Dried noodle production device

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of dried noodle processing and production, and provides a dried noodle production device. The dried noodle production device comprises a feeding and kneading unit, a strip forming unit, a rod loading unit and at least two pull rods, a drying unit, a transfer unit, and a cutting unit. A dough rolling apparatus comprises rolling driving members and rolling surfaces, and the rolling driving members are used for driving continuous dough sheets to move relative to the rolling surfaces and come into contact with the rolling surfaces so as to form continuous dough rolls. The rod loading unit can drive the two pull rods to rotate around the same rotation axis, so that the pull rods pull the continuous dough rolls, and the continuous dough rolls are alternately wound on one of the two pull rods. The drying unit comprises stretching apparatuses and drying apparatuses, and the stretching apparatuses can receive the two pull rods and drive the distance between the two pull rods to increase to a preset distance range, so that the continuous dough rolls are stretched to form dough columns. The dried noodle production device provided in embodiments of the present disclosure has a compact structure, and can reduce labor in the production process, relieve the labor intensity, and improve the production efficiency.
