Abstract
Description
building
[0001] The present disclosure relates to buildings.
[0002] There are known building structures in which columns are connected to the underside of beams. In the structure disclosed in Patent Document 1, through beams are used in the building's framework. The use of through beams increases the flexibility of the building's floor plan.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-192676
[0004] A beam is known that is constructed by combining a first beam with a second beam that is shorter than the first beam. The second beam is connected to the underside of the first beam. The end of the second beam is located near the end of the first beam. In this type of beam, the end of the first beam is supported by a column. By installing such a beam between the first and second floors, a large space can be created under the beam on the first floor of a building.
[0005] However, in the above beam, the second beam is connected to the underside of the first beam, which limits the position of the column that supports the beam, and the limitation on the column position may limit the design of the building.
[0006] (1) A building according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a building comprising a main body, the main body comprising a reinforced beam having a first beam and a second beam that is shorter than the first beam and is connected to a first underside of the first beam, and a first column supporting the reinforced beam, wherein a first end face of the first beam faces a first direction in which the reinforced beam extends, a second end face of the second beam faces the first direction and is located away from the first end face of the first beam in a direction opposite to the first direction, the first column is connected to the first underside of the first beam so as to be located between the first end face and the second end face in the first direction, and a first column side face of the first column faces the first direction and is located away from the first end face of the first beam in a direction opposite to the first direction.
[0007] According to this configuration, the first column is connected to the first underside of the first beam so that the first column side surface of the first column is offset from the first end surface of the first beam in the direction opposite to the first direction. Therefore, under the reinforced beam, equipment such as a bearing wall, a door, or a window can be installed between the first end surface of the first beam and the first column side surface of the first column. Furthermore, the first beam can be made to protrude from the exterior wall of the building. This allows the construction of a protruding structure such as a veranda or balcony with the first beam as its framework. In this way, the degree of freedom in the design of the building can be improved.
[0008] (2) In the building of (1) above, in the first direction, a first distance from the first end face of the first beam to the center line of the first column is greater than a second distance from the second end face of the second beam to the center line of the first column.
[0009] With this configuration, because the first distance is greater than the second distance, it is possible to place large equipment between the first end face of the first beam and the first column side face of the first column under the reinforced beam, compared to when the first distance is equal to or less than the second distance. Also, when the first beam protrudes from the exterior wall of the building, the protruding distance of a protruding structure such as a veranda or balcony that uses the first beam as a framework can be increased.
[0010] (3) In the building of (1) or (2) above, the first beam has a first flange, a second flange, and a first web connecting the first flange and the second flange, the second beam has a third flange and a second web connecting the second flange of the first beam and the third flange, and the second web is welded to the second flange so as to overlap the first web in a planar view.
[0011] According to this configuration, since the first beam is an H-shaped steel and the second beam is a T-shaped steel, the weight of the reinforced beam can be reduced compared to when the reinforced beam is made of two H-shaped steel. (4) In the building of any one of (1) to (3) above, the skeleton further includes a bearing wall extending in the first direction in a plan view and disposed below the reinforced beam, and the bearing wall is disposed between the first end face of the first beam and the first column side face of the first column in the first direction.
[0012] With this configuration, a load-bearing wall is positioned below the reinforced beam between the first end face of the first beam and the first column side face of the first column, so that the height of the load-bearing wall can be aligned with the height of the first lower face of the first beam.
[0013] (5) In the building of (4) above, the reinforcing beam is arranged between the first and second floors of the building, the load-bearing wall has a first brace and a second brace that intersects with the first brace in a front view, the first brace is connected to a first underside of the first beam and a lower end of the first column, and the second brace is connected to an upper end of the first column and a foundation of the building.
[0014] In a conventional structure, when a first brace and a second brace are provided on a beam in which the end of the second beam is located near the end of the first beam to form a shear wall, the height of the first brace differs from the height of the second brace. Specifically, the end of the first brace is connected to the end of the first beam, while the end of the second brace is connected to the underside of the second beam, resulting in a difference in the height of the first brace from the height of the second brace. This can result in a misbalance between the strength of the shear wall in the direction along the first brace and the strength of the shear wall in the direction along the second brace, potentially reducing the effectiveness of the shear wall. In this regard, with the above-described structure, the first column is connected to the first underside of the first beam, thereby reducing the difference in height between the first brace and the second brace compared to when the first column is connected to the second underside of the second beam.
[0015] (6) The building of (4) or (5) above further comprises a first exterior wall, which extends in the first direction in a plan view and is positioned at a different position from the reinforcing beam in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and which has an opening provided in the first exterior wall.
[0016] According to this configuration, the building includes a reinforcing beam extending in a first direction and a first column supporting the reinforcing beam. Furthermore, the building includes a first exterior wall at a position different from the reinforcing beam, and a bearing wall below the reinforcing beam. By providing the bearing wall below the reinforcing beam, the overall strength of the building 1 is improved, making it possible to reduce the strength of other parts. In this configuration, providing the bearing wall below the reinforcing beam allows for a larger opening in the first exterior wall.
[0017] (7) In any one of the buildings (1) to (3) above, the building further comprises a second exterior wall and a protruding structure protruding from the second exterior wall into the outdoor space of the building, wherein the second exterior wall extends in a second direction intersecting the first direction in a plan view, the first column is provided within the second exterior wall, at least a portion of the reinforcing beam is arranged in the outdoor space, and the portion of the reinforcing beam arranged in the outdoor space supports the protruding structure.
[0018] With this configuration, the reinforcing beams can be used to create a large space inside the building, while the beams can support the protruding structure in the outdoor space. This allows for a reduction in the number of beams in the entire building compared to when separate beams are provided for creating a large space inside the building and for supporting the protruding structure in the outdoor space.
[0019] According to the building of the present disclosure, the degree of freedom in designing the building can be improved.

Fig. 6 is a front view of the load-bearing wall of Fig. 1. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a building according to a second embodiment. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the skeleton of the building of Fig. 7, seen from above the reinforced beam. Fig. 9 is a front view of the connection portion between the reinforced beam and the first column of Fig. 7. Fig. 10 is a plan view of the connection portion between the reinforced beam and the first column of Fig. 7.
[0021] 1 to 6, a building 1 according to a first embodiment will be described. The building 1 is, for example, a detached house, an apartment building, a commercial facility, a public facility, etc. In this embodiment, the building 1 will be described as a detached house.
[0022] <Building> As shown in Fig. 1 , the building 1 comprises a skeleton 2. The skeleton 2 comprises a reinforcing beam 10 and a first column 20 that supports the reinforcing beam 10. The reinforcing beam 10 extends in a first direction A1. In the example of Fig. 1 , the reinforcing beam 10 is disposed between the first and second floors of the building 1. Note that in some countries, such as the United Kingdom and Australia, the "first floor" and "second floor" in this specification and claims can be interpreted as "ground floor" and "first floor", respectively, as appropriate.
[0023] The first column 20 is placed on the foundation 3 of the building 1. The first column 20 supports a portion of the reinforced beam 10 that is more inward than the end portion. By having the first column 20 support a portion of the reinforced beam 10 that is more inward than the end portion, the amount of deflection in the center of the reinforced beam 10 can be reduced compared to when the first column 20 supports the end portion of the reinforced beam 10.
[0024] A space S1 is formed in the building 1. The space S1 is, for example, an LDK (living, dining, kitchen) area of the building 1. The space S1 is, for example, a large space provided on the first floor of the building 1. No columns such as the first column 20 are provided in the space S1. In Figures 1 and 2, the space S1 is the area surrounded by a dashed line. In the example of Figure 1, the center of the reinforcing beam 10 is located above the space S1.
[0025] In this embodiment, the skeleton 2 further includes a support beam 30. The support beam 30 supports the end of the reinforcing beam 10. The support beam 30 is supported by a second column 31. The end of the reinforcing beam 10 may be supported by a column other than the support beam 30.
[0026] The building 1 includes an exterior wall 4. The support beams 30 and the second columns 31 are arranged, for example, inside the exterior wall 4. The exterior wall 4 separates the interior and exterior of the building 1. The skeleton 2 further includes a bearing wall 40. The bearing wall 40 extends in a first direction A1 in a plan view. The bearing wall 40 is arranged below the reinforcing beams 10. In the first direction A1, the bearing wall 40 is located between the first column 20 and the second column 31.
[0027] As shown in Fig. 2, the skeleton 2 is provided with, for example, a plurality of reinforcing beams 10. The plurality of reinforcing beams 10 are spaced apart in a second direction A2 that intersects with the first direction A1 in a plan view. Connecting beams 10X extending in the second direction A2 are provided between the plurality of reinforcing beams 10. The connecting beams 10X are connected to the side surfaces of the reinforcing beams 10. The connecting beams 10X are formed, for example, from H-shaped steel equivalent to the first beam 50 of the reinforcing beam 10.
[0028] The building 1 further includes a first exterior wall 5. The first exterior wall 5 is a part of the exterior wall 4. The first exterior wall 5 extends in a first direction A1 in a plan view. The first exterior wall 5 is disposed at a position different from the reinforcing beam 10 in the second direction A2. An opening 6 is provided in the first exterior wall 5.
[0029] The opening 6 is an opening that connects the interior and exterior of the building 1. The opening 6 is, for example, a window. The opening 6 connects, for example, space S1 of the indoor space with an outdoor space. Two bearing wall structures 5Y are provided on the first exterior wall 5. The bearing wall structures 5Y are arranged below the beams 5X that support the first exterior wall 5. Note that in FIG. 2, the portions where the bearing wall structures 5Y and the bearing walls 40 are provided are indicated by dotted hatching. The opening 6 is provided between the two bearing wall structures 5Y in the first direction A1. The bearing wall structures 5Y have, for example, the same structure as the bearing walls 40. In structural calculations of the building 1, it is preferable that the height of the bearing wall structures 5Y be approximately equal to the height of the bearing walls 40.
[0030] <Reinforced Beam> As shown in Fig. 1 , the reinforced beam 10 has a first beam 50 and a second beam 60. The second beam 60 is shorter than the first beam 50. The second beam 60 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50. The second beam 60 is located, for example, above a space S1. By using the reinforced beam 10 in which the second beam 60 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50, a large space can be formed below the second beam 60 in the building 1. In the example of Fig. 1 , the use of the reinforced beam 10 allows the space S1 to be formed as a large space.
[0031] 3 and 4 , a first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 faces the first direction A1. The support beam 30 is connected to the first end surface 51. The support beam 30 is, for example, an H-shaped steel. The first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 is fixed to the support beam 30 by, for example, a fixing bracket 32. The fixing bracket 32 is fixed to the web of the support beam 30 by a fixing member such as a bolt, with the first web 55 of the first beam 50 sandwiched between the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50.
[0032] The second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 faces the first direction A1. The second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 is located away from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1. A ceiling 1X of the first floor of the building 1 is provided below the second lower surface 62 of the second beam 60. The ceiling 1X is composed of ceiling members such as ceiling panels arranged below the reinforcing beams 10. The ceiling 1X is located above the space S1.
[0033] An arrangement surface 11 is provided on a portion of the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 that is located between the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 and the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 in the first direction A1. The upper end portion 21 of the first column 20 is attached to the arrangement surface 11.
[0034] A first inner wall 7 extending in the second direction A2 and a second inner wall 8 extending in the first direction A1 are arranged below the placement surface 11 of the first beam 50. The first inner wall 7 is arranged, for example, below the multiple placement surfaces 11 of multiple reinforcing beams 10 lined up in the second direction A2. A first column 20 is arranged inside the first inner wall 7. The second inner wall 8 is provided between the first inner wall 7 and the outer wall 4. The first inner wall 7 and the second inner wall 8 divide the indoor space of the building 1.
[0035] An interior element such as a curtain box may be placed in the space below the placement surface 11. Such an interior element is placed, for example, between the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 and the first inner wall 7. Between the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 and the first inner wall 7, the height of the ceiling 1X is set to match the height of the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 5 , the first beam 50 has a first flange 53, a second flange 54, and a first web 55. The first web 55 connects the first flange 53 and the second flange 54. The second beam 60 has a third flange 63 and a second web 64. The second web 64 connects the second flange 54 of the first beam 50 to the third flange 63. In one example, the first beam 50 is an H-shaped steel, and the second beam 60 is a T-shaped steel. The second beam 60 is connected to the first beam 50 by welding. The second web 64 is welded to the second flange 54 so as to overlap the first web 55 in a plan view.
[0037] The first height H1 of the first beam 50 is greater than the second height H2 of the second beam 60. The first height H1 is, for example, 200 mm. The second height H2 is, for example, 98 mm. The second height H2 is set according to the height of the ceiling 1X of the space S1 of the building 1. The second height H2 of the second beam 60 may be equal to the first height H1 of the first beam 50.
[0038] <First Column> As shown in Fig. 3 , the first column 20 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 so as to be located between the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 and the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 in the first direction A1. The upper end portion 21 of the first column 20 is attached to the second flange 54 of the first beam 50 with a fixing member such as a bolt, thereby connecting the first column 20 to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50. The lower end portion 22 of the first column 20 is connected to the foundation 3, for example (see Fig. 6 ).
[0039] The first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 faces the first direction A1. The first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 is located away from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1. The second column side surface 24 of the first column 20 faces the direction opposite to the first direction A1. The second column side surface 24 of the first column 20 is the end surface of the first column 20 opposite to the first column side surface 23. The second column side surface 24 of the first column 20 is located away from the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 in the first direction A1. The second column side surface 24 of the first column 20 faces the second end surface 61 of the second beam 60.
[0040] The length of the first beam 50 in the first direction A1 is, for example, 6000 mm or more and 8000 mm or less. The length of the first beam 50 in the first direction A1 is, for example, 8000 mm. The length of the second beam 60 in the first direction A1 is, for example, 5000 mm or more and 7000 mm or less. The length of the second beam 60 in the first direction A1 is, for example, 5360 mm. The distance L from the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 to the second end face 61 of the second beam 60 is, for example, 1000 mm or more and 2000 mm or less. The distance L is, for example, 1320 mm.
[0041] A first distance L1 from the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 to the center line CL of the first column 20 is greater than a second distance L2 from the second end face 61 of the second beam 60 to the center line CL of the first column 20. The center line CL passes through the center of the first column 20 in the first direction A1. The first distance L1 is, for example, 1000 mm. The second distance L2 is, for example, 320 mm.
[0042] 6 , the bearing wall 40 is disposed in the first direction A1 between the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 and the first column side face 23 of the first column 20. In the vertical direction, the bearing wall 40 is disposed between the reinforced beam 10 and the foundation 3.
[0043] The bearing wall 40 has a first brace 41 and a second brace 42. The second brace 42 intersects with the first brace 41 in a front view. Here, a front view means a view from a direction perpendicular to the wall surface of the bearing wall 40. The first brace 41 and the second brace 42 are disposed inside the second inner wall 8. The first brace 41 and the second brace 42 are hidden by, for example, the surface material of the second inner wall 8.
[0044] The first brace 41 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 and the lower end portion 22 of the first column 20. One end of the first brace 41 is attached to, for example, a first metal fitting 43 fixed to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50. The other end of the first brace 41 is attached to, for example, a second metal fitting 44 fixed to the lower end portion 22 of the first column 20.
[0045] The second brace 42 is connected to the upper end 21 of the first column 20 and the foundation 3 of the building 1. One end of the second brace 42 is attached to, for example, a third metal fitting 45 that is fixed to the upper end 21 of the first column 20. The other end of the second brace 42 is attached to, for example, a fourth metal fitting 46 that is fixed to the foundation 3 of the building 1.
[0046] 6 , the first metal fitting 43 that fixes one end of the first brace 41 to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 is arranged so as to roughly overlap in the vertical direction with the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50. In addition, the fourth metal fitting 46 that fixes the other end of the second brace 42 to the foundation 3 of the building 1 is also arranged so as to roughly overlap in the vertical direction with the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50. The first metal fitting 43 and the fourth metal fitting 46 may be arranged at a position away from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1. This allows a door, window, etc. to be provided in the second inner wall 8 between the bearing wall 40 and the outer wall 4.
[0047] <Operation of this embodiment> A first operation of this embodiment will be described. In the building 1, a large space is formed below the second beam 60 by the reinforced beam 10, and equipment such as a bearing wall 40 can be placed below the reinforced beam 10 between the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 and the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50. Because the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 is placed away from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1, the height between the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 and the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 below the placement surface 11 is constant. This simplifies the structure of the equipment placed below the reinforced beam 10.
[0048] A second function of this embodiment will now be described. In the building 1, a bearing wall 40 is located below the placement surface 11. If the height of the first brace 41 in the bearing wall 40 differs significantly from the height of the second brace 42, structural calculations for the building 1 become complicated. In this regard, in the building 1, the height of the space below the placement surface 11 where the bearing wall 40 is located is constant, so the height of the first brace 41 and the height of the second brace 42 can be roughly matched.
[0049] A third effect of this embodiment will be described. In the building 1, an opening 6 is provided in the first exterior wall 5. The first exterior wall 5 extends in a first direction A1, which is the direction in which the reinforcing beams 10 extend. Because the bearing walls 40 are provided below the reinforcing beams 10, the number of structures such as bearing walls extending in the first direction A1 can be reduced compared to a case in which the bearing walls 40 are not provided below the reinforcing beams 10.
[0050] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1-1) The building 1 includes a skeleton 2. The skeleton 2 includes a reinforced beam 10 and a first column 20 supporting the reinforced beam 10. The reinforced beam 10 extends in a first direction A1. The reinforced beam 10 includes a first beam 50 and a second beam 60. The second beam 60 is shorter than the first beam 50. The second beam 60 is connected to a first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50. A first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 faces the first direction A1. A second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 faces the first direction A1. The second end surface 61 of the second beam 60 is located away from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in a direction opposite to the first direction A1. The second direction A2 is opposite to the first direction A1. The first pillar 20 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 so as to be located between the first end surface 51 and the second end surface 61. The first pillar side surface 23 of the first pillar 20 faces the first direction A1. The first pillar side surface 23 of the first pillar 20 is located away from the first end surface 51 of the first pillar 20 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1.
[0051] According to this configuration, the first column 20 is connected to the first underside 52 of the first beam 50 so that the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 is offset from the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1. Therefore, under the reinforced beam 10, equipment such as a bearing wall, a door, or a window can be provided between the first end surface 51 of the first beam 50 and the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20. Furthermore, the first beam 50 can be made to protrude from the exterior wall 4 of the building 1. This allows the construction of a protruding structure such as a veranda or balcony with the first beam 50 as the framework. In this way, the degree of freedom in the design of the building 1 can be improved.
[0052] (1-2) In the first direction A1, the first distance L1 from the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 to the center line CL of the first column 20 is greater than the second distance L2 from the second end face 61 of the second beam 60 to the center line CL of the first column 20.
[0053] According to this configuration, because the first distance L1 is greater than the second distance L2, it is possible to place large equipment between the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 and the first column side face 23 of the first column 20 under the reinforced beam 10, compared to when the first distance L1 is equal to or less than the second distance L2. Furthermore, when the first beam 50 is made to protrude from the exterior wall 4 of the building 1, the protruding distance of a protruding structure such as a veranda or balcony that uses the first beam 50 as a framework can be increased.
[0054] (1-3) The first beam 50 has a first flange 53, a second flange 54, and a first web 55. The first web 55 connects the first flange 53 and the second flange 54. The second beam 60 has a third flange 63 and a second web 64. The second web 64 connects the second flange 54 of the first beam 50 to the third flange 63. The second web 64 is welded to the second flange 54 so as to overlap the first web 55 in a plan view.
[0055] With this configuration, because the first beam 50 is an H-shaped steel and the second beam 60 is a T-shaped steel, the weight of the reinforced beam 10 can be reduced compared to when the reinforced beam 10 is made of two H-shaped steels. (1-4) The skeleton 2 further includes a bearing wall 40. The bearing wall 40 extends in the first direction A1 in a plan view. The bearing wall 40 is disposed below the reinforced beam 10. The bearing wall 40 is disposed between the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 and the first column side face 23 of the first column 20 in the first direction A1.
[0056] According to this configuration, the load-bearing wall 40 is positioned below the reinforced beam 10 between the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 and the first column side face 23 of the first column 20, so that the height of the load-bearing wall 40 can be aligned with the height of the first lower face 52 of the first beam 50.
[0057] (1-5) The reinforcing beam 10 is disposed between the first and second floors of the building 1. The bearing wall 40 has a first brace 41 and a second brace 42. The second brace 42 intersects with the first brace 41 in a front view. The first brace 41 is connected to the first lower surface 52 of the first beam 50 and the lower end 22 of the column. The second brace 42 is connected to the upper end 21 of the first column 20 and the foundation 3 of the building 1.
[0058] In a conventional structure, when a first brace and a second brace are provided to a beam in which the end of the second beam is located near the end of the first beam, the height of the first brace differs from the height of the second brace. In this regard, with the above-described structure, the first column 20 is connected to the first underside 52 of the first beam 50, thereby reducing the difference in height between the first brace 41 and the second brace 42 compared to when the first column 20 is connected to the second underside 62 of the second beam 60.
[0059] (1-6) The building 1 has a first exterior wall 5. The first exterior wall 5 extends in a first direction A1 in a plan view. The first exterior wall 5 is disposed at a position different from the reinforcing beam 10 in a second direction A2 that intersects with the first direction A1. An opening 6 is provided in the first exterior wall 5.
[0060] According to this configuration, the building 1 includes a reinforced beam 10 extending in the first direction A1 and a first column 20 supporting the reinforced beam 10. Furthermore, the building 1 is provided with a first exterior wall 5 at a position different from the reinforced beam 10 in the second direction A2, and a bearing wall 40 is provided below the reinforced beam 10. By providing the bearing wall 40 below the reinforced beam 10, the overall strength of the building 1 is improved, making it possible to reduce the strength of other portions. In this configuration, by providing the bearing wall 40 below the reinforced beam 10, the opening 6 in the first exterior wall 5 can be made larger.
[0061] Second Embodiment A building 1 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 7 to 10. Note that in this embodiment, components that are substantially unchanged from those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0062] In this embodiment, at least a portion of the reinforcing beam 10 is disposed in the outdoor space of the building 1. The portion of the reinforcing beam 10 disposed in the outdoor space supports the protruding structure 70. As shown in Figures 7 and 8 , the building 1 of this embodiment includes a second exterior wall 9 and the protruding structure 70. The second exterior wall 9 is part of the exterior wall 4 of the building 1. The second exterior wall 9 extends in the second direction A2.
[0063] An end of the first beam 50 of the reinforcing beam 10 is disposed in the outdoor space of the building 1. A second beam 60 of the reinforcing beam 10 is disposed in the indoor space of the building 1. In the example of Fig. 7 , the second beam 60 is located above the space S1. In a plan view, the protruding structure 70 does not overlap with the second beam 60 of the reinforcing beam 10.
[0064] The protruding structure 70 protrudes from the second exterior wall 9 into the outdoor space of the building 1. In a plan view, the protruding structure 70 is disposed at a position away from the space S1. The protruding structure 70 is configured to be accessible from, for example, the second floor of the building 1. The protruding structure 70 is, for example, a balcony or a veranda. A portion of the first floor of the building 1 may be provided below the protruding structure 70.
[0065] 9 and 10 , the reinforced beam 10 of this embodiment is configured similarly to the reinforced beam 10 of the first embodiment. The first column 20 of this embodiment is provided within the second exterior wall 9. The protruding structure 70 is disposed away from the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 in the first direction A1.
[0066] In the multiple reinforcement beams 10, the first end faces 51 of the multiple first beams 50 are connected by a connecting beam 30X. The connecting beam 30X extends in the second direction A2 (see FIG. 8 ). The connecting beam 30X is configured similarly to the support beam 30 of the first embodiment, except that it is not supported by the second columns 31. The connecting beam 30X may be supported by a column similar to the second columns 31.
[0067] The protruding structure 70 has a wall portion 71 and a floor portion 72. The wall portion 71 constitutes a handrail of the protruding structure 70. The wall portion 71 surrounds the floor portion 72 in a plan view. The wall portion 71 has a first wall portion 71A extending in a first direction A1 in a plan view and a second wall portion 71B extending in a second direction A2 in a plan view.
[0068] The floor portion 72 constitutes the floor of the protruding structure portion 70. For example, a person can stand on the floor of the protruding structure portion 70. The floor portion 72 has a floor surface portion 72A that constitutes the floor surface of the protruding structure portion 70, and a bracket 72B that supports the floor surface portion 72A. The bracket 72B is fixed to a portion of the reinforcing beam 10 that is placed in the outdoor space. Specifically, the bracket 72B is fixed to the first flange 53 of the first beam 50 with a fixing member such as a bolt.
[0069] <Operation of this embodiment> The operation of this embodiment will be described. In the building 1 of this embodiment, the portion of the reinforcing beam 10 that is placed in the outdoor space supports the protruding structure 70. By extending the reinforcing beam 10 that constitutes a large space into the outdoor space and supporting the protruding structure 70 with this extended portion, the structure of the skeleton 2 can be simplified.
[0070] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be described. (2) The building 1 further includes a second exterior wall 9 and a protruding structure 70. The protruding structure 70 protrudes from the second exterior wall 9 into the outdoor space of the building 1. The second exterior wall 9 extends in a second direction A2. The second direction A2 intersects with the first direction A1 in a plan view. The first column 20 is provided within the second exterior wall 9. At least a portion of the reinforcing beam 10 is arranged in the outdoor space. The portion of the reinforcing beam 10 that is arranged in the outdoor space supports the protruding structure 70.
[0071] With this configuration, a large space can be formed indoors in the building 1 using the reinforcing beams 10, while in the outdoor space the protruding structural portion 70 can be supported by the reinforcing beams 10. Therefore, the number of beams in the entire building can be reduced compared to when separate beams are provided for forming a large space indoors and for supporting the protruding structural portion 70 in the outdoor space.
[0072] <Modifications> The above-described embodiments are examples of possible forms of the building 1 and are not intended to limit the form. The building 1 may take forms different from those exemplified in the above-described embodiments. Examples of such forms include forms in which part of the configuration of each embodiment is replaced, modified, or omitted, or forms in which a new configuration is added to each embodiment. Modifications of each embodiment are shown below.
[0073] In the embodiment, one end of the reinforced beam 10 has been described as an example, but the other end of the reinforced beam 10 may also be configured similarly to the one end of the reinforced beam 10. The first distance L1 from the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 to the first column 20 may be equal to or smaller than the second distance L2 from the second end face 61 of the second beam 60 to the first column 20. As long as the first column side surface 23 of the first column 20 is positioned away from the first end face 51 of the first beam 50 in the direction opposite to the first direction A1, the position of the first column 20 on the arrangement surface 11 can be freely changed.
[0074] - Although an H-shaped steel beam has been given as an example of the first beam 50 and a T-shaped steel beam as an example of the second beam 60, the first beam 50 and the second beam 60 are not limited to this example. For example, both the first beam 50 and the second beam 60 may be made of an H-shaped steel beam. They are not limited to steel, and at least one of the first beam 50 and the second beam 60 may be made of wood. In this specification, the statement "at least one of A and B" should be understood to mean "only A, or only B, or both A and B."
[0075] In the first embodiment, in FIG. 2 , the bearing wall 40 is arranged only under one reinforcing beam 10, but in the building 1, the bearing wall 40 may be arranged under two or more reinforcing beams 10.
[0076] In the first embodiment, the first brace 41 and the second brace 42 of the bearing wall 40 may be wooden diagonal braces. In the first embodiment, a seismic damper may be provided below the placement surface 11 in addition to or instead of the bearing wall 40. In this modification, the seismic damper can reduce the load on the bearing wall 40.
