Abstract

[0001] The present invention relates to a spray paint used for painting building materials such as iron plates, interior and exterior walls of buildings, etc. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing fugitive dust for spray paint, which significantly reduces fugitive dust by mixing it with paint when spraying paint, and can also be used by mixing it with acidic paint. When about 3 to 10 % by weight of the said fugitive dust prevention composition is mixed into paint and used, the fugitive dust during spray painting can be significantly reduced.

However, the inventor found that it cannot be applied to strongly acidic cases such as zinc paint. That is, in strongly acidic paints, a problem occurred in which the fugitive dust prevention composition (anti-fugitive dust composition) is hardened. In particular, a problem occurs in which the rubber polymer component, which is the main component of the anti-fugitive dust composition, hardens making spraying impossible.
