[0001] The present invention relates to a block snout assembly integrated with a slide-in cassette mechanism. Particularly, the present invention relates to a block snout assembly integrated with a slide-in cassette mechanism for securely holding and protecting labels and information sets in an industrial environment, specifically fall arrest system.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Labels are required to inform consumers. Labels provide consumers important information about the products that the consumers are buying, such as the products’ ingredients, nutritional-content, usage-instructions, and safety-warnings. This information aids the consumers to remain informed regarding the products safely. Further, the labels protect consumers from harm by warning them about potential hazards associated with certain products. For instance, labels on food products warn consumers about allergens or dietary restrictions. Labels on dangerous chemicals also warn consumers about the risks of exposure. Moreover, labels are also used to promote brands and products. A well-designed label is capable of attracting consumers’ attention and make a product more appealing.

[0003] Traditionally, there are set of information which is required to be present until the life of product gets expired. This information is a requirement to maintain standard in all the products and keep the consumers informed about the product. It’s very difficult to put all the information on the product, that too on the places which are continuously exposed to atmospheric challenges which include but are not limited to UV rays, dirt, dust, rain and other chemical fumes etc. Therefore, there is a requirement for a solution to put these labels with the product during usage which protect the labels from damage. Also, it should be accessible to user as and when required.

The tray may be a blister pack including units of a product received in sealed cavities. A locking apparatus may be configured to releasably retain the tray in a locked configuration. The locking apparatus may include one or more locking protrusions that engage corresponding locking apertures in the tray. The locking apparatus may also include buttons positioned on opposing sides of the tray. When the buttons are depressed toward one another, the locking protrusions may move relative to the locking apertures such that the tray is unlocked and may be withdrawn from the dispensing container.

But no such feature is disclosed in the above mentioned prior art that restricts the movement of the tray, therefore there remains a possibility, that the tray might come out completely that leads to exposing of the product to UV rays, dirt, dust, rain and other chemical fumes.

[0006] In view of the above problems, there is a requirement to develop a block snout assembly that has the potential of storing a set of labels, preventing the labels from getting damaged, and providing easy access to the users as per the requirement so that when the user does not use the labels, then the labels remains intact within the block snout assembly, preventing the labels from being exposed to any foreign particles.OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a block snout assembly that is capable of storing a set of labels in a secured manner, thereby preventing the labels from being damaged or exposed to any unwanted foreign particles.

[0016] The present invention relates to a block snout assembly (100) integrated with a slide-in cassette mechanism for securely holding and protecting labels and information sets in an industrial environment, specifically fall arrest system. The block snout assembly, comprises: a block snout (102); a flanged bottom (104) provided in the block snout (102) with an opening (106); a slot (108) provided on any one side of the opening (106). Further, the cassette tray (110) slidably accommodated in the slot (106), comprises: at least one integrated notch profile (112) for locking slide in the cassette tray (110) into the slot (108) of the block snout (102); at least one embossed profile ( 114) on surface of the cassette tray ( 110) to securely assist a set of labels (116) onto the cassette tray (110); a collared profile (118) on top of side walls to permanently secure labels (116) during sliding in and out. The assembly is provided with a stopper (120) installed in the slot (106) of the block snout (102) to prevent the cassette tray (110) from unintentionally sliding out. The present provides a label storage assembly capable of accommodating a set of labels (116) in a secured manner, thereby preventing the labels from being damaged or exposed to any foreign particles. The dimension of the rectangular profile is similar to the dimension of the labels (116), thereby aiding the user to accommodate the labels (116) on the tray (110). The set of labels (116) are attached with each other via multiple means which includes but not limited to stitching, riveting, pasting etc. Further a collared profile (118) fabricated over the tray, for keeping the labels (116) intact while the user is drawing the in / out from the block snout (102). The collared profile (118) act as a barrier over the tray, which keep the labels (116) in proper alignment within the rectangular profile that aids the labels (116) to remain intact, while the user draws the tray in and out for using the labels (116) as per their requirement.

Polymer material includes multiple properties which includes high fracture resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance. CLAIMS:

A block snout assembly (100) integrated with a slide-in cassette mechanism, comprising:• a block snout (102);• a flanged bottom (104) provided in the block snout (102) with a rectangular opening for cassette type label tray (106);• a slot (106) provided on any one side of the opening (108);• a cassette tray (110) slidably accommodated in the slot (106), comprises: a. at least one integrated notch profile (112) for locking the cassette tray (110) into the slot (106) of the block snout (102); b. at least one embossed profile (114) on surface of the cassette tray (110) to securely affix a set of labels (116) onto the cassette tray (110); c. a collared profile (118) on top of side walls to permanently secure labels (116) during sliding in and out;• a stopper (120) installed in the slot (106) to prevent the cassette tray (110) from unintentionally sliding out.

The block snout assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the block snout (102) comprises: i. the flanged bottom (104) fabricated on the proximal end of the block snout (102); and ii. the stopper (120) installed on the proximal end of the slot (106) restricts movement of the tray to prevent the tray (110) from completely coming out from the slot (106).

The block snout assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cassette tray (110) comprises: i. the notch profile (112) fabricated on distal end of the tray, for locking the movement of the tray; ii. the embossed profile (114) configured in rectangular shape for accommodating a set of labels (116) within the tray (110);iii. the collared profile (118) fabricated over the tray ( 110), for keeping the labels (116) intact while the user draws the labels (116) in / out from the block snout (102).

4. The block snout assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the block snout (102) and the cassette tray (110) are composed of polymer material.

5. The block snout assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cassette tray (110) is accessed by the user for drawing in / out from the block snout (102) via the rectangular slot (106) carved on proximal end of the block snout (102).

6. The block snout assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the labels (116) accommodated within a rectangular profile embossed on the tray prevents the labels (116) from being damaged or exposed to any foreign particles.
