Abstract

The present invention relates to a knob assembly and a cooking appliance including same. The present invention may comprise: a knob body (NB) which rotates about a driving shaft (71) and linearly moves in the axial direction of the driving shaft (71); and a lock button (140) which moves in a direction different from the axial direction and interferes with a coupling part (150) in the axial direction. A button holder (160) is connected to the knob body (NB) so as to be rotatable about the driving shaft (71), and can be rotated independently of the knob body (NB). At this time, the button holder (160) may have a first holder position forming a movement path separated from the coupling part (150) along the axial direction, and a second holder position forming a movement path interfering with the coupling part (150) along the axial direction by rotating about the driving shaft (71) from the first holder position. As described above, according to the present invention, the button holder (160) operated independently of the lock button (140) is provided, so that the operation (step 1) of the lock button (140) can be omitted according to the rotation position of the button holder (160).
