[0037] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. However, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and the spirit of the present invention may be proposed differently by adding, changing, or deleting components constituting the embodiment, but this is also included in the spirit of the invention.
[0038]
[0039] Referring to Fig. 1, a foldable ladder device (1) according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a vertical portion (10) and a horizontal portion (20), and provides a ladder space inside.
[0040] For reference, the foldable scaffolding device (1) described in the present invention is a temporary structure designed to facilitate workers' access to high locations, and supports the load of workers, workpieces, or work tools. This foldable scaffolding device (1) can be applied to large structures such as ships and buildings to improve workers' accessibility.
[0041]
[0042] The vertical member (10) is provided in multiple stages so as to be vertically deployed or folded relative to the ground. This vertical member (10) includes a plurality of first and second vertical members (11)(12).
[0043] The first and second vertical members (11) (12) are arranged to be connected in series in a linear direction relative to the ground or to be foldable relative to each other. These first and second vertical members (11) (12) have the same diameter and are provided as cylindrical frames with a hollow interior, so that when connected in series with each other, they become a single vertical column. Therefore, when the first and second vertical members (11) (12) are mutually unfolded and connected in series, they provide vertical support relative to the ground.
[0044] For reference, in this embodiment, a first vertical member (11) is provided at a lower portion with respect to the ground, and a second vertical member (12) is connected in series to an upper portion of the first vertical member (11). The first vertical member (11) extends longitudinally from one end facing the ground to the other end. The second vertical member (12) has one end connected in series to the other end of the first vertical member (11), and the other end extends longitudinally from the one end. As a result, the other end of the first vertical member (11) can be connected in series to or separated from one end of the second vertical member (12).
[0045] Meanwhile, the first and second vertical members (11) (12) are arranged in a plurality of rows so as to be adjacent to each other and spaced apart from each other while being connected in series with each other. At this time, the first and second vertical members (11) (12) may be arranged in four rows corresponding to each of the four vertical corners relative to the ground in order to provide a hexahedral-shaped folding ladder device (1).
[0046] First and second sub-vertical members (13)(14) are provided at positions spaced apart from the first and second vertical members (11)(12) formed by four columns. The first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14) provide vertical support for the ground together with the first and second vertical members (11)(12). That is, the first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14) additionally assist the vertical support of the first and second vertical members (11)(12) provided as vertical columns of the foldable ladder device (1) provided in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped.
[0047] The first and second vertical members (11)(12) are foldable toward the scaffolding space inside the foldable scaffolding device (1), as shown in Fig. 2. That is, the first and second vertical members (11)(12) are connected in series with each other and can be deployed vertically to the ground, as shown in Fig. 1, or folded inward toward the scaffolding space of the foldable scaffolding device (1), as shown in Figs. 2 and 3.
[0048] The unfolding and folding postures of the first and second vertical members (11)(12) can be guided to be maintained by a guide member (15). As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the guide member (15) guides the other end of the first vertical member (11) and one end of the second vertical member (12) to be mutually connected or separated to maintain the posture.
[0049] The horizontal member (20) provides a horizontal boundary with respect to the ground, thereby providing horizontal support for the folding ladder device (1). The horizontal member (20) includes first and second horizontal members (21) (22) that horizontally connect a plurality of first and second vertical members (11) (12) with respect to the ground.
[0050] The first and second horizontal members (21)(22) are provided to support and horizontally connect a plurality of mutually adjacent first and second vertical members (11)(12), respectively. More specifically, a plurality of first horizontal members (21) are provided to support and horizontally connect a plurality of mutually adjacent first and second vertical members (11)(12) in one direction with respect to the ground. In addition, a plurality of second horizontal members (22) are provided to support and horizontally connect a plurality of mutually adjacent first and second vertical members (11)(12) in one direction intersecting with respect to the ground. At this time, when the first horizontal member (21) connects the first and second vertical members (11)(12) adjacent to the ground in the x-axis direction, the second horizontal member (22) can connect the first and second vertical members (11)(12) adjacent to the ground in the y-axis direction. The direction in which the first and second horizontal members (21)(22) extend horizontally to the ground is an example and is not limited to the illustrated example.
[0051] The first and second horizontal members (21)(22) are horizontally connected between the first and second vertical members (11)(12) provided as vertical columns of the hexahedral-shaped foldable scaffolding device (1), thereby providing horizontal edges of the foldable scaffolding device (1). More specifically, four first horizontal members (21) are provided to provide four edges in the x-axis direction with respect to the ground based on the diagram of FIG. 1, and four second horizontal members (22) are provided to provide four edges in the y-axis direction with respect to the ground. It is preferable that these first and second horizontal members (21)(22) are connected to the first and second vertical members (11)(12) and not be separated so as to be linked to the unfolding and folding of the first and second vertical members (11)(12).
[0052] Meanwhile, wheels (W) are provided on the bottom of the vertical portion (10) including the first and second vertical members (11)(12) and the horizontal portion (20) including the first and second horizontal members (21)(22), so that the folding ladder device (1) can be easily moved.
[0053] The horizontal member (20) includes a ladder member (23), a sub-horizontal member (24), a horizontal extension member (25), first and second support members (26) (27), and a support (28) to assist the horizontal support force of the first and second horizontal members (21) (22) that support the vertical member (10) horizontally with respect to the ground.
[0054] The ladder member (23) connects horizontally to the ground between the first vertical member (11) and the first sub-vertical member (13) and between the second vertical member (12) and the second sub-vertical member (14). The extended length of the ladder member (23) corresponds to the spacing between the first vertical member (11) and the first sub-vertical member (13) and the spacing between the second vertical member (12) and the second sub-vertical member (14). For reference, the ladder member (23) may be provided in a hollow square frame shape with a hollow interior and a square cross-section, but is not limited thereto.
[0055] Meanwhile, the ladder member (23) horizontally connects the first and second vertical members (11)(12) and the first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14) in multiple stages, thereby guiding the vertical entry of the worker like a ladder. That is, due to the multi-stage support of the ladder member (23), the worker can climb up to the top of the foldable ladder device (1) or descend down to the bottom using the ladder member (23).
[0056] The sub-horizontal member (24) connects horizontally between the other ends of the plurality of first vertical members (11) and one end of the second vertical member (12) with respect to the ground. This sub-horizontal member (24) may be arranged to face each other in parallel at a position spaced apart from the first horizontal member (21) which is relatively longer among the first and second horizontal members (21)(22), based on the illustration in FIG. 1. However, a modified example is also possible in which the sub-horizontal member (24) is arranged to face each other in parallel at a position spaced apart from the second horizontal member (22) which is relatively shorter among the first and second horizontal members (21)(22). This sub-horizontal member (24) is separable from the first and second vertical members (11)(12), as shown in FIG. 2.
[0057] A plurality of horizontal extension members (25) are provided to horizontally connect the first and second sub-vertical members (13) (14) spaced apart from each other to be adjacent to each other with respect to the ground. These horizontal extension members (25) can face each other in parallel with the second horizontal member (22). These horizontal extension members (25) have a hollow frame shape extending in a direction horizontal to the ground, and in this embodiment, like the ladder member (23), they are exemplified as including a hollow frame with a rectangular cross section.
[0058] Meanwhile, the horizontal extension member (25) can be connected or separated at both ends with respect to the first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. To this end, extension rings (25a) are provided at both ends of the horizontal extension member (25) to be fixed or separated by engaging with the ladder member (23) connecting the first and second vertical members (11)(12) and the first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14). It is preferable that the extension ring (25a) have a bent shape corresponding to the outer surface of the ladder member (23) so that the horizontal extension member (25) can be placed by engaging with the ladder member (23) in the direction of gravity.
[0059] The first and second support members (26)(27) add rigidity in the vertical and horizontal directions. These first and second support members (26)(27) are hollow frames to prevent torsional deformation between the first and second horizontal members (21)(22).
[0060] The first support member (26) diagonally supports the first and second horizontal members (21)(22) at the front and rear of the hexahedral-shaped folding scaffolding device (1) to prevent torsional deformation of the folding scaffolding device (1). The first support member (26) diagonally connects one side of the first horizontal member (21) and the other side of the second horizontal member (22) to reinforce the supporting force.
[0061] The second support member (27) supports a plurality of first vertical members (11) and first horizontal members (21) that are connected vertically to each other by connecting them diagonally and obliquely. The second support member (27) connects the connection portion between the first vertical member (11) and the first horizontal member (21), that is, the corners of the hexahedral foldable scaffolding device (1), at an oblique angle to each other. This second support member (27) can also support the connection portion between the vertical portion (10) and the horizontal portion (20), thereby preventing torsional deformation of the foldable scaffolding device (1).
[0062] A support (28) provides a space for a worker or a certain item to be placed. The support (28) supports the worker or the item at a location away from the ground. A plurality of such support stands (28) are provided to support the worker or the item horizontally with respect to the ground between a pair of second horizontal members (22) facing each other or between a plurality of horizontal extension members (25).
[0063] Meanwhile, the support (28) can be separated when the folding ladder device (1) is folded. To this end, the support (28) can be provided with support rings (28a) at both ends that engage with a plurality of second horizontal members (22) and a plurality of horizontal extension members (25). It is preferable that the support rings (28a) have a bent shape corresponding to the outer surface of the second horizontal member (22) or the horizontal extension member (25) so that they can engage with the upper surface of the second horizontal member (22) or the horizontal extension member (25) in the direction of gravity.
[0064] For reference, the shape, number, thickness, etc. of the extension ring (25a) and support ring (28a) illustrated in Fig. 1 are examples and are not limited thereto.
[0065] The folding ladder device (1) described in the present invention includes a railing part (30) that is provided to be connected or separated from the upper part of a vertical part (10) and provides a safe working space inside.
[0066] The railing (30) includes a plurality of vertical railings (31) that are connected or separated in series on the upper part of the vertical part (10) and a plurality of horizontal railings (32) that are connected horizontally to the ground and supported between the plurality of vertical railings (31). Here, the vertical railings (31) can be connected or separated to the other end of the second vertical member (12) of the vertical part (10) and can be adjusted in length in the vertical direction, including the first and second vertical railing members (31a) (31b). These vertical railings (31) and horizontal railings (32), like the first and second vertical members (11) (12) and the first and second horizontal members (21) (22), can be provided as a cylindrical frame having a hollow interior.
[0067]
[0068] Various uses of the folding ladder device (1) according to the present invention having the above configuration are described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 7.
[0069] Referring to Fig. 2, a foldable scaffolding device (1) is shown in a folded state in which it is folded toward the internal scaffolding space. For reference, before the folding operation of the foldable scaffolding device (1), the sub-horizontal member (24), the horizontal extension member (25), the first and second support members (26)(27), the handrail (30), etc. can be separated from the first and second vertical members (11)(12), and the first and second horizontal members (21)(22) by a worker.
[0070] As shown in Fig. 2, when the folding scaffolding device (1) is not used, the worker separates the connection between the first and second vertical members (11) (12) of the vertical member (10) and folds inward toward the scaffolding space. At this time, the first vertical member (11) and the first sub-vertical member (13) are connected to the ladder member (23) and move as a single body toward the scaffolding space. In addition, the second vertical member (12) and the second sub-vertical member (14) are connected to the ladder member (23) and move inward toward the scaffolding space as a single body. The first and second horizontal members (21) (22) connected to the movement of the first and second vertical members (11) (12) are folded together in conjunction.
[0071] Due to the folding of the vertical part (10), the first and second vertical members (11) (12) of the vertical part (10) are folded in a completely covered state, as shown in (a) of Fig. 3. The foldable scaffolding device (1) with the vertical part (10) folded in this way can be stored in multiple layers, as shown in (b) of Fig. 3. The stored foldable scaffolding device (1) is used for work by being unfolded so that the first and second vertical members (11) (12) of the vertical part (10) are connected in series again by a worker when necessary.
[0072] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the foldable scaffolding device (1) with the vertical portion (10) deployed can be stacked in multiple layers during use. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 4, a plurality of foldable scaffolding devices (1) are deployed in multiple layers and the vertical portions (10) are vertically connected to each other, so that a plurality of foldable scaffolding devices (1) can be vertically stacked in multiple layers. In this way, when a plurality of foldable scaffolding devices (1) are deployed and stacked in multiple layers, access to high positions is possible. The number of such stacked foldable scaffolding devices (1) can be varied in various ways.
[0073] As described above, the foldable scaffolding device (1) described in the present invention can be folded or unfolded by a simple operation of connecting and unfolding between the first and second vertical members (11) (12) or folding inward toward the scaffolding space by separating between the first and second vertical members (11) (12). Therefore, the unfolding and folding operations of the foldable scaffolding device (1) according to the present invention are simple compared to existing scaffolding devices in which a worker individually assembles and disassembles multiple frames.
[0074] As shown in Fig. 5, when a worker separates a horizontal extension member (25) from a foldable scaffolding device (1) in an unfolded state, the separated space of the horizontal extension member (25) can be used as a door space (D) through which the worker can enter. At this time, the worker separates only the horizontal extension member (25) from the foldable scaffolding device (1) by separating the extension ring (25a) of the horizontal extension member (25) from the interlocked second horizontal member (22) and the horizontal extension member (25).
[0075] When the horizontal extension member (25) is separated, the space between the adjacent first and second sub-vertical members (13)(14) is opened, so that the opened space is used as a door space (D) through which a worker can enter and exit. Through this door space (D), the worker can enter and exit the internal space of the foldable scaffolding device (1), i.e., the scaffolding space, in a horizontal direction, as shown in Fig. 6. At this time, the multi-stage ladder member (23) of the foldable scaffolding device (1) is not separated, so that even if a door space (D) with one side of the foldable scaffolding device (1) is provided, the vertical movement of the worker is not interfered with.
[0076] Referring to Fig. 7, a multi-stage height adjustment state of a foldable ladder device (1) is illustrated. As shown in Fig. 7, a horizontal extension member (25) may be installed in multiple stages between the first and second sub-vertical members (14) that are adjacent to each other, and a support (28) may be installed on each of the multi-stage installed horizontal extension members (25). At this time, the extension rings (25a) provided at both ends of the horizontal extension member (25) are engaged with the multi-stage ladder member (23), thereby enabling the multi-stage installation of the horizontal extension member (25). For reference, even if the horizontal extension member (25) is installed in multiple stages, it does not overlap with the multi-stage ladder member (23), and thus does not interfere with the ladder member (23) that can be provided as a ladder.
[0077] As shown in Fig. 7, the worker can connect the horizontal extension member (25) to the desired height within the folding ladder device (1) and fix the support (28) to the horizontal extension member (25) by interlocking it with the support ring (28a). As a result, the worker can improve work efficiency at the desired location.
[0078]
[0079] As described above, although the present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications and changes can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the claims below.
