Description

Component supply device

[0001] This specification discloses a component supply device.

[0002] Conventionally, as this type of component supply device, there has been proposed one including a magazine that houses a plurality of pallets, a pallet extraction mechanism that selectively extracts a pallet from the magazine and transfers it to the component supply position of a component mounting machine, a storage that stores a large number of pallets, and a replacement mechanism that replaces pallets between the magazine and the storage (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This component supply device includes a magazine storage shelf that stores a transfer magazine, and the replacement mechanism replaces pallets between the transfer magazine, the storage, and the magazine. Further, an upper insertion door is provided on the upper front part of the exterior case, and an operator can insert a pallet into the transfer magazine from the upper insertion door.

[0003] Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2023 - 160449

[0004] For example, when it becomes necessary for an operator to check the state of a pallet at the component supply position due to the occurrence of an error, it is conceivable to transfer the pallet to the transfer magazine by the pallet extraction mechanism and the pallet replacement mechanism, and for the operator to take out and check the pallet from the transfer magazine. However, in this case, since it takes a long time until the pallet is transferred to the transfer magazine, a waiting time occurs for the checking operation, leading to a deterioration in work efficiency.

[0005] The main object of the present disclosure is to provide a component supply device in which the operations of replenishing and collecting pallets for the replenishment magazine are easy, and the state of the pallet can be quickly checked as needed.

[0006] The present disclosure has adopted the following means to achieve the above main object.

[0007] The gist of the parts supply device of this disclosure is that it comprises: a production magazine that houses a plurality of pallets each holding a plurality of parts; a pallet transfer mechanism for transferring the pallets between the production magazine and the parts supply position of a parts mounting machine; a replenishment magazine that houses a plurality of the pallets; a storage section capable of storing a plurality of the pallets; a pallet exchange mechanism for exchanging the pallets between the production magazine, the replenishment magazine and the storage section by placing the pallets on a shuttle and transferring them from any of the production magazine, the replenishment magazine and the storage section; a housing that covers the production magazine, the replenishment magazine and the storage section and the pallet exchange mechanism; a replenishment door provided on the housing at a position corresponding to the replenishment magazine so as to be openable and closable, and in the open state, allowing the pallets to be supplied to and retrieved from the replenishment magazine; and a confirmation door provided on the housing at a position corresponding to the shuttle located at a predetermined position within the movable range, and in the open state, allowing an operator to visually inspect the pallets on the shuttle located at the predetermined position.

[0008] In the parts supply device of this disclosure, an operator can supply or retrieve pallets by opening a supply door. Furthermore, the operator can check the condition of the pallets on the shuttle by opening a confirmation door once the shuttle carrying the pallets has moved to a predetermined position. By providing separate supply and confirmation doors for different purposes, the parts supply device facilitates the supply and retrieval of pallets to the supply magazine and allows for quick confirmation of the pallet condition as needed.

Figure 5 is a top view of the internal configuration of the parts supply device 10. Figure 6 is an external perspective view of the pallet exchange mechanism 50. Figure 7 is an external perspective view of the pallet PT that holds the tray TY containing a plurality of parts P. Figure 8 is a block diagram showing the electrical connection relationships of the parts supply device 10. In Figures 1 to 7, the left-right direction is the X direction, the front-back direction is the Y direction, and the up-down direction is the Z direction.

[0012] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the component supply device 10 of this embodiment is detachably mounted on the front of the component mounting machine 1 and supplies components PA to the component mounting machine 1 by transporting a pallet PT (see Figure 7) that holds a tray TY containing multiple components P to the component supply position. The component mounting machine 1 takes the components PA from the pallet PT supplied to the component supply position and mounts them on a substrate. In addition to a head 2 having a suction nozzle capable of picking up components PA, it is equipped with a head moving device for moving the head 2, a substrate transport device for transporting the substrate, and a parts camera that takes an image of the suction nozzle to check the suction state of the components PA after the suction operation of the suction nozzle has been performed on the components PA.

[0013] As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the parts supply device 10 comprises a housing 11, production magazines 21 and 22, a replenishment magazine 31, storage compartments 41 and 42, a pallet exchange mechanism 50, a pallet pull-out mechanism 70, and a control device 80 (see Figure 8).

[0014] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the housing 11 is a roughly rectangular box-shaped body that covers the production magazines 21 and 22, the replenishment magazine 31, the storage compartments 41 and 42, and the pallet exchange mechanism 50. A replenishment door 12 and an inspection door 13 are installed vertically on the upper left front of the housing 11. The replenishment door 12 and the inspection door 13 are each attached to an opening 11o formed on the upper left front of the housing 11 via hinges H so as to be able to be opened and closed, and can be locked and unlocked by an electric locking device (not shown). In this embodiment, the replenishment door 12 and the inspection door 13 are attached to the left frame of the opening 11o via hinges H, but they may also be attached to the right frame, lower frame, or upper frame via hinges. In this embodiment, transparent windows are fitted into the replenishment door 12 and the inspection door 13, allowing the operator to see the inside through the transparent windows.

[0015] Furthermore, a display device 15 is installed on the upper right of the front of the housing 11. The display device 15 is configured as a touch panel display device that displays various information to notify the operator, such as work instruction information and error information, and also allows the operator to input various operations.

[0016] As shown in Figure 4, the production magazines 21 and 22 are roughly rectangular box-shaped bodies with openings at the front and rear, and each has multiple slots S arranged vertically. Each slot S accommodates a pallet PT so that it can be inserted and removed from both the front and rear sides. As shown in Figure 7, the pallet PT holds trays TY, each containing parts PA, in multiple storage recesses arranged in a grid pattern. Furthermore, roughly T-shaped notches NT are formed at both ends of the pallet TP in the front and rear direction, which are engaged at the front and rear by pallet pull-out mechanisms 60 and 70, respectively, which will be described later.

[0017] As shown in Figure 4, the production magazines 21 and 22 are arranged vertically on the rear right side of the internal space of the housing 11. The upper production magazine 21 and the lower production magazine 22 are each supported so as to be able to move up and down on a common guide rail 23 that extends vertically. The upper production magazine 21 and the lower production magazine 22 are each raised and lowered independently by a lifting device 25 so as not to interfere with each other. The lifting device 25 raises and lowers the production magazines that contain the pallet PT to be pulled out so that the pallet PT to be pulled out is at a height that the pallet pulling mechanism 70 can pull out. In this embodiment, the lifting device 25 is configured as a ball screw mechanism, but it may also be configured as a linear motor.

[0018] As shown in Figure 4, the supply magazine 31 is a roughly rectangular box-shaped body with an open front and has multiple slots S arranged vertically. Each slot S accommodates a pallet PT so that it can be inserted and removed from the front. The supply magazine 31 is located at the top of the rear left side of the internal space of the housing 11. The supply magazine 31 is supported so as to be slidable back and forth on a guide rail 32 that extends in the front and rear directions. The supply magazine 31 is moved back and forth within the internal space of the housing 11 by a front-to-back movement device 33. In this embodiment, the front-to-back movement device 33 is configured as a belt drive mechanism, but it may also be configured as a ball screw mechanism or a linear motor. A supply door 13 is provided on the front of the housing 11 so as to face the supply magazine 31 from the front and rear. Therefore, the operator can insert and remove pallets PT into and out of the supply magazine 31 by opening the supply door 13 when the supply magazine 31 has moved forward (towards the operator).

[0019] As shown in Figure 4, the storage units 41 and 42 are roughly rectangular box-shaped bodies with an open front, and each has multiple slots S arranged vertically. Each slot S accommodates pallets PT so that they can be loaded and unloaded from the front. Each of the storage units 41 and 42 has a number of slots S so that it can accommodate more pallets PT than each of the production magazines 21 and 22. Storage unit 41 is located below the supply magazine 31 on the rear left side of the internal space of the housing 11. Storage unit 41 is detachable from the housing 11 and may be configured to be loaded into and unloaded from the device by an automated guided vehicle (not shown). Storage unit 42 is located below the production magazine 22 on the lower rear right side of the internal space of the housing 11.

[0020] As shown in Figure 3, the pallet exchange mechanism 50 moves within the internal space of the housing 11, in a space (movable range) facing the production magazines 21, 22, the supply magazine 31, and the storage compartments 41, 42, to exchange pallets PT between the production magazines 21, 22, the supply magazine 31, and the storage compartments 41, 42. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the pallet exchange mechanism 50 includes a shuttle 51, a lifting table 52, a lifting device 55, a left-right movement device 56, a pallet pull-out mechanism 60, and a clamper drive device 65.

[0021] As shown in Figure 3, the lifting table 52 is supported so as to be able to move up and down by guide rails 54 installed on the left and right side walls of the housing 11 so as to extend vertically. The lifting table 52 is raised and lowered by a lifting device 55. In this embodiment, the lifting device 55 is configured as a ball screw mechanism, but it may also be configured as a linear motor.

[0022] The shuttle 51 is used to place the pallet PT, and as shown in Figures 5 and 6, it is supported so as to be slidable from side to side by guide rails 53 that extend horizontally from the upper surface of the lifting table 52. The shuttle 51 is moved from side to side by a left-right movement device 56. Thus, the shuttle 51 is moved up, down, left, and right by the lifting device 55 and the left-right movement device 56. In this embodiment, the left-right movement device 56 is configured as a belt drive mechanism, but it may also be configured as a ball screw mechanism or a linear motor.

[0023] The pallet pulling mechanism 60 pulls out pallets PT from production magazines 21, 22, supply magazine 31, and storage compartments 41, 42 and places them on the shuttle 51, or feeds pallets PT on the shuttle 51 into production magazines 21, 22, supply magazine 31, and storage compartments 41, 42. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the pallet pulling mechanism 60 has a pair of left and right belts 61 extending in the front-rear direction, a slider 62 extending in the left-right direction and stretched across the pair of belts 61, a belt drive device 63 that drives the pair of belts 61, a pair of left and right clampers 64 provided in the left-right center of the slider 62, and a clamper drive device 65 that expands and contracts the pair of clampers 64. As described above, T-shaped notches NT are formed at both ends of the pallet PT in the front-rear direction. The pallet pulling mechanism 60 inserts the pair of clampers 64 into the notches NT on the front of the pallet PT by bringing the slider 62 close to the pallet PT with the pair of clampers 64 retracted, and then clamps the pallet PT by expanding the pair of clampers 64. Then, with the pallet PT clamped, the pallet pulling mechanism 60 moves the slider 62 forward (towards the front) to pull out the pallet PT and place it on the shuttle 51. The clamper drive device 65 is, for example, an air cylinder and is located at the rear of the shuttle 51. The clamper drive device 65 can supply and discharge air to the pair of clampers 64 when the pair of clampers 64 are close to the rear of the shuttle 51, i.e., close to the production magazines 21, 22, the supply magazine 31, and the storage compartments 41, 42, and can clamp the pallets PT stored in each magazine.

[0024] The pallet pulling mechanism 70 pulls out pallets PT from the production magazines 21 and 22 that are at a height that can be pulled out and supplies them to the parts supply position, or feeds pallets PT from the parts supply position into empty slots S in the production magazines 21 and 22 that are at a height that can be fed. The pallet pulling mechanism 70 is configured in the same way as the pallet pulling mechanism 60, by inserting a pair of clampers in a retracted state into the notch NT on the rear side of the pallet PT, and then expanding the pair of clampers to clamp the pallet PT.

[0025] The control device 80, although not shown in the diagram, is configured as a microprocessor centered around a CPU, and in addition to the CPU, it includes ROM, RAM, and input / output ports. The control device 80 outputs control signals to the lifting device 25, the forward / backward movement device 33, the pallet exchange mechanism 50 (lifting device 55, left / right movement device 56, pallet extraction mechanism 60), and the pallet extraction mechanism 70.

[0026] Next, the operation of the parts supply device 10 configured in this way will be explained. First, the parts supply operation of supplying parts PA (pallet PT) from production magazines 21 and 22 to the parts supply position will be explained. In the parts supply operation, when the upper production magazine 21 is used to supply pallet PT to the parts supply position, the lower production magazine 22 waits at the lower end position. Also, when the lower production magazine 22 is used to supply pallet PT to the parts supply position, the upper production magazine 21 waits at the upper end position. The parts supply operation will be explained below using the production magazine 21 as an example.

[0027] First, the control device 80 uses the lifting device 25 to raise and lower the production magazine 21, which houses the pallet PT (target pallet) to be supplied, so that the height of the target pallet is such that the pallet extraction mechanism 70 can pull it out. Next, the control device 80 uses the pallet extraction mechanism 70 to pull the target pallet out of the production magazine 21 and supply it to the parts supply position. The parts mounting machine 1 takes the parts PA from the target pallet supplied to the parts supply position and mounts them on the circuit board. After the parts mounting machine 1 has taken out the required number of parts PA from the target pallet, the control device 80 uses the pallet extraction mechanism 70 to send the target pallet at the parts supply position into an empty slot S of the production magazine 21. By repeating these operations, the control device 80 sequentially selects pallets PT loaded with the necessary parts PA for production and supplies them to the parts supply position.

[0028] Next, the operation of the pallet exchange mechanism 50 when exchanging pallets PT between production magazines 21, 22, supply magazine 31, and storage units 41, 42 will be explained. The pallet exchange mechanism 50 moves the shuttle 51 in a space (movable range shown by hatching in Figure 9) that faces the production magazines 21, 22, supply magazine 31, and storage units 41, 42 in the front-to-back direction, pulls a pallet PT from one of the magazines onto the shuttle 51, and feeds it into an empty slot S in another magazine, thereby exchanging pallets PT.

[0029] First, the control device 80 uses the lifting device 55 and left / right movement device 56 of the pallet exchange mechanism 50 to move the shuttle 51 in front of the pallet PT (target pallet) to be exchanged, which is stored in the magazine from which it is being exchanged. Next, the control device 80 uses the belt drive device 63 and clamp drive device 65 of the pallet pull-out mechanism 60 to pull out the target pallet from the magazine from which it is being exchanged and place it on the shuttle 51. Next, the control device 80 uses the lifting device 55 and left / right movement device 56 of the pallet exchange mechanism 50 to move the shuttle 51 carrying the target pallet in front of an empty slot S in the magazine to which it is being exchanged. Then, the control device 80 uses the belt drive device 63 and clamp drive device 65 of the pallet pull-out mechanism 60 to feed the target pallet into the empty slot S of the magazine to which it is being exchanged. The parts supply device 10 stores pallets PT loaded with parts PA necessary for the next production in storage units 41 and 42, and can exchange the pallets PT from storage units 41 and 42 to production magazines 21 and 22 at the necessary timing and supply them to the parts supply position. Furthermore, the parts supply device 10 can recover used pallets PT by transferring them from the production magazines 21 and 22 to the replenishment magazine 31 or storage units 41 and 42.

[0030] Next, we will explain the operation when a worker replenishes the parts supply device 10 with the necessary pallets PT in the event of a parts shortage or when a parts shortage is expected to occur within a predetermined time. When a parts shortage occurs or when a parts shortage is expected to occur within a predetermined time, the control device 80 displays work instruction information on the display device 15 instructing the worker to replenish pallets PT loaded with the same type of parts PA. After the control device 80 displays the work instruction information on the display device 15, when confirmation input from the worker is received on the display device 15, the control device 80 retracts the pallet exchange mechanism 50, moves the replenishment magazine 31 forward (to the front side of the housing 11) using the forward / backward movement device 33, and unlocks the replenishment door 12. As a result, the worker can open the replenishment door 12 and insert pallets PT into the replenishment magazine 31, as shown in Figure 10. The worker can also retrieve used pallets PT if they are stored in the replenishment magazine 31.

[0031] Next, with reference to Figure 11, we will explain the operation of the component supply device 10 when an error related to a component PA occurs in the component mounting machine 1 and it stops, and an operator checks the state of the pallet PT (target pallet) on which the component PA was mounted. An example of an error related to a component PA is when a suction error occurs with respect to the component PA mounted on the pallet PT.

[0032] First, the control device 80 displays work instruction information on the display device 15, instructing the operator to check the status of the target pallet. Next, the control device 80 adjusts the height of the empty slot S in either the production magazine 21 or 22 (in this case, the production magazine 21) to a height that allows the pallet pulling mechanism 70 to feed it in, and then feeds the target pallet at the parts supply position into the empty slot S (see Figure 11A). Next, the control device 80 moves the shuttle 51 in front of the target pallet stored in the production magazine 21, pulls the target pallet out of the production magazine 21, and places it on the shuttle 51 (see Figure 11B). Then, the control device 80 moves the shuttle 51 with the target pallet on it to the front of the inspection door 13 and unlocks the inspection door 13 (see Figure 11C). As a result, the operator can visually check the target pallet on the shuttle 51 by opening the inspection door 13. The operator checks, for example, whether the tray TY is held in the correct orientation on the pallet PT, and whether any parts PA have fallen out of the tray TY, and makes any necessary corrections if there are any abnormalities. Once the operator determines that there are no abnormalities in the pallet PT or has completed the necessary corrections, they input this information into the display device 15 and instruct the machine to resume production. When the control device 80 is instructed to resume production, it supplies the target pallet to the parts supply position in reverse order and instructs the parts mounting machine 1 to resume production.

[0033] In this embodiment, the parts supply device 10 has a supply door 12. Therefore, once the parts supply device 10 transfers the target pallet from the parts supply position to the supply magazine 31, the operator can open the supply door 12, pull out the target pallet from the supply magazine 31, and check its condition. However, in this case, the control device 80 must feed the target pallet from the parts supply position into the production magazines 21 and 22 (see Figure 12A), place the target pallet on the shuttle 51 (see Figure 12B), move the shuttle 51 with the target pallet on it to the front of the supply magazine 31 (see Figure 12C), feed the target pallet into the supply magazine 31 (see Figure 12D), move the shuttle 51 downwards, and then move the supply magazine 31 forward (see Figure 12E). As a result, a long waiting time occurs before the operator can see the target pallet. In contrast, in the component supply device 10 of this embodiment, after placing the target pallet on the shuttle 51, it is transported to the front of the inspection door 13 within the movable range of the shuttle 51. This allows the target pallet to be quickly transported to a position where the operator can see it after an error occurs in the component mounting machine 1. As a result, the status of the target pallet can be checked without causing the operator to have to wait for a long time.

[0034] Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the supply magazine 31 is configured to be movable forward and backward, the movable range of the shuttle 51 includes an interference area that interferes with the supply magazine 31 when it moves forward. However, in the parts supply device 10 of this embodiment, the control device 80 can exchange pallet PTs between the storage units 41, 42 and the production magazines 21, 22 even while the supply magazine 31 is being moved forward and the operator is supplying or retrieving pallet PTs to the supply magazine 31. For example, even while the supply magazine 31 is being moved forward, the control device 80 may pull out a pallet PT from the storage unit 41 and place it on the shuttle 51 (see Figure 13A), move the shuttle 51 with the pallet PTs on it toward the production magazine 21 (see Figure 13B), and then feed the pallet PTs into the production magazine 21 (see Figure 13C). Furthermore, while the supply magazine 31 is being moved forward, the control device 80 may also pull out a pallet PT from the production magazine 21 and place it on the shuttle 51 (see Figure 14A), move it toward the front of the storage unit 42 (see Figure 14B), and then send it into the storage unit 41 (see Figure 14C). This allows for the exchange of pallet PTs between the storage units 41 and 42 and the production magazines 21 and 22 even while the operator is supplying or retrieving pallet PTs from the supply magazine 31, thereby preventing production interruptions due to parts shortages.

[0035] Here, the correspondence between the main elements of this embodiment and the main elements of the present disclosure will be explained. Specifically, the production magazines 21 and 22 of this embodiment are examples of production magazines of the present disclosure, the pallet pulling mechanism 70 is an example of a pallet transfer mechanism, the replenishment magazine 31 is an example of a replenishment magazine, the storage compartments 41 and 42 are examples of storage compartments, the shuttle 51 is an example of a shuttle, the pallet exchange mechanism 50 is an example of a pallet exchange mechanism, the housing 11 is an example of a housing, the replenishment door 12 is an example of a replenishment door, and the inspection door 13 is an example of an inspection door 13. Furthermore, the forward and backward movement device 33 is an example of a replenishment magazine movement mechanism, and the control device 80 is an example of a control unit.

[0036] It goes without saying that this disclosure is not limited in any way to the embodiments described above, and can be implemented in various forms as long as they fall within the technical scope of this disclosure.

[0037] For example, in the embodiment described above, the upper production magazine 21 is configured to be able to move up and down within the internal space of the housing 11. However, the lifting axis of the production magazine 21 may be extended upward so that an operator can replenish and retrieve pallets PT from the production magazine 21 at its upper end position. The parts supply device 10 pulls pallets PT from the lower production magazine 22 and supplies them to the parts supply position (see Figure 15A), then sends the used pallets PT from the parts supply position into the empty slot S of the upper production magazine 21 (see Figure 15B), and raises the production magazine 21 to its upper end position (see Figure 15C). This allows the operator to retrieve used pallets PT from the production magazine 21. The operator can also replenish the production magazine 21 at its upper end position with pallets PT loaded with parts PA necessary for production. When pallet PT is supplied to the upper production magazine 21 located at the top end (see Figure 16A), the parts supply device 10 can lower the production magazine 21 (see Figure 16B), pull out the supplied pallet PT from the production magazine 21, and supply it to the parts supply position (see Figure 16C). Furthermore, while the parts supply device 10 is supplying pallet PT from the lower production magazine 22 to the parts supply position, if pallet PT is supplied to the upper production magazine 21 located at the top end (see Figure 17A), the parts supply device 10 can lower the production magazine 21 (see Figure 17B), hand it over to the shuttle 51 (see Figure 17C), and store it in the storage units 41 and 42.

[0038] In the embodiment described above, the inspection door 13 is provided on the front of the housing 11, but it may also be provided on the top surface of the housing 11. Furthermore, although the inspection door 13 is provided below the supply door 12 on the front of the housing 11, it may also be provided to the left and right of the supply door 12. In these cases, when an operator opens the supply door to check the status of the target pallet, the control device 80 may move the shuttle 51 carrying the target pallet to the uppermost position within its movable range so that it faces the inspection door. Note that the supply magazine 31 is located at the uppermost position in the internal space of the housing 11, and while the supply magazine 31 is moving forward, the shuttle 51 cannot move to the uppermost position because it interferes with the supply magazine 31. Therefore, the operator cannot simultaneously supply and retrieve pallets PT to the supply magazine 31 and check the status of the pallets PT on the shuttle 51. However, the operator can visually inspect the pallets PT on the shuttle 51 in an upright position, further improving the visibility of the pallets PT.

[0039] As described above, in the parts supply device of this disclosure, an operator can supply or retrieve pallets by opening a supply door. In addition, the operator can check the condition of the pallets on the shuttle by opening a confirmation door when the shuttle carrying the pallets has moved to a predetermined position. By providing supply doors and confirmation doors for different purposes in this way, a parts supply device can be made that facilitates the supply and retrieval of pallets to the supply magazine, and allows for quick confirmation of the pallet condition as needed.

[0040] In the parts supply device of the present disclosure, the device includes a supply magazine moving mechanism for moving the supply magazine closer to and further away from the supply door, and a control unit for controlling the supply magazine moving mechanism and the pallet exchange mechanism, wherein the supply door allows for the supplying and retrieval of pallets to the supply magazine when the supply magazine is in close proximity, and the movable range of the shuttle includes an interference region where the supply magazine and the shuttle interfere when the supply magazine is in close proximity to the supply door, and the control unit may control the pallet exchange mechanism so that when the supply magazine moving mechanism is controlled to bring the supply magazine closer to the supply door, the shuttle moves within the movable range avoiding the interference region so that the pallets can be exchanged between the production magazine and the storage unit. In this way, pallets can be exchanged between the storage unit and the production magazine even while an operator is supplying or retrieving pallets to the supply magazine, thereby suppressing interruptions in production due to parts running out.

[0041] In this case, the supply magazine and the storage unit are arranged vertically within the housing, the production magazine is arranged horizontally with respect to the supply magazine or the storage unit within the housing and is movable up and down relative to the pallet transfer mechanism, the supply magazine is located at the top of the housing, the shuttle is movable within a space facing the production magazine, the supply magazine and the storage unit in the front and rear directions as its movable range, the supply door is provided on the front of the housing, facing the supply magazine in the front and rear directions across the space, and the inspection door may be provided on the front of the housing, adjacent to the supply door. This allows the worker to open the supply door and replenish and retrieve pallets in a comfortable working posture. Furthermore, by placing the inspection door adjacent to the supply door, the worker can also check the condition of the pallets in a comfortable working posture. In this case, the inspection door may be provided below the supply door. This allows workers to simultaneously replenish and retrieve pallets for the supply magazine and check the status of the pallets on the shuttle.

[0042] Further, in the component supply device of the present disclosure, the production magazine can move up and down relative to the pallet transfer mechanism within the housing, and the housing may have an outlet at the upper end of the production magazine through which the pallet can be replenished and recovered with respect to the production magazine. In this way, the operator can directly replenish and recover the pallet with respect to the production magazine, so the operator can replenish and recover the pallet without requiring a long waiting time. In this case, as the production magazine, there may be two production magazines that are vertically arranged within the housing and can move up and down relative to the pallet transfer mechanism, and the outlet may be at the upper end of the upper production magazine among the two production magazines through which the pallet can be replenished and recovered with respect to the upper production magazine. In this way, while replenishing or recovering the pallet with respect to the upper production magazine, the pallet can be supplied to the component supply position using the lower production magazine. In addition, in these cases, it is also possible to omit the confirmation door from the component supply device.

[0043] In addition, in this specification, in claim 5 as originally filed, the technical idea of changing "the component supply device according to claim 1" to "the component supply device according to any one of claims 1 to 4" is also disclosed.

[0044] The present disclosure can be used in the manufacturing industry of component supply devices and the like.
