Claims
1. A front leg frame member and a rear leg frame member, each of which can be placed in contact with the floor during training, and which are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction so that their respective longitudinal directions are both included in a single imaginary plane perpendicular to the floor, and which are connected at a connecting part so that their respective other ends form a predetermined angle within said plane; a seat support frame member and a back seat support frame member, which are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction so that their respective longitudinal directions are both included in said plane, and which have one end connected to said connecting part so that they can rotate within said plane around said connecting part, and which have a first opening and a second opening, respectively; a seat and a back seat, which are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction so that their respective longitudinal directions are both included in said plane, and which are arranged so that one end of each faces each other, and which are supported by said seat support frame member and said back seat support frame member, a training bench comprising: an angle adjustment mechanism that is installed between the back seat support frame member and the rear leg frame member, and that adjusts and fixes the longitudinal direction of the back seat to form a desired back seat angle with respect to the floor surface while rotating the back seat support frame member around the connection part; and an angle adjustment bow member that has one end connected to a position near the connection part of the seat support frame member, is rotatable within the plane integrally with the seat support frame member, and has the other end that passes through the first opening opened in the front leg frame member and may or may not pass through the second opening opened in the rear leg frame member depending on the seat angle, and is adjusted and fixed so that the longitudinal direction of the seat forms the desired seat angle with respect to the floor surface.
2. A training bench as described in claim 1, further comprising: a plurality of pinholes respectively opened at a plurality of positions in the arc direction of the angle adjustment bow-shaped member; and a seat angle adjustment pop pin that can be inserted and removed from a housing portion fixedly connected to the front leg frame member near the first opening, wherein the seat angle adjustment pop pin is inserted and removed from one of the plurality of pinholes to fix the seat to the desired seat angle corresponding to the pinhole.
3. A training bench as described in claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment mechanism comprises: a ratchet rack member attached in the longitudinal direction of the rear leg frame member and having a plurality of rack gaps in the longitudinal direction; and a brace member having one end connected to the back seat support frame member so as to be rotatable within the plane and the other end engageable with one of the plurality of rack gaps on the ratchet rack member, wherein the back seat is fixed to the desired back seat angle corresponding to the rack gap by engaging the other end of the brace member with one of the rack gaps on the ratchet rack member.
4. A training bench as described in claim 1, further comprising a gap adjustment mechanism that slides and fixes the seat in its longitudinal direction on the seat support frame member so that there is no gap between one end of the seat and one end of the back seat when the seat and back seat are adjusted to the desired seat angle and back seat angle, respectively.
5. The training bench according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the back sheet and the seating surface can be set to 90 degrees.
6. The training bench according to claim 1, further comprising casters for easy transportation at the portion of one end of the rear leg frame member that contacts the floor surface.
