[0049] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, but not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort belong to the scope of protection of the present application.
[0050] The specific embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to Figs. 1-17.
[0051] Embodiment 1
[0052] Referring to Figs. 1-3, the frame 100 is used to mount pictures of different sizes. The frame 100 includes a wall plate 50 fixedly connected to a wall, a carrier 30 mounted on the wall plate 50, and a picture 10 mounted on the carrier 30, the picture 10 having an adsorption layer 13, and the carrier 30 is provided with at least one limiting support 31 and at least one adsorption member 3751 for supporting and adsorbing the picture 10, so that the picture 10 is stably hung on the carrier 30.
[0053] Specifically, the frame 100 includes a picture 10, a wall plate 50 for connecting with a wall, a carrier 30 between the picture 10 and the wall plate 50, and a decorative frame 90. The wall plate 50 is fixedly installed on one side of the wall, and is detachably connected with the carrier 30 on the other side. The carrier 30 is used to support and adsorb the picture 10, and the decorative frame 90 is used to accommodate the carrier 30, so that the frame 100 as a whole presents an aesthetic appearance, and prevents external force from acting on the picture 10 from the side to cause it to fall. When it is necessary to replace the picture 10, only the adsorption force needs to be overcome to separate the picture 10 and the carrier 30, so that the picture 10 can be removed, and different pictures can be replaced on the picture 10.
[0054] The wall plate 50 is in a plate structure, one side of which can be fixedly connected to the wall by pasting, screwing or other ways such as magnetic attraction, and the other side is provided with a hanging buckle 51 protruding therefrom. The hanging buckle 51 includes a connecting piece 513 and a limiting piece 511, the connecting piece 513 extends from one side of the wall plate 50 to protrude, and the limiting piece 511 is provided on the side of the connecting piece 513 away from the wall plate 50 to protrude. In this embodiment, the limiting piece 511 is circular, and the connecting piece 513 is cylindrical.
[0055] Referring to FIGS. 1-4, the carrier 30 is detachably mounted to the hanging hook 51 of the wall plate 50, which includes a carrier frame 35, a fixing plate 37 received in the carrier frame 35, and a limiting support 31 protrusively arranged on the carrier frame 35. The carrier frame 35 is used to mount the picture 10 and connect with the wall plate 50, and is used to position and adsorb the picture 10, and the limiting support 31 is used to support the picture 10 to avoid the picture 10 from falling off the carrier frame 35.
[0056] Specifically, the carrier frame 35 is a square frame, which includes a mounting plate 351 and a first frame 353 sleeved on the outer side wall of the mounting plate 351, so that the first frame 353 and the mounting plate 351 form a stepped structure, that is, a receiving space 36 is formed between the inner side of the first frame 353 and the outer side wall of the carrier frame 35, and the fixing plate 37 is mounted by using the receiving space 36.
[0057] The size and shape of the first frame 353 can be matched with the decorative frame 90. The four corners of the first frame 353 are provided with buffer pads 91 to avoid collision at the corners when the first frame 353 and the decorative frame 90 are assembled, so as to damage the first frame 353 or the decorative frame 90. In the embodiment, the buffer pad 91 is "L" shaped, which ensures that the corners on the end of the first frame 353 can be avoided from being damaged.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, two first hanging holes 3511 and two second hanging holes 3513 are formed in the mounting plate 351. The two first hanging holes 3511 are oppositely spaced and arranged near the short side of the mounting plate 351. The two second hanging holes 3513 are oppositely spaced and arranged near the long side of the mounting plate 351. The arrangement direction of the two first hanging holes 3511 is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the two second hanging holes 3513, so that the picture can have different hanging directions. The first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3513 are provided for the hanging buckle 51 to be inserted, so that the wall plate 50 and the carrier 30 are connected with each other. Specifically, the first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3513 respectively include an insertion hole 3515, 3517 and two sliding holes 3518, 3519 formed on the opposite sides of the insertion hole 3515, 3517. The insertion hole 3515, 3517 is in communication with the two sliding holes 3518, 3519. The diameter of the limiting piece 511 of the hanging buckle 51 is smaller than the diameter of the insertion hole 3515, 3517, so that the limiting piece 511 is inserted into the insertion hole 3515, 3517, and then the connecting piece 513 of the hanging buckle 51 is freely moved along the sliding hole 3518, 3519. Since the diameter of the limiting piece 511 is greater than the diameter of the connecting piece 513, after the connecting piece 513 is slid into the sliding hole 3518, 3519, the limiting piece 511 abuts against the two side walls of the sliding hole 3518, 3519 of the mounting plate 351, so as to detachably mount the wall plate 50 on the mounting plate 351, ensure that the hanging buckle 51 is stably connected in the first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3513, and thus the picture 10 connected with the first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3517 of the carrier 30 can be stably displayed on the wall surface.
[0059] The fixed plate 37 is fixedly installed on the side of the mounting plate 351 away from the wall surface, is accommodated in the accommodation space 36, and has a certain thickness. After the hanging plate 30 is hung with the wall plate 50, the hanging buckle 51 protrudes and abuts against both ends of the opening of the first hanging hole 3511 or the second hanging hole 3513 of the bearing frame 35, so that the picture 10 is attached to the bearing plate 30, and the connection part of the hanging buckle 51 and the first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3513 is uneven, which affects the overall appearance of the picture 10. Therefore, four mounting holes 371 penetrating the thickness of the fixed plate 37 are formed on the fixed plate 37 at positions corresponding to the first hanging hole 3511 and the second hanging hole 3513. Each mounting hole 371 is in communication with the corresponding hanging hole 3511, 3513. After the limiting piece 511 is inserted into the hanging hole 3511, 3513, the top of the limiting piece 511 is accommodated in the corresponding mounting hole 371 without protruding from the fixed plate 37, so as to ensure that the limiting piece 511 does not affect the flatness of the picture 10. Specifically, the diameter of the mounting hole 371 is slightly larger than the diameter of the insertion hole 3515, 3517, and the thickness of the fixed plate 37 is not less than the thickness of the limiting piece 511, so that the mounting hole 371 in the fixed plate 37 can completely accommodate the limiting piece 511.
[0060] After the hanging buckle 51 is connected with the hanging hole 3511, 3513, the limiting piece 511 on the hanging buckle 51 penetrates the thickness of the bearing frame 35 and abuts against both ends of the opening of the hanging hole 3511, 3513, corresponding to the mounting hole 371 of the fixed plate 37. After the bearing plate 30 is hung with the wall plate 50, the picture 10 is attached to the fixed plate 37. Since the depth of the mounting hole 371 on the fixed plate 37 is not less than the thickness of the limiting piece 511, and the opening width of the mounting hole 371 is just large enough to accommodate the diameter of the limiting piece 511, the picture 10 can be flatly attached to the fixed plate 37.
[0061] Furthermore, one-way holes 375 are formed at the four corners of the fixed plate 37 close to the mounting plate 351 of the bearing frame 35, and suction members 3751 are installed on the one-way holes 375. The picture 10 is provided with a corresponding suction layer 13 on the suction members 3751. Through the mutual suction between the suction members 3751 and the suction layer 13, the picture 10 can be stably installed on the bearing plate 30, avoiding the risk of tilting or falling. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the suction members 3751 are magnets, the fixed plate 37 is a square plate and is just accommodated in the accommodation space 36, one-way holes 375 for installing magnets are formed at the four corners of the fixed plate 37 close to the mounting plate 351 of the bearing frame 35, and the four corners of the picture 10 are magnetically attracted by the four magnets at the four corners of the fixed plate 37, so that the picture 10 is stably attached to the fixed plate 37.
[0062] Referring to FIGS. 2-4, the side of the fixed plate 37 away from the mounting plate 351 of the bearing frame 35 is attached to the picture 10. When the picture 10 is pasted on the fixed plate 37, if the paper of the picture 10 is relatively fragile and directly touches the hard fixed plate 37, the picture 10 can be easily damaged by excessive force. Therefore, a protective pad 70 is also installed on the fixed plate 37 in the bearing 30 to further protect the picture 10. Specifically, the size of the protective pad 70 is the same as that of the fixed plate 37. The protective pad 70 can be a soft material such as silica gel or foam pad, which is not limited here as long as it can buffer the external force applied by the human body. The picture 10 is stably attached to the bearing 30 by the protective pad 70. Further, since the limiting piece 511 of the hanging buckle 51 on the wallboard can have a relatively large thickness, in order to further avoid the height of the limiting piece 511 protruding from the depth of the mounting hole 371 on the fixed plate 37, the mounting hole 371 penetrating the thickness of the protective pad 70 is also provided on the protective pad 70 corresponding to the position of the mounting hole 371 on the fixed plate 37. By using the mounting hole 371, the height of the limiting piece 511 is further avoided from protruding from the protective pad 70, and the position of the picture 10 is not affected. When the hanging buckle 51 is inserted into the hanging hole on the mounting plate 351, the position of the two can be clearly seen, which is convenient for quick hanging.
[0063] The protective pad 70 is installed in the accommodation space 36, and the four end portions of the protective pad 70 abut against the partial limiting support 31, so that the limiting support 31 can be stably installed on the first frame 353.
[0064] Referring to FIGS. 5-6, the limiting support 31 includes a support plate 315, and abutting pieces 311 and clamping pieces 313 extending and protruding away from the opposite sides of the support plate 315. The support plate 315 is in contact with the top surface of the bearing 30, the abutting pieces 311 are inserted into the interior of the bearing 30, and the clamping pieces 313 protrude from the top surface of the bearing 30. The four corners of the picture 10 are placed on the support plate 315, and the edge of the corner of the picture 10 abuts against the clamping piece 313 when the size of the picture 10 is adapted to the position of the limiting support 31.
[0065] Specifically, the limiting support 31 is installed on the first frame 353 near the end corner of the fixed plate 37, and each limiting support 31 includes a support plate 315 and abutting pieces 311 and clamping pieces 313 extending and protruding away from the opposite sides of the support plate 315. The abutting pieces 311 are used to abut against the end portion of the protective pad 70, the corner of the picture 10 is placed on the support plate 315, and the clamping pieces 313 are used to abut against the edge of the corner of the picture 10.
[0066] In the embodiment, the support plate 315 is an "L" shaped plate and has a certain thickness. The abutting piece 311 and the clamping piece 313 extending out from both sides of the support plate 315 are arranged in parallel and also have an "L" shaped structure. The bottom surface of the support plate 315 is close to the end surface of the first frame body 353 near the bearing frame body 35. The abutting piece 311 is mounted on the inner side wall of the first frame body 353, that is, the side wall of the accommodation space 36. The clamping piece 313 is located close to the middle end surface of the first frame body 353 and protrudes vertically from the first frame body 353. When the protective pad 70 is mounted in the bearing 30, the end of the protective pad 70 is abutted by the abutting piece 311. The end surface of the picture 10 located on the accommodation space 36 is attached to the protective pad 70. The end surface of the picture 10 located on the first frame body 353 is attached to the end surface of the support plate 315. The corner of the picture 10 is limited by the end surface of the clamping piece 313. In the embodiment, there are four limiting support pieces 31 which cooperate with the corners of the picture 10. Adjacent two limiting support pieces 31 are adapted to the size of the picture 10. After the picture 10 is installed, it is supported and clamped by the limiting support pieces 31 and does not deviate. Therefore, the efficiency of replacing the picture 10 is improved.
[0067] Because the support plate 315 on the limiting support piece 31 has a certain thickness T and the horizontal distance D1 of the end surface of the adjacent two clamping pieces 313 along the length direction of the first frame body 353 is less than the distance D2 between the two inner side walls of the first bearing frame, a gap 71 separating the picture 10 and the first frame body 353 is formed around the picture 10 and the first frame body 353. The length of the gap can be the horizontal distance D1 of the end surface of the adjacent two clamping pieces 313 along the length direction of the first frame body 353. The width is the thickness T of the support plate 315. The width can also be the horizontal distance of the end surface of the adjacent two clamping pieces 313 along the height direction of the first frame body 353. When the protective pad 70 is mounted on the fixed plate 37 and abutted by the abutting piece 311, the picture 10 is mounted on the protective pad 70 away from the fixed plate 37 and the end is supported and clamped by the clamping piece 313. A gap 71 is formed between the picture 10 and the first frame body 353. When the picture needs to be disassembled or replaced, the user's fingers can easily separate the picture 10 and the bearing 30 through the gap 71. The replacement of the picture 10 is convenient and the user experience is better.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 7, the picture piece 10 comprises an integrally formed printing layer 11, an adsorption layer 13 and a bottom plate 15 between the adsorption layer 13 and the printing layer 11. The printing layer 11 is used to print a specific color to form a picture, and the adsorption layer 13 is not only attached to the protective pad 70, but also used to be adsorbed with the adsorption member 3751 on the fixed plate 37. In the embodiment, the picture piece 10 is square-shaped, and the overall size corresponds to the distance between the two adjacent clamping members 313. The adsorption layer 13 is a metal layer, more specifically an aluminum foil layer, which is flat and continuously laid under the bottom plate 15 (i.e. the side of the bottom plate 15 away from the printing layer 11), and is magnetically attracted to the magnet on the fixed plate 37, thereby avoiding the picture piece 10 from tilting or falling after being hung on the carrier 30. In other embodiments, the position of the adsorption layer 13 can also be interchanged with the bottom plate 15, i.e. the adsorption layer 13 is placed in the middle layer, then the bottom plate 15 is covered under the adsorption layer 13, and finally the printing layer 11 is laid on the side of the adsorption layer 13 away from the bottom plate 15.
[0069] When assembling the picture frame, the mounting hole 3513 of the fixed plate 37 is aligned with the hanging hole 3511 in the carrier frame 35, the fixed plate 37 is installed in the carrier frame 35, then the adsorption member 3751 is installed in the one-way hole 375 on the fixed plate 37, and then the mounting hole 371 of the protective pad 70 is also aligned with the mounting hole 371 on the fixed plate 37 and the two hanging holes in the carrier frame 35. The protective pad 70 is installed on the side of the fixed plate 37 away from the carrier frame 35, and the protective pad 70 is installed in the carrier frame 35, and the end is clamped by the abutting member 311. After the installation of the protective pad 70 is completed, the adsorption layer 13 of the picture piece 10 is attached to one side of the protective pad 70 of the carrier frame 35, and the adsorption layer 13 is magnetically attracted to the adsorption member 3751, thereby avoiding the picture piece 10 from tilting on the carrier 30. After the bottom plate 15 of the picture piece 10 is attached to the protective pad 70, the end of the picture piece 10 is clamped and supported by the clamping member 313, and a gap 71 is formed between the picture piece 10 and the first frame 353, which separates the picture piece 10 from the first frame 353. Through the gap 71, the picture piece 10 can be separated from the carrier 30. After the installation of the picture piece 10 is completed, the end of the decorative frame 90 is attached to the buffer pad 91 of the first frame 353 of the carrier 30, so that the decorative frame 90 is connected to the carrier 30, the display direction of the picture piece 10 is determined, and finally the picture frame 100 is used.
[0070] When the picture frame 100 is used, first, the wallboard piece 50 is fixedly installed on the wall; then, the insertion holes 3515, 3517 of the bearing piece 30 are aligned with the limiting pieces 511 of the wallboard piece 50, and the limiting pieces 511 are inserted into the insertion holes 3515, 3517; then the bearing piece 30 is driven, so that the connecting pieces 513 of the wallboard piece 50 freely slide along the sliding holes 3518, 3519, thereby detachably installing the bearing piece 30 on the wallboard piece 50; then the picture piece 10 is placed on the fixed plate 37 of the bearing piece 30, and the four corner portions of the picture piece 10 are placed on the support plates 315 of the four limiting support pieces 31, and the edges of the four corner portions of the picture piece 10 abut against the clamping pieces 313, thereby preventing the picture piece 10 from being deviated; finally, the decorative frame 90 is fixedly installed on the bearing piece 30, thereby covering the picture piece 10.
