Abstract
A microbial identification system, comprising: a microbial extraction container which contains a solution to be extracted and magnetic beads for adsorbing microorganisms, wherein the solution to be extracted is a processed product of a positive sample and contains microorganisms to be extracted; a microbial extraction device which is used for extracting microorganisms from the positive sample by means of the magnetic beads and contains a controller and a magnetic bead adsorption mechanism; a mass spectrometry detection container which is used for carrying the extracted microorganisms; and a mass spectrometry identification device which is used for identifying the extracted microorganisms.
