The hot-rolled sheet comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.6-2.9% of Mg, ≤0.10% of Fe, ≤0.05% of Si, ≤0.10% of Cu, ≤0.10% of Mn, ≤0.30% of Cr, ≤0.20% of Zn, ≤0.15% of Ti, 0.04-0.08% of Sc, 0.04-0.08% of Zr, ≤0.15% of Sc+Zr, and the balance comprising Al and other inevitable impurities. The manufacturing process uses short-flow processes such as smelting, casting and hot rolling. The 5754-O / H111 aluminum alloy hot-rolled sheet of the present invention has a tensile strength of ≥270 MPa, a yield strength of ≥220 MPa, and an elongation of ≥22%, and the mechanical properties thereof at room temperature are far superior to those of the existing 5754 aluminum alloy. The material is applied to the product fields such as vehicles, storage tanks, pressure vessels, ship structures, offshore facilities and transportation tanks, and can significantly improve the weight reduction effect thereof.
