Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Women's underwear for assisted urination

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this descriptive document states, is a women's undergarment for assisted urination. It is an innovation that offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques.

[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0006] The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs in clothing, especially underwear and protective undergarments.

[0007] STATE OF THE ART

[0008] The present invention arises from the identification that women who practice dry suit diving face serious difficulties in urinating comfortably and effectively.

[0009] This situation not only causes discomfort, but also limits the diving experience, as many women are forced to restrict their fluid intake or interrupt their activity to attend to this physiological need.

[0010] Furthermore, the few devices designed for women rely on adhesives that cause significant discomfort. This not only affects the comfort and confidence of female divers but can also negatively impact their health and enjoyment of the activity.

[0011] Accordingly, this invention presents a female undergarment for assisted urination that offers a discreet, efficient and practical solution, designed to improve the diving experience of women without the use of adhesives, allowing them to enjoy the activity without limitations or discomfort.

[0012] Currently, no women's underwear for assisted urination, for divers and other individuals in similar situations, is known to exist that presents structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The object of the present invention is the creation of a female undergarment for assisted urination that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany the present description.

[0014] The present invention relates to a women's undergarment for assisted urination, for divers or other individuals wearing a drysuit or full-body suit. It comprises a panty that, by means of elastic fastenings, integrates and secures an ergonomic reservoir with an outlet channel extending outside the panty and the diver's drysuit, allowing users to urinate discreetly, comfortably, and conveniently. The ergonomic reservoir is oriented so that its opening faces the user's urethral opening. This opening is preferably bordered by a wing or flap that ensures all urine flows into the ergonomic reservoir.

[0015] The invention solves the difficulties women face when diving in a dry suit, especially in relation to urination, by offering an undergarment that facilitates this process in a comfortable and discreet manner, eliminating the discomfort of interrupting the activity or restricting fluid intake.

[0016] Furthermore, by avoiding the use of adhesives that cause discomfort, the confidence and well-being of the users is improved, which ultimately contributes to a more pleasant and satisfying diving experience.

[0017] This garment is versatile and can be used for diving, outdoor activities, travel, and water sports. Its design provides comfort and dryness, offering a practical solution in places without accessible sanitary facilities.

[0018] Furthermore, it is important to note that the panties are available in various sizes and designs, providing options for different preferences.

[0019] Regarding the materials, the briefs are made of a breathable, soft-to-the-touch, and elastic fabric, ensuring they stay in place during use. To use the assisted urination underwear, the user should put on the garment, ensuring the opening is aligned with the urethral opening of the vulva. Additionally, she should verify that the flap properly covers the outer labia, thus guaranteeing the correct positioning of the reservoir and the briefs.

[0020] In this way, the user can urinate discreetly and without inconvenience, allowing her to enjoy her activities without worrying about discomfort or interruption.

[0021] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

[0022] To complete the description being made and in order to help in the better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.

[0023] Figure 1 shows a front view of the female undergarment for assisted urination.

[0024] Figure 2 illustrates a side view of the female undergarment for assisted urination, detailing the ergonomic reservoir with the outlet conduit.

[0025] Figure 3 illustrates a rear view of the female undergarment for assisted urination.

[0026] Figure 4 shows an aerial view of the female undergarment for assisted urination.

[0027] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

[0028] The female underwear for assisted urination comprises a panty (1) or belt which, by means of elastic fastening means, integrates and holds an ergonomic reservoir (3) provided with an outlet duct (4) that extends to the outside of the panty (1), so that it can be removed from the clothing worn by the user, and the reservoir (3) having an opening oriented towards the inside of the panty (1) or belt, so that it can be positioned facing the urethral opening, allowing users to urinate discreetly, comfortably and practically, and without the urine being able to wet the underwear they are wearing.

[0029] The elastic fastenings are designed to prevent movement of the reservoir (3) relative to the vaginal opening. Since the underwear described here will generally be used for sports, where the user will be moving, it is very important that the reservoir (3) does not move from its intended position, that is, fully inserted into the urethral opening, to channel urine out of the drysuit or other garment being worn.

[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the tank (3) comprises an intermediate chamber (3.1) having an outlet orifice (3.4) connected to the outlet conduit (4).

[0031] The purpose of the intermediate chamber (3.1) is to temporarily hold urine expelled suddenly by the user while it is being evacuated through the outlet conduit (4), allowing for a smaller and more discreet cross-section of the outlet conduit (4). Since urination often occurs suddenly, generating a high-pressure, high-volume flow that the outlet conduit (4) cannot immediately evacuate, the urine must be temporarily held in the intermediate chamber (3.1).

[0032] The intermediate chamber will have an opening coinciding with the urethral and, for example, vaginal opening, the opening being surrounded peripherally by a wing or tongue (3.3) that covers the outer lips, ensuring the correct alignment of the opening (3.2).

[0033] This flap (3.3) is designed to create a watertight seal, preventing urine from leaking between the flap (3.3) and the vaginal folds. It is preferably made of soft materials, such as silicone.

[0034] This is interesting because urine can frequently leak between the flap and the area where a fold forms between the buttocks. To prevent this, it is recommended that the flap have a pointed protrusion (3.5) that fits slightly between the folds of the buttocks, creating a tight seal.

[0035] In one embodiment, the tab (3.3) has a guide ridge (3.6) around its perimeter. This ridge (3.6) is intended to guide the user in placing a type of sticker, for example, a silicone one, onto the tab. This silicone sticker can be replaced after each use or a certain number of uses, ensuring an effective seal against the female folds. The elastic fastening means may consist of elastic straps (2) inserted into the panty (1) that run around the groin and up to the hips, encircling the waist.

[0036] In one embodiment, the reservoir (3) has lateral eyelets (3.7) through which the elastic straps (2) are passed, such that the elastic straps (2) press the reservoir (3) against the user, creating a hermetic seal without pressing on the outlet (4) or the intermediate chamber (3.1). Pressing on the outlet (4) or the intermediate chamber (3.1) could obstruct them, causing urine to leak between the user's tongue and lips.

[0037] The neck gaiter (1) may be made of a thermal material, since thermal clothing is used in certain sports.

[0038] Generally, the outlet conduit (4) is an integral part of the cylindrical reservoir (3.1), protruding from its front with sufficient length to extend outwards from the user's clothing and facilitate urine drainage.

[0039] The outlet conduit (4) may have a plug for airtight sealing.

[0040] Generally, both the reservoir (3) and the outlet conduit (4) are made of silicone, as it is a soft and flexible material.

[0041] In one embodiment, the tongue (3.3) viewed from above has a concave shape on its sides. This gives it a more anatomical shape, leaving space for the user's thighs and preventing chafing.

[0042] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
