An air outlet channel (221) is formed between the flow-collecting air inlet (21) and the air outlet (22) by means of an inner wall of the inner housing (2), and a driving component (3) is provided in the air outlet channel (221). A first air inlet channel (111) is formed between the first air inlet (11) and the flow-collecting air inlet (21) by means of an interlayer space between an inner wall of the outer housing (1) and an outer wall of the inner housing (2), and the first air inlet channel (111) surrounds the driving component (3). A front end face of the flow-collecting air inlet (21) is a wave-shaped structure (211). By means of the two-layer housing structure, the first air inlet channel (111) surrounds the driving component (3). Noise of a turbulent airflow in the driving component (3) is isolated by means of a laminar airflow, and an end face of the flow-collecting air inlet (21) is configured to be a wave-shaped structure (211), so that an air flow entering the driving component (3) is regulated, thereby reducing turbulent airflow noise caused by a change in airflow direction.
