A portable, foldable, soft-sided insulated container has an a lid mounted carrier, or seat, for a substantially rigid container of a thermal storage medium, such as water. The container assembly may be free of any rigid tub, and may thus retain the ability to fold. The carrier is a substantially rigid plate or panel, or array, that mounts to an otherwise soft panel. The panel, or portion of a panel, to which the rigid carrier mounts is a panel that may tend to stay substantially flat (or curved) when the container assembly is folded. The mounting is such that the substantially rigid thermal storage medium container can slide in and out of the seat. When not in use the entire assembly can be folded into a collapsed position for storage.

A stand alone divider for a shelf is provided. The stand alone divider includes a first and a second retainer arranged to grip a first and a second edge of a shelf. The stand alone divider may be installed on and removed from a shelf without the use of tools. The stand alone divider may have an adjustable length.

A box for shipping temperature sensitive or perishable goods made from a double walled combined web having an inside barrier layer, a first paper liner bonded to the inside barrier layer, a first paper flute medium bonded to the first paper liner, an outside barrier layer, a second paper liner bonded to the outside barrier layer, a second paper flute medium bonded to the second paper liner, and a sandwich of a barrier layer bonded between third and fourth paper liners. The flute mediums are bonded, respectively, to the third and fourth paper liners.

A variety of closures are provided for use with a drink cup or other container wherein the closures provide a compartment for receiving a digital media disk or other merchandise. Examples include various closures formed of inner and outer members connected by a hinge with the inner and outer members forming a compartment for closely receiving a digital media disk. Other examples include a closure having a single lid portion with a retaining mechanism for retaining a digital media disk to a top surface of the lid. Sealed package that includes a formed plastic container, a shaving cartridge (or other stored unit) in a storage region in the container, and a removable film that covers and is sealed to a sealing surface around an entrance to the storage region. Side walls of the container have retaining structure that protrudes inward and retains the shaving cartridge (or other stored unit). The container has a lip adjacent to and extending from a side wall of the container at an entrance to the storage region to space a user's finger or thumb from the entrance during removal of the cartridge. The removable film has deadfold characteristics which facilitate removal of the cartridge when the film is still partially connected at the rear of the container. A plastic tab is attached to a portion of the film extending beyond the sealing surface of the container to initiate peeling of the film from the sealing surface. The plastic tab is spaced from the formed plastic container by a gap.

An apparatus for making, storing, and transporting frozen confections includes a first housing member. A second housing member fits within such first housing member. A mixing member is engageable within such second housing member for mixing predetermined ingredients. A first lid member having an aperture disposed therethrough for receiving a first predetermined end of such mixing member releasably covers such second housing. A motor, connectable to at least one of such first housing member, such second housing member, such first lid member, such mixing member, and a combination thereof, enables at least one of such second housing member and such mixing member to rotate such that such predetermined ingredients are mixed. A system for stacking fire-resistant archive boxes on top of one another is provided. Each of the archive boxes comprise an outer shell, an inner shell disposed within the outer shell, a drywall support shell, and a lid. The inner shell has an opening defining a storage compartment, and is spaced apart from the outer shell defining a cavity therebetween. The inner shell includes a bottom wall and side walls. The drywall support shell is disposed within the cavity and surrounds a substantial portion of the inner shell. Disclosed are transparent, multilayered articles having high transparency and low haze and a process for their preparation. The multilayer articles comprise at least one layer which contains at least one polyester comprising 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol and a separate layer which contains copolyamide or homogeneous blend of polyamides. The polyester component and the polyamide component have refractive indices which differ by about 0.006 to about −0.0006. The small difference in the refractive indices enable the incorporation of regrind into one or more of the layers of the article while maintaining high clarity. These articles can exhibit improved excellent barrier properties and good melt processability while retaining excellent mechanical properties. Metal catalysts can be incorporated into one or more layers to impart oxygen-scavenging properties.

An apparatus for containing a hot food product for delivery. The apparatus comprises a box member formed of molded paper pulp having a first predetermined shape and a first predetermined size. The box member has a base portion and a wall portion each of the base portion and the wall portion have an interior surface and an exterior surface. A plurality of raised portions having a second predetermined shape are disposed on the interior surface of the base portion. Such raised portions cover greater than 50 per cent of the interior surface of the base portion of the box member. A molded paper pulp lid member is engageable with the box member. The lid member has a second predetermined shape and a second predetermined size and has both an interior surface and an exterior surface. There is at least one closure means having a first portion formed on the lid member and a second portion formed on the box member for closing such box after such hot food product is placed therein.

Disclosed herein is double cap having a lower cap rotatably connected to an upper cap. The lower cap has an insertion pipe body defining an adjunct receiving chamber therein. The insertion pipe body has a bottom opening covered by a bottom cover. A plurality of rib protrusions is provided on an inner surface of the insertion pipe body. First and second steps are formed on an upper end of the lower cap and stepped downward from an upper end of the adjunct receiving chamber. A push member, having a push pipe body is received in the adjunct receiving chamber of the lower cap, with a plurality of guide protrusions formed on the exterior of the push pipe body, so that the rib protrusions of the lower cap are guided by the guide protrusions to guide the upward and downward movement of the push member. External push threading is provided around a circumferential outer surface of the push member. The upper cap has internal threading provided for engagement with the external push threading formed on the push member to provide an upward and downward moving force for the push member relative to the direction of rotation of the upper cap, so that, when the upper cap is rotated in a predetermined direction, the push member moves downward to open the bottom cover.

A container for securing objects in a moving vehicle comprises a bottom panel and a sidewall attached to and extending upwardly from the bottom panel to form a box-like structure forming a first container portion. The sidewall may be foldably attached to the bottom panel such that the container may be collapsed down so that it is more compact for easy storage. The sidewall may be comprised of a plurality of walls each attached to the bottom panel or alternatively, the sidewall may be formed by a single, integral structure attached to the bottom panel. The sidewall may be collapsible such that the sidewall may be folded or crumpled down relatively flat over the bottom panel. The container includes an adjustable divider disposed in the container which partitions the interior of the container. A variety of other accessories, such as drink holders, shelves, tables, and pockets may also be disposed in, or on, the container to conveniently hold objects in a moving vehicle.
