Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] A SYSTEM ADJUSTING THE OPERATION OF THE ELECTRIC
[0003] TRUNK LID BASED ON PHYSICAL AND CLIMATIC CONDITIONS
[0004] Technical Field
[0005] The present invention relates to a system for adjusting the power parameters of an electric trunk lid in vehicles based on physical and climatic conditions, such as realtime temperature, vehicle inclination and other environmental conditions.
[0006] Background of the Invention
[0007] The trunk lid system comprises two power lifters, two locking motors and several mechanical switches. Constant excessive operating conditions cause unnecessary stress on these components, reducing their service life. Existing systems often calibrate power for extreme scenarios, and this leads to overuse of power and unnecessary stress on components.
[0008] For this reason, considering the studies and deficiencies in the current technique, it is understood that there is a need for a system for adjusting the power parameters of the trunk lid based on real-time physical conditions and climatic conditions in order to reduce the inefficiency and mechanical stress experienced by electric trunk lid systems under changing physical and climatic conditions.
[0009] The United States patent document no. US2017204651, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a tailgate system. The invention subject to the said patent document relates to a method for remote-controlled operation of a tailgate of a motor vehicle. The sensor arrangement of the motor vehicle detects the environmental data of the vehicle. The control device of the vehicle triggers the opening of the tailgate when it receives a wireless opening signal from the operator and triggers the closing of the tailgate when it receives a wireless closing signal from the operator. The control device checks for the presence of at least one closure condition independent of the wireless closing signal, based on the environmental data detected by the sensor arrangement during the opening of the tailgate, and if the closure condition is present, the control device triggers the closing of the tailgate.
[0010] Summary of the Invention
[0011] An object of the present invention is to realize a system for adjusting the power parameters of an electric trunk lid in vehicles based on physical and climatic conditions, such as real-time temperature, vehicle inclination and other environmental conditions.
