Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement of stabilizers for a road maintenance vehicle chassis of the type comprising two portions (1a, 1b) articulated about an axis (15), each of the portions of the chassis (1) comprising, respectively, an axle (2) and an axle (2'), each with two side wheels (3), each of the axles (2) and (2') of the chassis (1) of the vehicle being fitted with stabilizing means consisting of a stabilizer (4, 4') mounted elastically between each of the pairs of wheels (3), behind the axle (2) of the front portion (1a) of the chassis (1) and in front of the axle (2') of the rear portion (1b) of the chassis (1) of the vehicle, respectively, the front axle (2) and the rear axle (2') being extended by lower spars (12, 12') and upper spars (13, 13') at the rear, and by spars (14, 14') at the front, the free end portions of which meet around the axis (15), the stabilizer (4) mounted on the axle (2) of the front portion and the stabilizer (4') mounted on the axle (2') of the rear portion, respectively, being arranged such that they are inverted relative to one another.
