[0001] The present disclosure relates to a window screen and a fitting. This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-189706 filed in Japan on October 29, 2024, and Japanese Patent Application No. 2025-181886 filed in Japan on October 28, 2025, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] Generally, a window screen is provided with a window-screen detachment prevention portion for preventing detachment from a rail (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Claims

1. A screen door comprising: a frame that can be attached and detached in a sliding manner to the inside of the frame of a door; a mesh material attached to the frame; and a first screen door detachment prevention part attached to the frame, wherein the frame has an upper rail groove portion provided along its upper edge and opening upward so that the upper rail of the frame can be inserted from above, the first screen door detachment prevention part is installed in the upper rail groove portion, the first screen door detachment prevention part comprises: a movable part disposed inside the upper rail groove portion and in contact with the upper rail and movable in the vertical direction; a restricting part disposed inside the upper rail groove portion and restricting the downward movement of the movable part; and an operating part for operating the restricting part, wherein the operating part can operate the restricting part from the inside of the frame.

2. The screen door according to claim 1, wherein the operating unit is capable of switching between a restricted state in which the restricting unit is positioned at a restricted position below the moving unit and the moving unit contacts the restricting unit from above, thereby restricting the downward movement of the moving unit, and an unrestricted state in which the restricting unit is positioned at an unrestricted position to the side of the restricted position, thereby not restricting the vertical movement of the moving unit.

3. The screen door according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the upper rail groove room interior plate portion that forms the indoor side of the upper rail groove portion in the frame has an elongated hole that penetrates in the indoor-outdoor direction and extends in the left-right direction, and the operating portion is capable of operating the restricting portion through the elongated hole.

4. The screen door according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first screen door detachment prevention part is provided at both ends in the left-right direction of the upper rail groove.

5. A screen door according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising a second screen door detachment prevention part provided on the indoor side of the frame and movable in the left-right direction relative to the frame, wherein the second screen door detachment prevention part is movable between a first position in which the outer end in the left-right direction protrudes by a predetermined distance outward in the left-right direction from the left-right edge of the frame, and a second position in which the outer end in the left-right direction is positioned inward in the left-right direction from the first position.

6. The screen door according to claim 5, wherein the frame has a main body portion provided along the left-right edge and an outdoor projection portion projecting outward in the left-right direction from the outdoor edge of the main body portion, and when the second screen door detachment prevention portion is positioned in the first position, it projects outward in the left-right direction from the main body portion, and its outer end in the left-right direction faces the tip of the outdoor projection portion in the indoor-outdoor direction.

7. The screen door according to claim 5 or claim 6, wherein the second screen door detachment prevention part is supported by the first screen door detachment prevention part.

8. The screen door according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the frame has vertical frame portions provided along the side edges, and the second screen door detachment prevention portion, when positioned in the first position, is pressed against the vertical frame portions.

9. The screen door according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the frame has a screen door rail provided along the left-right edge and protruding inward in the left-right direction, and when the second screen door detachment prevention part is positioned in the first position, its tip is positioned on the outdoor side of the screen door rail.

10. A window screen comprising a screen door according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and a frame from which the screen door can be attached, wherein the screen door covers the entire opening inside the frame.
