A catheter fixing band, comprising: a catheter securing portion comprising: a first planar base with a first adhesive proximal surface configured to be attached to a first region of a target skin area, wherein the first planar base comprises an opening extending from a first edge of the first planar base toward an opposing second edge of the first planar base and through which at least a portion of the first region of the target skin area is exposed; a first transversal extension with a first adhesive inner surface protruding from the second edge of the first planar base, the first transversal extension comprising an antimicrobial composition coated on the first adhesive inner surface of the first transversal extension; and an elongated strip protruding out from between the opening of the first planar base and the first transversal extension; a wound dressing portion symmetrically coupled to the catheter securing portion comprising: a second planar base opposite to the first planar base, the second planar base comprising a second adhesive proximal surface configured to be attached to a second region of the target skin area opposite to the first region thereof; and a second transversal extension protruding from an inner edge of the second planar base adjacent to the first edge of the first planar base, the second transversal extension comprising a second adhesive inner surface removably attached to the first adhesive inner surface of the first transversal extension, wherein the second transversal extension further comprises a wound dressing pad disposed on the second adhesive inner surface.Ref- 1403-02-86502. The catheter fixing band of claim 1, wherein the first planar base, the first transversal extension, the elongated strip, the second planar base, and the second transversal extension are made of polymer.

3. The catheter fixing band of claim 1, wherein the first planar base, the first transversal extension, the elongated strip, the second planar base, and the second transversal extension are made of polyurethane.

4. The catheter fixing band of claim 1, wherein the antimicrobial composition is nanographene oxide.
