A textile comprising a plurality of structural features that are marked for positioning on a second machine, the textile comprising:at least one anchor member formed as a crocheted or knitted material; andone or more placeholders configured to engage corresponding ones of the plurality of structural features and to connect to an anchor member to thereby mark the plurality of structural features.

28. The textile of claim 27, wherein the anchor member is has a width that is less than the textile, optionally by less than 20%, or less than 10%.

29. The textile of any of claims 27-28, wherein the at least one anchor member is connected to the textile only by the one or more placeholders.

30. The textile of any of claims 27-29, wherein the one or more placeholders and / or the at least one anchor member is configured to be removable.

31. The textile of any of claims 27-30, wherein the placeholder or anchors are configured to be removed or altered during subsequent processing.

32. A method of saving / marking a plurality of structural features in a textile panel, the method comprising:a) identifying a structural feature of the plurality of structural features in the textile panel; andb) forming at least one anchor member adjacent the textile panel by knitting or crocheting;c) positioning a placeholder adjacent the at least one anchor member; andd) engaging the structural feature with the placeholder.

33. The method of claim 32, wherein the placeholder and anchor are further connected via knitted or crocheting.
