[0007] SUMMARY

[0008] However, in the trousers disclosed in the above patent document 1, the pleat part is formed by a material independent of the upper piece and the lower piece, and is sewn at the knee of the upper piece. That is, in the process of manufacturing such trousers, a notch is first formed in the upper piece, then a reinforcing rib and a thickening layer are arranged, and then the pleat part is sewn. Such a process is complex and has high cost. Moreover, there are many sewing positions, which is not simple and generous as a whole appearance of the trousers, and the sewing itself causes damage to the fabric, which is prone to breakage after multiple washes, reducing the durability of the trousers.

[0009] In addition, the forming method of the folding structure of the pleat part is not clearly described in patent document 1, and in the field of garments, the folding structure is usually formed by sewing at the crease, which will form a pleat protrusion on the inside of the trousers due to the sewing line, and the pleat protrusion will cause discomfort to the skin when actually wearing the trousers.

[0010] In order to reduce such discomfort, a fold is sometimes provided in the side seam of the trousers, but this limits the position in which the pleat structure can be provided.

[0011] The present application has been made to solve the above problems, and has as its object to provide a garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure which is not limited in position, simple in structure, low in cost, and excellent in comfort.

[0012] The gist of the present application for solving the above problems is as follows.

[0013] [1] A garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure, wherein the three-dimensional pleat structure is formed by folding a garment body fabric and fixing it with an adhesive.

[0014] [2] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to the above [1], wherein the three-dimensional pleat structure includes a folded and attached portion, and the body fabric of the folded and attached portion has three layers, namely an upper layer body fabric, an intermediate layer body fabric, and a lower layer body fabric, and the intermediate layer body fabric is attached to the upper layer body fabric with an adhesive.

[0015] [3] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to the above [2], wherein both surfaces of the intermediate layer body fabric are completely attached to the upper layer body fabric and the lower layer body fabric with an adhesive.

[0016] [4] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to the above [1], wherein the intermediate layer body fabric has a triangular, quadrangular, or irregular shape.

[0017] [5] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to any one of the above [1] to [4], wherein the maximum length of the fold in the direction in which the folded and attached portion extends is 20 mm or more.

[0018] [6] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to any one of the above [1] to [4], wherein the maximum width of the fold in the direction in which the folded and attached portion is folded is 5 to 15 mm.

[0019] [7] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to the above [1], wherein the adhesive is a dot-shaped adhesive.

[0020] [8] The garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure according to the above [1], wherein the three-dimensional pleat structure is located in the knee portion or the elbow portion of the garment.

[0021] According to the present application, a garment with a three-dimensional pleat structure which is simple in structure, low in cost, and excellent in comfort can be provided. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0028] The garment having a three-dimensional pleat structure has a variety of advantages, including shaping the body curve, increasing the three-dimensionality and dynamic effect of the garment, enriching the overall style, lengthening the body proportion, and showing the individuality and artistic sense. The three-dimensional pleat structure can be provided at any part of the garment as needed, such as at the knee part of trousers, the elbow part of a top, the collar part, the chest of a top, the waist of trousers, a skirt, and the like. The direction of the three-dimensional pleat is not particularly limited, and the three-dimensional pleat can be in a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, or an inclined direction from the perspective of a conventional hanging or a human body when worn.

[0029] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, taking a pair of trousers having a three-dimensional pleat structure as an example.

[0030] Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a pair of trousers having a three-dimensional pleat structure according to an embodiment of the present application. That is, Fig. 1 shows a case where a three-dimensional pleat structure is provided on a pair of trousers. As shown in Fig. 1, the trousers are formed of a body fabric 1, and a pleat structure 2 is formed at the knee part of the front side of the trouser leg. The pleat structure 2 is formed by folding the body fabric 1, and is not formed of a fabric independent of the body fabric 1. Therefore, in actual manufacturing, no additional pleat fabric is required, and the pleat structure can be formed only by folding the body fabric 1.

[0031] It should be noted that in the planar state of the trousers shown in Fig. 1, the up-down direction of Fig. 1 is the direction along the side seam of the trousers, the left-right direction of Fig. 1 is the direction perpendicular to the side seam on the planar surface, and the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of Fig. 1 is the front view direction orthogonal to the planar state of the trousers.

[0032] As can be seen from Fig. 1, the three-dimensional pleat structure 2 is formed by folding the body fabric 1 at the side seam of the trousers and its vicinity. Specifically, the three-dimensional pleat structure 2 includes two parts, one is the folded and adhered part 21 after folding the fabric, and the other is the folded and unadhered part 22 formed on one side or both sides of the folded and adhered part 21 due to the "inertia" of the fabric. In the folded and unadhered part 22, no adhesive, adhesive tape or sewing thread is used for fixation, so it presents a loose and three-dimensional structure. As shown in Fig. 1, there are two three-dimensional pleat structures 2 above and below, and the folded and adhered part 21 and the folded and unadhered part 22 are specifically marked in the upper three-dimensional pleat structure 2. As shown in Fig. 1(a), the folded and adhered part 21 is located at the side seam of the front panel, and the folded and unadhered part 22 is located between the two folded and adhered parts 21; as shown in Fig. 1(b), the folded and adhered part 21 is located in the middle of the front panel, and the folded and unadhered parts 22 are located on both sides of the folded and adhered part 21.

[0033] Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a skirt with a three-dimensional pleat structure as one of the embodiments of the present application. From the perspective of conventional hanging or when worn by a human body, the three-dimensional pleat structure is distributed longitudinally, and also has a folded and adhered part 21 and a folded and unadhered part 22. As shown in Fig. 2, the pleat structure is located at the front width of the skirt panel, and a plurality of longitudinally distributed folded and adhered parts 21 are arranged below the waistline, thereby forming a plurality of folded and unadhered parts 22 extending longitudinally from the folded and adhered parts 21. According to the design of the garment, a plurality of three-dimensional pleat structures can be continuously distributed on the entire skirt panel, or a few three-dimensional pleat structures can be distributed separately; the three-dimensional pleat structure can be arranged starting from the waistline, or in the middle of the skirt panel or at the lower hem of the skirt; the three-dimensional pleat structure can be longitudinally distributed, or it can be transversely distributed.

[0034] [Corrected according to Rule 91 on 24.09.2024] The three-dimensional pleat structure 2 is specifically introduced by taking the trousers shown in Fig. 1 as an example. Fig. 3 is an enlarged schematic diagram of the folded and adhered part 21 observed from the left-right direction of Fig. 1(a), i.e., the direction perpendicular to the body fabric 1 along the length of the trousers. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional pleat structure observed from the front direction of Fig. 1(a), i.e., the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of Fig. 1 (i.e., the planar surface of the trousers).

[0035] As shown in Fig. 3, the fold attachment 21 is formed by folding the body fabric 1 into three layers, i.e., an upper layer body fabric 211 (located on the outside of the garment), an intermediate layer body fabric 212, and a lower layer body fabric 213 (located on the inside of the garment). In the past, the fabric was formed into a pleat structure by sewing the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the lower layer body fabric 213 with a sewing thread at the fold line of the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the upper layer body fabric 211 in the left-right direction of Fig. 1. This sewing formed a firm pleat, but there was a protruding portion that protruded from the fabric, and this protruding portion was located on the inside of the garment, which caused discomfort when worn due to friction against the skin. In the present application, on the basis of the aforementioned sewing method (sewing the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the lower layer body fabric 213 with a sewing thread at the fold line of the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the upper layer body fabric 211), the intermediate layer body fabric 212 is attached to the upper layer body fabric 211 via the adhesive 3. At this time, the original protruding portion is fixed to the upper layer body fabric 211, and thus discomfort when worn due to friction against the skin does not occur. When the adhesive 3 is applied between the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the upper layer body fabric 211, the adhesive 3 can be applied to the entire intermediate layer body fabric 212 or partially applied, but at least the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the upper layer body fabric 211 are applied with the adhesive 3 near the fold line of the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the lower layer body fabric 213 in the left-right direction of Fig. 1, so that no protruding portion is formed on the inside of the garment, and thus friction against the skin does not occur, and the comfort when worn can be improved.

[0036] Note that the intermediate layer body fabric 212 and the lower layer body fabric 213 can be fixed by the adhesive 3 in addition to being fixed by sewing. In particular, in the case where the intermediate layer body fabric 212 is completely attached to the upper layer body fabric 211 and the lower layer body fabric 213, the attachment portion does not significantly protrude, and thus discomfort when worn due to friction against the skin does not occur, while the attachment firmness is improved.

[0037] In Fig. 1, a case where two pleat structures 2 are formed along the length direction of the body fabric 1 is shown, but this is not limiting, and one pleat structure 2 or a plurality of pleat structures 2 can be formed along the length direction of the body fabric 1 as needed, and a pleat structure can be formed on only one side in the width direction of the body fabric 1, and not formed on the other side. In the case where a plurality of pleats are formed on one side, the plurality of pleats can be arranged in a superimposed manner, a continuous manner, or a non-continuous manner.

[0038] As shown in Fig. 4, the maximum width t of the fold-adhered portion 21 in each of the pleat structures 2 in the direction along the pant line of the pants, i.e. the folding direction, is preferably 4 to 20 mm, more preferably 5 to 15 mm. If the maximum width t of the fold-adhered portion 21 is too small, the width is too narrow, the pleat structure is not formed sufficiently, and the adhesive-coated area is too small, so the durability is reduced after repeated washing. If the maximum width t of the fold-adhered portion 21 is too large, the pleat structure is formed too wide, the appearance of the garment looks bulky, and the non-adhered portion in the middle of the folded portion on the inside of the garment exists in a folded state, which causes discomfort due to friction against the skin when worn.

[0039] [Corrected according to Rule 91, 24.09.2024] In the case where the pleat structure 2 is formed at the knee on the front side of the leg of the pants as shown in Fig. 1, as shown in Fig. 4, the pleat structure 2 is formed from the sides of the pant line in the length of the pants to the center, that is, in each of the pleat structures 2, the fold-adhered portion 21 is formed from each of the sides of the pant line, and the fold-non-adhered portion 22 is formed in the middle of the fold-adhered portion 21. In each of the pleat structures 2, the maximum length L of the fold-adhered portion 21 in the left-right direction of Fig. 1, i.e. the direction of extension of the pleat, is preferably 20 mm or more. In the case of the fold-adhered portion 21 on the left in Fig. 4, the maximum length is the length from the folding start point, i.e. the pant line of the pants in Fig. 1, to the rightmost side of the middle layer body fabric 212 in the middle of the fold-adhered portion 21. It will be understood that the maximum length L of the fold-adhered portion 21 in the direction of extension of the pleat is the maximum length of the middle layer body fabric 212 fixed in that direction.

[0040] By forming the fold-adhered portion 21 with an appropriate width and length, the fold-non-adhered portion having a width that is larger than the folded portion is formed at the extension of the fold-adhered portion 21, the fold-non-adhered portion does not exist in a folded state but in a relaxed and enlarged state, so the garment can be given sufficient expandability, and there is no protruding portion when worn, which is beneficial to the comfort of wear.

[0041] In addition, the present application forms the fold-adhered portion by forming the middle layer body fabric 212 from the body fabric 1, and Fig. 5 shows the case where the middle layer body fabric 212 is formed in a triangular shape. However, the middle layer body fabric 212 can also be formed in a quadrangular or irregular shape. As long as the desired portion of the body fabric 1 is formed into a fold-adhered portion with a predetermined width and length, the desired three-dimensional pleat structure can be achieved.

[0042] The adhesive 3 that bonds the intermediate layer body fabric 212 in the present application is a dot-shaped adhesive and / or a line-shaped adhesive arranged in an array, and the adhesive 3 preferably uses an adhesive having elasticity. The size of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 is preferably different depending on the texture, weave, and thickness of the fabric constituting the fabric. If the diameter of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 is about 1.0 to 2.0 mm, it is easy to obtain a strong adhesive strength, but in the case of a thin fabric, the dot-shaped adhesive 3 penetrates to the surface of the fabric and is conspicuous, which is detrimental to the appearance, and thus it is preferable that the diameter of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 be as small as possible within a range in which the necessary adhesive strength is obtained. For example, in the case of a fabric having a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.8 mm, if the diameter of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 is 1.0 mm or less, the adhesive does not easily penetrate to the surface side of the fabric, and thus it is preferable. In the case of a thinner fabric having a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.5 mm, if the diameter of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 is 0.6 mm or less, the penetration of the adhesive is not conspicuous, and thus it is preferable. The arrangement distance of the dot-shaped adhesive 3 can be appropriately selected depending on the desired joining strength, based on the type of the adhesive, the material of the fabric, and the like.

[0043] Hereinafter, the present application will be further described in detail based on specific examples.

[0044] Example 1

[0045] Two pieces of cotton fabric having a length of 1000 mm and a width of 200 mm were prepared as the body fabric 1, and at the middle position in the length direction of one of the body fabrics, the body fabric was folded in half from both edges in the length direction to form a three-layer body fabric. The two surfaces of the three-layer body fabric were coated with an adhesive, and the adhesive was bonded using a general flat-plate type heat press to form a folded bonding portion. Two folded bonding portions were formed at intervals from the edges in the length direction of the body fabric, and the width of the folded bonding portion in the length direction of the fabric was 4 mm. The length of the folded bonding portion in the width direction of the body fabric, that is, in the direction in which the fold extends, was 25 mm from the edge in the length direction. Then, the body fabric on which the folded bonding portion was formed was joined by sewing to the edges in the length direction of the other body fabric, and thus a tubular body having a three-dimensional pleat structure was formed. Note that, as the adhesive, a reactive hot melt polyurethane resin having a viscosity of about 12000 mPa-s at 120°C was used.

[0046] The peel strength at which the folded bonding portion was peeled off was measured for the obtained test piece, and the comfort when the test piece was fitted into the tubular body was evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1. In the measurement of the peel strength, the test method for the peel strength described in JIS-L-1086 (2013) was used.

[0047] Regarding the evaluation of comfort, 10 people were inserted into the tubular body, and bending of the limbs was performed at the three-dimensional corrugated structure. The evaluation was performed on a scale of 1 to 5, in which a score of 1 was given when a clear scratching feeling was felt and the range of motion was limited, and a score of 5 was given when no scratching feeling was felt and the range of motion was good. The average score of 10 people was calculated as the score of comfort.

[0053] A test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the folding width t of the folding attachment portion was changed to 10 mm and the folding length L was changed to 20 mm, and the same measurement was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0054] Example 5

[0056] Example 6

[0057] A test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4, except that the folding width t of the folding attachment portion was changed to 20 mm, and the same measurement was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0058] Example 7

[0059] A test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4, except that the folding width t of the folding attachment portion was changed to 22 mm, and the same measurement was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0060] Example 8

[0061] A test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4, except that the folding length L of the folding attachment portion was changed to 15 mm, and the same measurement was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0062] Example 9

[0063] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4 except that the three-layer body fabric of the fold-attached portion was attached by edge attachment instead of full-surface attachment, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0064] Example 10

[0065] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4 except that the three-layer body fabric of the fold-attached portion was attached by point-like adhesive attachment of the middle-layer body fabric and the upper-layer body fabric, and the middle-layer body fabric and the lower-layer body fabric were sewn by a sewing thread at the fold line of the middle-layer body fabric and the upper-layer body fabric, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0066] Example 11

[0067] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4 except that the three-layer body fabric of the fold-attached portion was attached by point-like adhesive attachment of the middle-layer body fabric and the lower-layer body fabric, and the middle-layer body fabric and the upper-layer body fabric were sewn by a sewing thread, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0068] Example 12

[0069] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 8 except that the position of the fold-attached portion was set at the middle portion, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0070] Example 13

[0071] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the position of the fold-attached portion was set to be obliquely distributed, the length L of the fold-attached portion was changed to 20 mm, and t was set to 15 mm, and the fold portion was used at the skirt hem of a skirt, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0072] Comparative Example 1

[0073] The test piece was produced in the same manner as in Example 4 except that the middle-layer body fabric and the lower-layer body fabric were sewn by a sewing thread only at the fold line of the middle-layer body fabric and the upper-layer body fabric, and the middle-layer body fabric and the upper-layer body fabric were not attached by adhesive attachment, and the same measurement was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

[0074] Table 1

[0075] As compared with Example 4, Comparative Example 1 does not use an adhesive but stitches at the creases to form the folded attachment portion. Although the stitches are firm and have high peel strength, a folded protrusion is formed, which causes strong friction against the skin when worn and strong discomfort, and the comfort score is low. In Examples 1 to 3, the only difference is the width of the folded attachment portion. As the folded width decreases, the peel strength decreases. Although there is a tendency for the wearing comfort to decrease, the overall score is still at a high level. In Examples 4 to 7, the only difference is the width of the folded attachment portion. As the folded width increases, the peel strength increases. As the folded width increases, the probability that the folded non-attached portion exists in a folded and non-expandable state increases, which causes friction against the skin when worn and discomfort, and thus the comfort score decreases. As compared with Example 4, the length of the folded attachment portion in Example 8 is low, and the peel strength decreases. In Example 9, the three layers of the body fabric are edge-attached to each other, which has no effect on the wearing comfort but decreases the peel strength as compared with the full-attachment. In Example 10, the fastening is improved by stitching the middle layer of the body fabric to the lower layer of the body fabric, and the peel strength is high. The middle layer of the body fabric is attached to the upper layer of the body fabric inside the body fabric via a dot-shaped adhesive, and there is no folded protrusion on the inside of the body fabric, and the wearing comfort is excellent. In Example 11, the middle layer of the body fabric is stitched to the upper layer of the body fabric inside the body fabric via stitches, and there is a stitch protruding edge, and thus the wearing comfort decreases. In Example 12, the folded attachment portion is provided at the middle of the pants, and as compared with Example 8, the strength is almost unchanged, but the expansion of the crease structure when the joint is bent is affected due to the position of the attached end. In Example 13, the folded attachment portion is diagonally provided and used in a skirt. As compared with Example 5, the peel strength is almost unchanged, and the design is good.

[0076] The above describes the embodiments of the present application, but the above-described embodiments are proposed as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the application. The above-described new embodiments and modifications can be implemented in other various ways, and various omissions, substitutions, changes, combinations can be made within the scope of the gist of the application. The above-described embodiments and modifications are included in the scope of the application, the gist, and also included in the scheme recited in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
