Abstract
Description
Stick-type cosmetic container
[0001] The present invention relates to a stick-type cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a stick-type cosmetic container in which a double screw lifting structure operates smoothly and the entire stick-type cosmetic can be used without any residue.
[0002] In today's modern society, people of all ages and genders are using cosmetics according to their needs in accordance with the rapidly diversifying trend of the times. In particular, women are using various types of cosmetics and cosmetics and tools with various colors, and through research and development by cosmetics companies, a variety of high-quality cosmetics and tools are being released to the market every day.
[0003] If we categorize cosmetics according to their purpose of use, they are classified into facial cleansing cosmetics used to remove sebum, waste products, and pollutants from the skin surface, basic cosmetics used to provide the skin with an appropriate amount of moisture and oil, color cosmetics used to express beautiful colors, hair cosmetics used to remove foreign substances from the hair or scalp while protecting and nourishing the hair, and perfumes used to dissolve fragrances in alcohol and other substances to give off a scent to others.
[0004] The above-mentioned color cosmetics are used to even out skin tone and cover up imperfections, and are divided into base makeup and point makeup, which adds three-dimensional effect to specific areas such as the lips, eyes, and nails. Base makeup includes makeup base, foundation, and powder, while point makeup includes lipstick, eyeliner, and mascara.
[0005] Meanwhile, the above foundation is a cosmetic product used to naturally cover up blemishes or freckles on the skin exposed to the outside, such as the face, or to express clean, bright skin or clear, soft skin. When applying makeup using the above foundation, it is applied evenly to the skin without clumping using a cosmetic puff.
[0006] These foundations are usually stored in wide, flat compact containers, which often have a built-in puff inside.
[0007] However, in order to use the foundation contained in the compact container, the user must open the container lid, hold the puff contained in the upper part of the container lid, open the container lid, and then apply the foundation cosmetic to the skin with the puff, which is inconvenient to use, and in this process, there was a problem in that the foundation cosmetic remaining on the puff got on the user's hands, making it messy.
[0008] Accordingly, a stick-type cosmetic container was developed in which a stick-type cosmetic is mounted on one side of the container for convenience of use and portability, and the stick-type cosmetic mounted inside the container is raised and lowered according to the rotation of the container.
[0009] As a conventional stick-type cosmetic container having this structure, a lipstick container in which lipstick is withdrawn or inserted by screw rotation is disclosed in Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0049149, which is examined as follows.
[0010] The above-mentioned prior art comprises: a lipstick case; a guide tube coupled to the upper inner side of the lipstick case and having a guide protrusion formed on the inner periphery; a rotating body coupled to the lower inner side of the lipstick case and the guide tube and having a rotating body screw thread formed on the upper inner periphery; a lipstick plate coupled to the upper inner side of the guide tube and having a countersunk screw thread formed on the lower outer periphery that is screw-connected with the countersunk screw thread, and a vertical guide groove formed on one side of the countersunk screw thread into which the guide protrusion is inserted; a lipstick mounted on the upper side of the lipstick plate and a lipstick cover detachably coupled to the upper side of the lipstick case.
[0011] However, the conventional lipstick container had the problem of wasting resources because it was impossible to use all the lipstick cosmetics remaining in the lipstick dish, and in order to use the stick-shaped cosmetics remaining in the lipstick dish, it was inconvenient to have to use a separate tool to forcibly dig them out.
[0012] To solve these problems, a stick-type content container was disclosed in Patent No. 10-2377557, which is as follows.
[0013] The above-described prior art comprises a housing having an outlet formed at the top; an operating unit rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the housing; a first lifting unit provided inside the housing and having a receiving portion formed at the top for receiving at least a portion of the contents; and a second lifting unit provided inside the first lifting unit and having a supporting portion formed inside the receiving portion to support the contents from below, wherein when the operating unit rotates in one direction, the first lifting unit and the second lifting unit simultaneously rise to move the contents upward, and when the first lifting unit rises to a predetermined height, the second lifting unit rises alone to further move the contents upward.
[0014] However, since the conventional stick-type contents container has a structure in which the first driving unit and the second driving unit rotate simultaneously and the first and second lifting units, which are respectively screw-fastened, are raised and lowered together to a certain section, the thickness, spacing, or inclination angle of the screw threads formed in the first and second lifting units must be the same, and if not, there is a problem in that the lifting speeds of the first and second lifting units are different from each other, and the lifting operation is not performed smoothly.
[0015] In addition, the conventional stick-type contents container has a structure in which the contents are taken out or brought in while the first and second lifting units are operated sequentially. Therefore, if the screw threads formed in the first and second lifting units are thin or have a low inclination angle, the lifting speed of the contents is slow, and if the screw threads are thick or have a high inclination angle, the stability of the lifting operation is low, etc., and there are structural problems.
[0016] Therefore, it became necessary to develop a stick-type cosmetic container that not only prevents waste of resources by using all stick-type cosmetics, but also enables quick and smooth lifting and lowering operations.

[0048] Hereinafter, a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0049] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view from above of a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view from below of a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] As illustrated, a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body (10), a protective tube (20), an operating member (30), a first lifting member (40), and a second lifting member (50), and when the first lifting member (40) and the second lifting member (50) are simultaneously operated to be lifted, a stick-type cosmetic can be withdrawn to the outside or brought in to the inside by the movement distance of the first lifting member (40) and the second lifting member (50).
[0051]
[0052] A stick-type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention is described by dividing it into each component as follows.
[0053]
[0054] The above main body (10) is the part that the user holds when applying makeup, and is formed in a three-dimensional shape, and components for the lifting and lowering operation of the stick-type cosmetic are installed in the internal space thereof. The stick-type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as having an oval shape formed by a pair of flat surfaces that are parallel to each other and a curved surface connecting the ends of the pair of flat surfaces, but is not limited thereto, and may be formed in various shapes or materials in consideration of usability or design factors.
[0055] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the main body (10) is composed of a lower body (12) having a predetermined internal space and an upper body (14) having a main body penetration hole (14a). The lower body (12) and the lower body (12) are fixedly coupled to each other, and an operating member (30) can be coupled therebetween. The upper body (14) is coupled while covering an open side of the lower body (12), and at least a portion of the protective tube (20) and the operating member (30) penetrate the main body penetration hole (14a) of the upper body (14).
[0056] A fixing rib (12a) may be formed on the lower body (12). The fixing rib (12a) protrudes from the bottom surface or inner surface of the lower body (12) and fixes the operating member (30) installed on the inner side of the main body (10). It is preferable that the supporting rib (12a) be formed in multiple numbers along the corner portion of the lower body (12), and that at least a portion of the operating member (30) is inserted into the inner side thereof.
[0057] A guide plate (14b) having a guide insertion groove (14c) may be formed in the upper body (14). The guide plate (14b) is formed to extend downward from the inner upper surface of the upper body (14) to partially partition the internal space of the body (10), and the guide insertion groove (14c) may be formed to extend a certain section from the end of the guide plate (14b) toward the protection tube (20). It is preferable that the guide plates (14b) are formed as a pair on the outer side of the body penetration hole (14a) and arranged to face each other.
[0058] Meanwhile, the inner space of the main body (10) may further include a control member (60) that maintains a constant rotation angle of the protection tube (20) with respect to the main body (10) and an elastic member (70) that elastically supports the control member (60). The control member (60) is elastically reciprocated by the elastic member (70) to temporarily limit the rotation of the protection tube (20) at certain angles.
[0059] The above control member (60) can adjust the rotation angle of the protection tube (20) at a constant level by repeatedly engaging and disengaging one end of the protection tube (20) when the protection tube (20) rotates. The control member (60) is inserted into the central outer side of the operating member (30) and moves back and forth in a direction away from or toward the protection tube (20). A first curved surface (62) is formed on the upper end of the outer wall of the control member (60), that is, the portion that comes into contact with the protection tube (20). The first curved surface (62) is formed to be smoothly curved along the outer wall perimeter of the control member (60) so as to be in close contact with one surface of the protection tube (20). A guide protrusion (64) is formed on the outer side of the first curved surface (62). The guide protrusion (64) is a part that guides the linear reciprocating movement of the control member (60), is inserted into the guide insertion groove (14c) of the main body (10), and a guide groove (64a) is formed on the outer surface to be fitted and connected to the operating member (30). Through this double guide structure, more stable operation is possible.
[0060] The above elastic member (70) can elastically support the control member (60) by being compressed and then restored by the control member (60) when the protection tube (20) rotates. The elastic member (70) is elastically operated while being fitted to the central outer side of the operating member (30), and one side is in close contact with one surface of the control member (60) and the other side is in close contact with the bottom upper surface of the operating member (30). At this time, the elastic member (70) is preferably formed as a coil spring made by spirally winding a metal or plastic having a certain elasticity.
[0061] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, an overcap (80) can be detachably coupled to one side of the main body (10) while wrapping a protective tube (20). The overcap (80) exposes the protective tube (20) and the stick-type cosmetic contained therein to the outside or protects it when coupled or separated from the main body (10). In the drawing of the stick-type cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, the main body (10) and the overcap (80) are each illustrated as having protrusions formed thereon and being undercut coupled to each other, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the overcap (80) may have various coupling structures within a range in which it can be easily coupled to and detached from the main body (10), such as coupling by protrusions and grooves, forced fitting coupling, and coupling by magnetic force. In addition, an inner cap (not shown) is provided on the inside of the overcap (80), and the inner cap (not shown) can stably maintain the internal seal of the protective tube (20) when fitted to the open end of the protective tube (20).
[0062]
[0063] The above protective tube (20) wraps and protects the stick-shaped cosmetic provided inside it, and is rotatably connected to the main body (10).
[0064] The above protective tube (20) is formed to extend long from one side of the main body (10), and an inlet (21) is formed at its end, through which stick-type cosmetics can be withdrawn to the outside or introduced into the inside. At this time, it is preferable that the protective tube (20) have the same diameter and surface shape as the main body (10) for the sake of design continuity.
[0065] The above protective tube (20) is provided with a protective tube penetration hole (22) through which the first and second lifting members (40, 50) pass, and a first side wall (24) is formed on the outside of the protective tube penetration hole (22) to surround at least a portion of the first lifting member (40), and a second side wall (26) may be formed at a predetermined distance from the outside of the first side wall (24) to surround at least a portion of the operating member (30). The protective tube penetration hole (22) is formed at the center of the bottom surface of the protective tube (20) and is connected to the internal space of the main body (10). The first side wall (24) is formed to extend to the lower part of the protective tube (20) and penetrates the main body through hole (14a) of the main body (10), and a second screw projection (24a) is formed on the inner periphery so that it can be screw-connected with the first screw thread (44) formed on the first lifting member (40). It is preferable that the second screw projection (24a) protrudes along a certain section along the inner periphery of the first side wall (24).
[0066] The second side wall (26) is formed to extend to the lower part of the protective tube (20) and penetrates the main body penetration hole (14a) of the main body (10), and can be rotatably hooked to the main body (10). As seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, a second curved surface (26a) is formed at the lower end of the outer wall of the second side wall (26), that is, at the portion in contact with the control member (60). The second curved surface (26a) is formed to be smoothly curved along the outer wall perimeter of the second side wall (26) and can be in close contact with the first curved surface (62) of the control member (60).
[0067] The first curved surface (62) of the control member (60) and the second curved surface (26a) of the protection tube (20) engage with each other at regular intervals when the protection tube (20) rotates relative to the main body (10), thereby maintaining a constant rotation angle of the protection tube (20). Of course, the rotation angle of the protection tube (20) can also be appropriately adjusted depending on the degree of curvature of the first and second curved surfaces (62, 26a). For example, when the first curved surface (62) and the second curved surface (26a) engage at two opposing points, the rotation of the protection tube (20) relative to the main body (10) is restricted every 180 degrees, when they engage at three points, the rotation of the protection tube (20) relative to the main body (10) is restricted every 120 degrees, and when they engage at four points, the rotation of the protection tube (20) relative to the main body (10) is restricted every 90 degrees. In this way, when the rotation angle of the protective tube (20) is changed, the elevation length of the first and second elevation members (40, 50) can also be adjusted according to the rotation operation of the protective tube (20).
[0068]
[0069] The above operating member (30) is coupled to the inner space of the main body (10) and guides the linear reciprocating movement of the first lifting member (40) and the control member (60).
[0070] The above operating member (30) may include an operating tube (32) that limits the rotation of the first lifting member (40) and a fixing member (34) that is formed on the outside of the operating tube (32) and fixes the operating member (30) to the inner space of the main body (10).
[0071] The above-mentioned operating tube (32) is formed in a cylindrical shape with at least one side open in the center of the operating member (30), and is inserted between the first side wall (24) and the second side wall (26) of the protection tube (20), and at least a portion of the protection tube (20), the first lifting member (40), and the second lifting member (50) can be inserted into the inside of the operating tube (32). A straight guide protrusion (32a) is formed on the operating tube (32), and the straight guide protrusion (32a) guides the straight reciprocating movement of the first lifting member (40) with respect to the operating tube (32) while being coupled with a straight guide groove (42) formed on the first lifting member (40). It is preferable that the above straight guide protrusion (32a) and straight guide groove (42) are formed to extend along the longitudinal direction on the facing surfaces of the operating tube (32) and the first lifting member (40), respectively.
[0072] The above-mentioned fixed portion (34) extends from the bottom of the operating member (30) and is formed as a pair on both sides with the operating tube (32) as the center, and can be closely attached to the inner circumferences on both sides of the main body (10). A guide protrusion (34a) is formed on the above-mentioned fixed portion (34), and the guide protrusion (34a) guides the linear reciprocating movement of the control member (60) with respect to the operating member (30) by engaging with the guide groove (64a) of the control member (60). Of course, the guide engaging structures of the operating member (30) and the control member (60) may be formed in opposite directions, that is, a guide groove may be formed on the operating member (30), and a guide protrusion may be formed on the control member (60) so that they may be fitted together.
[0073]
[0074] The above first elevating member (40) is installed in the inner space of the main body (10) and not only operates to elevate itself, but also operates to elevate the second elevating member (50). That is, the stick-type cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention has a structure for elevating stick-type cosmetics by double screw coupling, in which the second elevating member (50) is screw-coupled to the inner side of the first elevating member (40) and the protective tube (20) is screw-coupled to the outer side. Therefore, the elevating operation of the stick-type cosmetics is performed quickly and smoothly, and the stick-type cosmetics can be used up without any residue.
[0075] As seen in FIGS. 4 and 5, the first lifting member (40) is formed in a cylindrical shape with both sides open, and can penetrate the main body penetration hole (14a) of the main body (10) and the protection tube penetration hole (22) of the protection tube (20).
[0076] The first lifting member (40) can be connected to the operating member (30) in a linear manner and can be screw-connected to the protective tube (20). Accordingly, the first lifting member (40) is screw-connected to the protective tube (20) when the protective tube (20) rotates relative to the main body (10), and moves linearly along the operating member (30), and at the same time, is operated to be lifted into the inner space of the protective tube (20).
[0077] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a straight guide groove (42) is formed in the first lifting member (40), and the straight guide groove (42) guides the straight reciprocating movement of the first lifting member (40) with respect to the operating pipe (32) by engaging with the straight guide projection (32a) of the operating pipe (32) formed in the operating member (30). Since the straight guide groove (42) is fitted with the straight guide projection (32a), it is preferable that a screw thread be formed to extend a certain section through the lower part of the screw-joined portion of the protective pipe (20) and the second lifting member (40) so as not to interfere with the screw fastening of the protective pipe (20) and the first lifting member (40).
[0078] The first elevating member (40) may be formed with a first screw thread (44) and a first screw projection (46). The first screw thread (44) and the first screw projection (46) are formed on opposite sides, and the first screw thread (44) is disposed on a surface facing the protective tube (20), and the first screw projection (46) is disposed on a surface facing the second elevating member (50). The first screw thread (44) is formed to extend along the outer circumference of the first elevating member (40) and is screw-connected with the second screw projection (24a) of the protective tube (20), and the first screw projection (46) is formed to protrude a certain section along the inner circumference of the first elevating member (40) and is screw-connected with the second screw thread (56) of the second elevating member (50).
[0079] Meanwhile, a first elastic slit (45) and a second elastic slit (47) may be formed in the first elevating member (40). The first elastic slit (45) and the second elastic slit (47) are portions cut in the outer wall of the first elevating member (40). The first elastic slit (45) provides elasticity to the screw-joined portion of the first elevating member (40) and the protective tube (20), and the second elastic slit (47) provides elasticity to the screw-joined portion of the first elevating member (40) and the second elevating member (50). Accordingly, the portion of the first elevating member (40) that is screw-connected to the protection tube (20) and the portion of the second elevating member (50) that is screw-connected move elastically back and forth, thereby minimizing resistance, and thus, the screw fastening between the first elevating member (40) and the protection tube (20) and between the first elevating member (40) and the second elevating member (50) can be smoothly performed. It is preferable that the first elastic slit (45) and the second elastic slit (47) are formed in a row along the longitudinal direction of the first elevating member (40) with a certain distance between them.
[0080] In addition, a first catch (48) is formed on the first lifting member (40), and the first catch (48) catches on the second screw projection (24a) of the protection tube (20) when the first lifting member (40) moves upward, thereby preventing the first lifting member (40) from being separated from the protection tube (20). The first catch (48) is formed to protrude on the outer periphery of the first lifting member (40), and it is preferable that at least one surface facing the protection tube (20) is formed to be flat.
[0081]
[0082] The above second lifting member (50) rotates together with the rotation of the protection tube (20) and operates to lift from the first lifting member (40).
[0083] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the second elevating member (50) may include a plate portion (52) disposed in the inner space of the protective tube (20) and to which a stick-type cosmetic is attached, and an elevating member (54) inserted into the inner side of the first elevating member (40) and operated to elevate with respect to the first elevating member (40).
[0084] The above plate portion (52) is formed on one side of the second lifting member (50) and moves up and down inside the protective tube (20). A stick-type cosmetic is attached to the inside thereof, and at least one rib (52a) may be formed on one side to supplement the contact force between the plate portion (52) and the stick-type cosmetic.
[0085] The above-mentioned lifting member (54) is formed to extend downward from the center of one side of the plate member (52), and is screw-connected to the first lifting member (40) while penetrating the first lifting member (40). A second screw thread (56) is formed on the lifting member (54), and the second screw thread (56) is formed to extend along the outer periphery of the lifting member (54) so as to be screw-connected to the first screw projection (46) of the first lifting member (40). At this time, the screw thread inclination angle or thickness or pitch (the distance measured parallel to the axis of adjacent screw threads) of the first screw thread (44) formed on the first elevating member (40) and the second screw thread (56) formed on the second elevating member (50) determine the elevation height, i.e., the elevation speed, of the first elevating member (40) and the second elevating member (50) according to the rotation section of the protective tube (20), and therefore, the screw thread inclination angle or thickness or pitch of the first screw thread (44) and the second screw thread (56) can be variously changed in consideration of the elevation speed of the stick-shaped cosmetic by the first elevating member (40) and the second elevating member (50).
[0086] Meanwhile, a second catch (58) is formed on the second lifting member (50). The second catch (58) catches on the first screw projection (46) of the first lifting member (40) when the second lifting member (50) moves upward, thereby preventing the second lifting member (50) from being separated from the first lifting member (40). The second catch (58) is formed to protrude from the outer periphery of the second lifting member (50), and it is preferable that at least one surface facing the protection tube (20) is formed to be flat.

[0088] FIGS. 6 to 8 are drawings illustrating a process of using a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. With reference to these drawings, a process of using a stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0089] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA illustrating an example of opening a protective tube by separating an overcap from a main body according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA illustrating an example of ...
[0090] In order to use the stick-type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the overcap (80) is separated from the main body (10) and the protective tube (20) is exposed to the outside.
[0091] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the protective tube (20) is rotated in one direction with respect to the main body (10), the first lifting member (40), whose rotation is restricted within the main body (10), and the protective tube (20) are screw-connected, and the first lifting member (40) is raised from the protective tube (20). That is, the protective tube (20) and the first lifting member (40) are screw-connected to each other, and the first lifting member (40) is linearly movably connected to the operating member (30) fixed within the main body (10), and when the second lifting projection (24a) of the protective tube (20) is rotated, the first screw thread (44) of the first lifting member (40) is pushed, and the first lifting member (40) is moved upward along the operating member (30).
[0092] At the same time, the second lifting member (50) arranged inside the protective tube (20) rotates together with the protective tube (20), and as the first lifting member (40) and the second lifting member (50), whose rotation is restricted within the main body (10), are screw-connected, the second lifting member (50) is raised from the first lifting member (40). That is, the first lifting member (40) and the second lifting member (50) are screw-connected to each other, and the first lifting member (40) is linearly movably connected to the operating member (30) fixed within the main body (10), and as the second screw thread (56) of the second lifting member (50) rotates, it moves upward along the first screw projection (46) of the first lifting member (40).
[0093] At this time, the control member (60) installed in the main body (10) is elastically supported by the elastic member (70) to maintain the rotation angle of the protective tube (20) constant. That is, as the second curved surface (26a) of the protective tube (20) rotates, it repeatedly elastically engages or disengages with the first curved surface (62) of the control member (60), thereby temporarily restricting the rotation of the protective tube (20) with respect to the main body (10) at regular intervals.
[0094] As seen above, the first lifting member (40) is operated upwardly with respect to the operating member (30), and at the same time, the second lifting member (50) is operated upwardly with respect to the first lifting member (40), and the stick-shaped cosmetic attached to the second lifting member (50) is pulled outward by the distance traveled by the first lifting member (40) and the second lifting member (50).
