment area, and hand grips.
[0011] Patent Application No. TR201917491 describes a vegetable and fruit transport crate comprising primary walls, secondary walls, connecting comers formed between said primary and secondary walls, feet composed of an upper and a lower part positioned at said comers, and springs located on the feet to provide damping at the upper and lower ends of each connecting comer.
[0012] Patent Application No. EP2581318A1 discloses a bottle crate for holding six-packs, having a crate base and rotatably arranged crate side walls, with bottle holder compartments formed in the base to facilitate positioning during rotation. Continuous and closed contact surfaces are provided above and spaced from the crate base.
[0013] Patent Application No. EP3127829A2 discloses a stackable crate with centering aids, having a base and side walls connected to each other and to the base with an upper stacking edge parallel to the base. A step is located between the side walls and the base, with a bottom support surface. When stacking identical or compatible crates, the base slopes toward the opening of the crate below.
[0014] The upper stacking edge has, at least in sections, preferably entirely, an angled inner edge.
[0015] The above examples represent crates commonly used in the market. However, issues such as cracking or breakage at the junctions of edges and comers, bending and axis misalignment at mid-edge sections, and tearing at lower corner feet may occur, resulting in plastic deformations that shorten the service life of the crates and directly increase environmental pollution.
[0016] Accordingly, there exists a need for a new technology capable of overcoming the aforementioned disadvantages.
[0017] Summary of the Invention
[0018] The primary objective of the present invention is to prevent deformation by increasing the strength of transport and stacking crates.
[0019] In particular, the invention aims to form protrusions and recesses in areas subject to high deformation.
[0020] By preventing deformation due to weight, the improvement ensures that crates have a longer service life. This increases both the usability and reliability of the crate.
[0021] Improvements made to the comers, edges, and various parts of the feet enhance localized strength, while optimizing the overall structural strength of the system.
[0022] Strategically positioning the protrusions and recesses ensures that the system remains balanced and robust.
[0023] Brief Description of the Drawings
[0024] The invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings to enable a clearer understanding and appreciation of its features.
[0025] However, it is not intended to limit the invention to these specific embodiments.
[0026] On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, modifications, and equivalents that fall within the scope of the appended claims.
[0027] The details shown are provided solely to describe the preferred embodiments of the present invention in a manner most useful and easily understood, both in terms of the shaping of the methods and the principles and conceptual features of the invention.

[0052] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0053] The system subject to the invention is a crate (1) and the improvement applied to said crate (1), as illustrated in Figure 1.
[0054] For ease of understanding, the body ( 1.1 ) has been divided into parts.
[0055] The comer (1.2), in a vertical position (y-axis), is divided into three sections: upper comer (1.2.1), middle comer (1.2.2), and lower comer (1.2.3).
[0056] The same applies to the edge (1.3), which is divided into upper edge (1.3.1), middle edge (1.3.2), and lower edge (1.3.3).
[0057] The comer (1.2) along its length consists of the left cheek (1.2.6), curve (1.2.4), and right cheek (1.2.5).
[0058] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, protrusions (2) are formed in the x-direction on the left cheek (1.2.6) and right cheek (1.2.5) of the upper comer (1.2).
[0059] Additionally, at least one recess (3) is provided in the middle comer (1.2.2).
[0060] At the junction between the upper edge (1.3.1) and the cheeks of the upper comer (1.2), protrusions (2) are also formed in the x-direction.
[0061] As shown in Figure 4, at least one protrusion (2) is formed in both the x and y directions on the middle edge (1.3.2) (the region between the upper and lower edges).
[0062] These protrusions (2) may be arranged to intersect perpendicularly.
[0063] As shown in Figure 5, the lower comer (1.2.3) differs from the upper comer (1.2.1) in that at least one recess (3) is formed in the left cheek (1.2.6), curve (1.2.4), and right cheek (1.2.5) regions.
[0064] As shown in Figure 6, the foot (1.5), which is eitherfixed to or integrally formed with the base (1.4) of the crate (1), has at least one protrusion (2) and one recess (3) at its junction with the base (1.4).
[0065] The protrusions (2) and recesses (3) are intended to enhance strength and prevent deformation under load.
[0066] These elements are specifically formed in areas subject to high deformation.
[0067] The recess (3) section may be in the form of a cavity or embossment.
