Abstract
A display device is disclosed. The display device may comprise: a display panel, which displays an image and has transparency; a side frame elongated along a lateral side of the display panel; a bar, which is elongated in a direction intersecting the side frame and moves in the longitudinal direction of the side frame; a roller assembly, which is adjacent to a lower side connected to a lateral side of the display panel, is elongated along the lower side of the display panel, and can be rotated; a light shield layer, which has one end fixed to the bar and the other end coupled to the roller assembly such that the light shield layer is wound around or unwound from the roller assembly when the bar moves; and a first motor for providing power to move the bar, wherein the roller assembly includes: a roller body around which the light shield layer is wound; and a second motor, which is embedded in the roller body and rotates the roller body.
