It comprises a panty that, by means of elastic fastenings, integrates and secures an ergonomic reservoir with an outlet channel extending outside the panty and the diver's drysuit, allowing users to urinate discreetly, comfortably, and conveniently. The ergonomic reservoir is oriented so that its opening faces the user's urethral opening. [0028] The female underwear for assisted urination comprises a panty (1) or belt which, by means of elastic fastening means, integrates and holds an ergonomic reservoir (3) provided with an outlet duct (4) that extends to the outside of the panty (1), so that it can be removed from the clothing worn by the user, and the reservoir (3) having an opening oriented towards the inside of the panty (1) or belt, so that it can be positioned facing the urethral opening, allowing users to urinate discreetly, comfortably and practically, and without the urine being able to wet the underwear they are wearing.

[0029] The elastic fastenings are designed to prevent movement of the reservoir (3) relative to the vaginal opening. Since the underwear described here will generally be used for sports, where the user will be moving, it is very important that the reservoir (3) does not move from its intended position, that is, fully inserted into the urethral opening, to channel urine out of the drysuit or other garment being worn.

CLAIMS 1. Female underwear for assisted urination, characterized by comprising a panty (1) or belt which, by means of elastic fastening means, integrates and attaches to an ergonomic reservoir (3) provided with an outlet duct (4) that extends to the outside of the panty (1), the reservoir (3) having an opening orientable towards the urethral opening of the user.

2. A female garment with a urine reservoir, according to claim 1, characterized in that the reservoir (3) comprises an intermediate chamber (3.1) having an outlet orifice (3.4) connected to the outlet conduit (4).

3. A female garment with a urine reservoir, according to claim 2, characterized in that the mouth has a peripheral flap (3.3) configured to cover the external vaginal lips.

4. A women's garment with a urine reservoir, according to claim 3, characterized in that the tongue (3.3) has a pointed protrusion (3.5) configured to be inserted between the folds generated by the buttocks.

5. Women's garment with urine reservoir, according to claim 2, characterized in that the tongue (3.3) has a guide protrusion (3.6) around its perimeter.

6. Women's garment with urine reservoir, according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic fastening means are elastic strips (2) inserted into the panties (1) with a course that surrounds the groin and goes up to the hips, encircling the waist.

7. Women's garment with urine reservoir, according to claim 6, characterized in that the reservoir (3) has side eyelets (3.7) through which the elastic straps are passed.

8. Women's garment with urine reservoir, according to claim 1, characterized in that the panties (1) are made of a thermal material.

9. A women's garment with a urine reservoir, according to claim 2, characterized in that the outlet conduit (4) protrudes from the front of the reservoir (3).
