Paper composite lock, paperboard blank, carton structural part and carton

[0001] Cross-reference to Related Applications

[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411114196.7, filed on August 13, 2024, entitled “Paper composite lock, paperboard blank, carton structural part and carton”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of cartons, and in particular to a paper composite lock, a paperboard blank, a carton structural part and a carton. BACKGROUND

[0004] In the packaging industry, when packaging large or heavy products, two boxes are used to be sleeved on the outside of the product or to be sleeved on the left and right of the product, and a lock is used to lock the two boxes to avoid separation of the two boxes. At present, a plastic lock with a simple structure is usually used to connect the two boxes. The plastic lock includes a male buckle and a female buckle. When using the plastic lock, the male buckle and the female buckle of the plastic lock are separated, and then the male buckle on the inner side of the box and the female buckle on the outer side of the box are connected. However, the plastic lock is made of plastic itself, so it has poor environmental protection, and the discarded plastic lock pollutes the environment. At the same time, the plastic lock has high hardness and strong pressure resistance, and is convenient and reliable to use. If an environmentally friendly material (such as paper) is used to manufacture a lock with the same structure to replace the plastic lock, it is difficult to achieve the high hardness and strong pressure resistance of the plastic lock. SUMMARY

[0005] The paper composite lock, the paperboard blank, the carton structural part and the carton provided by the embodiments of the present application effectively reduce the possibility of polluting the environment.

[0006] In one aspect, a paper composite lock is provided according to the embodiments of the present application. The paper composite lock includes a first paper buckle piece and a second paper buckle piece which are integrally formed.

[0007] The first paper buckle piece which is integrally formed includes a first base plate, a first protruding part and a receiving hole. The first base plate is connected with the first protruding part and the first base plate is arranged around the first protruding part. The second paper buckle piece which is integrally formed includes a second base plate and a second protruding part. The second protruding part includes a side plate and a top plate. The side plate and the top plate enclose a cavity. The cavity has an opening corresponding to the top plate. The second base plate is connected with the side plate and the second base plate is arranged around the side plate. The second protruding part is inserted into the receiving hole. The side plate is connected and fixed with the first protruding part. The first paper buckle piece and the second paper buckle piece are connected as a whole structure. The first base plate, the first protruding part and the second base plate enclose a clamping groove.

[0008] The paper composite lock catch of the embodiment of the present application comprises a first paper catch piece and a second paper catch piece which are integrally formed. The first paper catch piece and the second paper catch piece are fixedly connected with each other to form an overall structure. After the first paper catch piece and the second paper catch piece are connected, a clamping groove for connecting with a box to be connected is formed. The paper composite lock catch is used as a whole as a connecting piece for locking or unlocking different boxes. The way in which the accommodating hole of the first paper catch piece and the second protrusion of the second paper catch piece are inserted into each other, the way in which the second protrusion comprises a side plate and a top plate, the way in which the side plate of the second protrusion is fixedly connected with the first protrusion, and the way in which the side plate and the top plate enclose a cavity can all be conducive to ensuring the mechanical strength and load-bearing performance of the paper composite lock catch as a whole, so that the paper composite lock catch can meet the needs of different packaging application scenarios. In addition, the first paper catch piece and the second paper catch piece are each made of degradable paper material, so that the first paper catch piece and the second paper catch piece themselves have good environmental friendliness, effectively reducing the possibility of pollution caused by the paper composite lock catch to the environment.

[0013] In some implementable manners, the top plate comprises a middle protrusion protruding towards the second base plate, the middle protrusion connects two oppositely arranged side plates, and along the radial direction of the accommodating hole, the cavity comprises sub-chambers located on the opposite sides of the middle protrusion.

[0014] In some implementable manners, the middle protrusion comprises a concave cavity having an opening facing away from the second base plate, the top plate isolates the concave cavity from the cavity, and the concave cavity and the cavity are not in communication.

[0015] In some implementable manners, the accommodating hole is a through hole, and along the thickness direction of the first base plate, the accommodating hole penetrates through the first base plate and the first protrusion.

[0016] In some implementable manners, the accommodating hole is a rectangular hole, and four corners of the accommodating hole are circularly rounded transition structures.

[0017] In some possible implementation manners, the shape of the first substrate and the shape of the second substrate are both rectangular frames, and a width of one side frame of the second substrate is less than a width of a corresponding side frame of the first substrate, and widths of the other three side frames of the second substrate are equal to widths of corresponding side frames of the first substrate.

[0018] In another aspect, an example of the present application provides a paperboard blank. The paperboard blank is used to connect with a paper composite lock. The paperboard blank comprises two or more paperboards, a lock engaging hole and a lock avoiding hole.

In a second direction, a maximum width of the lock engaging hole is less than a maximum width of the lock avoiding hole. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

[0020] The paper composite lock can switch back and forth in the lock engaging hole and the lock avoiding hole to switch a locked state and an unlocked state of the stacking area, so that the two or more paperboards are in a stacked state or an openable state.

[0021] In some possible implementation manners, the paperboard blank further comprises a flip cover, and the flip cover is arranged on an outermost one of the two or more paperboards, and the flip cover is used to open or close the lock avoiding hole.

[0022] In some possible implementation manners, the lock engaging hole and the lock avoiding hole are both rectangular holes, and four corners of the lock engaging hole and four corners of the lock avoiding hole are all round corner transition structures.

[0023] In another aspect, an example of the present application provides a carton structural piece. The carton structural piece is used for a carton. The carton structural piece comprises a paperboard blank and a paper composite lock.

[0024] The paperboard blank comprises two or more paperboards, a lock engaging hole and a lock avoiding hole. The two or more paperboards are arranged in a stack. The lock engaging hole and the lock avoiding hole both pass through a stacking area of the paperboards. In a first direction, the lock avoiding hole is arranged on one side of the lock engaging hole. The lock engaging hole and the lock avoiding hole are in communication. In a second direction, a maximum width of the lock engaging hole is less than a maximum width of the lock avoiding hole. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

[0025] The paper composite lock catch can be inserted or pulled out of the lock catch avoiding hole in the thickness direction of the paperboard. After insertion, the paper composite lock catch can enter the lock catch clamping hole from the lock catch avoiding hole, and the first protruding part can be slidably matched with the lock catch clamping hole in the first direction. The first protruding part is clamped into or slid out of the lock catch clamping hole, so as to switch the paper composite lock catch between the locked state and the unlocked state. In the locked state, the laminated area of the paperboard is clamped in the clamping groove. In the unlocked state, the paper composite lock catch is located in the lock catch avoiding hole and can be pulled out through the lock catch avoiding hole.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0046] The embodiments of the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples. The detailed description and drawings of the following examples are intended to illustrate the principles of the present application, but should not be used to limit the scope of the present application, i.e., the present application is not limited to the described examples.

[0047] In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the meaning of "a plurality of" is two or more; the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner", "outer" and the like are merely for the purpose of facilitating the description of the present application and simplifying the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as limiting the present application. In addition, the terms "first", "second", "third", etc. are only for descriptive purposes and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance. "Vertical" is not strictly vertical, but within the allowable range of error. "Parallel" is not strictly parallel, but within the allowable range of error.

[0048] Reference to an "embodiment" in this application means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are they necessarily mutually exclusive of one another. As will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art, embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments in accordance with the application.

[0049] The positional adjectives appearing in the following description are made in reference to the orientation in the drawings and are not intended to be limiting of the application to the specific structure depicted. It is also to be understood that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.

[0050] Embodiments of the application provide a carton. For example, the carton can include a first box body and a second box body. The first box body and the second box body are independent of each other. The first box body and the second box body can be used to package products to be packaged. After the first box body and the second box body are connected, the first box body and the second box body can protect the products located between the first box body and the second box body.

[0051] Embodiments of the application provide a paper composite lock. Through ingenious structural design, the paper composite lock can replace existing plastic lock functions while having environmental properties, and has strong strength and toughness, etc. At the same time, a clamping structure cooperating with the paper composite lock can be provided on the carton, so that the paper composite lock used for the carton can be widely used in the market. After the first box body and the second box body are fixed at their respective positions, the lock is used to lock the first box body and the second box body. The paper composite lock connects the first box body and the second box body to each other. The first box body and the second box body are kept in a stable connection state under the limiting constraint of the lock, so that the first box body and the second box body are not easy to separate.

[0052] The paper composite lock, the first box body, and the second box body can be connected to each other to form a carton. The first box body and the second box body can each include a paperboard blank. The paperboard blank can include a plurality of paperboards stacked together. The paper composite lock can be connected to the paperboard blank to lock the plurality of stacked paperboards, so as to keep the plurality of stacked paperboards in a stable stacked state and prevent the plurality of stacked paperboards from loosening and separating.

[0053] Fig. 1 schematically shows a structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Fig. 2 schematically shows an exploded structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Fig. 3 schematically shows a structure of the second paper catch 30. Fig. 4 schematically shows a partial sectional structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Referring to Figs. 1-4, the paper composite lock catch 10 according to the embodiments of the present application comprises the integrally formed first paper catch 20 and the integrally formed second paper catch 30.

[0054] The integrally formed first paper catch 20 comprises a first base plate 21, a first protrusion 22, and a receiving hole 23. The first base plate 21 is connected to the first protrusion 22 and surrounds the first protrusion 22. The integrally formed second paper catch 30 comprises a second base plate 31 and a second protrusion 32. The second protrusion 32 comprises a side plate 33 and a top plate 34. The side plate 33 and the top plate 34 enclose a cavity 301. Along an axial direction P of the receiving hole 23, the cavity 301 has an opening corresponding to the top plate 34. The second base plate 31 is connected to the side plate 33 and surrounds the side plate 33. The second protrusion 32 is inserted into the receiving hole 23. The side plate 33 is fixedly connected to the first protrusion 22. The first paper catch 20 and the second paper catch 30 are connected as an integral structure. The first base plate 21, the first protrusion 22, and the second base plate 31 enclose a clamping groove 10a.

[0055] In some possible implementations, the first paper catch 20 and the second paper catch 30 can be independently manufactured. The first paper catch 20 is integrally formed, so that the first paper catch 20 itself has good structural integrity without splicing transition regions, and thus the first paper catch 20 itself has good mechanical strength and load-bearing performance as a whole. The second paper catch 30 is integrally formed, so that the second paper catch 30 itself has good structural integrity without splicing transition regions, and thus the second paper catch 30 itself has good mechanical strength and load-bearing performance as a whole. Therefore, the paper composite lock catch 10 formed by the first paper catch 20 and the second paper catch 30 has good mechanical strength and load-bearing performance as a whole.

[0056] The first paper catch 20 and the second paper catch 30 are both environmentally friendly products that can be naturally degraded. In some possible implementations, the first paper catch 20 and the second paper catch 30 can be manufactured by using various raw pulps such as sugarcane pulp and wood pulp or by using recycled paper materials through processes such as pulping, molding, and compounding.

[0057] The second paper fastener 30 is inserted into the receiving hole 23 of the first protrusion 22 through the second protrusion 32, and the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 is connected and fixed with the first protrusion 22 in such a way that the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 form a double stress structure. The first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 can support each other. When an external force (for example, a compressive stress along the radial direction of the receiving hole 23) acts on the laminated area of the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33, the external force can be dispersed and conducted between the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30, thereby effectively dispersing the load and reducing the possibility of the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32 being crushed and deformed to cause the connection failure of the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32.

[0058] Meanwhile, the top plate 34 of the second protrusion 32 can effectively support the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32. The top plate 34 of the second protrusion 32 can strengthen the side plate 33. When the first protrusion 22 is partially subjected to an external force, the first protrusion 22 can transmit the force to the side plate 33. The side plate 33 can disperse the force borne by the local area of the side plate 33 to other areas of the side plate 33 through the top plate 34, thereby effectively preventing the side plate 33 from being crushed and deformed when bearing an external force. Therefore, the structure design of the second protrusion 32 simultaneously providing the side plate 33 and the top plate 34 is beneficial to improve the mechanical strength and load-bearing performance of the second protrusion 32 as a whole, thereby reducing the possibility of the side plate 33 being crushed and deformed when bearing an external force.

[0059] After the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 is connected and fixed with the first protrusion 22, the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are connected as a whole structure, thereby forming a paper composite lock 10. In the embodiment of the present application, the paper composite lock 10 formed after molding is used as a whole structure (i.e., the paper composite lock 10) to lock or unlock different boxes (for example, the first box and the second box) during use.

[0060] The first substrate 21 and the second substrate 31 are spaced apart along the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23. When the paper composite lock 10 is locked with different boxes, a part of the box can be clamped into the clamping groove 10a of the paper composite lock 10, and the first substrate 21 and the second substrate 31 can each be lapped with the corresponding box, so that the paper composite lock 10 can be limited by the box and is not easy to change position or separate from the box and fall off the box. The outer surface of the first protrusion 22 can serve as the bottom wall of the clamping groove 10a. When the paper composite lock 10 is locked with different boxes, the outer surface of the first protrusion 22 can abut against the box to keep the outer surface of the first protrusion 22 in direct contact with the box, so that the box limits the paper composite lock 10, which is conducive to reducing the possibility that the paper composite lock 10 and the box are connected loosely and shake relative to each other due to a gap between the first protrusion 22 and the box.

[0061] In some implementable manners, the top plate 34 is a cover plate. The cavity 301 enclosed by the side plate 33 and the top plate 34 of the second protrusion 32 is a blind hole structure. The cavity 301 has only one opening corresponding to the top plate 34. In some examples, the top plate 34 is not provided with a through hole penetrating through the top plate 34 itself. The way in which the cavity 301 is enclosed by the side plate 33 and the top plate 34 of the second protrusion 32 makes the second protrusion 32 a hollow structure, which is conducive to reducing the weight of the second paper fastener 30.

[0062] In some implementable manners, when the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are assembled, the first protrusion 22 can abut against the surface of the second substrate 31 facing the first substrate 21, so that the first protrusion 22 can support the second substrate 31 and reduce the possibility of deformation of the second substrate 31 folding towards the first substrate 21. The thickness direction of the first substrate 21 is the same as the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23. The thickness direction of the second substrate 31 is the same as the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23. The first substrate 21 and the second substrate 31 can be arranged parallel to each other. In some examples, along the thickness direction of the first substrate 21, the first protrusion 22 is arranged on one side of the first substrate 21. Along the thickness direction of the second substrate 31, the second protrusion 32 is arranged on one side of the second substrate 31.

[0063] The paper composite lock buckle 10 of the embodiment of the present application comprises a first paper fastener 20 and a second paper fastener 30 which are integrally formed. The first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are fixedly connected with each other to form an overall structure. After the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are connected, a clamping groove 10a for connecting with a box to be connected is formed. The paper composite lock buckle 10 is used as a whole as a connecting piece for locking or unlocking different boxes. The way in which the accommodating hole 23 of the first paper fastener 20 and the second protrusion 32 of the second paper fastener 30 are inserted into each other, the way in which the second protrusion 32 comprises a side plate 33 and a top plate 34, the way in which the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 is fixedly connected with the first protrusion 22, and the way in which the side plate 33 and the top plate 34 enclose a cavity 301 can all be conducive to ensuring the mechanical strength and load-bearing performance of the paper composite lock buckle 10 as a whole, so that the paper composite lock buckle 10 can meet the needs of different packaging application scenarios. In addition, the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are each made of degradable paper material, so that the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 themselves have good environmental protection, effectively reducing the possibility of pollution caused by the paper composite lock buckle 10 to the environment.

[0064] In some implementable ways, the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 is fixedly connected with the first protrusion 22 by bonding. After the second protrusion 32 is inserted into the accommodating hole 23, the side plate 33 is fixedly connected with the first protrusion 22 by bonding, so that the first paper fastener 20 and the second paper fastener 30 are connected as an overall structure, so that the second protrusion 32 is not easily accidentally pulled out of the accommodating hole 23.

[0065] The way in which the side plate 33 is fixedly connected with the first protrusion 22 by bonding does not require additional connection structures (such as connection holes) to be provided on the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22, so on the one hand, it is conducive to reducing the possibility that the mechanical properties of the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22 themselves will be deteriorated due to the need to additionally provide connection structures on the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22, and on the other hand, it is conducive to reducing the respective manufacturing and assembly difficulties of the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22.

[0066] In some implementable ways, Fig. 5 schematically shows a partial cross-sectional structure of the paper composite lock buckle 10. Referring to Figs. 4 and 5, a glue-containing cavity 10b is formed between the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 and the first protrusion 22. The glue-containing cavity 10b is filled with bonding glue 40. The bonding glue 40 bonds the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22.

[0067] After the second protrusion 32 is inserted into the accommodating hole 23, a gap between the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22 can form the glue-containing cavity 10b. Then, a predetermined amount of bonding glue 40 can be filled in the glue-containing cavity 10b. After the bonding glue 40 is cured, the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22 are fixedly connected.

[0068] The first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32 are both made of paper material. The first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 each have a large number of micro-channels in their own structures. Therefore, the adhesive 40 before curing can penetrate into the interiors of the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 through the micro-channels, so that the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 can absorb part of the adhesive 40. The adhesive 40 that penetrates into the interiors of the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 can form a large number of connecting branches after curing.

[0069] The outer surfaces of the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 form connecting structures with the adhesive 40, and the adhesive 40 that penetrates into the interiors of the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 also forms connecting structures with the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33, respectively. Therefore, the way of using the adhesive 40 to bond the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22 can effectively improve the connecting mechanical strength between the first protrusion 22, the adhesive 40, and the second protrusion 32, improve the structural integrity of the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32, and thus improve the mechanical strength and load-bearing performance of the paper composite lock catch 10 as a whole.

[0070] In some possible implementations, the cross-sectional area of the adhesive cavity 10b gradually decreases in the direction from the first substrate 21 to the second substrate 31. The cross section of the adhesive cavity 10b is perpendicular to the axis S of the accommodating hole 23. The closer the adhesive cavity 10b is to the second substrate 31, the smaller the volume of the adhesive cavity 10b, and the less adhesive 40 can be accommodated.

[0071] The closer the adhesive cavity 10b is to the second substrate 31, the smaller the cross-sectional size of the adhesive cavity 10b, so that the area of the adhesive cavity 10b close to the second substrate 31 can form a fine channel with capillary action. In the case of injecting the adhesive 40 into the adhesive cavity 10b from the larger opening of the adhesive cavity 10b close to the top plate 34, the adhesive 40 can fill the entire adhesive cavity 10b under capillary action, so that it is not easy to cause poor wetting and form a cavity in the area of the adhesive cavity 10b close to the second substrate 31.

[0072] In addition, the closer to the second substrate 31, the smaller the gap between the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33, so that the first protrusion 22 and the side plate 33 form mutual limiting constraints, so that the side plate 33 is not easy to shake relative to the first protrusion 22 in the accommodating hole 23, and the possibility of extruding the adhesive 40 and extruding the adhesive 40 out of the adhesive cavity 10b due to the large shaking of the side plate 33 is reduced.

[0073] In some examples, the cross-sectional area of the adhesive cavity 10b gradually decreases in the direction from the first substrate 21 to the second substrate 31. Exemplarily, the longitudinal section of the adhesive cavity 10b can be “V” shaped. The longitudinal section of the adhesive cavity 10b is coplanar with the axis S of the accommodating hole 23.

[0074] In some possible implementations, Figure 6 schematically shows a partially exploded structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Referring to Figures 5 and 6, the outer surface 331 of the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 facing the first protrusion 22 is an inclined surface. The inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 facing the side plate 33 is an inclined surface. The inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 is the hole wall of the accommodating hole 23. The space between the outer surface 331 of the side plate 33 and the inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 can form the glue cavity 10b.

[0075] The end of the first protrusion 22 away from the first base plate 21 is a top end. The closer to the top end of the first protrusion 22, the smaller the hole diameter of the accommodating hole 23. The small opening end of the accommodating hole 23 is located at the top end of the first protrusion 22. The second protrusion 32 is inserted into the accommodating hole 23 from the small opening end of the accommodating hole 23. Since the outer surface 331 of the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 and the inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 are both inclined surfaces, during the insertion of the second protrusion 32 into the accommodating hole 23, after the side plate 33 passes through the small opening end of the accommodating hole 23, the side plate 33 is not easy to contact the first protrusion 22, so that the side plate 33 and the first protrusion 22 are not easy to generate frictional resistance in the direction opposite to the insertion direction of the side plate 33, thereby facilitating to reduce the possibility of extrusion and collapse deformation of the side plate 33 during the insertion process due to the large frictional resistance of the side plate 33.

[0076] In addition, during the processing of the first paper catch 20, a mold can be used to form the first paper catch 20. The inclined inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 facilitates the demolding of the first paper catch 20. During the processing of the second paper catch 30, a mold can be used to form the second paper catch 30. The inclined outer surface 331 of the side plate 33 of the second protrusion 32 facilitates the demolding of the second paper catch 30.

[0077] In some examples, referring to Figure 6, the included angle between the inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 and the axis S of the accommodating hole 23 is A1, where 2°≤A1≤8°. The included angle between the outer surface 331 of the side plate 33 and the axis S of the accommodating hole 23 is A2, where 2°≤A2≤8°.

[0078] In some possible implementations, Figure 7 schematically shows the structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Referring to Figures 6 and 7, the top plate 34 includes a middle protrusion 341 protruding towards the second base plate 31. The middle protrusion 341 is connected to two oppositely arranged side plates 33. In the radial direction of the accommodating hole 23, the cavity 301 includes a sub-cavity 3011 located on both sides of the middle protrusion 341.

[0079] The top plate 34 with the middle protrusion 341 can effectively bear the force in the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23 and can effectively bear the force in the radial direction of the accommodating hole 23, so that the top plate 34 has good load dispersion and conduction capacity, and the mechanical strength and bearing capacity of the top plate 34 as a whole are improved. The axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23 is perpendicular to the radial direction of the accommodating hole 23.

[0080] The middle protrusion 341 of the top plate 34 can provide effective support for the side plate 33. The force borne by the side plate 33 can be dispersed and conducted through the middle protrusion 341 of the top plate 34, which is conducive to improving the bearing capacity of the side plate 33 as a whole. Therefore, the second protrusion 32 formed by the top plate 34 with the middle protrusion 341 and the side plate 33 has good mechanical strength and bearing capacity.

[0081] In addition, the sub-chambers 3011 on the two sides of the middle protrusion 341 can serve as a handhold position, so that the operator can insert his fingers to take and place the paper composite lock 10, and at the same time, the operator can easily apply an external force to the paper composite lock 10 to connect or separate the paper composite lock 10 and the box. Exemplarily, during the assembly of the paper composite lock 10 and the box, the sub-chambers 3011 on the second paper lock 30 can face the operator, so that the operator can accurately position the sub-chambers 3011, thereby improving the working efficiency of the connection or separation operation of the paper composite lock 10 and the box.

[0082] In some examples, along the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23, the middle protrusion 341 does not protrude from the second base plate 31. Exemplarily, the top surface of the middle protrusion 341 is lower than the surface of the second base plate 31 facing away from the first base plate 21. The top surface of the middle protrusion 341 is a plane. The side surface of the middle protrusion 341 facing the sub-chamber 3011 is a plane. The top surface of the middle protrusion 341 and the side surface of the middle protrusion 341 are rounded to reduce the possibility of stress concentration at the corners of the middle protrusion 341.

[0083] In some examples, the middle protrusion 341 and the side plate 33 are rounded to reduce the possibility of stress concentration at the connection between the middle protrusion 341 and the side plate 33.

[0084] In some implementations, referring to FIG. 6, the middle protrusion 341 of the top plate 34 includes a concave cavity 3411. The concave cavity 3411 has an opening facing away from the second substrate 31. The top plate 34 separates the concave cavity 3411 from the cavity 301. The concave cavity 3411 and the cavity 301 are located on two sides of the top plate 34, respectively. The concave cavity 3411 and the cavity 301 are not in communication. The concave cavity 3411 is a blind hole structure. The concave cavity 3411 has only one opening. The middle protrusion 341 with the concave cavity 3411 is a hollow structure, which is conducive to reducing the amount of material used for the top plate 34 and reducing the weight of the top plate 34.

[0085] In some examples, along the radial direction of the accommodation hole 23, the concave cavity 3411 can pass through the side plate 33 connected to the middle protrusion 341.

[0086] In some examples, along the radial direction of the accommodation hole 23, at least part of the concave cavity 3411 is located between the two sub-chambers 3011.

[0087] In some implementations, the accommodation hole 23 is a through hole, so that the first paper fastener 20 is a hollow structure. Along the thickness direction of the first substrate 21, the accommodation hole 23 penetrates the first substrate 21 and the first protrusion 22.

[0088] In some examples, the closer to the top end of the first protrusion 22, the smaller the aperture of the accommodation hole 23. The small end of the accommodation hole 23 is located at the top end of the first protrusion 22, and the large end of the accommodation hole 23 is close to the first substrate 21.

[0089] In some examples, the accommodation hole 23 is a rectangular hole. The four corners of the accommodation hole 23 are round transition structures.

[0090] The part of the second protrusion 32 inserted into the accommodation hole 23 can be limited by the first protrusion 22, so that the part of the second protrusion 32 inserted into the accommodation hole 23 cannot rotate in the accommodation hole 23. In the case of filling the adhesive 40 between the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32, the relative position between the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 32 can not be easily changed, reducing the possibility that the second protrusion 32 drives the un-solidified adhesive 40 to flow due to the rotation of the second protrusion 32 relative to the first protrusion 22, thereby reducing the possibility that air bubbles or poor solidification occurs inside the adhesive 40 due to the flow of the adhesive 40. The inner surface of the first protrusion 22 itself is the hole wall of the accommodation hole 23. Therefore, the way that the four corners of the accommodation hole 23 are round transition structures makes the inner surface of the first protrusion 22 itself transition smoothly, reducing the possibility of stress concentration at the corners of the first protrusion 22.

[0091] In some examples, the first protrusion 22 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape. The cross-section of the first protrusion 22 is perpendicular to the axis S of the accommodating hole 23. The outer surface of the first protrusion 22 itself is an inclined surface. Exemplarily, the inner surface 221 of the first protrusion 22 itself and the outer surface are parallel to each other.

[0092] In some implementable manners, the first paper fastener 20 is an equal-thickness structure. The thickness measured at any two positions on the first paper fastener 20 is the same. The second paper fastener 30 is an equal-thickness structure. The thickness measured at any two positions on the second paper fastener 30 is the same.

[0093] In some implementable manners, the first base plate 21 and the second base plate 31 each have a rectangular frame shape. The clamping slot 10a between the first base plate 21 and the second base plate 31 is an annular slot. In the axial direction P of the accommodating hole 23, the outer contour of the orthographic projection of the first base plate 21 coincides with the outer contour of the orthographic projection of the second base plate 31.

[0094] In some implementable manners, FIG. 8 schematically shows a partial cross-sectional structure of the paper composite lock catch 10. Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the first base plate 21 and the second base plate 31 each have a rectangular frame shape. Among them, the width of one side frame of the second base plate 31 is smaller than the width of the corresponding side frame of the first base plate 21, and the widths of the other three side frames of the second base plate 31 are equal to the widths of the corresponding side frames of the first base plate 21. The widths of the four side frames of the first base plate 21 are equal. The width of one side frame of the second base plate 31 is smaller than the width of any of the other three side frames of the second base plate 31.

[0095] The relatively small-width side frame of the second base plate 31 can be used to avoid other corresponding structures, so as to effectively reduce the possibility of position interference between the paper composite lock catch 10 and the corresponding structures. In some examples, when the paper composite lock catch 10 is connected to the cabinet, the second base plate 31 can be located on the outside of the cabinet, so that the second base plate 31 can face the operator, thereby the operator can easily observe whether the relatively small-width side frame of the second base plate 31 is positionally interfered with other corresponding structures, and can easily adjust the position of the paper composite lock catch 10 to avoid other corresponding structures.

[0096] The above-mentioned paper composite lock catch 10 can be used in combination with corresponding matching structures to achieve locking and opening and closing, for example, as described below, which can be used for the following structure of the paperboard blank.

[0097] Figure 9 schematically shows the structure of the paperboard blank. Referring to Figure 9, the embodiments of the present application provide a paperboard blank 100 for connecting with the paper composite lock 10. The paperboard blank 100 is used for a carton. The paperboard blank 100 can form part of the structure of the carton. The paperboard blank 100 comprises two or more paperboards 110, a lock engaging hole 101 and a lock avoiding hole 102.

[0098] The two or more paperboards 110 are stacked. The lock engaging hole 101 and the lock avoiding hole 102 both pass through the stacking region of the paperboards 110. In the first direction X, the lock avoiding hole 102 is disposed on one side of the lock engaging hole 101. The lock engaging hole 101 and the lock avoiding hole 102 are in communication. In the second direction Y, the maximum width of the lock engaging hole 101 is less than the maximum width of the lock avoiding hole 102. The first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y. Both the first direction X and the second direction Y are perpendicular to the thickness direction of the paperboards 110.

[0099] The paper composite lock 10 can be switched back and forth in the lock engaging hole 101 and the lock avoiding hole 102 to switch the locking state and the unlocking state of the stacking region, so that the two or more paperboards 110 are in the stacked state or the openable state.

[0100] Figure 10 schematically shows the process of connecting the paperboard blank 100 with the paper composite lock 10. Figure 11 schematically shows the structure of the connected paperboard blank 100 and the paper composite lock 10. Referring to Figures 9, 10 and 11, the structure of the paperboard blank 100 is designed to be compatible with the paper composite lock 10, so that the paper composite lock 10 can be used to lock or unlock the paperboards 110 in the paperboard blank 100. In order to ensure that the two or more paperboards 110 do not become loose and spread apart, the paper composite lock 10 is used to lock the two or more paperboards 110.

[0101] The connecting process of the paper composite lock buckle 10 and the paperboard blank 100 can be that the paper composite lock buckle 10 is inserted into the lock buckle avoiding hole 102 along the thickness direction of the paperboard 110. The first protruding part 22 is aligned with the lock buckle clamping hole 101 in the first direction X. The first protruding part 22 slides to the lock buckle clamping hole 101, so that the first protruding part 22 is clamped into the lock buckle clamping hole 101, and the laminated area of the paperboard 110 is clamped into the clamping groove 10a of the paper composite lock buckle 10. When the first protruding part 22 is completely slid into the lock buckle clamping hole 101, the paper composite lock buckle 10 is in the locked state, at this time, the paper composite lock buckle 10 locks each paperboard 110, so that each paperboard 110 is in a stable laminated state, so that each paperboard 110 is not easy to be loose and scattered. The first base plate 21 and the second base plate 31 of the paper composite lock buckle 10 are respectively in the lapping state with the paperboard 110. The paperboard 110 can be pressed against the first protruding part 22 to limit and constrain the paper composite lock buckle 10 through the first protruding part 22, so that the paper composite lock buckle 10 is not easy to shake relative to the paperboard blank 100.

[0102] The separating process of the paper composite lock buckle 10 and the paperboard blank 100 can be that the paper composite lock buckle 10 is pushed along the first direction X, and the first protruding part 22 slides out of the lock buckle clamping hole 101. After the first protruding part 22 is completely slid out of the lock buckle clamping hole 101, the paper composite lock buckle 10 is located in the lock buckle avoiding hole 102 as a whole, at this time, the paper composite lock buckle 10 is in the unlocked state, so that each paperboard 110 is in the non-connected state, so that each paperboard 110 is in the openable state. The paper composite lock buckle 10 is pulled out of the lock buckle avoiding hole 102 along the thickness direction of the paperboard 110.

[0103] In some possible implementation manners, referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the paperboard blank 100 further includes a flip cover 120. The flip cover 120 is arranged on the outermost one of the two or more paperboards 110. The flip cover 120 opens or closes the lock buckle avoiding hole 102. The shape of the flip cover 120 can be matched with the shape of the lock buckle avoiding hole 102.

[0104] Before the paper composite lock catch 10 is connected with the paperboard blank 100, the cover 120 can be in a state of covering the lock catch avoiding hole 102, so that the cover 120 is located in the lock catch avoiding hole 102, which is beneficial to reduce the possibility that the cover 120 is scratched or pulled to cause tearing or damage of the cover 120. When it is required to connect the paper composite lock catch 10 with the paperboard blank 100, the cover 120 opens the lock catch avoiding hole 102, and then the paper composite lock catch 10 can be inserted into the lock catch avoiding hole 102 and slid into the lock catch clamping hole 101 to complete the locking process. After the first protruding part 22 is completely slid into the lock catch clamping hole 101 and the paper composite lock catch 10 is in the locked state, the cover 120 can cover the lock catch avoiding hole 102 again, so that on the one hand, the cover 120 can play a limiting and restraining role on the paper composite lock catch 10, reducing the possibility that the paper composite lock catch 10 accidentally slides out of the lock catch clamping hole 101, and on the other hand, the cover 120 can effectively block the external dust and other impurities from passing through the lock catch avoiding hole 102.

[0105] In some examples, the cover 120 and the corresponding paperboard 110 are an integral molded structure.

[0106] In some examples, the middle region of the cover 120 is provided with a hole. The operator can insert a finger into the hole on the cover 120 to facilitate the rotation of the cover 120 to open or cover the lock catch avoiding hole 102.

[0107] In some examples, referring to FIG. 11, the second substrate 31 is in the shape of a rectangular frame. The width of one frame of the second substrate 31 is smaller than the width of any of the remaining three frames of the second substrate 31. The frame with a relatively smaller width on the second substrate 31 can be used to avoid the cover 120, so as to effectively reduce the possibility that the paper composite lock catch 10 and the cover 120 interfere with each other in position. When the paper composite lock catch 10 is in the locked state, the cover 120 covering the lock catch avoiding hole 102 can be aligned with the frame with a relatively smaller width on the second substrate 31, so that the cover 120 can be relatively close to the first protruding part 22, and thus the distance between the cover 120 and the first protruding part 22 is small. Therefore, the cover 120 can play a limiting and restraining role on the first protruding part 22, so as to play a limiting and restraining role on the paper composite lock catch 10 through the first protruding part 22. The cover 120 can effectively reduce the movement amount of the first protruding part 22 in the first direction X, so as to effectively reduce the possibility that the paper composite lock catch 10 accidentally slides out of the lock catch clamping hole 101.

[0108] In some possible implementation manners, the locking clasp engaging hole 101 and the locking clasp avoiding hole 102 are rectangular holes. In the second direction Y, the width of the locking clasp engaging hole 101 is smaller than the width of the locking clasp avoiding hole 102. The four corners of the locking clasp engaging hole 101 and the four corners of the locking clasp avoiding hole 102 are all round corner transition structures, which are beneficial to reduce the possibility of stress concentration of each paperboard 110 at the corners of the locking clasp engaging hole 101 and the locking clasp avoiding hole 102, and reduce the possibility of easy tearing and damage of the paperboard 110 due to the stress concentration area of the paperboard 110.

[0109] In some possible implementation manners, FIG. 12 schematically shows a partially exploded structure of the paperboard blank 100. Referring to FIG. 12, the paperboard blank 100 can include two paperboards 110. For ease of description, the two paperboards 110 are defined as a first panel 111 and a second panel 112 respectively. The first panel 111 includes a first engaging hole 1111 and a first avoiding hole 1112. The second panel 112 includes a second engaging hole 1121 and a second avoiding hole 1122. The size and shape of the first engaging hole 1111 are the same as the size and shape of the second engaging hole 1121. The size and shape of the first avoiding hole 1112 are the same as the size and shape of the second avoiding hole 1122. When the first panel 111 and the second panel 112 are stacked, the first engaging hole 1111 and the second engaging hole 1121 are aligned to form the locking clasp engaging hole 101. The first avoiding hole 1112 and the second avoiding hole 1122 are aligned to form the locking clasp avoiding hole 102. The second panel 112 is provided with a flap 120. The flap 120 can open or close the second avoiding hole 1122.

[0110] FIG. 13 schematically shows a structure of a carton structure. Referring to FIG. 13, the present application provides a carton structure 200. The carton structure 200 is used to form a carton. The carton structure 200 includes a paperboard blank 100 and a paper composite locking clasp 10.

[0111] The paperboard blank 100 comprises two or more paperboards 110, a locking catch hole 101 and a locking avoiding hole 102. The two or more paperboards 110 are arranged in a stack. The locking avoiding hole 102 and the locking catch hole 101 are both through the stacking area of the paperboards 110. In the first direction X, the locking avoiding hole 102 is arranged on one side of the locking catch hole 101. The locking avoiding hole 102 and the locking catch hole 101 are in communication. In the second direction Y, the maximum width of the locking catch hole 101 is less than the maximum width of the locking avoiding hole 102. The first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y. The paper composite lock 10 can be integrally inserted into or pulled out of the locking avoiding hole 102 in the thickness direction of the paperboard 110. After being inserted, the paper composite lock 10 can enter the locking catch hole 101 from the locking avoiding hole 102, and the first protrusion 22 can be slidably fitted with the locking catch hole 101 in the first direction X. The first protrusion 22 is clamped into or slides out of the locking catch hole 101, so that the paper composite lock 10 switches between the locked state and the unlocked state. In the locked state, the stacking area of the paperboard 110 is clamped in the clamping groove 10a. In the unlocked state, the paper composite lock 10 is located in the locking avoiding hole 102 and can be pulled out through the locking avoiding hole 102.

[0112] In some implementable manners, when the paper composite lock 10 is connected with the paperboard blank 100, the operator can insert fingers into the two sub-chambers 3011 of the paper composite lock 10 to take the paper composite lock 10. Then the paper composite lock 10 is inserted into the locking avoiding hole 102. The fingers slide the paper composite lock 10 to push the first protrusion 22 of the paper composite lock 10 into the locking catch hole 101. After the paper composite lock 10 is slid to the predetermined position, the fingers are pulled out of the sub-chambers 3011. When the paper composite lock 10 is separated from the paperboard blank 100, the operator can insert fingers into the two sub-chambers 3011 of the paper composite lock 10, and the fingers slide the paper composite lock 10 to slide the first protrusion 22 of the paper composite lock 10 out of the locking catch hole 101. After the paper composite lock 10 is slid into the locking avoiding hole 102, the paper composite lock 10 is pulled out of the locking avoiding hole 102. After the paper composite lock 10 is placed to the designated station, the fingers are pulled out of the sub-chambers 3011.

[0113] The connection or separation process between the paper composite lock 10 and the paperboard blank 100 is simple and easy to operate, reduces the assembly difficulty, and improves the assembly efficiency.

[0114] FIG. 14 schematically shows the structure of the carton 300. Referring to FIG. 14, the present application provides a carton 300. The carton 300 comprises the carton structure 200. The carton 300 of the present application can be used for packaging large or heavy products. The carton 300 can form protection for the large or heavy products.

[0115] In some possible implementation manners, the paperboard blank 100 can form at least one of the side box plate, the top box plate and the bottom box plate of the carton structure 200, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.

[0116] In some possible implementation manners, two or more than two locking clamping holes 101, locking avoiding holes 102 and paper composite locks 10 can be arranged on one paperboard blank 100, so as to improve the connection strength and load bearing performance between the stacked paperboards 110. The locking clamping holes 101, the locking avoiding holes 102 and the paper composite locks 10 are arranged one by one. The two or more than two paper composite locks 10 can be arranged at intervals along the second direction Y.

[0117] In some possible implementation manners, the carton 300 can include oppositely arranged top and bottom box plates. The top and bottom box plates each include a paperboard blank 100 and a paper composite lock 10. The paperboard blank 100 includes two stacked paperboards 110. After the carton 300 is completed to wrap the product to be packaged, an operator can quickly install or remove the paper composite lock 10 from the outside of the carton 300, so that the connection or separation process between the paper composite lock 10 and the paperboard blank 100 is simple and easy to operate.

[0118] In some possible implementation manners, FIG. 15 schematically shows a partial cross-sectional structure of the carton 300. Referring to FIGS. 14 and 15, the carton 300 can include a handle 400. The hand of an operator can be inserted into the central hole of the handle 400 to facilitate carrying the carton 300 and the product. The handle 400 can include an inner buckle 401 and an outer buckle 402. The inner buckle 401 and the outer buckle 402 are buckled and clamped to each other from the inner side and the outer side of the carton 300, respectively. The inner buckle 401 and the outer buckle 402 each have a central through hole. The material of the handle 400 can be plastic.

[0119] Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, various modifications can be made to the present application and equivalents thereof without departing from the scope of the present application. In particular, the technical features mentioned in each embodiment can be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict.
