[0022] An overview of the support member and support fixture will be explained using Figures 1 to 7. The support member 1 is a member for supporting an object that can be attached to a lip channel steel 10, which is a channel steel having lips on both sides. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, a support fixture 50 includes the lip channel steel 10 and the support member 1 attached to the lip channel steel 10. As shown in Figure 4, the support fixture 50 can be used as a shelf 100 by placing a shelf board 20 on it.
[0023] The lip channel steel 10 has a main wall 11, side walls 12, and a lip portion C (C1 or C2, the same applies below). The main wall 11 is a plate-shaped member. The side walls 12 are a pair of plate-shaped members located on both sides of the main wall 11 and extending perpendicularly from the main wall 11. The lip portion C is a pair of plate-shaped members located at the end of each side wall 12 and extending perpendicularly from the side walls 12 (extending approximately parallel to the main walls 11).
[0024] In the lip channel steel 10, the lip portion C on one side is referred to as the first lip portion C1, and the lip portion C on the other side is referred to as the second lip portion C2. The space between the first lip portion C1 and the second lip portion C2 may be referred to as an opening. The lip channel steel 10 (main wall 11, side wall 12, and lip portion C) is a member extending in a linear direction. The lip channel steel 10 extends in the z-axis direction. The direction in which the lip channel steel 10 extends may be referred to as the extension direction. The direction perpendicular to the extension direction (the direction in which the two lip portions C1 and C2 are arranged) may be referred to as the width direction (x-axis direction in the figure).
[0025] The lip channel may be a lip channel fixed to a wall of a building or the like, or may be a portable lip channel not fixed to a wall of a building or the like.
[0026] The support member 1 includes a base 2, a first locking member L1, a second locking member L2, a lever member 3, a first connecting member J1, a second connecting member J2, and a biasing member 4. The base 2 is a member that supports an object to be supported when the support member 1 is attached to the lip channel steel 10. Each member that constitutes the support member 1 is provided directly or indirectly on the base 2.
[0027] The base 2 is a member with a generally L-shaped cross section, having a first surface 2H and a second surface 2P extending in a direction perpendicular to the first surface 2H. The base 2 has an elongated shape extending in the width direction of the lip channel steel 10 (the x-axis direction in the drawing).
[0028] The base 2 is shown in a state in which the first surface 2H is located above the second surface 2P. Hereinafter, "upper" means the upper side in the y-axis direction in the drawing, and "lower" means the lower side in the y-axis direction in the drawing.
[0029] Of the first surface 2H of the base 2, the surface that faces the lip channel steel 10 when attached to the lip channel steel 10 is referred to as an opposing surface 2HO. The opposing surface 2HO includes a through hole 2H1 through which the first locking member L1 passes. The through hole 2H1 has a size that allows the first locking member L1 to pass through, and it is preferable that there is a small gap between the first locking member L1 and the base 2 when the first locking member L1 passes through the through hole 2H1.
[0030] The first locking member L1 is a member that can be locked to the first lip portion C1. The first locking member L1 is a long rod-shaped member that passes through the through hole 2H1 of the base 2 and extends inward from the opening of the lip channel steel 10 (when attached to the lip channel steel 10). The first locking member L1 is a movable member that can protrude inward from and retract into the opening of the lip channel steel 10. When the first locking member L1 is in the protruding state, the first locking member L1 locks to the first lip portion C1. The lower end of the first locking member L1 is connected to the lever member 3 via the second connecting member J2.
[0031] The lever member 3 is a member that controls the extension and retraction of the first locking member L1. The lever member 3 is a long, rod-shaped member. One end of the lever member 3 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the connection end) is connected to the first locking member L1 via a second connecting member J2. The first locking member L1 is extended and retracted by operating the other end of the lever member 3 (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the operation end). The lever member 3 is connected to the base 2 via a first connecting member J1 located between the connection end and the operation end.
[0032] The first connecting member J1 is a member that connects the lever member 3 and the base body 2. The first connecting member J1 has a first rotation shaft and a first rotation member.
[0033] The first rotating shaft is a rod-shaped member having one end fixed to the second surface 2P of the base 2 and extending perpendicularly from the second surface 2P of the base 2 (extending parallel to the first surface 2H). The first rotating member is a member provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating shaft and is rotatable around the first rotating shaft. Because the lever member 3 is fixed to the first rotating member, the lever member 3 is rotatable around the first rotating shaft.
[0034] The second connecting member J2 is a member that connects the first locking member L1 and the lever member 3. The second connecting member J2 has a second rotation shaft and a second rotation member.
[0035] The second pivot shaft is a rod-shaped member fixed to the connecting end of the lever member 3 and extending parallel to the first pivot shaft. The second pivot member is provided on the outer periphery of the second pivot shaft and is rotatable around the second pivot shaft. The lower end of the first locking member L1 is fixed to the second pivot member, so the first locking member L1 is rotatable around the second pivot shaft.
[0036] The second locking member L2 is a member that can be locked to the second lip portion C2. The second locking member L2 has a protrusion L21 and a locking portion L22. The protrusion L21 is fixed to the opposing surface 2HO of the base 2 and (when attached to the lip channel steel 10) protrudes inward from the opening of the lip channel steel 10. The locking portion L22 is provided on the protrusion L21 and extends from the protrusion L21 toward the side where the second lip portion C2 is located (the side opposite the side where the first locking member L1 is located), and locks with the second lip portion C2.
[0037] The second locking member L2 is a member that (when attached to the lip channel steel 10) extends in the same direction (z-axis direction in Figures 1 to 4) as the extension direction of the lip channel steel 10. The second locking member L2 may have a mechanism that allows it to move in the width direction of the lip channel steel 10.
[0038] The first locking member L1 of the support member 1 shown in Figure 2 is in a state where it protrudes most inward from the opening of the lip channel steel 10 (hereinafter, this may be referred to as the protruding state). In the protruding state, the lever member 3 rotates about the first rotation axis of the first connecting member J1, and the upper end of the second connecting member J2 moves upward in conjunction with this, coming into contact with the first surface 2H of the base 2. The first locking member L1 of the support member 1 shown in Figure 3 is in a state where it has retracted from the protruding state (hereinafter, this may be referred to as the retracted state).
[0039] When the lever member 3 is operated to rotate about the first rotation axis of the first connecting member J1, the first locking member L1 is interlocked with the first locking member L1 and rotates about the second rotation axis of the second connecting member J2. This operation allows the first locking member L1 to extend and retract, and when the first locking member L1 is extended, the first locking member L1 is inclined toward the side where the first lip portion C1 is located (the side opposite to the side where the second locking member L2 is located). When the first locking member L1 is in a protruding state, the lower end of the first locking member L1 (the connection portion between the first locking member L1 and the second connecting member J2) is located on the opposite side of the through hole 2H1 of the base 2 from the side on which the first lip portion C1 is located (the side on which the second locking member L2 is located), so the first locking member L1 is configured to be inclined toward the side on which the first lip portion C1 is located (the side opposite the side on which the second locking member L2 is located).
[0040] As shown in Figure 3, when the opening of the lip channel steel 10 is positioned so as to face the opposing surface 2HO of the first locking member L1, which is in a retracted state, the first locking member L1 is placed in a protruding state as shown in Figure 2, so that the first locking member L1 locks to the first lip portion C1 and the second locking member L2 locks to the second lip portion C2, thereby making it possible to fix (attach) the support member 1 (base 2) to the lip channel steel 10.
[0041] According to the support member 1 in this embodiment, if the lip channel steel 10 extends horizontally, it can be easily attached and detached to the lip channel steel 10 regardless of the direction in which the lip portion C faces (the direction in which the opening faces).
[0042] The biasing member 4 is a member that biases the lever member 3 to maintain the first locking member L1 in a protruding state. The biasing member 4 is a return spring. The biasing member 4 is provided between the lever member 3 and the first surface 2H of the base 2. The biasing member 4 is located on the lever member 3 closer to the operation end of the lever member 3 than the connection position with the first connecting member J1.
[0043] When the lever member 3 is operated so that the biasing member 4 is compressed, the first locking member L1 is put into a retracted state, and when the lever member 3 is operated so that the compression of the biasing member 4 is released, the first locking member L1 is put into a protruded state.
[0044] 1 to 4, the support member 1 may have a rattle suppression member 5 for suppressing rattle between the first locking member L1 and the first lip portion C1 in the locked state. The rattle suppression member 5 is a member having a predetermined thickness and provided on the opposing surface 2HO of the base 2 on the side where the first lip portion C1 is located relative to the through hole 2H1. The presence of the rattle suppression member 5 can suppress the occurrence of a gap between the first locking member L1 in the locked, protruding state and the first lip portion C1.
[0045] The support member 1 may have a rotation suppressing member 6 that suppresses the first rotating member of the first connecting member J1 from rotating about the first rotating shaft. In this embodiment, the rotation suppressing member 6 is a butterfly bolt, and by tightening the butterfly bolt to abut against the end face of the first rotating member, the resulting frictional force can suppress the first rotating member from rotating about the first rotating shaft.
[0046] 4 is a structural diagram of a shelf 100 using the support members 1. The shelf 100 includes a plurality of support members 1, lip channel steel 10, and shelf plates 20.
[0047] Although not shown, two or more support members 1 are attached to the lip channel steel 10 and arranged in the horizontal direction.
[0048] 4, when the support member 1 is attached to the lip channel steel 10 with the opening located downward, the first surface 2H of the support member 1 is a substantially horizontal surface that extends substantially horizontally. A shelf plate is placed on the top of the first surface 2H of the multiple support members 1 attached to the lip channel steel 10, and the support member 1 functions as a shelf 100.
[0049] 4, the lip channel steel 10 has a reinforcing member 13 that bridges both lip portions (first lip portion C1 and second lip portion C2) at the end face of the lip channel steel 10. This configuration can improve the durability of the lip channel steel 10. The reinforcing member 13 is a plate-shaped member, one end of which is joined to the first lip portion C1 of the lip channel steel 10 and the end face of the side wall 12, and the other end of which is joined to the second lip portion C2 of the lip channel steel 10 and the end face of the side wall 12.
[0050] 5 to 7, the base 2 of the support member 1 has an inclination adjustment mechanism 30 (not shown in FIGS. 1 to 4) that can adjust the inclination angle of the mounting surface on which the supported object is placed. The inclination adjustment mechanism 30 includes an inclination adjustment plate 31 and an inclination adjustment member 32.
[0051] The inclination adjustment plate 31 is an elongated member with a substantially L-shaped cross section that corresponds to the base 2. The inclination adjustment plate 31 shown in FIG. 5 has an end connected to the base 2. The base 2 has a threaded portion (a cylindrical part with a spiral groove) on the second surface 2P for connecting to the inclination adjustment plate 31. The inclination adjustment plate 31 has a hole 31H on a surface that corresponds to the second surface 2P, through which the threaded portion of the base 2 is inserted. The inclination adjustment plate 31 is fixed to the base 2 by being fastened with a nut while inserted into the threaded portion. With this configuration, the inclination adjustment plate 31 is connected to the base 2 so as to be rotatable around the end portion as an axis.
[0052] The inclination adjustment member 32 is a member that adjusts the inclination angle of the inclination adjustment plate 31. The inclination adjustment member 32 can be positioned between the inclination adjustment plate 31 and the first surface 2H of the base 2. The inclination adjustment member 32 shown in FIG. 5 or 7 is a wedge-shaped member made of resin. When the inclination adjustment plate 31 is rotated in a direction away from the base 2, the inclination adjustment member 32 is disposed between the base 2 (first surface 2H) and the inner surface of the inclination adjustment plate 31. The inclination angle of the inclination adjustment plate 31 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the inclination adjustment member 32. With this configuration, when the support member 1 is attached to the lip channel steel 10, the angle can be adjusted as needed, allowing a shelf board to be stably placed on the support member 1.
[0053] The support member 1 shown in Figure 6 does not have an inclination adjustment member 32, while the support member 1 shown in Figures 5 and 7 has an inclination adjustment member 32 and the inclination angle of the mounting surface is adjusted.
[0054] The base 2 and the tilt adjustment plate 31 are made of a metal that is a magnetic material, and the tilt adjustment member 32 may have a magnet built into the surface that comes into contact with the base 2 or the tilt adjustment plate 31 .
[0055] The inclination adjustment plate 31 may be longer than the base body 2 when connected to the base body 2 .
[0056] An example of a support (first embodiment) will be described below, as shown in Figures 8 to 11. As shown in Figure 9, a support 50A (lip channel steel 10) in the first embodiment is a portable support that is not fixed to a wall of a building or the like. The support 50A includes two lip channel steels 10. A support member 1 is attached to each of the two lip channel steels 10. In other words, the support 50A includes two support members 1. The support 50A further includes a main body 51 that fixes the two lip channel steels 10.
[0057] The main body 51 has a first portion 51A, a second portion 51B, and a connecting portion. The first portion 51A is a member extending in a substantially vertical direction. The second portion 51B is a member extending in a substantially horizontal direction from the first portion. The first portion 51A and the second portion 51B are connected by the connecting portion.
[0058] The two lip channel steels 10 are fixed to the first part 51A of the main body 51 at the same height. The reinforcing members 13 of the lip channel steel 10 are joined to the first part 51A to fix the lip channel steel 10. The two support members 1 attached to the two lip channel steels 10 are also positioned at the same height. The two support members 1 function as first shelf board mounting portions 50A1 on which shelf boards can be placed.
[0059] The main body 51 has a second shelf board mounting portion 50A2 on which a shelf board can be placed. The second shelf board mounting portion 50A2 is located above the two lip channel steels 10. The second shelf board mounting portion 50A2 is fixed to the first portion 51A.
[0060] The main body 51 has a third shelf board mounting portion 50A3 on which a shelf board can be placed. The third shelf board mounting portion 50A3 is located below the two support members 1 attached to the two lip channel steels 10. The third shelf board mounting portion 50A3 is fixed to the second portion 51B.
[0061] 8 is a diagram showing a state in which the shelf boards 20 are placed on each of the first shelf board placement portion 50A1, the second shelf board placement portion 50A2, and the third shelf board placement portion 50A3. By placing the shelf boards 20 on each of the first shelf board placement portion 50A1, the second shelf board placement portion 50A2, and the third shelf board placement portion 50A3, the shelf boards can be used as shelves.
[0062] Figure 10 shows the state in which the support member 1 has been removed from the lip channel steel 10. The first section 51A and the second section 51B are configured to be rotatable about the connecting section as an axis. Figure 11 shows the state in which the first section 51A has been rotated and tilted toward the side where the third shelf board mounting section 50A3 is located. The main body 51 has stoppers 51S that prevent the first section 51A and the second section 51B from rotating about the connecting section as an axis. When the stoppers 51S are released, the first section 51A and the second section 51B are configured to be rotatable about the connecting section as an axis.
[0063] The third shelf board placement section 50A3 is configured to be movable in the direction in which the second section 51B extends.
[0064] An example of a support (second embodiment) will be described below, as shown in Figures 12 to 14. Note that the support member 1 is omitted from Figures 13 and 14. The support 50B (lip channel steel 10) in the second embodiment is a portable support that is not fixed to the wall of a building or the like. As shown in Figure 12, the support 50B can be fixed to another column-shaped object T1.
[0065] As shown in Figure 13, the lip channel steel 10 of the support device 50B has a first fixing portion F1 that can be fixed to another column-shaped object T1. The first fixing portion F1 has a first inner fixing portion F1A, a first outer fixing portion F1B, and two proximity adjustment portions F1C. The first inner fixing portion F1A is a plate-shaped member fixed to the side surface (side wall 12) of the lip channel steel 10. The first inner fixing portion F1A is longer than the side wall 12 of the lip channel steel 10, and both ends of the first inner fixing portion F1A extend beyond the side wall 12.
[0066] The first outer fixing portion F1B is a plate-like member corresponding to the first inner fixing portion F1A. The proximity adjustment portion F1C is a member that brings the first inner fixing portion F1A and the first outer fixing portion F1B closer together. The proximity adjustment portions F1C are located at both ends (outside the lip channel steel 10) of the first inner fixing portion F1A and the first outer fixing portion F1B, respectively. The first outer fixing portion F1B has a recessed portion in the center that can accommodate the shape of another column-shaped object T1.
[0067] 12, in a state in which another pillar-shaped object T1 is positioned between the first inner fixing portion F1A and the first outer fixing portion F1B, the first inner fixing portion F1A and the first outer fixing portion F1B are brought closer together by the proximity adjustment portion F1C, thereby fixing the support 50B to the other pillar-shaped object T1. As shown in FIG. 12, by fixing the support 50B to each of two or more pillar-shaped objects T1, shelf boards can be placed on the two or more supports 50B (support members 1) and used as shelves.
[0068] The support 50B' (lip channel steel 10) shown in Fig. 14 is a modified example of the second embodiment shown in Fig. 12 and Fig. 13. As shown in Fig. 14, the lip channel steel 10 has a second fixing portion F2 that can be fixed to another column-shaped object.

The reinforcing members 13 of each lip channel steel 10 are joined to the connection portion 55, and the lip channel steel 10 is fixed to the connection portion 55.
[0075] The support 50C has third fixing portions F3 that can fix the two lip channel steel beams 10 (connection portions 55) to another column-shaped object T3. The third fixing portions F3 are plate-shaped members that correspond to the connection portions 55. The support 50C has proximity adjustment portions that bring the third fixing portions F3 closer to the connection portions 55. The proximity adjustment portions can bring both ends of the third fixing portions F3 and the flange portions of the connection portions 55 closer to each other.
[0076] As shown in Figure 15, when another pillar-shaped object T3 is positioned in the recess portion 55A, the third fixing portion F3 and the connecting portion 55 are brought close to each other, thereby fixing the support 50C to the other pillar-shaped object T3.
[0077] An example of a support (fourth embodiment) will be described below, as shown in Figures 17 and 18. Note that the support member 1 is omitted from Figure 18. The support 50D (lip channel steel 10) in the fourth embodiment is a portable support that is not fixed to the wall of a building or the like. As shown in Figure 17, the support 50D can be fixed to another wall-shaped object T4 having a hole.
[0078] As shown in Figure 17, the lip channel steel 10 of the support device 50D has a fourth fixing portion F4 that can be fixed to another wall-shaped object T4 having a hole. The fourth fixing portion F4 has a fourth inner fixing portion F4A, a fourth outer fixing portion F4B, and a proximity adjustment portion F4C. The fourth fixing portion F4 has the same structure as the first fixing portion F1 in the second embodiment described above and shown in Figures 12 and 13. The fourth fixing portion F4 shown in Figure 17 has a recessed portion like the first fixing portion F1, but does not need to have a recessed portion when fixed to another wall-shaped object T4 having a hole.
[0079] The lip channel steel 10 of the support device 50D has a support surface extension member 15 that extends the upper surface of the main wall 11 of the lip channel steel 10. The upper surface of the lip channel steel 10 fixed by the fourth fixing portion F4 can function as a surface for supporting an object to be supported, and the support surface extension member 15 can extend the area thereof.
[0080] The support surface extension member 15 has the same structure as the inclination adjustment plate 31 described above. The end of the support surface extension member 15 is connected to the reinforcing member 13 of the lip channel steel 10. [0084] 19, the lip channel steel 10 of the support device 50E has a fifth fixing portion F5 that can be fixed to another plate-shaped object T5 that extends substantially horizontally. At least a portion of the fifth fixing portion F5 is located above the lip channel steel 10 and has a mechanism that can be clamped to the edge of the other plate-shaped object T5 that extends substantially horizontally.
[0085] The fifth fixing portion F5 has a fifth inner fixing portion F5A, a fifth outer fixing portion F5B, and a proximity adjustment portion F5C. The fifth inner fixing portion F5A is a member that clamps the object T5 on the side (inside) where the lip channel steel 10 is located. The fifth outer fixing portion F5B is a member that corresponds to the fifth inner fixing portion F5A and clamps the object T5 on the side (outside) where the lip channel steel 10 is not located. The proximity adjustment portion F5C is a mechanism for bringing the fifth inner fixing portion F5A and the fifth outer fixing portion F5B closer together.
[0086] The fifth inner fixing portion F5A is a long, plate-like member. The fifth inner fixing portion F5A is inserted into the internal region surrounded by the wall portions (main wall 11 and side wall 12) and reinforcing member 13 that constitute the lip channel steel 10. Of the fifth inner fixing portion F5A inserted into the internal region, an extension portion F5AS extending from the lip channel steel 10 is a fifth inner clamping portion F5AS that clamps another object T5. The fifth inner fixing portion F5A is curved, and the fifth inner clamping portion F5AS may be positioned above the upper surface of the main wall 11.
[0087] The fifth outer fixed portion F5B includes a fifth outer clamping portion F5BS that clamps the object T5. The fifth outer clamping portion F5BS is located at a position corresponding to the fifth inner clamping portion F5AS.
[0088] The proximity adjustment unit F5C is connected to the fifth inner fixed unit F5A and the fifth outer fixed unit F5B. It has a mechanism that can movably adjust the fifth outer clamping unit F5BS so that it approaches the fifth inner clamping unit F5AS. The proximity adjustment unit F5C includes a threaded portion (a cylindrical part with a spiral groove) and a member that rotates the threaded portion. The threaded portion is a male screw. The threaded portion is rotatably connected to the fifth inner fixed unit F5A.
[0089] The fifth outer fixing portion F5B is generally U-shaped, with the inner surface of its upper end forming the fifth outer clamping portion F5BS. The lower end of the fifth outer fixing portion F5B has a hole through which the threaded portion of the proximity adjustment portion F5C passes. The hole is a female screw that corresponds to the male thread of the threaded portion. With this configuration, when the threaded portion of the proximity adjustment portion F5C is rotated in a predetermined direction, the fifth outer fixing portion F5B (fifth outer clamping portion F5BS) moves closer to the fifth inner clamping portion F5AS. When a plate-shaped object T5 extending generally horizontally is positioned between the fifth outer clamping portion F5BS and the fifth inner clamping portion F5AS, the fifth outer clamping portion F5BS is brought closer to the fifth inner clamping portion F5AS, thereby fixing the support device 50E.
