[0003] Energy conservation and emission reduction are crucial for the sustainable development of the automotive industry, and electric vehicles, due to their energy-saving and environmentally friendly advantages, have become an important component of this sustainable development. Currently, most vehicles are manufactured by separately producing the upper body and chassis, which are then assembled together. Both the upper body and chassis have electrical structures; vehicle assembly requires connecting these electrical structures to the chassis's electrical structure to achieve overall vehicle electrical connectivity. Currently, the electrical connection between the chassis and upper body during vehicle assembly is time-consuming and inefficient.

[0004] Application content

[0005] The purpose of this application is to provide a chassis and vehicle to improve the problem that the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body in the related art requires a lot of time and is inefficient.

[0006] In a first aspect, embodiments of this application provide a chassis, including:

[0007] Chassis main body;

[0008] The first plug-in structure includes a first plug-in body, which is used to plug into and connect with a second plug-in body installed on the upper body of the vehicle along a first direction.

[0009] The first connector is installed on the chassis body, and the position of the first connector corresponds to the position of the second connector on the upper body.

[0010] In the technical solution of this application embodiment, by setting a first plug-in structure on the chassis body, when the upper body is close to and placed on the chassis, the second plug-in body of the upper body can be plugged and connected to the first plug-in body on the chassis. In this way, during application, the electrical structure on the chassis can be electrically connected to the electrical components on the upper body through the plugging of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, so as to realize the rapid electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body, which is convenient and efficient.

[0011] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body is used for detachable plug-in with the second plug-in body.

[0012] The above technical solution allows for the detachable connection of the first and second connector bodies, facilitating their connection and disassembly. This, in turn, facilitates the disconnection of the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body, enabling vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

[0013] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body is provided with a locking part for locking the second plug-in body.

[0014] By using the above technical solution, a locking part is provided on the first plug-in body to lock it with the second plug-in body, which can make the connection between the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body more secure, thereby making the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body secure and stable.

[0016] Through the above technical solution, the first plug-in body includes a first conductive component so as to contact and connect with the second conductive component in the second plug-in body, so as to realize the electrical connection between the first conductive component and the second conductive component, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body. The structure is simple and the connection is convenient.

[0017] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body is provided with a guide structure for guiding the second plug-in body to plug in and connect.

[0018] The above technical solution provides a guide structure on the first plug-in body, which can guide the second plug-in body to connect with the first plug-in body. When the upper body moves close to the chassis, the second plug-in body can be easily and accurately aligned and connected with the first plug-in body, making the connection convenient and accurate.

[0019] In some embodiments, at least one side of the chassis body in the left-right direction is provided with a first plug-in structure.

[0020] By using the above technical solution, a first plug-in structure is set on the left and right sides of the chassis body. This not only makes it easier for the chassis body to support the first plug-in structure, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical structures on the left and right sides of the chassis body to the electrical components on the left and right sides of the upper body. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body.

[0021] In some embodiments, at least one side of the chassis body in the front-rear direction is provided with a first plug-in structure.

[0022] The above technical solution provides a first plug-in structure on the side of the chassis body in the front and rear directions, which facilitates the chassis body to support the first plug-in structure, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the electrical structure on the front and rear sides of the chassis body and the electrical components on the front and rear sides of the upper body, which is convenient for assembly and also facilitates the wiring layout inside the upper body.

[0023] In some embodiments, the chassis body includes a frame and an electrical structure, the electrical structure is mounted on the frame, the first plug-in structure is supported on the frame, and the electrical structure is electrically connected to the first plug-in body.

[0024] A frame is installed to support the electrical structure and electrically connect the electrical structure to the first plug-in main body. The upper body is placed on the chassis, and the frame can support the upper body. The first plug-in main body and the second plug-in main body are plugged in, which can realize the electrical connection between the electrical structure on the chassis and the electrical components of the upper body. The connection is convenient and quick.

[0025] In some embodiments, the first plug-in structure is located on one side of the frame facing the middle of the chassis body.

[0026] By placing the first plug-in structure on the side of the frame facing the middle of the chassis body, the frame can protect the first plug-in structure, thereby improving the safety and stability of the electrical connection.

[0027] In some embodiments, the inner side of the frame is provided with a receiving groove, and the first plug-in structure is placed in the receiving groove.

[0028] The inclusion groove on the frame facilitates the positioning of the first plug-in structure, making its installation easier and allowing for alignment with the second plug-in body on the upper body.

[0029] In some embodiments, the chassis body further includes conductive wires connecting the electrical structure to the first plug-in body.

[0030] Conductive wires are provided to connect the electrical structure and the first plug-in body, which facilitates the connection and also makes it easier to arrange the positions of the electrical structure and the first plug-in body.

[0031] In some embodiments, the first insertion body is movably mounted on the chassis body relative to the second direction, the second direction intersecting the first direction.

[0032] Through the above technical solution, the first plug-in body is movably installed on the chassis body relative to the second direction, so that the first plug-in body can move on the chassis body relative to the second direction. When the upper body and chassis are assembled, and there is a certain dimensional error between the second plug-in body and the first plug-in body relative to the second direction, the first plug-in body can move relative to the second direction to absorb the dimensional error, which facilitates the alignment and plugging of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby realizing a quick electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0033] In some embodiments, the first plug-in structure includes a first support structure, the first support structure is mounted on the chassis body, and the first plug-in body is movably mounted on the first support structure relative to the second direction.

[0034] By using the above technical solution, a first support structure is set up, and the first plug-in main body is movably installed on the first support structure. The first plug-in main body can be movably supported by the first support structure. After the first support structure is installed on the chassis main body, the first plug-in main body can be easily movably installed on the chassis main body, which is convenient for assembly and use. It can also simplify the structure of the chassis main body and facilitate manufacturing.

[0035] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body is movably mounted on the first support structure relative to the second direction via a first connecting structure.

[0036] The above technical solution uses a first connecting structure to movably connect the first plug-in body and the first support structure. The connection is convenient, the first support structure can support the first plug-in body, and the first plug-in body can move relative to the first support structure in the second direction.

[0037] In some embodiments, the first connection structure includes a first movable member disposed on one of the first plug-in body and the first support structure, and a first groove formed on the other of the first plug-in body and the first support structure, wherein the first movable member is adapted to be inserted into the first groove.

[0038] The above technical solution places the first movable part in the first groove so that the side wall of the first groove can support the first movable part. The first movable part and the first groove are respectively set on the first plug-in body and the first support structure, which can facilitate the first plug-in body to be supported on the first support structure. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0039] In some embodiments, the first groove extends along a second direction, and the first movable member slides in the first groove along the second direction.

[0040] The above technical solution allows the first groove to extend along the second direction, and the first movable member to be placed in the first groove. This enables the first movable member to slide along the second direction in the first groove, thereby allowing the first insertion body to translate relative to the first support structure along the second direction. This allows the first insertion body to absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the second direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0041] In some embodiments, the first connection structure includes a first support member and a first limiting member spaced apart from the first support member, a first groove is formed between the first limiting member and the first support member, and the first support member and the first limiting member are disposed on the corresponding first support structure or first plug-in body.

[0042] The above technical solution uses the first support member and the first limiting member to form a first groove, which can support the first movable member and guide the first movable member to move in the second direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0043] In some embodiments, the first support member is elongated and the first limiting member is block-shaped.

[0044] Through the above technical solution, the first support member is elongated to support the first movable member and guide the first movable member to translate along the second direction; while the first limiting member is block-shaped, which can reduce the strength of the first connecting structure at the location of the first limiting member, making it easier for the first movable member to be placed in the first groove. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the first limiting member and the first support member, the risk of the first movable member falling out of the first groove can be reduced, and the stability of the connection between the first insertion body and the first support structure can be improved.

[0045] In some embodiments, there are multiple first limiting members, and the multiple first limiting members are arranged along the second direction.

[0046] By using the above technical solution and setting multiple first limiting components, the risk of the first movable component falling off the first groove can be better reduced, and the stability of the connection between the first insertion body and the first support structure can be improved.

[0047] In some embodiments, the first limiting member has a first guide surface on the side opposite to the first support member, and the first guide surface is used to guide the first movable member into the first groove.

[0048] With the above technical solution, a first guide surface is provided on the first limiting member, which can better guide the first movable member into the first groove to facilitate assembly.

[0049] In some embodiments, the first movable member includes a plurality of first block segments arranged along a second direction.

[0050] The above technical solution uses multiple first block segments to form a first movable part, which can be well supported in the first groove so as to move smoothly along the second direction. It can also reduce the structural strength of the first movable part so as to be placed into the first groove and facilitate assembly.

[0051] In some embodiments, the first movable member is in the form of an elongated strip extending along a second direction.

[0052] With the above technical solution, the first movable part is designed in the shape of a long strip, which has high strength, simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. Moreover, it can move smoothly and well in the first groove.

[0053] In some embodiments, the first movable member is rotatably placed in the first groove about an axis along a third direction, the third direction intersecting the first direction and the third direction intersecting the second direction.

[0054] Through the above technical solution, the first movable component is rotated and placed in the first groove around the axis of the third direction, so that the first movable component can rotate a certain angle in the first groove. The third direction intersects with the first direction and the second direction. Accordingly, the first movable component moves relative to the second direction in the first groove, and the first plug-in body can rotate a certain angle relative to the first support structure. The direction of rotation is around the axis of the third direction, and the third direction intersects with the first direction. The first direction is the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body. When the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body are plugged in, the first plug-in body can rotate and tilt relative to the second plug-in body to absorb the tilt angle margin around the axis of the third direction, which facilitates the plug-in of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0055] In some embodiments, the first groove extends along a second direction, and the periphery of the first movable member is provided with a first arc-shaped surface, which is inserted into the first groove.

[0056] With the above technical solution, the first groove extends along the second direction, and the first movable member is placed in the first groove, which allows the first movable member to slide along the second direction in the first groove, so as to realize the translation of the first plug-in body relative to the first support structure along the second direction, so that the first plug-in body absorbs the translational allowance of the movement along the second direction; a first arc-shaped surface is provided on the periphery of the first movable member, and the first arc-shaped surface is placed into the first groove, so that the first movable member can rotate at a certain angle in the first groove, thereby realizing the rotation of the first plug-in body relative to the first support structure around the axis along the third direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0057] In some embodiments, a first arcuate surface is provided on one side of the first movable member, and a first elastic portion is provided on the opposite side of the first movable member. The first elastic portion and the first arcuate surface elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the first groove.

[0058] By using the above technical solution, a first arc-shaped surface and a first elastic part are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the first movable part, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the first movable part and the first groove, so that the first insertion body can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the first support structure, so as to insert with the second insertion body, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0059] In some embodiments, one end of the first groove along the second direction is provided with a first opening for the first movable member to extend into.

[0068] The above technical solution provides a first accommodating cavity in the first support structure to accommodate the first plug-in body. The first support structure supports and protects the first plug-in body. Furthermore, the sidewalls forming the first accommodating cavity limit the travel of the first plug-in body relative to the second direction, facilitating the plug-in connection between the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0069] In some embodiments, the first plug-in structure includes a second support structure that supports the first support structure. The first support structure is movably mounted on the second support structure relative to a fourth direction, the fourth direction intersecting the second direction and the first direction.

[0070] The above technical solution allows the first support structure to be movably installed on the second support structure, so that the first support structure can move relative to the fourth direction on the second support structure. This allows the first insertion body and the second insertion body to be inserted, absorbing the allowance of movement relative to the fourth direction. This facilitates the alignment and insertion of the first insertion body and the second insertion body. The structure is simple, easy to process and manufacture, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0071] In some embodiments, the first support structure is movably mounted to the second support structure relative to the fourth direction via the second connecting structure.

[0116] Through the above technical solution, an adapter structure is set on the second plug-in body to cooperate with the guide structure of the first plug-in body to guide the second plug-in body to plug and connect with the first plug-in body. When the upper body moves close to the chassis, the second plug-in body and the first plug-in body can be easily and accurately aligned and connected, making the connection convenient and accurate.

[0117] In some embodiments, at least one side of the upper vehicle body in the left-right direction is provided with a second plug-in structure.

[0118] By using the above technical solution, a second plug-in structure is set on the left and right sides of the upper body. This not only makes it easier for the upper body to support the second plug-in structure, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical components on the left and right sides of the upper body to the electrical structures on the left and right sides of the chassis. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body.

[0119] In some embodiments, at least one side of the upper vehicle body in the longitudinal direction is provided with a second plug-in structure.

[0120] The above technical solution provides a second plug-in structure on the side of the upper body in the front and rear directions, which facilitates the upper body to support the second plug-in structure, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the electrical structure of the front and rear sides of the chassis and the electrical components of the front and rear sides of the upper body, making assembly easier and facilitating the wiring layout inside the upper body.

[0121] In some embodiments, the second insertion body is movably mounted on the upper vehicle body relative to a sixth direction, the sixth direction intersecting with the first direction.

[0122] Through the above technical solution, the second plug-in body is movably installed on the upper body relative to the sixth direction, so that the second plug-in body can move on the upper body relative to the sixth direction. When the upper body and chassis are assembled, and there is a certain dimensional error between the second plug-in body and the first plug-in body relative to the sixth direction, the second plug-in body can move relative to the sixth direction to absorb the dimensional error, which facilitates the alignment and plugging of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby realizing a quick electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0123] In some embodiments, the second plug-in structure includes a third support structure, the third support structure is mounted on the upper vehicle body, and the second plug-in body is movably mounted on the third support structure relative to the sixth direction.

[0124] By using the above technical solution, a third support structure is set up, and the second plug-in main body is movably installed on the third support structure. The second plug-in main body can be movably supported by the third support structure. After the third support structure is installed on the upper body, the second plug-in main body can be easily movably installed on the upper body, which is convenient for assembly and use. It can also simplify the structure of the upper body and facilitate manufacturing.

[0125] In some embodiments, the second plug-in body is movably mounted on the third support structure relative to the sixth direction via the third connecting structure.

[0126] The above technical solution uses a third connecting structure to movably connect the second plug-in body and the third support structure. The connection is convenient, the third support structure can support the second plug-in body, and the second plug-in body can move relative to the third support structure in the sixth direction.

[0127] In some embodiments, the third connection structure includes a third movable member disposed on one of the second insertion body and the third support structure, and a third groove formed on the other of the second insertion body and the third support structure, wherein the third movable member is adapted to be inserted into the third groove.

[0128] The above technical solution places the third movable part in the third groove so that the third movable part is supported by the side wall of the third groove. The third movable part and the third groove are respectively set on the second insertion body and the third support structure, which can facilitate the second insertion body to be supported on the third support structure. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0129] In some embodiments, the third groove extends along the sixth direction, and the third movable member is slidably placed in the third groove along the sixth direction.

[0130] The above technical solution allows the third groove to extend along the sixth direction, and the third movable part to be placed in the third groove. This enables the third movable part to slide along the sixth direction in the third groove, thereby allowing the second insertion body to translate relative to the third support structure along the sixth direction. This allows the second insertion body to absorb the translational allowance along the sixth direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0131] In some embodiments, the third connection structure includes a third support member and a third limiting member spaced apart from the third support member, a third groove is formed between the third limiting member and the third support member, and the third support member and the third limiting member are disposed on the corresponding third support structure or the second insertion body.

[0132] The above technical solution uses a third support member and a third limiting member to form a third groove, which can support the third movable member and guide the third movable member to move in the sixth direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0133] In some embodiments, the third support member is elongated and the third limiting member is block-shaped.

[0134] Through the above technical solution, the third support member is set in the shape of a long strip to support the third movable member and guide the third movable member to translate along the sixth direction; while the third limiting member is set in the shape of a block, which can reduce the strength of the third connecting structure at the position of the third limiting member, making it easier for the third movable member to be placed in the third groove. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the third limiting member and the third support member, the risk of the third movable member falling out of the third groove can be reduced, and the stability of the connection between the second insertion body and the third support structure can be improved.

[0135] In some embodiments, there are multiple third limiting members, and the multiple third limiting members are arranged along the sixth direction.

[0136] By using the above technical solution and setting multiple third limiting components, the risk of the third movable component falling off the third groove can be better reduced, and the stability of the connection between the second insertion body and the third support structure can be improved.

[0137] In some embodiments, the third limiting member has a third guide surface on the side opposite to the third support member, and the third guide surface is used to guide the third movable member into the third groove.

[0138] The above technical solution provides a third guide surface on the third limiting member, which can better guide the third moving member into the third groove for easier assembly.

[0139] In some embodiments, the third movable member includes a plurality of third block segments arranged along a sixth direction.

[0140] The above technical solution uses multiple third block segments to form a third movable part, which can be well supported in the third groove so as to move smoothly along the sixth direction. It can also reduce the structural strength of the third movable part so as to be placed into the third groove and facilitate assembly.

[0141] In some embodiments, the third movable member is in the form of a long strip extending along a sixth direction.

[0142] With the above technical solution, the third movable part is designed in the shape of a long strip, which has high strength, simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. Moreover, it can move smoothly and well in the third groove.

[0143] In some embodiments, the third movable member is rotated about an axis along a seventh direction and placed in a third groove, the seventh direction intersecting the first direction and the sixth direction.

[0144] Through the above technical solution, the third movable component is rotated around the axis along the seventh direction and placed in the third groove, so that the third movable component can rotate a certain angle in the third groove. The seventh direction intersects with the first direction and the sixth direction. Accordingly, the third movable component moves relative to the sixth direction in the third groove, and the second plug-in body can rotate a certain angle relative to the third support structure. The direction of rotation is around the axis along the seventh direction, and the seventh direction intersects with the first direction. The first direction is the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body. Then the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body are plugged in. The second plug-in body can rotate and tilt relative to the first plug-in body to absorb the tilt angle margin around the axis of the seventh direction, which facilitates the plug-in of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, and thus facilitates the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0145] In some embodiments, the third groove extends along the sixth direction, and the periphery of the third movable member is provided with a third arc-shaped surface, which is inserted into the third groove.

[0146] With the above technical solution, the third groove extends along the sixth direction, and the third movable member is placed in the third groove, which allows the third movable member to slide along the sixth direction in the third groove, so as to realize the translation of the second plug-in body relative to the third support structure along the sixth direction, so that the second plug-in body absorbs the translational allowance of the movement along the sixth direction; a third arc-shaped surface is provided on the periphery of the third movable member, and the third arc-shaped surface is placed in the third groove, so that the third movable member can rotate at a certain angle in the third groove, thereby realizing the rotation of the second plug-in body relative to the third support structure around the axis along the seventh direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0147] In some embodiments, a third arcuate surface is provided on one side of the third movable member, and a third elastic portion is provided on the opposite side of the third movable member. The third elastic portion and the third arcuate surface elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the third groove.

[0148] By providing the above technical solution, a third arc-shaped surface and a third elastic part are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the third movable part, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the third movable part and the third groove, so that the second insertion body can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the third support structure, so that the first insertion body and the second insertion body can be inserted, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0149] In some embodiments, the third groove has a third opening at one end along the sixth direction for the third movable member to extend into.

[0150] The above technical solution provides a third opening at one end of the third groove so that the third movable part can be inserted into the third groove, which facilitates assembly.

[0151] In some embodiments, a third stop protrusion is provided at one end of the sidewall of the third elastic portion near the third opening, where the third groove abuts against it.

[0152] By using the above technical solution, a third stop protrusion is provided on the third groove, which can stop and limit the third elastic part, thereby reducing the risk of the third moving part disengaging from the third groove.

[0153] In some embodiments, the third elastic part is a third buckle provided on the third movable member.

[0154] Through the above technical solution, the third elastic part uses a third buckle, which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can cooperate well with the third stop protrusion to reduce the risk of the third moving part disengaging from the third groove.

[0155] In some embodiments, the second plug-in body is provided with a third connection structure on each of its opposite sides perpendicular to the sixth direction.

[0156] By using the above technical solution, third connecting structures are respectively set on the opposite sides of the second plug-in body, so that the second plug-in body can be stably installed on the third support structure, so that the second plug-in body can move smoothly relative to the third support structure.

[0157] In some embodiments, the third support structure has a third receiving cavity, and the second insertion body is placed in the third receiving cavity.

[0158] Through the above technical solution, a third receiving cavity is set in the third support structure to accommodate the second plug-in body. The third support structure supports and protects the second plug-in body. Furthermore, the side wall forming the third receiving cavity can limit the travel of the second plug-in body relative to the sixth direction, which facilitates the plugging and connection of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0159] In some embodiments, the second plug-in structure includes a fourth support structure that supports the third support structure. The third support structure is movably mounted on the fourth support structure relative to an eighth direction, the eighth direction intersecting the sixth direction and the first direction.

[0160] By using the above technical solution, the third support structure is movably installed on the fourth support structure so that the third support structure can move relative to the eighth direction on the fourth support structure. Thus, when the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body are plugged and connected, the excess space relative to the eighth direction can be absorbed, which facilitates the alignment and plugging of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body. The structure is simple, easy to process and manufacture, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0161] In some embodiments, the third support structure is movably mounted to the fourth support structure relative to the eighth direction via the fourth connecting structure.

[0162] The above technical solution uses a fourth connecting structure to movably connect the third support structure and the fourth support structure. The connection is convenient, the fourth support structure can support the third support structure, and the third support structure can move relative to the fourth support structure in the eighth direction.

[0163] In some embodiments, the fourth connection structure includes a fourth movable member disposed on one of the third support structure and the fourth support structure, and a fourth groove formed on the other of the fourth support structure, wherein the fourth movable member is adapted to be inserted into the fourth groove.

[0164] The above technical solution places the fourth movable part in the fourth groove and supports the fourth movable part through the side wall of the fourth groove. The fourth movable part and the fourth groove are respectively set on the third support structure and the fourth support structure, which can facilitate the third support structure to support the fourth support structure. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0165] In some embodiments, the fourth groove extends along the eighth direction, and the fourth movable member is slidably placed in the fourth groove along the eighth direction.

[0166] The above technical solution allows the fourth groove to extend along the eighth direction, and the fourth movable member to be placed in the fourth groove. This enables the fourth movable member to slide along the eighth direction in the fourth groove, thereby allowing the third support structure to translate relative to the fourth support structure along the eighth direction. This allows the first insertion body to absorb the translational allowance along the eighth direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0167] In some embodiments, the fourth connection structure includes a fourth support member and a fourth limiting member spaced apart from the fourth support member, a fourth groove is formed between the fourth limiting member and the fourth support member, and the fourth support member and the fourth limiting member are disposed on a corresponding third support structure or fourth support structure.

[0168] The above technical solution uses the fourth support member and the fourth limiting member to form a fourth groove, which can support the fourth movable member and guide the fourth movable member to move in the eighth direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0169] In some embodiments, the fourth support member is elongated and the fourth limiting member is block-shaped.

[0170] Through the above technical solution, the fourth support member is set in a long strip shape to support the fourth movable member and guide the fourth movable member to translate along the eighth direction; while the fourth limiting member is set in a block shape, which can reduce the strength of the fourth connecting structure at the location of the fourth limiting member, making it easier for the fourth movable member to be placed in the fourth groove. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the fourth limiting member and the fourth support member, the risk of the fourth movable member falling off the fourth groove can be reduced, the stability of the connection between the third support structure and the fourth support structure can be improved, and thus the stability of the electrical connection between the upper body and the chassis can be improved.

[0171] In some embodiments, there are multiple fourth limiting members, and the multiple fourth limiting members are arranged along the eighth direction.

[0172] By using the above technical solution and setting multiple fourth limiting components, the risk of the fourth movable component falling off the fourth groove can be better reduced, the stability of the connection between the third support structure and the fourth support structure can be improved, and the stability of the electrical connection between the upper body and the chassis can be improved.

[0173] In some embodiments, the fourth limiting member has a fourth guide surface on the side opposite to the fourth support member, and the fourth guide surface is used to guide the fourth movable member into the fourth groove.

[0174] The above technical solution provides a fourth guide surface on the fourth limiting member, which can better guide the fourth movable member into the fourth groove for easier assembly.

[0175] In some embodiments, the fourth movable member includes a plurality of fourth block segments arranged along an eighth direction.

[0176] The above technical solution uses multiple fourth block segments to form a fourth movable part, which can be well supported in the fourth groove so as to move smoothly along the eighth direction. It can also reduce the structural strength of the fourth movable part so as to be placed into the fourth groove and facilitate assembly.

[0177] In some embodiments, the fourth movable member is a strip extending along an eighth direction.

[0178] With the above technical solution, the fourth movable part is designed in the shape of a long strip, which has high strength, simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. Moreover, it can move smoothly and well in the fourth groove.

[0179] In some embodiments, the fourth movable member is rotatably placed in the fourth groove about an axis along a ninth direction, the ninth direction intersecting the first direction and the eighth direction.

[0180] Through the above technical solution, the fourth movable component is rotated and placed in the fourth groove around the axis along the ninth direction, so that the fourth movable component can rotate a certain angle in the fourth groove. The ninth direction intersects with the first direction and the eighth direction. Accordingly, the fourth movable component moves relative to the eighth direction in the fourth groove, and the third support structure and the second plug-in structure supported on it can rotate a certain angle relative to the fourth support structure. The direction of rotation is around the axis along the ninth direction, and the ninth direction intersects with the first direction. The first direction is the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body. Then the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body are plugged in. The second plug-in body can rotate and tilt relative to the first plug-in body to absorb the tilt angle margin around the axis of the ninth direction, which facilitates the plug-in of the first plug-in body and the second plug-in body, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body.

[0181] In some embodiments, the fourth groove extends along the eighth direction, and the fourth movable member has a fourth arcuate surface on its periphery, which is inserted into the fourth groove.

[0182] With the above technical solution, the fourth groove extends along the eighth direction, and the fourth movable member is placed in the fourth groove, which allows the fourth movable member to slide along the eighth direction in the fourth groove, so that the third support structure can translate relative to the fourth support structure along the eighth direction, so that the second insertion body can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the eighth direction; a fourth arc-shaped surface is provided on the periphery of the fourth movable member, and the fourth arc-shaped surface is placed into the fourth groove, so that the fourth movable member can rotate at a certain angle in the fourth groove, thereby realizing the rotation of the second insertion body and the third support structure relative to the fourth support structure around the axis along the ninth direction. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0183] In some embodiments, a fourth arcuate surface is provided on one side of the fourth movable member, and a fourth elastic portion is provided on the opposite side of the fourth movable member. The fourth elastic portion and the fourth arcuate surface elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the fourth groove.

[0184] By using the above technical solution, a fourth arc-shaped surface and a fourth elastic part are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the fourth movable part, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the fourth movable part and the fourth groove, so that the third support structure can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the fourth support structure, so that the first insertion body and the second insertion body can be inserted.

[0185] In some embodiments, one end of the fourth groove along the eighth direction is provided with a fourth opening for the fourth movable member to extend into.

[0186] The above technical solution provides a fourth opening at one end of the fourth groove so that the fourth movable part can be inserted into the fourth groove, facilitating assembly.

[0187] In some embodiments, a fourth stop protrusion is provided at one end of the sidewall of the fourth elastic portion that abuts against the fourth opening.

[0188] By using the above technical solution, a fourth stop protrusion is provided on the fourth groove, which can stop and limit the fourth elastic part, thereby reducing the risk of the fourth movable part disengaging from the fourth groove.

Therefore, they should not be construed as limitations on the embodiments of this application.

[0238] In the description of the embodiments of this application, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, the technical terms such as "installation," "connection," "joining," and "fixing" should be interpreted broadly. For example, they can refer to a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral part; they can refer to a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; they can refer to a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium; they can refer to the internal communication of two components or the interaction between two components. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of this application can be understood according to the specific circumstances.

[0241] Vehicles are a common means of transportation. Vehicles include body structures. As vehicles develop, body structures are also constantly being improved to adapt to new vehicle development trends and needs.

[0242] A vehicle's body structure typically includes the body structure, powertrain structure, and interior components. To alleviate the problems of high assembly difficulty and low production efficiency, the body structure can be divided into the upper body and the chassis; the upper body and chassis can be manufactured separately and then assembled. The upper body mainly includes the A-pillar, B-pillar, C-pillar, front and rear bulkheads, and front and rear doors. The chassis mainly consists of the body floor and frame. The frame is the main supporting and load-bearing structure of the chassis.

[0243] The chassis and upper body each contain electrical structures. For example, the chassis houses battery packs, controllers, motors, and other electrically driven or controlled components. Similarly, the upper body contains the center console, display screen, audio system, and other electrically driven or controlled components. Currently, most vehicles are manufactured with the upper body and chassis separately, and then assembled together. However, assembling the chassis and upper body requires establishing electrical connections between them to connect the electrical structures on the chassis to those on the upper body, thus achieving overall vehicle electrical connectivity.

[0244] Currently, in vehicle assembly, the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body is achieved by fixing the upper body to the chassis first, and then laying out wires to connect the electrical structures on the chassis to those in the upper body. However, this method requires a large number of workers and is time-consuming, resulting in low efficiency.

[0245] Based on the above considerations, in order to improve the problem of the time-consuming and inefficient electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body in related technologies, this application provides a chassis. By setting a first plug-in structure on the chassis body and aligning the position of the first plug-in body on the chassis with the position of the second plug-in body on the upper body, when the upper body is close to and placed on the chassis, the second plug-in body of the upper body can be plugged into and connected to the first plug-in body on the chassis. With the electrical structure on the chassis connected to the first plug-in body and the electrical components on the upper body connected to the second plug-in body, the second plug-in body plugging into and connecting to the first plug-in body on the chassis can achieve electrical connection between the electrical structure and the electrical components, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the chassis and the upper body. The connection is convenient, requires no large amount of manual labor, and is highly efficient.

[0246] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a structural schematic diagram of a vehicle 100 provided in some embodiments of this application. The vehicle 100 can be a gasoline-powered vehicle, a natural gas-powered vehicle, or a new energy vehicle. New energy vehicles can be pure electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, or extended-range electric vehicles, etc. The vehicle 100 includes a body structure 101, which includes an upper body 120 and a chassis 110. The upper body 120 is connected to the chassis 110 to facilitate assembly and improve assembly efficiency. Furthermore, the upper body 120 and the chassis 110 can be manufactured separately to facilitate processing and reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the body structure 101.

[0247] The vehicle 100 has a battery device 111 installed inside it. The battery device 111 can be located at the bottom, front, or rear of the vehicle 100. The battery device 111 can be used to power the vehicle 100; for example, the battery device 111 can serve as the operating power source for the vehicle 100. The vehicle 100 may also include a controller 112 and a motor 113. The controller 112 is used to control the battery device 111 to supply power to the motor 113, for example, to meet the power needs of the vehicle 100 during starting, navigation, and driving.

[0248] In some embodiments, the battery device 111 can not only serve as the operating power source for the vehicle 100, but also as the driving power source for the vehicle 100, replacing or partially replacing fuel or natural gas to provide driving power for the vehicle 100.

[0249] In some embodiments, the battery device 111, controller 112 and motor 113 may be integrated into the chassis 110 to improve the integration of the chassis 110 and reduce the amount of internal space occupied by the upper body 120.

[0250] In some embodiments, the chassis 110 includes a chassis body 1101, which refers to the main structural part of the chassis 110. The chassis body 1101 may include a frame 114, which is the main support and load-bearing structure of the chassis 110. The chassis body 1101 may also include components such as a battery device 111, a controller 112, and a motor 113. The frame 114 is provided to support other components of the chassis 110, such as mounting the battery device 111, controller 112, and motor 113 on the frame 114, thereby supporting the battery device 111, controller 112, and motor 113.

[0251] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The vehicle 100 and chassis 110 have multiple orientations, including: up, down, front, rear, left, and right, all of which are based on the orientation of the vehicle 100. That is, the direction from the front to the rear of the vehicle is from front to back, and the direction from the roof to the bottom of the vehicle is from top to bottom. The driver's seat and the passenger seat are arranged in a left-right direction. For example, the front-rear direction of the vehicle 100 is also called the length direction, which is the X direction; the left-right direction of the vehicle 100 is also called the width direction, which is the Y direction; and the height direction of the vehicle 100 is also called the vertical direction, which is the Z direction. Correspondingly, in the forward-backward direction (X) of vehicle 100, the forward direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces forward, i.e., forward is the F direction; the backward direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces backward, i.e., backward is the B direction. In the left-right direction (Y) of vehicle 100, the right direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces to the right, i.e., right is the R direction; the left direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces to the left, i.e., left is the L direction. In the height direction (Z) of vehicle 100, the upward direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces upward, i.e., upward is the U direction; the downward direction refers to the direction vehicle 100 faces downward, i.e., downward is the D direction. The up, down, forward, backward, left, and right positions of the frame 114 are consistent with the corresponding up, down, forward, backward, left, and right positions of vehicle 100. Furthermore, for the frame 114, the longitudinal direction is along the front-to-back direction X, which allows for a certain degree of error or small angular deviation, such as within 10 degrees; the lateral direction is along the left-to-right direction Y, which also allows for a certain degree of error or small angular deviation, such as within 10 degrees. The height direction of the chassis 110 is consistent with the height direction Z of the vehicle 100, the left-to-right direction of the chassis 110 is consistent with the left-to-right direction Y of the vehicle 100, and the front-to-back direction of the chassis 110 is consistent with the front-to-back direction X of the vehicle 100.

[0252] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. According to some embodiments of this application, an embodiment of this application provides a chassis 110, including a chassis body 1101, an electrical structure 115, and a first plug-in structure 30. The electrical structure 115 and the first plug-in structure 30 include a first plug-in body 31, which is used to plug into and connect with a second plug-in body 41 installed on the upper body 120 of the vehicle 100 along a first direction X1. The first plug-in body 31 is installed on the chassis body 1101, and the position of the first plug-in body 31 corresponds to the position of the second plug-in body 41 on the upper body 120 of the electrical structure 115.

[0253] The chassis body 1101 is the main structure of the chassis 110.

[0254] A connector 200 refers to a structure used to connect two or more devices. A connector 200 can be a device that connects two or more electrical circuits, enabling the transmission of signals and electrical energy. Its basic structure includes contacts (pins and sockets), insulators, and a housing. Current or signals are conducted through the tight contact of the contacts, the insulator prevents short circuits between different contacts, and the housing protects the internal structure and provides a mechanical connection. A connector 200 can also be a structure that connects two optical fibers. Connectors 200 are generally kits and used in pairs; for example, a connector 200 includes a plug and a socket, and a plug of the same size can be fitted to a socket of a corresponding size.

[0255] The first plug-in structure 30 is part of the connector 200 and is used to connect one of the two devices that need to be connected. The second plug-in structure 40 is another part of the connector 200 and is used to connect the other of the two devices that need to be connected. The first plug-in structure 30 and the second plug-in structure 40 are connected to the two devices that need to be connected respectively, and then the first plug-in structure 30 is connected to the second plug-in structure 40 to realize the connection of the two devices.

[0256] When the connector 200 is assembled and used, the first plug-in structure 30 and the second plug-in structure 40 can be installed on two objects that need to be connected. For example, the first plug-in structure 30 can be installed on the chassis body 1101 of the chassis 110, and the chassis body 1101 can support the first plug-in structure 30, thereby integrating the first plug-in structure 30 into the chassis 110. Similarly, the second plug-in structure 40 can be installed on the upper body 120 to integrate the second plug-in structure 40 into the upper body 120.

[0257] The first mating body 31 refers to one of the two components in the connector 200 that need to be mated together, and the second mating body 41 refers to the other of the two components in the connector 200 that need to be mated together. For example, the first mating body 31 is a socket, and correspondingly, the second mating body 41 is a plug. For example, the first mating body 31 is a plug, and correspondingly, the second mating body 41 is a socket. As an example, the first mating body 31 may have either a pin or a socket, and the second mating body 41 may have either a pin or a socket. The first mating body 31 and the second mating body 41 are mated together to connect the pin and the socket, thereby achieving an electrical connection. As an example, the first mating body 31 may have either a pipe connector or a pipe interface, and the second mating body 41 may have either a pipe connector or a pipe interface. The first mating body 31 and the second mating body 41 are mated together to connect the pipe connector and the pipe interface, thereby achieving a fluid conduction connection.

[0258] The first insertion body 31 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first insertion body 31 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. Alternatively, the first insertion body 31 can be die-cast.

[0259] The second insertion body 41 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The second insertion body 41 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. Alternatively, the second insertion body 41 can be die-cast.

[0260] During vehicle 100 assembly, the upper body 120 is typically lowered along the height direction Z to be mounted on the chassis 110. Therefore, the first direction X1 can be parallel to the height direction Z. Of course, a certain error or small angular offset, such as within 10 degrees, is permissible between the first direction X1 and the height direction Z. In some embodiments, when the assembly of the upper body 120 and chassis 110 is not along the height direction Z, such as when the upper body 120 and chassis 110 are on two inclined platforms for assembly, the first direction X1 may not be along the height direction Z. That is, the first direction X1 is the direction in which the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected, and it is also the direction in which the upper body 120 and chassis 110 move closer together for assembly.

[0261] The first plug-in body 31 is installed on the chassis body 1101, which means that the first plug-in body 31 is directly or indirectly installed on the chassis body 1101 so that the chassis body 1101 can support the first plug-in body 31.

[0262] The position of the first plug-in body 31 corresponding to the position of the corresponding second plug-in body 41 on the upper body 120 means that the position of the first plug-in body 31 on the chassis body 1101 needs to correspond to the position of the corresponding second plug-in body 41 on the upper body 120, so that when the upper body 120 and the chassis 110 are assembled, the first plug-in body 31 can be plugged and connected to the corresponding second plug-in body 41.

[0263] In the technical solution of this application embodiment, by providing a first plug-in structure 30 on the chassis body 1101 of the chassis 110, the first plug-in body 31 of the first plug-in structure 30 can be connected to the electrical structure 115 on the chassis 110 when in use. Thus, when the upper body 120 approaches and is placed on the chassis 110, the second plug-in body 41 of the upper body 1120 can be plugged and connected to the first plug-in body 31 on the chassis 110, so as to realize the rapid electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120, which is convenient and efficient.

[0264] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are detachably connected. That is, the first plug-in body 31 can be plugged into the second plug-in body 41, and the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be separated. In other words, the first plug-in body 31 is used for detachable plugging into the second plug-in body 41. Correspondingly, the second plug-in body 41 is also used for detachable plugging into the first plug-in body 31.

[0265] Through the above technical solution, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are detachably connected, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be connected and disassembled. This facilitates the disconnection of the connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. In particular, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are used to realize the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120, so that the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 can be disconnected, so as to facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle 100.

[0266] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can also be fixedly connected, that is, the first plug-in body 31 is used to fix itself to the second plug-in body 41. Correspondingly, the second plug-in body 41 is also used to fix itself to the first plug-in body 31, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are securely connected.

[0267] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 is provided with a locking part (not shown) for locking the second plug-in body 41.

[0268] The locking part refers to the structure used to lock and fix the second plug-in body 41. The locking part may be a claw provided on the first plug-in body 31 to clamp and fix the second plug-in body 41.

[0269] By using the above technical solution, a locking part is provided on the first plug-in body 31 to lock it with the second plug-in body 41, which can make the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 more secure, thereby making the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 more secure and stable.

[0270] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 includes a first conductive component (not shown), and the second plug-in body 41 includes a second conductive component (not shown). The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged into each other, and the first conductive component and the second conductive component are adapted to contact each other to achieve electrical connection between the first conductive component and the second conductive component. The first conductive component is electrically connected to the chassis body 1101, and the second conductive component is electrically connected to the electrical components 121 in the upper body 120. Therefore, the adapted contact between the first conductive component and the second conductive component can electrically connect the chassis body 1101 and the electrical components 121 in the upper body 120.

[0271] The first conductive component refers to a conductive structure made of conductive materials, such as copper, aluminum, or conductive plastics and rubber. The second conductive component refers to a conductive structure made of conductive materials that can be adapted to contact the first conductive component. For example, the second conductive component can be made of copper, aluminum, or conductive plastics and rubber.

[0272] The first conductive component can be a conductive terminal, and the second conductive component can be a conductive terminal that is adapted to and contacts the first conductive component. As an example, the first conductive component is a conductive post, conductive rod, etc., and the second conductive component is a conductive spring, crown spring, etc., that is adapted to and contacts the conductive post or conductive rod.

[0273] The first conductive component can be electrically connected to the chassis body 1101. For example, if an electrical structure 115 is provided on the chassis 110, then the electrical structure 115 is electrically connected to the first conductive component.

[0274] As an example, if an electrical component 121 is installed on the upper body 120, then the electrical component 121 is electrically connected to the second conductive component. The upper body 120 will contain electrical components 121 that require electric drive or electric control, such as a center console, display screen, and audio system.

[0275] The first conductive component and the second conductive component are connected by an adapter, meaning they can be plugged into each other. For example, the first conductive component may be rod-shaped or columnar, and the second conductive component may have a hole structure. The first conductive component is inserted into the hole structure of the second conductive component to achieve a plug-in connection. Alternatively, the first conductive component may be rod-shaped, columnar, or sheet-shaped, and the second conductive component may be a spring-loaded piece or elastic clip. The second conductive component elastically abuts against the first conductive component to achieve an electrical connection. Another example: the second conductive component may be rod-shaped or columnar, and the first conductive component may have a hole structure. The second conductive component is inserted into the hole structure of the first conductive component to achieve a plug-in connection. Yet another example: the second conductive component may be rod-shaped, columnar, or sheet-shaped, and the first conductive component may be a spring-loaded piece or elastic clip. The first conductive component elastically abuts against the second conductive component to achieve an electrical connection. Finally, the first conductive component may be a conductive connector, and the second conductive component may be a conductive interface that is adapted to connect with the conductive connector. As an example, the first conductive component can be a conductive pin, and the second conductive component can be a conductive socket that is adapted to connect with a conductive connector. As another example, the first conductive component can be an elastic element such as a conductive spring or crown spring that adapts to contact a conductive post or rod, and the second conductive component can be a plug-in component such as a conductive post or rod.

[0276] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 can be used as the first conductive component as a whole, that is, the first plug-in body 31 is made of conductive material. Correspondingly, the second plug-in body 41 can be used as the second conductive component as a whole, that is, the second plug-in body 41 is made of conductive material. In this way, both the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can withstand a large current. Thus, when the chassis body 1101 is connected to the upper body 120, a large current transmission connection can be made.

[0277] As an example, the first conductive component may be part of the first plug-in body 31, and the first plug-in body 31 may further include a first insulating support for supporting the first conductive component. The first insulating support refers to the insulating portion structure on the first plug-in body 31 used to support the first conductive component. The first insulating support may be made of materials such as bakelite, plastic, or ceramic. As an example, the second conductive component may be part of the second plug-in body 41, and the second plug-in body 41 may further include a second insulating support for supporting the second conductive component. The second insulating support refers to the insulating portion structure on the second plug-in body 41 used to support the second conductive component. The second insulating support may be made of materials such as bakelite, plastic, or ceramic.

[0278] A first conductive component is provided in the first plug-in body 31 so as to contact and connect with the second conductive component in the second plug-in body 41, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the first conductive component and the second conductive component, and thus realizing the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. The structure is simple and the connection is convenient.

[0279] With the above technical solution, when the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, the first conductive component and the second conductive component can be contacted and connected to achieve electrical connection between the first conductive component and the second conductive component, thereby achieving electrical connection between the chassis 110 where the first plug-in structure 30 and the second plug-in structure 40 are located and the upper body 120.

[0280] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 7, 12 and 13, 15 to 20, and 22 to 29. One of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 is provided with a guide portion 51 protruding towards the other, and the other of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 is provided with a receiving groove 52 adapted to accommodate the guide portion 51.

[0281] The guide portion 51 refers to a structure protruding from the first insertion body 31 or the second insertion body 41. Along a cross-section perpendicular to the first direction X1, the outer surface area of the guide portion 51 gradually increases. For example, if the guide portion 51 is located on the first insertion body 31, its outer surface area gradually increases from the second insertion body 41 to the first insertion body 31; similarly, if the guide portion 51 is located on the second insertion body 41, its outer surface area gradually increases from the first insertion body 31 to the second insertion body 41. As an example, a slope can be provided on the periphery of the first insertion body 31 or the second insertion body 41 to form the guide portion 51. As an example, a guide rod, hemisphere, guide block, or other structure with a gradually narrowing cross-section can be provided on the end face of the first insertion body 31 or the second insertion body 41.

[0282] The receiving groove 52 refers to a recessed structure on the first plug-in body 31 or the second plug-in body 41. The shape of the receiving groove 52 is adapted to the shape of the guide part 51. For example, if the guide part 51 is provided on the first plug-in body 31, the receiving groove 52 is provided on the second plug-in body 41; or if the guide part 51 is provided on the second plug-in body 41, the receiving groove 52 is provided on the first plug-in body 31.

[0283] Since the outer contour of the guide part 51 is gradually changed, it can automatically center itself during the process of inserting the guide part 51 into the receiving groove 52, thereby guiding the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 to move and center.

[0284] With the guide part 51 and the receiving groove 52, the guide part 51 enters the receiving groove 52, which can guide the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 to be aligned, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected, which is convenient and easy to use.

[0285] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 7, 12 and 13, 15 to 20, and 22 to 29. The first plug-in body 31 is provided with a guide structure for guiding the second plug-in body 41 to plug in and connect.

[0286] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is inserted into the first plug-in body 31, the guide structure can be the receiving groove 52 provided on the first plug-in body 31, and the cross-section of the receiving groove 52 gradually increases from the bottom to the opening in its depth direction, so that the second plug-in body 41 is guided to be inserted into the receiving groove 52 of the first plug-in body 31 by the side wall of the receiving groove 52.

[0287] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is inserted into the second plug-in body 41, the guiding structure can be the guide portion 51 provided on the first plug-in body 31; along the first direction X1, and from the second plug-in body 41 to the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body 31, the outer contour area of the guide portion 51 gradually increases, thereby guiding the first plug-in body 31 into the second plug-in body 41 through the side of the guide portion 51.

[0288] Through the above technical solution, a guide structure is set on the first plug-in body 31, which can guide the second plug-in body 41 to plug and connect with the first plug-in body 31. When the upper body 120 moves close to the chassis 110, the second plug-in body 41 and the first plug-in body 31 can be accurately aligned and connected, making the connection convenient and accurate.

[0289] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 and 2, at least one side of the chassis body 1101 along the left-right direction Y is provided with a first plug-in structure 31.

[0290] As an example, the first plug-in structure 31 can be set on the left side of the chassis body 1101, or on the right side of the chassis body 1101, or on both the left and right sides of the chassis body 1101.

[0291] When the chassis body 1101 includes a frame 114, as an example, the first insertion structure 31 can be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the left side of the frame 114. As an example, the first insertion structure 31 can be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the right side of the frame 114. As an example, the first insertion structure 31 can be provided on both the supporting medium such as the beam on the left side and the supporting medium such as the beam on the right side of the frame 114. When the chassis body 1101 includes a floor, as an example, the first insertion structure 31 can be provided near the left side of the floor, near the right side of the floor, or on both the left and right sides of the floor.

[0292] By using the above technical solution, a first plug-in structure 31 is provided on the side of the chassis body 1101 in the left-right direction Y. This not only makes it easier for the chassis body 1101 to support the first plug-in structure 31, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical structure 115 on the left and right sides of the chassis body 1101 with the electrical components 121 on the left and right sides of the upper body 120. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body 120.

[0293] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 and 2, a first plug-in structure 31 is provided on at least one side of the chassis body 1101 along the front-rear direction X.

[0294] As an example, the first plug-in structure 31 can be provided on the front side of the chassis body 1101, or on the rear side of the chassis body 1101, or on both the front and rear sides of the chassis body 1101.

[0295] When the chassis body 1101 includes a frame 114, as an example, the first insertion structure 31 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the front side of the frame 114. As an example, the first insertion structure 31 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the rear side of the frame 114. As an example, the first insertion structure 31 may be provided on both the supporting medium such as the beam on the front side and the supporting medium such as the beam on the rear side of the frame 114. When the chassis body 1101 includes a floor, as an example, the first insertion structure 31 may be provided at a position near the front side of the floor, or at a position near the rear side of the floor, or on both the front and rear sides of the floor.

[0296] By using the above technical solution, a first plug-in structure 31 is provided on the side of the chassis body 1101 in the X direction. This not only makes it easier for the chassis body 1101 to support the first plug-in structure 31, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical structure 115 on the front and rear sides of the chassis body 1101 with the electrical components 121 on the front and rear sides of the upper body 120. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body 120.

[0297] In some embodiments, the chassis body 1101 includes a frame 114 and an electrical structure 115. The electrical structure 115 is mounted on the frame 114, and a first plug-in structure 31 is supported on the frame 114. The electrical structure 115 is electrically connected to the first plug-in body 31.

[0298] The frame 114 is the main supporting and load-bearing structure of the chassis 110. The frame 114 can be formed by connecting structural components such as beams and plates. Of course, the frame 114 can also be made by integral casting or forging. Setting up the frame 114 can improve the structural strength of the chassis body 1101, thereby improving the structural strength of the chassis 110, and can also stably support other components of the chassis 110, as well as stably support the upper body 120.

[0299] Electrical structure 115 refers to the structure in a vehicle that requires electric drive or electric control, such as battery device 111, controller 112, motor 113, etc.

[0300] A frame 114 is provided to support the electrical structure 115 and to electrically connect the electrical structure 115 to the first plug-in body 31. The upper body 120 is placed on the chassis 110, and the frame 114 can support the upper body 120. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in, so that the electrical structure 115 on the chassis 110 can be electrically connected to the electrical components 121 of the upper body 120. The connection is convenient and quick.

[0301] In some embodiments, the first plug-in structure 31 is located on the side of the frame 114 facing the middle of the chassis body 1101.

[0302] The middle part of the chassis body 1101 refers to the geometric center of the chassis body 1101. The first plug-in structure 31 is located on the side of the frame 114 facing the middle part of the chassis body 1101, which is also the side where the inner side of the frame 114 is located.

[0303] The first plug-in structure 31 is located on the side of the frame 114 facing the middle of the chassis body 1101. The frame 114 can protect the first plug-in structure 31, thereby improving the safety and stability of the electrical connection.

[0304] In some embodiments, the inner side of the frame 114 is provided with a receiving groove, and the first insertion structure 31 is placed in the receiving groove.

[0305] The receiving groove refers to the groove structure provided on the inner side of the frame 114.

[0306] The inner side of the frame 114 refers to the side of the frame 114 facing the middle of the chassis body 1101.

[0307] A receiving groove is provided on the frame 114 to facilitate the positioning of the first plug-in structure 31, making it easier to install the first plug-in structure 31 and to align it with the second plug-in body 41 on the upper body 120.

[0308] In some embodiments, the chassis body 1101 further includes a conductive wire connecting the electrical structure 115 and the first plug-in body 31.

[0309] Conductive wires are connecting wires made of conductive materials such as metals.

[0310] Conductive wires are provided to connect the electrical structure 115 and the first plug-in body 31, which facilitates the connection and also makes it easier to arrange the positions of the electrical structure 115 and the first plug-in body 31.

[0311] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 5, 13, 15 to 18, 22 and 23, the first insertion body 31 is movably mounted on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2, and the second direction X2 intersects the first direction X1.

[0312] The first plug-in body 31 is movably installed on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2, meaning that the first plug-in body 31 can move relative to the chassis body 1101, and the direction of movement is along the second direction X2, or at a certain angle to the second direction X2, or rotate around the second direction X2, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the excess movement relative to the second direction X2.

[0313] The first direction X1 refers to the direction of movement in which the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0314] The first direction X1 intersects with the second direction X2, and the first plug-in body 31 is movably mounted on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 can move on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the first plug-in body 31 relative to the chassis body 1101, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0315] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is slidably mounted on the chassis body 1101 along the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the translational allowance along the second direction X2.

[0316] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2, that is, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the chassis body 1101 about the axis along the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected. The tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the second direction X2 can be absorbed by the first plug-in body 31.

[0317] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the chassis body 1101 about an axis along a third direction X3. The first plug-in body 31 is plugged into and connected to the second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the third direction X3. The third direction X3 intersects with the second direction X2, so that the first plug-in body 31 can move on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2.

[0318] Through the above technical solution, the first plug-in body 31 is movably installed on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2, so that the first plug-in body 31 can move on the chassis body 1101 relative to the second direction X2. When the upper body 120 is assembled with the chassis 110, and there is a certain dimensional error between the second plug-in body 41 and the first plug-in body 31 relative to the second direction X2, the first plug-in body 31 can move relative to the second direction X2 to absorb the dimensional error, so as to facilitate the alignment and plugging of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, thereby realizing the rapid electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0319] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 5, Figure 13, Figures 15 to 18, Figure 22 and Figure 23. The first plug-in structure 30 includes a first support structure 32, which is mounted on the chassis body 1101. The first plug-in body 31 is movably mounted on the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2.

[0320] The first support structure 32 refers to the structure used to support the first insertion body 31. The first support structure 32 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first support structure 32 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The first support structure 32 can also be made by die casting. The first support structure 32 can be plate-shaped, block-shaped, frame-shaped, etc., and the specific shape can be set according to needs.

[0321] The first plug-in body 31 is movably installed on the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2, meaning that the first plug-in body 31 can move relative to the first support structure 32, and the direction of movement is along the second direction X2, or at a certain angle to the second direction X2, or rotate around the second direction X2, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the excess amount of movement relative to the second direction X2.

[0322] The first direction X1 intersects with the second direction X2, and the first plug-in body 31 is movably mounted on the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 can move on the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the first plug-in body 31 relative to the first support structure 32, so as to plug and connect the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0323] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is slidably installed on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the translational allowance along the second direction X2.

[0324] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2, that is, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 about the axis along the second direction X2. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, and the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the second direction X2 can be absorbed by the first plug-in body 31.

[0325] As an example, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 about an axis along a third direction X3. The first plug-in body 31 is plugged into and connected to the second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the third direction X3. The third direction X3 intersects with the second direction X2, so that the first plug-in body 31 can move relative to the second direction X2 on the first support structure 32.

[0326] By using the above technical solution, a first support structure 32 is set up, and the first plug-in body 31 is movably installed on the first support structure 32. The first plug-in body 31 can be movably supported by the first support structure 32. After the first support structure 31 is installed on the chassis body 1101, the first plug-in body 31 can be movably installed on the chassis body 1101, which is convenient for assembly and use, and can also simplify the structure of the chassis body 1101 and facilitate manufacturing.

[0327] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 can be rotatably mounted on the chassis body 1101 via a rotating shaft, so as to realize the first plug-in body 31 being movably mounted on the chassis body 1101.

[0328] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 can be slidably mounted on the chassis body 1101 via a guide rail or slider, so as to realize the first plug-in body 31 being movably mounted on the chassis body 1101.

[0329] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 can be installed on the chassis body 1101 by means of structural components such as springs and spring sheets, so as to suspend and support the first plug-in body 31 on the chassis body 1101, thereby realizing the first plug-in body 31 being movably installed on the chassis body 1101.

[0330] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 3, 5, 13, 15 to 18, 22 and 23. The second direction X2 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1 so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, a larger displacement margin perpendicular to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it is convenient to set and determine the moving direction of the first plug-in body 31 and facilitate the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0331] In some embodiments, the second direction X2 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0332] In some embodiments, the first insertion body 31 is slidably mounted on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2.

[0333] The first plug-in body 31 is slidably installed on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, which means that the first plug-in body 31 can slide relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the second direction X2.

[0334] The first direction X1 intersects with the second direction X2, and the first insertion body 31 can slide along the second direction X2 on the first support structure 32, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance along the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 along the second direction X2. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0335] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 23, the first plug-in body 31 is movably mounted to the first support structure 32 relative to the second direction X2 via the first connecting structure 61.

[0336] The first connection structure 61 refers to the structure that connects the first plug-in body 31 to the first support structure 32, so that the first support structure 32 supports the first plug-in body 31 and allows the first plug-in body 31 to move relative to the second direction X2 on the first support structure 32.

[0337] As an example, the first connection structure 61 can be a ball seat and ball head structure. Through the ball seat and ball head structure, the first insertion body 31 is supported on the first support structure 32, and the first insertion body 31 can rotate or swing at multiple angles on the first support structure 32.

[0338] As an example, the first connecting structure 61 may be a slider guide rail mechanism, a sleeve guide rod mechanism, a slide rail guide groove mechanism, etc., so as to realize that the first insertion body 31 is supported on the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 slides on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2.

[0339] As an example, the first connecting structure 61 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure, so that the first plug-in body 31 is supported on the first support structure 32, and the first plug-in body 31 can rotate or swing on the first support structure 32.

[0340] As an example, the first connecting structure 61 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure that is slidably mounted on the first supporting structure 32; the first connecting structure 61 can also be a slider guide rail mechanism with a rotating shaft or a turntable on the slider, a sleeve guide rod mechanism with a rotating shaft or a turntable connected on the sleeve, a slide rail guide groove mechanism with a rotating shaft or a turntable connected on the slide rail, etc., so as to realize that the first insertion body 31 is supported on the first supporting structure 32, and the first insertion body 31 slides on the first supporting structure 32 along the second direction X2, and the first insertion body 31 rotates or swings on the first supporting structure 32.

[0341] The first connecting structure 61 is used to movably connect the first plug-in body 31 and the first support structure 32. The connection is convenient, and the first support structure 32 can support the first plug-in body 31. It also facilitates the movement of the first plug-in body 31 relative to the first support structure 32 in the second direction X2.

[0342] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5 to 8, 13, and 15 to 23. The first connection structure 61 includes a first movable member 611 disposed on one of the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32, and a first groove 612 formed on the other of the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32. The first movable member 611 is adapted to be inserted into the first groove 612.

[0343] The first groove 612 refers to a groove provided on the first support structure 32 or the first insertion body 31, used for the insertion of the first movable member 611 on the first insertion body 31 or the first support structure 32.

[0344] The first movable component 611 refers to a structure disposed on the first supporting structure 32 or the first insertion body 31, which can be placed in the first groove 612 and can move within the first groove 612. The first movable component 611 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic and rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first movable component 611 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The first movable component 611 can also be made by die casting.

[0345] As an example, when the first movable member 611 rotates in the first groove 612, the first groove 612 can be a hemispherical groove structure, and the first movable member 611 can be a ball head. The first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612 to realize the rotation or swing of the first movable member 611 in the first groove 612, and the first movable member 611 is supported by the side wall of the first groove 612.

[0346] As an example, when the first movable member 611 rotates in the first groove 612, the first groove 612 can be a circular blind hole-shaped groove structure, and the first movable member 611 can be a round shaft. The round shaft is placed in the first groove 612 to enable the first movable member 611 to rotate in the first groove 612, and the first movable member 611 is supported by the side wall of the first groove 612.

[0347] As an example, when the first movable member 611 slides in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2, the first groove 612 can be a long groove structure extending along the second direction X2, and the first movable member 611 can be a long strip or block structure such as a slide rail or slider that slides in the first groove 612, so that the first movable member 611 can slide and move in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2.

[0348] As an example, when the first movable member 611 slides and rotates in the first groove 612, the first movable member 611 can be a round shaft, a ball seat, a block-shaped or strip-shaped structure with one side having an arc-shaped surface, and the first groove 612 can be a long groove structure extending in one direction. Thus, when the first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612, it can rotate in the first groove 612 and slide along the extending direction of the first groove 612. When the extending direction of the first groove 612 is the second direction X2, the first movable member 611 can slide in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2, and can rotate or oscillate in the first groove 612 about an axis perpendicular to the second direction X2 or about an axis intersecting the second direction X2.

[0349] As an example, the first movable component 611 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the first movable component 611 separately and then installing it on the first support structure 32 or the first insertion body 31. As an example, the first movable component 611 can be integrally molded with the support medium. For example, if the first movable component 611 is set on the first support structure 32, the first movable component 611 can be directly molded on the first support structure 32; or if the first movable component 611 is set on the first insertion body 31, the first movable component 611 can be directly molded on the first insertion body 31.

[0350] As an example, the first groove 612 can be manufactured separately. For instance, a structure with the first groove 612 can be manufactured and then installed on the support medium. Alternatively, a support with the first groove 612 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the first support structure 32 or the first insertion body 31. As an example, the first groove 612 can be integrally formed with the support medium. For instance, a groove structure adapted to support the first movable member 611 can be provided on the first support structure 32 to form the first groove 612; or a groove structure adapted to support the first movable member 611 can be provided on the first insertion body 31 to form the first groove 612.

[0351] The first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612 so that the first movable member 611 is supported by the side wall of the first groove 612. The first movable member 611 and the first groove 612 are respectively provided on the first plug-in body 31 and the first support structure 32, which can facilitate the first plug-in body 31 to be supported on the first support structure 32. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0352] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5 to 8, 13, and 15 to 23, the first groove 612 extends along the second direction X2, and the first movable member 611 is slidably placed in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2.

[0353] The first groove 612 extending along the second direction X2 means that the first groove 612 is a long strip groove, and the length direction of the first groove 612 is parallel to the second direction X2. The length direction of the first groove 612 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the first groove 612, and the length direction of the first groove 612 is parallel to the side wall of the first groove 612.

[0354] The first movable member 611 is slidably placed in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2. That is, the first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612, supported by the sidewall of the first groove 612, and can translate within the first groove 612 along the second direction X2. The first groove 612 supports the first movable member 611 and guides it to slide along the first groove 612, thereby achieving the connection between the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31, and allowing the first insertion body 31 to slide relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2.

[0355] The first groove 612 is extended along the second direction X2, and the first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612. The first movable member 611 can slide in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2, so that the first insertion body 31 can translate relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, so that the first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the second direction X2. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0356] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5 and 6, Figure 13, Figures 15 to 18, and Figures 21 to 23. The first connecting structure 61 includes a first support member 613 and a first limiting member 614 spaced apart from the first support member 613. A first groove 612 is formed between the first limiting member 614 and the first support member 613. The first support member 613 and the first limiting member 614 are disposed on the corresponding first support structure 32 or the first insertion body 31.

[0357] The first support member 613 refers to the structure forming one side wall of the first groove 612. The first support member 613 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first support member 613 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The first support member 613 can also be made by die casting.

[0358] The first limiting member 614 refers to the structure forming the other sidewall of the first groove 612. The first limiting member 614 is spaced apart from the first support member 613, thereby forming the first groove 612 between the first limiting member 614 and the first support member 613. The first limiting member 614 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first limiting member 614 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The first limiting member 614 can also be made by die casting.

[0359] When the first groove 612 is a hemispherical groove or hole, the first support member 613 and the first limiting member 614 cooperate to form the entire sidewall of the first groove 612. The first support member 613 is provided with a groove structure that forms half of the hemispherical groove or hole, and the first limiting member 614 is provided with a groove structure that forms the other half of the hemispherical groove or hole, so that the first support member 613 and the first limiting member 614 cooperate to form a hemispherical groove or hole, which serves as the first groove 612.

[0360] When the first groove 612 is an elongated groove, the first support member 613 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on one side of the first groove 612. The first limiting member 614 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on the other side of the first groove 612.

[0361] As an example, the first support member 613 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the first support member 613 separately and then installing it on the first support structure 32 or the first insertion body 31. As an example, the first support member 613 can be integrally formed with the support medium, such as by directly forming the first support structure 32 to create a sidewall of the first groove 612 on the first support structure 32; or by directly forming the first support member 613 on the first insertion body 31 to create a sidewall of the first groove 612 on the first insertion body 31.

[0362] As an example, the first limiting member 614 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the supporting medium, such as by manufacturing the first limiting member 614 separately and then installing it on the first supporting structure 32 or the first insertion body 31. As an example, the first limiting member 614 can be integrally formed with the supporting medium, such as by directly forming the first limiting member 614 on the first supporting structure 32 to create a sidewall of the first groove 612 on the first supporting structure 32; or by directly forming the first limiting member 614 on the first insertion body 31 to create a sidewall of the first groove 612 on the first insertion body 31.

[0363] The first support member 613 and the first limiting member 614 cooperate to form the first groove 612. The first movable member 611 can be supported by the cooperation of the first support member 613 and the first limiting member 614, and the first movable member 611 can be guided to translate along the second direction X2. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture and low in cost.

[0364] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5 and 6, Figure 13, Figures 15 to 18, and Figures 21 to 23, the first support member 613 is elongated and the first limiting member 614 is block-shaped.

[0365] A strip-shaped structure refers to a three-dimensional structure with defined dimensions in length, width, and height, extending along its length. The length of a strip is significantly greater than its width and height. A block-shaped structure, on the other hand, refers to a three-dimensional structure with defined dimensions in length, width, and height, where the proportions of each dimension are relatively balanced, without a dominant dimension like in a strip-shaped structure. It presents a relatively solid, three-dimensional shape, such as a cube, cuboid, or irregular block-shaped geometric solid.

[0366] The first support member 613 is elongated to support the first movable member 611 and guide the first movable member 611 to translate along the second direction X2. The first limiting member 614 is block-shaped, which reduces the strength of the first connecting structure 61 at the location of the first limiting member 614, making it easier for the first movable member 611 to be placed in the first groove 612. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the first limiting member 614 and the first support member 613, the risk of the first movable member 611 falling out of the first groove 612 can be reduced, thus improving the stability of the connection between the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32.

[0367] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5, 6, 13, 15, and 16, there are multiple first limiting members 614, which are arranged along the second direction X2. Providing multiple first limiting members 614 can better reduce the risk of the first movable member 611 falling out of the first groove 612 and improve the stability of the connection between the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32.

[0368] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5, 6 and 13. The first limiting member 614 has a first guide surface 6141 on the side opposite to the first support member 613. The first guide surface 6141 is used to guide the first movable member 611 into the first groove 612.

[0369] The first guide surface 6141 refers to the guide surface provided on the first limiting member 614. A guide surface is a surface that guides the movement of an object, and the guide surface can be an inclined surface, a curved surface, etc. As an example, an inclined first guide surface 6141 can be provided on the side of the first limiting member 614 away from the first support member 613, so that the height of the first limiting member 614 along the depth direction of the first groove 612 gradually increases from the direction away from the first support member 613 to the direction of the first support member 613, so that the first movable member 611 can slide from the first guide surface 6141 into the first groove 612 between the first limiting member 614 and the first support member 613 through the guidance of the first guide surface 6141.

[0370] The first limiting member 614 is provided with a first guide surface 6141, which can better guide the first movable member 611 into the first groove 612 for easy assembly.

[0371] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG15, the first movable member 611 includes a plurality of first block segments 6111, which are arranged along a second direction X2.

[0372] The first block segment 6111 refers to the block-shaped structural segment that forms part of the first movable member 611.

[0373] Using multiple first block segments 6111 to form a first movable member 611 can be well supported in the first groove 612 so as to smoothly translate along the second direction X2, and can reduce the structural strength at the first movable member 611 so as to be placed into the first groove 612 for easy assembly.

[0374] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 5, 6, 13 and 16, the first movable member 611 is an elongated strip extending along the second direction X2, that is, the first movable member 611 is an elongated strip, and the length direction of the elongated structure extends along the second direction X2.

[0375] The first movable part 611 is designed in the shape of a long strip, which has high strength, simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. It can also move smoothly and well in the first groove 612.

[0376] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 about an axis along a third direction X3, where the third direction X3 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0377] The first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 along the axis about the third direction X3, which means that the first plug-in body 31 can rotate relative to the first support structure 32, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the third direction X3, so as to absorb the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis about the third direction X3.

[0378] The first direction X1 intersects with the third direction X3, and the first insertion body 31 can rotate around the axis along the third direction X3 on the first support structure 32, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation around the axis along the third direction X3, thereby absorbing the tilt angle assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0379] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, the first plug-in body 31 is slidably mounted on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, the second direction X2 intersects with the third direction X3, and the second direction X2 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0380] The first plug-in body 31 is slidably installed on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, which means that the first plug-in body 31 can slide relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the second direction X2.

[0381] By sliding the first plug-in body 31 along the second direction X2 onto the first support structure 32, the first plug-in body 31 can move relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2. Thus, when plugged into the second plug-in body 41, it can simultaneously absorb the translational allowance along the second direction X2 and the tilt angle allowance around the axis along the third direction X3, which facilitates the plugging of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41. Moreover, the structure is simple and easy to process and manufacture.

[0382] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23. The third direction X3 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1 so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the angular margin inclined to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a small space. In addition, it is convenient to set and determine the tilt direction of the first plug-in body 31, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0383] In some embodiments, the third direction X3 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0384] In some embodiments, the second direction X2 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the translational allowance along the second direction X2 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it is convenient to set and determine the translational direction of the first plug-in body 31, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0385] In some embodiments, the second direction X2 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0386] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, the second direction X2 can be perpendicular to the third direction X3, which not only facilitates the sliding installation of the first insertion body 31 on the first support structure 32, but also facilitates the rotation of the first insertion body 31 relative to the first support structure 32.

[0387] In some embodiments, the second direction X2 and the third direction X3 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0388] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the second direction X2, and the third direction X3 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the third direction X3 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the second direction X2, and the second direction X2 is perpendicular to the third direction X3, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the second direction X2, and the third direction X3.

[0389] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 17 to 23, the first movable member 611 is rotatably positioned in the first groove 612 about an axis along a third direction X3.

[0390] The first movable member 611 is rotatably placed in the first groove 612 about the axis along the third direction X3. This means that the first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612 and can rotate in the first groove 612, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the third direction X3.

[0391] The first movable member 611 is rotatably placed in the first groove 612 about the axis along the third direction X3, so that the first movable member 611 can rotate a certain angle in the first groove 612. The third direction X3 intersects with the first direction X1 and the second direction X2. Accordingly, the first movable member 611 moves relative to the second direction X2 in the first groove 612, and the first insertion body 31 can rotate a certain angle relative to the first support structure 32. The direction of rotation is about the axis along the third direction X3. The third direction X3 intersects with the first direction X1. The first direction X1 is the insertion direction of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41. The first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted. The first insertion body 31 can rotate and tilt relative to the second insertion body 41 to absorb the tilt angle margin about the axis along the third direction X3, so as to facilitate the insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, and thus facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0392] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, the first groove 612 extends along the second direction X2, the periphery of the first movable member 611 is provided with a first arcuate surface 6112, and the first arcuate surface 6112 is inserted into the first groove 612.

[0393] The first groove 612 extending along the second direction X2 means that the first groove 612 is an elongated groove with its length direction parallel to the second direction X2. With the first groove 612 extending along the second direction X2, and the first movable member 611 placed in the first groove 612, the first movable member 611 can slide within the first groove 612 along the second direction X2, thereby enabling the first insertion body 31 to translate relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, so that the first insertion body 31 absorbs the translational allowance of the movement along the second direction X2.

[0394] The first arc-shaped surface 6112 refers to at least a portion of the arc-shaped surface of the periphery of the first movable member 611. For example, if the first movable member 611 can be a round shaft, then its periphery is the first arc-shaped surface 6112; or a portion of the periphery of the first movable member 611 is the first arc-shaped surface 6112.

[0395] The first movable member 611 has a first arc-shaped surface 6112 on its periphery. The first arc-shaped surface 6112 is placed into the first groove 612. The side wall of the first groove 612 supports the first arc-shaped surface 6112 of the first movable member 611 so that the first movable member 611 can rotate a certain angle in the first groove 612.

[0396] The first groove 612 extends along the second direction X2, and the first movable member 611 is placed in the first groove 612, which allows the first movable member 611 to slide in the first groove 612 along the second direction X2, so that the first insertion body 31 can translate relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, so that the first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the second direction X2; a first arc-shaped surface 6112 is provided on the periphery of the first movable member 611, and the first arc-shaped surface 6112 is placed in the first groove 612, so that the first movable member 611 can rotate a certain angle in the first groove 612, thereby realizing the rotation of the first insertion body 31 relative to the first support structure 32 about the axis along the third direction X3. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0397] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, a first arcuate surface 6112 is provided on one side of the first movable member 611, and a first elastic portion 6113 is provided on the opposite side of the first movable member 611. The first elastic portion 6113 and the first arcuate surface 6112 elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the first groove 612.

[0398] The first elastic part 6113 refers to a structure on the first movable member 611 that can elastically deform. The first elastic part 6113 can be a structure such as a buckle, spring, or rubber pad provided on the first movable member 611. The first elastic part 6113 can be manufactured separately and then fixed to the first movable member 611. Alternatively, the first elastic part 6113 can be integrally formed with the first movable member 611.

[0399] A first arc-shaped surface 6112 and a first elastic part 6113 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the first movable part 611, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the first movable part 611 and the first groove 612, so that the first insertion body 31 can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the first support structure 32, so as to be inserted into the second insertion body 41, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0400] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 17 to 23, the first movable member 611 is elongated. An elongated shape refers to a strip-shaped structure in three-dimensional space that has a certain size in the length, width, and height dimensions and extends along the length direction. The length of the elongated shape is significantly greater than its width and height.

[0401] Using a long strip-shaped first movable member 611 can make the structure of the first movable member 611 have high strength, which makes it easy to support the first plug-in body 31 on the first support structure 32; a first arc-shaped surface 6112 and a first elastic part 6113 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the first movable member 611, so that the first arc-shaped surface 6112 and the first elastic part 6113 respectively abut against the opposite side walls of the first groove 612.

[0402] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 17 to 23, when the first movable member 611 includes a plurality of first block segments 6111, one side of each first block segment 6111 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and the arc-shaped surfaces of the plurality of first block segments 6111 are combined to form a larger arc-shaped surface.

[0403] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 23, the first groove 612 has a first opening 6121 at one end along the second direction X2 for the first movable member 611 to extend into.

[0404] Since the first groove 612 extends along the second direction X2, one end of the first groove 612 along the second direction X2 is also one end of the length direction of the first groove 612. The first opening 6121 refers to the opening structure formed at the end of the first groove 612 along the length direction.

[0405] A first opening 6121 is provided at one end of the first groove 612 so that the first movable part 611 can be inserted into the first groove 612 for easy assembly.

[0406] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 21, the first groove 612 abuts against the side wall of the first elastic portion 6113 and is provided with a first stop protrusion 6122 near the first opening 6121.

[0407] The first stop protrusion 6122 refers to a protruding structure provided on one side wall of the first groove 612, and the first stop protrusion 6122 is located on the side of the corresponding side wall of the first groove 612 facing the other side wall. The first stop protrusion 6122 can be a block-shaped, rod-shaped, or column-shaped piece, etc., and the first stop protrusion 6122 can be triangular, circular, rectangular, etc. The first stop protrusion 6122 can be integrally formed with the corresponding side wall of the first groove 612. Of course, the first stop protrusion 6122 can also be manufactured separately and then fixedly connected to the side wall of the first groove 612.

[0408] A first stop protrusion 6122 is provided on the first groove 612 to stop and limit the first elastic part 6113, thereby reducing the risk of the first movable part 611 disengaging from the first groove 612.

[0409] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 21, the first elastic portion 6113 is a first buckle provided on the first movable member 611.

[0410] The first buckle refers to the buckle structure provided on the first movable part 611.

[0411] The first elastic part 6113 uses a first buckle, which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can cooperate well with the first stop protrusion 6122 to reduce the risk of the first movable part 611 disengaging from the first groove 612.

[0412] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 5, 13, 15 to 18, 22 and 23. The first plug-in body 31 is provided with a first connection structure 61 on each of the opposite sides perpendicular to the second direction X2.

[0413] Since the first connecting structure 61 guides the first plug-in body 31 to move relative to the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, the first connecting structure 61 is provided on the opposite sides of the first plug-in body 31, so that the first plug-in body 31 can be smoothly installed on the first support structure 32, so that the first plug-in body 31 can move smoothly relative to the first support structure 32.

[0414] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 23, the first support structure 32 is provided with a first receiving cavity 321, and the first insertion body 31 is placed in the first receiving cavity 321.

[0415] The first receiving cavity 321 refers to the cavity structure provided in the first support structure 32. The first receiving cavity 321 is provided in the first support structure 32, and the first insertion body 31 is placed in the first receiving cavity 321 to protect the first insertion body 31 through the first support structure 32. As an example, the first support structure 32 can be frame-shaped to form the first receiving cavity 321 within it. As an example, the first support structure 32 can be U-shaped to form the first receiving cavity 321 within it. As an example, if the first support structure 32 is U-shaped and the end of the first groove 612 has a first opening 6121, not only can the first receiving cavity 321 be formed within the first support structure 32, but it also facilitates the installation of the first insertion body 31 into the first receiving cavity 321 and the insertion of the first movable member 611 into the first groove 612.

[0416] A first receiving cavity 321 is provided in the first support structure 32 to receive the first plug-in body 31. The first support structure 32 supports and protects the first plug-in body 31. The side wall of the first receiving cavity 321 can also limit the travel of the first plug-in body 31 relative to the second direction X2, so as to facilitate the plug-in connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0417] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the first plug-in structure 30 includes a second support structure 33 that supports the first support structure 32. The first support structure 32 is movably mounted on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4. The fourth direction X4 intersects with the second direction X2 and the first direction X1.

[0418] The second support structure 33 refers to the structure used to support the first support structure 32. The second support structure 33 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. Alternatively, the second support structure 33 can be made by sintering ceramic materials. It can also be die-cast. The second support structure 33 can be plate-shaped, block-shaped, frame-shaped, or other shapes, depending on the specific requirements.

[0419] The first support structure 32 is movably installed on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4, meaning that the first support structure 32 can move relative to the second support structure 33, and the direction of movement is along the fourth direction X4, or at a certain angle to the fourth direction X4, or rotate around the fourth direction X4, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the allowance of movement relative to the fourth direction X4.

[0420] The first direction X1 intersects with the fourth direction X4, and the first support structure 32 is movably mounted on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4. Then, the first support structure 32 and the first plug-in body 31 can move on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the first plug-in body 31 and the first support structure 32 relative to the second support structure 33, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected. The first plug-in body 31 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0421] The fourth direction X4 intersects with the second direction X2, while the second direction X2 intersects with the first direction X1. The fourth direction X4 intersects with the first direction X1. The first insertion body 31 moves relative to the second direction X2 on the first support structure 32, and the first support structure 32 moves relative to the fourth direction X4 on the second support structure 33. This allows the first insertion body 31 to absorb the movement allowance relative to the plane containing the second direction X2 and the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing assembly errors in multiple directions or angles between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. This enables the insertion connection between the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 when the two media are assembled.

[0422] As an example, the first support structure 32 is slidably installed on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, and the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, so that the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4 can be absorbed by the first plug-in body 31.

[0423] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is slidably installed on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, and the first support structure 32 is slidably installed on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, the first plug-in body 31 can absorb the translational margin of the intersecting second direction X2 and fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the displacement margin of the plane where the second direction X2 and the fourth direction X4 are located.

[0424] As an example, the first support structure 32 is rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4. That is, the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32 can be rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 about the axis along the fourth direction X4. The first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the fourth direction X4.

[0425] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is slidably mounted on the first support structure 32 along the second direction X2, and the first support structure 32 rotates around the axis along the fourth direction X4 on the second support structure 33, the first plug-in body 31 can absorb the translational allowance along the second direction X2, as well as the tilt angle allowance of the rotation around the axis along the fourth direction X4.

[0426] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 about the axis along the second direction X2, and the first support structure 32 is rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 about the axis along the fourth direction X4, the first plug-in body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the second direction X2 and the rotation about the axis along the fourth direction X4, thereby enabling the first plug-in body 31 to absorb multiple tilt angle margins.

[0427] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is rotatably mounted on the first support structure 32 about the axis along the second direction X2, and the first support structure 32 is slidably mounted on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, the first plug-in body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis along the second direction X2, as well as the translation margin along the fourth direction X4.

[0428] As an example, the first support structure 32 is rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 about an axis along the fifth direction X5. The first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are connected by insertion. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the fifth direction X5. The fifth direction X5 intersects with the fourth direction X4, so that the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32 can move on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4.

[0429] By movably mounting the first support structure 32 onto the second support structure 33, the first support structure 32 can move relative to the fourth direction X4 on the second support structure 33. This allows the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 to be connected in an insertion manner, absorbing the allowance for movement relative to the fourth direction X4. This facilitates the alignment and insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0430] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the second direction X2 can be set perpendicular to the fourth direction X4 to facilitate the setting and determination of the second direction X2 and the fourth direction X4.

[0431] In some embodiments, the second direction X2 and the fourth direction X4 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0432] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, a larger displacement margin perpendicular to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it is convenient to set and determine the moving direction of the first plug-in body 31, and to facilitate the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0433] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0434] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the second direction X2, and the fourth direction X4 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the second direction X2 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the fourth direction X4, and the fourth direction X4 is perpendicular to the second direction X2, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the second direction X2, and the fourth direction X4.

[0435] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the first support structure 32 is slidably mounted on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4.

[0436] The first support structure 32 is slidably installed on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, which means that the first support structure 32 can slide relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4.

[0437] The first direction X1 intersects with the fourth direction X4, and the first support structure 32 can slide along the fourth direction X4 on the second support structure 33, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 along the fourth direction X4. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0438] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the first support structure 32 is movably mounted on the second support structure 33 relative to the fourth direction X4 via the second connecting structure 62.

[0439] The second connecting structure 62 refers to the structure that connects the first supporting structure 32 and the second supporting structure 33, so that the second supporting structure 33 supports the first supporting structure 32 and allows the first supporting structure 32 to move relative to the fourth direction X4 on the second supporting structure 33.

[0440] As an example, the second connecting structure 62 can be a ball seat and ball head structure. Through the ball seat and ball head structure, the first support structure 32 is supported on the second support structure 33, and the first support structure 32 can rotate or swing at multiple angles on the second support structure 33.

[0441] As an example, the second connecting structure 62 may be a slider guide rail mechanism, a sleeve guide rod mechanism, a slide rail guide groove mechanism, etc., so as to realize that the first support structure 32 is supported on the second support structure 33, and the first support structure 32 slides on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4.

[0442] As an example, the second connecting structure 62 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure, so that the first supporting structure 32 is supported on the second supporting structure 33, and the first supporting structure 32 can rotate or swing on the second supporting structure 33.

[0443] As an example, the second connecting structure 62 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure that is slidably mounted on the second supporting structure 33; the second connecting structure 62 can also be a slider guide rail mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable on the slider, a sleeve guide rod mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the sleeve, a slide rail guide groove mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the slide rail, etc., so as to realize that the first supporting structure 32 is supported on the second supporting structure 33, and the first supporting structure 32 slides on the second supporting structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, and the first supporting structure 32 rotates or swings on the second supporting structure 33.

[0444] The first support structure 32 and the second support structure 33 are movably connected by the second connection structure 62. The connection is convenient, and the second support structure 33 can support the first support structure 32. It also facilitates the movement of the first support structure 32 relative to the second support structure 33 in the fourth direction X4.

[0445] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the second connecting structure 62 includes a second movable member 621 disposed on one of the first support structure 32 and the second support structure 33, and a second groove 622 formed on the other of the second support structure 33, wherein the second movable member 621 is adapted to be inserted into the second groove 622.

[0446] The second groove 622 refers to a groove provided on the first support structure 32 or the second support structure 33, which is used to accommodate the second movable member 621 on the second support structure 33 or the first support structure 32.

[0447] The second movable component 621 refers to a structure that is disposed on the first support structure 32 or the second support structure 33, can be placed in the second groove 622, and can move within the second groove 622. The second movable component 621 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The second movable component 621 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The second movable component 621 can also be made by die casting.

[0448] As an example, when the second movable member 621 rotates in the second groove 622, the second groove 622 can be a hemispherical groove structure, and the second movable member 621 can be a ball head. The second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622 to realize the rotation or swing of the second movable member 621 in the second groove 622, and the second movable member 621 is supported by the side wall of the second groove 622.

[0449] As an example, when the second movable member 621 rotates in the second groove 622, the second groove 622 can be a circular blind hole-shaped groove structure, and the second movable member 621 can be a round shaft. The round shaft is placed in the second groove 622 to enable the second movable member 621 to rotate in the second groove 622, and the second movable member 621 is supported by the side wall of the second groove 622.

[0450] As an example, when the second movable member 621 slides in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4, the second groove 622 can be a long groove structure extending along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 can be a long strip or block structure such as a slide rail or slider that slides in the second groove 622, so that the second movable member 621 can slide and move in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4.

[0451] As an example, when the second movable member 621 slides and rotates in the second groove 622, the second movable member 621 can be a round shaft, a ball seat, a block-shaped or strip-shaped structure with one side having an arc-shaped surface, and the second groove 622 can be a long groove structure extending in one direction. Thus, when the second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622, it can rotate in the second groove 622 and slide along the extending direction of the second groove 622. When the extending direction of the second groove 622 is the fourth direction X4, the second movable member 621 can slide in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4, and can rotate or oscillate in the second groove 622 about an axis perpendicular to the fourth direction X4 or about an axis intersecting the fourth direction X4.

[0452] As an example, the second movable component 621 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the supporting medium, such as by manufacturing the second movable component 621 separately and then installing it on the first supporting structure 32 or the second supporting structure 33. As an example, the second movable component 621 can be integrally molded with the supporting medium. For example, if the second movable component 621 is set on the first supporting structure 32, the second movable component 621 can be directly molded on the first supporting structure 32; similarly, if the second movable component 621 is set on the second supporting structure 33, the second movable component 621 can be directly molded on the second supporting structure 33.

[0453] As an example, the second groove 622 can be manufactured separately. For instance, a structure with the second groove 622 can be manufactured and then installed on the supporting medium. Alternatively, a support with the second groove 622 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the first supporting structure 32 or the second supporting structure 33. As another example, the second groove 622 can be integrally formed with the supporting medium. For instance, a groove structure adapted to support the second movable member 621 can be provided on the first supporting structure 32 to form the second groove 622; similarly, a groove structure adapted to support the second movable member 621 can be provided on the second supporting structure 33 to form the second groove 622.

[0454] The second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622, and the second movable member 621 is supported by the side wall of the second groove 622. The second movable member 621 and the second groove 622 are respectively provided on the first support structure 32 and the second support structure 33, which makes it convenient for the first support structure 32 to be supported on the second support structure 33. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0455] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the second groove 622 extends along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 is slidably placed in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4.

[0456] The second groove 622 extending along the fourth direction X4 means that the second groove 622 is a long strip groove, and the length direction of the second groove 622 is parallel to the fourth direction X4. The length direction of the second groove 622 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the second groove 622, and the length direction of the second groove 622 is parallel to the side wall of the second groove 622.

[0457] The second movable member 621 is slidably placed in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4. That is, the second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622, supported by the sidewall of the second groove 622, and can translate within the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4. The second groove 622 supports and guides the second movable member 621 to slide along it, thereby connecting the second support structure 33 and the first support structure 32, allowing the first support structure 32 to slide relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, and consequently allowing the first insertion body 31 to slide relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4.

[0458] The second groove 622 is extended along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622. The second movable member 621 can slide in the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4, so that the first support structure 32 can translate relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, so that the first insertion body 31 and the first support structure 32 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the fourth direction X4. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0459] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, 9 to 14, and 23, the second connecting structure 62 includes a second support member 623 and a second limiting member 624 spaced apart from the second support member 623. A second groove 622 is formed between the second limiting member 624 and the second support member 623. The second support member 623 and the second limiting member 624 are disposed on the corresponding first support structure 32 or second support structure 33.

[0460] The second support member 623 refers to the structure forming one side wall of the second groove 622. The second support member 623 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The second support member 623 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The second support member 623 can also be made by die casting.

[0461] The second limiting member 624 refers to the structure forming the other sidewall of the second groove 622. The second limiting member 624 is spaced apart from the second support member 623, thereby forming the second groove 622 between the second limiting member 624 and the second support member 623. The second limiting member 624 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The second limiting member 624 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The second limiting member 624 can also be made by die casting.

[0462] When the second groove 622 is a hemispherical groove or hole, the second support member 623 and the second limiting member 624 cooperate to form the entire sidewall of the second groove 622. The second support member 623 is provided with a groove structure that forms half of the hemispherical groove or hole, and the second limiting member 624 is provided with a groove structure that forms the other half of the hemispherical groove or hole, so that the second support member 623 and the second limiting member 624 cooperate to form a hemispherical groove or hole as the second groove 622.

[0463] When the second groove 622 is an elongated groove, the second support member 623 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on one side of the second groove 622. The second limiting member 624 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on the other side of the second groove 622.

[0464] As an example, the second support member 623 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the second support member 623 separately and then installing it on the first support structure 32 or the second support structure 33. As an example, the second support member 623 can be integrally formed with the support medium, such as by directly forming the second support member 623 on the first support structure 32 to create a sidewall of the second groove 622 on the first support structure 32; or by directly forming the second support member 623 on the second support structure 33 to create a sidewall of the second groove 622 on the second support structure 33.

[0465] As an example, the second limiting member 624 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the supporting medium, such as by manufacturing the second limiting member 624 separately and then installing it on the first supporting structure 32 or the second supporting structure 33. As an example, the second limiting member 624 can be integrally formed with the supporting medium, such as by directly forming the second limiting member 624 on the first supporting structure 32 to create a sidewall of the second groove 622 on the first supporting structure 32; or by directly forming the second limiting member 624 on the second supporting structure 33 to create a sidewall of the second groove 622 on the second supporting structure 33.

[0466] The second support member 623 and the second limiting member 624 cooperate to form the second groove 622. The second movable member 621 can be supported by the cooperation of the second support member 623 and the second limiting member 624, and the second movable member 621 can be guided to translate along the fourth direction X4. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0467] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 and 14, the second support member 623 is elongated and the second limiting member 624 is block-shaped.

[0468] The second support member 623 is elongated to support the second movable member 621 and guide the second movable member 621 to translate along the fourth direction X4. The second limiting member 624 is block-shaped, which reduces the strength of the second connecting structure 62 at the location of the second limiting member 624, making it easier for the second movable member 621 to be placed in the second groove 622. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the second limiting member 624 and the second support member 623, the risk of the second movable member 621 falling out of the second groove 622 can be reduced, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the first support structure 32 and the second support structure 33.

[0469] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 and 14, there are multiple second limiting members 624, which are arranged along the fourth direction X4. Providing multiple second limiting members 624 can better reduce the risk of the second movable member 621 detaching from the second groove 622 and improve the stability of the connection between the first support structure 32 and the second support structure 33.

[0470] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 and 14, the second limiting member 624 has a second guide surface 6241 on the side opposite to the second support member 623. The second guide surface 6241 is used to guide the second movable member 621 into the second groove 622.

[0471] The second guide surface 6241 refers to the guide surface provided on the second limiting member 624. A guide surface is a surface that guides the movement of an object; it can be an inclined surface, a curved surface, etc. As an example, an inclined second guide surface 6241 can be provided on the side of the second limiting member 624 away from the second support member 623, so that the height of the second limiting member 624 along the depth direction of the second groove 622 gradually increases from the direction away from the second support member 623 to the direction of the second support member 623. This allows the second movable member 621 to slide from the second guide surface 6241 into the second groove 622 between the second limiting member 624 and the second support member 623, guided by the second guide surface 6241.

[0472] The second limiting member 624 is provided with a second guide surface 6241, which can better guide the second movable member 621 into the second groove 622 for easy assembly.

[0473] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 5 and 8, the second movable member 621 includes a plurality of second block segments 6211, which are arranged along a fourth direction X4.

[0474] The second block segment 6211 refers to the block-shaped structural segment that forms part of the second movable member 621.

[0475] Using multiple second block segments 6211 to form a second movable member 621 can be well supported in the second groove 622 so as to smoothly translate along the fourth direction X4, and can reduce the structural strength at the second movable member 621 so as to be placed into the second groove 622 for easy assembly.

[0476] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 13 and 23, the second movable member 621 is an elongated strip extending along the fourth direction X4, that is, the second movable member 621 is an elongated strip, and the length direction of the elongated structure extends along the fourth direction X4.

[0477] The second movable part 621 is designed in the shape of a long strip, has high strength, simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can move smoothly and well in the second groove 622.

[0478] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG23, the first support structure 32 is rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 about an axis along the fifth direction X5, the fifth direction X5 intersecting the first direction X1.

[0479] The first support structure 32 is rotatably mounted on the second support structure 33 along the axis about the fifth direction X5, meaning that the first support structure 32 can rotate relative to the second support structure 33, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the fifth direction X5, thereby absorbing the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis about the fifth direction X5.

[0480] The first direction X1 intersects with the fifth direction X5, and the first support structure 32 can rotate around the axis along the fifth direction X5 on the second support structure 33, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The first insertion body 31 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation around the axis along the fifth direction X5, thereby absorbing the tilt angle assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0481] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG23, the first support structure 32 is slidably mounted on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, the fourth direction X4 intersects with the fifth direction X5, and the fourth direction X4 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0482] The first support structure 32 is slidably installed on the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, which means that the first support structure 32 can slide relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4.

[0483] By sliding the first support structure 32 onto the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, the first support structure 32 can move relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4. Thus, when the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected, the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4 and the tilt angle allowance around the axis along the fifth direction X5 can be absorbed simultaneously. This facilitates the insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, and the structure is simple and easy to process and manufacture.

[0484] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG23, the fifth direction X5 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the angular margin inclined to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a small space. In addition, it is convenient to set and determine the tilt direction of the first support structure 32 and the first plug-in body 31, and to facilitate the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0485] In some embodiments, the fifth direction X5 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0486] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the translational allowance along the fourth direction X4 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the translational direction of the first support structure 32 and the first plug-in body 31, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0487] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0488] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 can be perpendicular to the fifth direction X5, which not only facilitates the sliding installation of the first support structure 32 on the second support structure 33, but also facilitates the rotation of the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 relative to the second support structure 33.

[0489] In some embodiments, the fourth direction X4 and the fifth direction X5 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0490] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the fourth direction X4, and the fifth direction X5 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the fifth direction X5 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the fourth direction X4, and the fourth direction X4 is perpendicular to the fifth direction X5, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the fourth direction X4, and the fifth direction X5.

[0491] In some embodiments, referring to FIG23, the second movable member 621 is rotatably positioned in the second groove 622 about an axis along the fifth direction X5.

[0492] The second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622 about the axis along the fifth direction X5, meaning that the second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622 and can rotate in the second groove 622, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the fifth direction X5.

[0493] The second movable member 621 is rotatably placed in the second groove 622 about the axis along the fifth direction X5, so that the second movable member 621 can rotate a certain angle in the second groove 622. The fifth direction X5 intersects the first direction X1 and the fourth direction X4. Accordingly, the second movable member 621 moves relative to the fourth direction X4 in the second groove 622, and the first support structure 32 can rotate a certain angle relative to the second support structure 33. The direction of rotation is about the axis along the fifth direction X5. The fifth direction X5 intersects the first direction X1. The first direction X1 is the insertion direction of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41. Then the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted. The first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 can rotate and tilt relative to the second insertion body 41 to absorb the tilt angle margin about the axis of the fifth direction X5, so as to facilitate the insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, and thus facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0494] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG23, the second groove 622 extends along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 has a second arcuate surface 6212 on its periphery, and the second arcuate surface 6212 is inserted into the second groove 622.

[0495] The second groove 622 extending along the fourth direction X4 means that the second groove 622 is an elongated groove with its length direction parallel to the fourth direction X4. With the second groove 622 extending along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 placed within the second groove 622, the second movable member 621 can slide within the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4. This allows the first support structure 32 to translate relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, so that the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the fourth direction X4.

[0496] The second arc-shaped surface 6212 refers to at least a portion of the circumference of the second movable member 621 that is arc-shaped. For example, if the second movable member 621 can be a round shaft, then its circumference is the second arc-shaped surface 6212; or a portion of the circumference of the second movable member 621 is the second arc-shaped surface 6212.

[0497] The second movable member 621 has a second arc-shaped surface 6212 on its periphery. The second arc-shaped surface 6212 is placed into the second groove 622. The side wall of the second groove 622 supports the second arc-shaped surface 6212 of the second movable member 621 so that the second movable member 621 can rotate a certain angle in the second groove 622.

[0498] The second groove 622 extends along the fourth direction X4, and the second movable member 621 is placed in the second groove 622, allowing the second movable member 621 to slide along the fourth direction X4 in the second groove 622, so that the first support structure 32 can translate relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, so that the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the fourth direction X4; a second arc-shaped surface 6212 is provided on the periphery of the second movable member 621, and the second arc-shaped surface 6212 is placed into the second groove 622, so that the second movable member 621 can rotate a certain angle in the second groove 622, thereby realizing the rotation of the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 relative to the second support structure 33 about the axis along the fifth direction X5. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0499] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG23, a second arcuate surface 6212 is provided on one side of the second movable member 621, and a second elastic portion 6213 is provided on the opposite side of the second movable member 621. The second elastic portion 6213 and the second arcuate surface 6212 elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the second groove 622.

[0500] The second elastic part 6213 refers to a structure on the second movable member 621 that can elastically deform. The second elastic part 6213 can be a structure such as a buckle, spring, or rubber pad provided on the second movable member 621. The second elastic part 6213 can be manufactured separately and then fixed to the second movable member 621. Alternatively, the second elastic part 6213 can be integrally formed with the second movable member 621.

[0501] The second arc-shaped surface 6212 and the second elastic part 6213 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the second movable member 621, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the second movable member 621 and the second groove 622, so that the first support structure 32 and the first insertion body 31 can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the second support structure 33, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 can be inserted.

[0502] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 23, the second movable component 621 is elongated. An elongated shape refers to a strip-shaped structure in three-dimensional space that has a certain size in the length, width, and height dimensions and extends along the length direction. The length of the elongated shape is significantly greater than its width and height.

[0503] Using a long strip-shaped second movable member 621 can make the structure of the second movable member 621 stronger, which makes it easier to support the first support structure 32 on the second support structure 33; a second arc-shaped surface 6212 and a second elastic part 6213 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the second movable member 621, so that the second arc-shaped surface 6212 and the second elastic part 6213 respectively abut against the opposite side walls of the second groove 622.

[0504] In some embodiments, when the second movable member 621 includes a plurality of second block segments 6211, one side of each second block segment 6211 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and the arc-shaped surfaces of the plurality of second block segments 6211 are combined to form a larger arc-shaped surface.

[0505] In some embodiments, the second groove 622 has a second opening at one end along the fourth direction X4 for the second movable member 621 to extend into.

[0506] Since the second groove 622 extends along the fourth direction X4, one end of the second groove 622 along the fourth direction X4 is also one end of the second groove 622 along its length. The second opening refers to the opening structure formed at the end of the second groove 622 along its length.

[0507] A second opening is provided at one end of the second groove 622 so that the second movable part 621 can be inserted into the second groove 622 for easy assembly.

[0508] In some embodiments, the second groove 622 abuts against the side wall of the second elastic portion 6213 near the second opening and is provided with a second stop protrusion.

[0509] The second stop protrusion refers to a protruding structure provided on one side wall of the second groove 622, and the second stop protrusion is located on the side of the corresponding side wall of the second groove 622 facing the other side wall. The second stop protrusion can be a block-shaped, rod-shaped, or column-shaped piece, etc., and the second stop protrusion can be triangular, circular, rectangular, etc. The second stop protrusion can be integrally formed with the corresponding side wall of the second groove 622. Of course, the second stop protrusion can also be made separately and then fixedly connected to the side wall of the second groove 622.

[0510] A second stop protrusion is provided on the second groove 622 to stop and limit the second elastic part 6213, thereby reducing the risk of the second movable part 621 disengaging from the second groove 622.

[0511] In some embodiments, the second elastic portion 6213 is a second snap fastener provided on the second movable member 621.

[0512] The second buckle refers to the buckle structure provided on the second movable part 621.

[0513] The second elastic part 6213 uses a second buckle, which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can cooperate well with the second stop protrusion to reduce the risk of the second movable part 621 disengaging from the second groove 622.

[0514] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 3 to 5, 12, 13 and 23, the first support structure 32 is provided with second connecting structures 62 on opposite sides perpendicular to the fourth direction X4.

[0515] Since the second connecting structure 62 guides the first support structure 32 to move relative to the second support structure 33 along the fourth direction X4, the second connecting structure 62 is provided on the opposite sides of the first support structure 32, so that the first support structure 32 can be smoothly installed on the second support structure 33, so that the first support structure 32 can move smoothly relative to the second support structure 33.

[0516] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 3 to 5, 12, 13 and 23, the second support structure 33 is provided with a second receiving cavity 331, and the first support structure 32 is placed in the second receiving cavity 331.

[0517] The second receiving cavity 331 refers to the cavity structure provided in the second support structure 33. The second receiving cavity 331 is provided in the second support structure 33, and the first support structure 32 is placed in the second receiving cavity 331 to protect the first support structure 32 through the second support structure 33. As an example, the second support structure 33 can be frame-shaped to form the second receiving cavity 331 within it. As an example, the second support structure 33 can be U-shaped to form the second receiving cavity 331 within it. As an example, if the second support structure 33 is U-shaped and the end of the second groove 622 has a second opening, not only can the second receiving cavity 331 be formed within the second support structure 33, but it also facilitates the installation of the first support structure 32 into the second receiving cavity 331 and the placement of the second movable member 621 into the second groove 622.

[0518] A second receiving cavity 331 is provided in the second support structure 33 to receive the first support structure 32. The second support structure 33 supports and protects the first support structure 32. The sidewall of the second receiving cavity 331 can also limit the travel of the first support structure 32 relative to the fourth direction X4, so as to facilitate the insertion and connection of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0519] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 5, 9 to 15, and 23. A first mounting base 34 is installed on the chassis body 1101, and a first plug-in structure 31 is installed on the first mounting base 31.

[0520] The first mounting base 34 is a mounting structure used to connect to the support medium so that the first plug-in structure 30 can be installed on the support medium. The first mounting base 34 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The first mounting base 34 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The first mounting base 34 can also be made by die casting. The first mounting base 34 can be plate-shaped, block-shaped, frame-shaped, etc., and the specific shape can be set according to needs.

[0521] As an example, when the first plug-in structure 30 includes the second support structure 33, the first mounting base 34 can be connected to the second support structure 33. For example, the first mounting base 34 can be manufactured separately and then fixedly connected to the second support structure 33. Alternatively, the first mounting base 34 can be integrally formed with the second support structure 33.

[0522] As an example, if the first plug-in structure 30 includes a first support structure 32 but does not include a second support structure 33, the first mounting base 34 can be connected to the first support structure 32. For example, the first mounting base 34 can be manufactured separately and then fixedly connected to the first support structure 32. Alternatively, the first mounting base 34 can be integrally formed with the first support structure 32.

[0523] As an example, if the first mating structure 30 is part of the connector 200, the connector 200 includes a first mounting base 34.

[0524] A first mounting base 34 is provided to support the first plug-in structure 30. The first mounting base 34 is installed on the chassis body 1101, so that the first plug-in structure 30 can be installed on the chassis body 1101, which facilitates the installation of the first plug-in structure 30 on the chassis body 1101.

[0525] In some embodiments, where the first plug-in structure 30 includes a second support structure 33, the second support structure 33 can be directly mounted on the chassis body 1101.

[0526] In some embodiments, the first plug-in structure 30 includes a first support structure 32 but does not include a second support structure 33, in which case the first support structure 32 can be directly installed on the chassis body 1101.

[0527] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. A second plug-in body 41 is provided on the upper body 120 at a position corresponding to the first plug-in body 31, and the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected.

[0528] The above technical solution facilitates the assembly and electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120, making the connection convenient and the assembly efficiency high.

[0529] In some embodiments, the chassis 110 includes an electrical structure 115, and an electrical component 121 is mounted on the upper body 120. The electrical structure 115 is electrically connected to a first plug-in body 31, and the electrical component 121 is electrically connected to a second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in to make the electrical structure 115 and the electrical component 121 electrically connected.

[0530] Electrical components 121 are electrically connected to the second plug-in body 41, and electrical structure 115 is electrically connected to the first plug-in body 31. When the upper body 120 is installed on the chassis 110, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged in, thereby making the electrical components 121 on the upper body 120 and the electrical structure 115 on the chassis 110 electrically connected, which facilitates assembly.

[0531] In some embodiments, the second plug-in body 41 is provided with an adapter for locking the first plug-in body 31.

[0532] The adapter refers to the structure used to fit and lock the first plug-in body 31. The adapter may be an elastic part provided on the second plug-in body 41 to clamp or hold and fix the first plug-in body 31.

[0533] By using the above technical solution, an adapter is provided on the second plug-in body 41 to cooperate with the locking part of the first plug-in body 31 for locking, which can make the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 more secure, thereby making the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 more secure and stable.

[0534] In some embodiments, the second insertion body 41 may be provided with an adapter portion that is adapted to lock the locking portion. The locking portion and the adapter portion refer to structures that enable locking of two media. For example, the locking portion may be a snap-fit, and the adapter portion may be a slot. For example, the locking portion may be a hook, and the adapter portion may be a slot or hook for attaching to the hook.

[0535] With the above technical solution, when the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, the locking part and the adapter part are connected and locked to realize the connection and locking of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are connected and fixed.

[0536] In some embodiments, one of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 is provided with a locking part (not shown), and the other of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 is provided with an adapter part (not shown) that is adapted to lock the locking member.

[0537] The locking part and the adapter part refer to a structure that enables two media to lock together. For example, the locking part can be a snap-fit, and the adapter part can be a slot. For example, the locking part can be a hook, and the adapter part can be a slot or hook for attaching to the hook.

[0538] As an example, a locking part is provided on the first plug-in body 31, and a corresponding adapter part is provided on the second plug-in body 41. As an example, a locking part is provided on the second plug-in body 41, and a corresponding adapter part is provided on the first plug-in body 31.

[0539] With the above technical solution, when the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, the locking part and the adapter part are connected and locked to realize the connection and locking of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are connected and fixed.

[0540] In some embodiments, the first plug-in body 31 includes a first conductive component, the second plug-in body 41 includes a second conductive component, the electrical structure 115 is electrically connected to the first conductive component, the second conductive component is electrically connected to the electrical component 121, and the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in to make the first conductive component contact the second conductive component.

[0541] Through the above technical solution, the first plug-in body 31 includes a first conductive component, the second plug-in body 41 includes a second conductive component, the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in to make the first conductive component and the second conductive component contact each other, so as to realize the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. The structure is simple and the connection is convenient.

[0542] In some embodiments, the chassis body 1101 includes an electrical structure 115, which is electrically connected to a first conductive component. An electrical component 121 is provided in the upper body 120, and is electrically connected to a second conductive component. The second conductive component of the second insertion body 41 contacts and connects to the first conductive component of the first insertion body 31, thereby achieving an electrical connection between the first and second conductive components, and thus realizing an electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. The structure is simple and the connection is convenient.

[0543] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 7, 12 and 13, 15 to 20, and 22 to 29. The second plug-in body 41 is provided with an adapter structure for guiding the first plug-in body 31 to plug in and connect.

[0544] As an example, when the first plug-in body 31 is inserted into the second plug-in body 41, the adapter structure can be a receiving groove 52 provided on the second plug-in body 41, and the cross-section of the receiving groove 52 gradually increases from the bottom to the opening in its depth direction, so that the side wall of the receiving groove 52 guides the first plug-in body 31 to be inserted into the receiving groove 52 of the second plug-in body 41.

[0545] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is inserted into the first plug-in body 31, the adapter structure can be a guide portion 51 provided on the second plug-in body 41; along the first direction X1, and from the first plug-in body 31 to the plug-in direction of the second plug-in body 41, the outer contour area of the guide portion 51 gradually increases, thereby guiding the second plug-in body 41 into the first plug-in body 31 through the side of the guide portion 51.

[0546] Through the above technical solution, an adapter structure is set on the second plug-in body 41 to cooperate with the guide structure of the first plug-in body 31 to guide the second plug-in body 41 to plug and connect with the first plug-in body 31. When the upper body 120 moves close to the chassis 110, the second plug-in body 41 and the first plug-in body 31 can be accurately aligned and connected, making the connection convenient and accurate.

[0547] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 and 2, at least one side of the upper body 120 along the left-right direction Y is provided with a second plug-in structure 41.

[0548] As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the left side of the upper body 120. As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the right side of the upper body 120. As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided on both the supporting medium such as the beam on the left side and the supporting medium such as the beam on the right side of the upper body 120.

[0549] Since the main interior space of the upper body 120 consists of the driver's compartment and the passenger compartment, the wiring layout inside the upper body 120 is mostly along the shell or beams of the upper body 120. The second plug-in structure 41 is set on the side of the upper body 120 along the left-right direction Y to facilitate the wiring layout.

[0550] By using the above technical solution, a second plug-in structure 41 is provided on the side of the upper body 120 in the left-right direction Y. This not only makes it easier for the upper body 120 to support the second plug-in structure 41, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical components 121 on the left and right sides of the upper body 120 to the electrical structures 115 on the left and right sides of the chassis 110. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body 120.

[0551] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 and 2, at least one side of the upper body 120 along the longitudinal direction X is provided with a second plug-in structure 41.

[0552] As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the front side of the upper body 120. As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided only on the supporting medium such as the beam on the rear side of the upper body 120. As an example, the second insertion structure 41 may be provided on both the supporting medium such as the beam on the front side and the supporting medium such as the beam on the rear side of the upper body 120.

[0553] Since the main interior space of the upper body 120 consists of the driver's compartment and the passenger compartment, the wiring layout inside the upper body 120 is mostly along the shell or beams of the upper body 120. The second plug-in structure 41 is set on the side of the upper body 120 along the front-rear direction X to facilitate the wiring layout.

[0554] By using the above technical solution, a second plug-in structure 41 is provided on the side of the upper body 120 in the X direction. This not only makes it easier for the upper body 120 to support the second plug-in structure 41, but also makes it easier to connect the electrical components 121 on the front and rear sides of the upper body 120 to the electrical structures 115 on the front and rear sides of the chassis 110. This facilitates assembly and also makes it easier to arrange the wiring inside the upper body 120.

[0555] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4, 12 to 15, and 23 to 29, the second insertion body 41 is movably mounted on the upper vehicle body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6, and the sixth direction X6 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0556] The second insertion body 41 is movably mounted on the upper body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6, meaning that the second insertion body 41 can move on the upper body 120, and the direction of movement is along the sixth direction X6, or at a certain angle to the sixth direction X6, or rotate around the sixth direction X6, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the excess movement relative to the sixth direction X6.

[0557] The first direction X1 intersects with the sixth direction X6, and the second plug-in body 41 is movably mounted on the upper body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6. The second plug-in body 41 can move on the upper body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the second plug-in body 41 on the upper body 120, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0558] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is slidably mounted on the upper body 120 along the sixth direction X6. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6.

[0559] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the upper body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6, that is, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the upper body 120 about the axis along the sixth direction X6. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, and the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the sixth direction X6 can be absorbed by the second plug-in body 41.

[0560] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the upper body 120 about an axis along the seventh direction X7. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged together. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the seventh direction X7. The seventh direction X7 intersects with the sixth direction X6, so that the second plug-in body 41 can move on the upper body 120 relative to the sixth direction X6.

[0561] The second connector 41 is movably mounted on the upper body 120 so that it can move relative to the sixth direction X6 on the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, if there is a certain dimensional error between the second connector 41 and the first connector 31 relative to the sixth direction X6, the second connector 41 can move relative to the sixth direction X6 to absorb the dimensional error, which facilitates the alignment and insertion of the first connector 31 and the second connector 41, thereby realizing a quick electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0562] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4, 12 to 15, and 23 to 29. The second plug-in structure 40 includes a third support structure 42, which is mounted on the upper vehicle body 120. The second plug-in body 41 is movably mounted on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6.

[0563] The third support structure 42 refers to the structure used to support the second insertion body 41. The third support structure 42 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. Alternatively, the third support structure 42 can be made by sintering ceramic materials. It can also be die-cast. The third support structure 42 can be plate-shaped, block-shaped, frame-shaped, etc., depending on the specific requirements.

[0564] The second plug-in body 41 is movably installed on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6, meaning that the second plug-in body 41 can move relative to the third support structure 42, and the direction of movement is along the sixth direction X6, or at a certain angle to the sixth direction X6, or rotate around the sixth direction X6, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the margin of movement relative to the sixth direction X6.

[0565] The first direction X1 intersects with the sixth direction X6, and the second plug-in body 41 is movably mounted on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6. The second plug-in body 41 can move on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the second plug-in body 41 relative to the third support structure 42, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0566] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is slidably installed on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, and the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6 can be absorbed by the second plug-in body 41.

[0567] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6, that is, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 about the axis along the sixth direction X6. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected, and the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the sixth direction X6 can be absorbed by the second plug-in body 41.

[0568] As an example, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 about the axis along the seventh direction X7. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged and connected. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the seventh direction X7. The seventh direction X7 intersects with the sixth direction X6, so that the second plug-in body 41 can move relative to the sixth direction X6 on the third support structure 42.

[0569] A third support structure 42 is provided, and the second plug-in body 41 is movably installed on the third support structure 42. The second plug-in body 41 can be movably supported by the third support structure 42. After the third support structure 42 is installed on the upper body 120, the second plug-in body 41 can be movably installed on the upper body 120, which is convenient for assembly and use, and can also simplify the structure of the upper body 120 and facilitate manufacturing.

[0570] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 4, 12 to 15, and 23 to 29. The sixth direction X6 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1. This allows for the absorption of a larger displacement margin perpendicular to the first direction X1 within a smaller space during the insertion and connection process of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the movement direction of the second insertion body 41, and makes it easier to connect the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41.

[0571] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0572] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 may be perpendicular to the second direction X2. In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the second direction X2 may also be at an angle, such as an acute or obtuse angle. In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the second direction X2 may also be parallel.

[0573] In some embodiments, the second insertion body 41 is slidably mounted on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6.

[0574] The second insertion body 41 is slidably installed on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, which means that the second insertion body 41 can slide relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6.

[0575] The first direction X1 intersects with the sixth direction X6, and the second insertion body 41 can slide along the sixth direction X6 on the third support structure 42, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the assembly error along the sixth direction X6 between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0576] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, 12 to 15, and 23 to 29, the second insertion body 41 is movably mounted on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6 via the third connection structure 63.

[0577] The third connection structure 63 refers to the structure that connects the second insertion body 41 to the third support structure 42, so that the third support structure 42 supports the second insertion body 41 and allows the second insertion body 41 to move relative to the sixth direction X6 on the third support structure 42.

[0578] As an example, the third connection structure 63 can be a ball seat and ball head structure. Through the ball seat and ball head structure, the second insertion body 41 is supported on the third support structure 42, and the second insertion body 41 can rotate or swing at multiple angles on the third support structure 42.

[0579] As an example, the third connecting structure 63 can be a slider guide rail mechanism, a sleeve guide rod mechanism, a slide rail guide groove mechanism, etc., so as to realize that the second insertion body 41 is supported on the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 slides on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6.

[0580] As an example, the third connection structure 63 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure, so that the second insertion body 41 is supported on the third support structure 42, and the second insertion body 41 can rotate or swing on the third support structure 42.

[0581] As an example, the third connecting structure 63 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure that is slidably mounted on the third supporting structure 42; the third connecting structure 63 can also be a slider guide rail mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable on the slider, a sleeve guide rod mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the sleeve, a slide rail guide groove mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the slide rail, etc., so as to realize that the second insertion body 41 is supported on the third supporting structure 42, and the second insertion body 41 slides on the third supporting structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, and the second insertion body 41 rotates or swings on the third supporting structure 42.

[0582] The second plug-in body 41 and the third support structure 42 are movably connected by the third connecting structure 63. The connection is convenient, and the third support structure 42 can support the second plug-in body 41. It also facilitates the movement of the second plug-in body 41 relative to the third support structure 42 in the sixth direction X6.

[0583] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 15, 23 to 29. The third connection structure 63 includes a third movable member 631 disposed on one of the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42, and a third groove 632 formed on the other of the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42. The third movable member 631 is adapted to be inserted into the third groove 632.

[0584] The third groove 632 refers to a groove provided on the third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41, which is used to allow the third movable member 631 on the second insertion body 41 or the third support structure 42 to be inserted.

[0585] The third movable component 631 refers to a structure that is disposed on the third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41, can be placed in the third groove 632, and can move within the third groove 632. The third movable component 631 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The third movable component 631 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The third movable component 631 can also be made by die casting.

[0586] As an example, when the third movable member 631 rotates in the third groove 632, the third groove 632 can be a hemispherical groove structure, and the third movable member 631 can be a ball head. The third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632 to realize the rotation or swing of the third movable member 631 in the third groove 632, and the third movable member 631 is supported by the side wall of the third groove 632.

[0587] As an example, when the third movable member 631 rotates in the third groove 632, the third groove 632 can be a circular blind hole-shaped groove structure, and the third movable member 631 can be a round shaft. The round shaft is placed in the third groove 632 to enable the third movable member 631 to rotate in the third groove 632, and the third movable member 631 is supported by the side wall of the third groove 632.

[0588] As an example, when the third movable member 631 slides in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6, the third groove 632 can be a long groove structure extending along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 can be a long strip or block structure such as a slide rail or slider that slides in the third groove 632, so that the third movable member 631 can slide and move in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6.

[0589] As an example, when the third movable member 631 slides and rotates in the third groove 632, the third movable member 631 can be a round shaft, a ball seat, a block-shaped or strip-shaped structure with one side having an arc-shaped surface, and the third groove 632 can be a long groove structure extending in one direction. Thus, when the third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632, it can rotate in the third groove 632 and slide along the extension direction of the third groove 632. When the extension direction of the third groove 632 is the sixth direction X6, the third movable member 631 can slide in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6, and can rotate or oscillate in the third groove 632 about an axis perpendicular to the sixth direction X6 or about an axis intersecting the sixth direction X6.

[0590] As an example, the third movable component 631 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as on the third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41. As an example, the third movable component 631 can be integrally molded with the support medium. For example, if the third movable component 631 is installed on the third support structure 42, it can be directly molded onto the third support structure 42; similarly, if the third movable component 631 is installed on the second insertion body 41, it can be directly molded onto the second insertion body 41.

[0591] As an example, the third groove 632 can be manufactured separately. For instance, a structure with the third groove 632 can be manufactured and then installed on the support medium. Alternatively, a support with the third groove 632 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41. As another example, the third groove 632 can be integrally formed with the support medium. For instance, a groove structure adapted to support the third movable member 631 can be provided on the third support structure 42 to form the third groove 632; or a groove structure adapted to support the third movable member 631 can be provided on the second insertion body 41 to form the third groove 632.

[0592] The third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632 so that the third movable member 631 is supported by the side wall of the third groove 632. The third movable member 631 and the third groove 632 are respectively provided on the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42, which can facilitate the second insertion body 41 to be supported on the third support structure 42. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0593] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 15, 23 to 29, the third groove 632 extends along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 is slidably placed in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6.

[0594] The third groove 632 extending along the sixth direction X6 means that the third groove 632 is a long strip groove, and the length direction of the third groove 632 is parallel to the sixth direction X6. The length direction of the third groove 632 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the third groove 632, and the length direction of the third groove 632 is parallel to the side wall of the third groove 632.

[0595] The third movable member 631 is slidably placed in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6. That is, the third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632, supported by the sidewall of the third groove 632, and can translate within the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6. The third groove 632 supports the third movable member 631 and guides it to slide along the third groove 632, thereby achieving the connection between the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41, and allowing the second insertion body 41 to slide relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6.

[0596] The third groove 632 is extended along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632. The third movable member 631 can slide in the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6, so that the second insertion body 41 can translate relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, so that the second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the sixth direction X6. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0597] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 15, 23 to 29. The third connection structure 63 includes a third support member 633 and a third limiting member 634 spaced apart from the third support member 633. A third groove 632 is formed between the third limiting member 634 and the third support member 633. The third support member 633 and the third limiting member 634 are disposed on the corresponding third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41.

[0598] The third support member 633 refers to the structure of one side wall forming the third groove 632. The third support member 633 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The third support member 633 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The third support member 633 can also be made by die casting.

[0599] The third limiting member 634 refers to the structure forming the other sidewall of the third groove 632. The third limiting member 634 and the third support member 633 are spaced apart, thus forming the third groove 632 between the third limiting member 634 and the third support member 633. The third limiting member 634 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The third limiting member 634 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The third limiting member 634 can also be made by die casting.

[0600] When the third groove 632 is a hemispherical groove or hole, the third support member 633 and the third limiting member 634 cooperate to form the entire sidewall of the third groove 632. The third support member 633 is provided with a groove structure that forms half of the hemispherical groove or hole, and the third limiting member 634 is provided with a groove structure that forms the other half of the hemispherical groove or hole, so that the third support member 633 and the third limiting member 634 cooperate to form a hemispherical groove or hole, which serves as the third groove 632.

[0601] When the third groove 632 is an elongated groove, the third support member 633 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on one side of the third groove 632. The third limiting member 634 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on the other side of the third groove 632.

[0602] As an example, the third support member 633 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the third support member 633 separately and then installing it on the third support structure 42 or the second insertion body 41. As an example, the third support member 633 can be integrally formed with the support medium, such as by directly forming the third support structure 42 to create a sidewall of the third groove 632 on the third support structure 42; or by directly forming the third support member 633 on the second insertion body 41 to create a sidewall of the third groove 632 on the second insertion body 41.

[0603] As an example, the third limiting member 634 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the supporting medium, such as by manufacturing the third limiting member 634 separately and then installing it on the third supporting structure 42 or the second insertion body 41. As an example, the third limiting member 634 can be integrally formed with the supporting medium, such as by directly forming the third limiting member 634 on the third supporting structure 42 to create a sidewall of the third groove 632 on the third supporting structure 42; or by directly forming the third limiting member 634 on the second insertion body 41 to create a sidewall of the third groove 632 on the second insertion body 41.

[0604] The third support member 633 and the third limiting member 634 are used to form the third groove 632. The third movable member 631 can be supported by the cooperation of the third support member 633 and the third limiting member 634, and the third movable member 631 can be guided to translate along the sixth direction X6. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture and low in cost.

[0605] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 23 and 26, the third support member 633 is elongated and the third limiting member 634 is block-shaped.

[0606] The third support member 633 is elongated to support the third movable member 631 and guide the third movable member 631 to translate along the sixth direction X6. The third limiting member 634 is block-shaped, which reduces the strength of the third connecting structure 63 at the location of the third limiting member 634, making it easier for the third movable member 631 to be placed in the third groove 632. Moreover, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the third limiting member 634 and the third support member 633, the risk of the third movable member 631 falling out of the third groove 632 can be reduced, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42.

[0607] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13, 23, and 26, there are multiple third limiting members 634, which are arranged along the sixth direction X6. Providing multiple third limiting members 634 can better reduce the risk of the third movable member 631 falling out of the third groove 632 and improve the stability of the connection between the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42.

[0608] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 23 and 26. The third limiting member 634 has a third guide surface 6341 on the side opposite to the third support member 633. The third guide surface 6341 is used to guide the third movable member 631 into the third groove 632.

[0609] The third guide surface 6341 refers to the guide surface provided on the third limiting member 634. A guide surface is a surface that guides the movement of an object; the guide surface can be an inclined surface, a curved surface, etc. As an example, an inclined third guide surface 6341 can be provided on the side of the third limiting member 634 away from the third support member 633, so that the height of the third limiting member 634 along the depth direction of the third groove 632 gradually increases from the direction away from the third support member 633 to the direction of the third support member 633. Through the guidance of the third guide surface 6341, the third movable member 631 can slide from the third guide surface 6341 into the third groove 632 between the third limiting member 634 and the third support member 633.

[0610] The third limiting member 634 is provided with a third guide surface 6341, which can better guide the third movable member 631 into the third groove 632 for easy assembly.

[0611] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 15 and 29, the third movable member 631 includes a plurality of third block segments 6311, which are arranged along a sixth direction X6.

[0612] The third block segment 6311 refers to the block-shaped structural segment that forms part of the third movable component 631.

[0613] Using multiple third block segments 6311 to form a third movable member 631 can be well supported in the third groove 632 so as to smoothly translate along the sixth direction X6, and can reduce the structural strength at the third movable member 631 so as to be placed into the third groove 632 for easy assembly.

[0614] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 23 to 27, the third movable member 631 is an elongated strip extending along the sixth direction X6, that is, the third movable member 631 is an elongated strip, and the length direction of the elongated structure extends along the sixth direction X6.

[0615] The third movable part 631 is designed in the shape of a long strip, has high strength, simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can move smoothly and well in the third groove 632.

[0616] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 to 27, the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 about an axis along the seventh direction X7, which intersects with the first direction X1.

[0617] The second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 along the axis about the seventh direction X7, which means that the second plug-in body 41 can rotate relative to the third support structure 42, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the seventh direction X7, so as to absorb the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis about the seventh direction X7.

[0618] The first direction X1 intersects with the seventh direction X7, and the second insertion body 41 can rotate around the axis along the seventh direction X7 on the third support structure 42, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation around the axis along the seventh direction X7, thereby absorbing the tilt angle assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0619] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, the second plug-in body 41 is slidably mounted on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, the sixth direction X6 intersects with the seventh direction X7, and the sixth direction X6 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0620] The second insertion body 41 is slidably installed on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, which means that the second insertion body 41 can slide relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6.

[0621] By sliding the second insertion body 41 along the sixth direction X6 onto the third support structure 42, the second insertion body 41 can move relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6. Thus, when the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected, the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6 and the tilt angle allowance around the axis along the seventh direction X7 can be absorbed simultaneously. This facilitates the insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, and the structure is simple and easy to process and manufacture.

[0622] In some embodiments, the seventh direction X7 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the angular margin tilted to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the tilt direction of the second plug-in body 41, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0623] In some embodiments, the seventh direction X7 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0624] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the translational direction of the second plug-in body 41, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0625] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0626] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 can be perpendicular to the seventh direction X7, which not only facilitates the sliding installation of the second insertion body 41 on the third support structure 42, but also facilitates the rotation of the second insertion body 41 relative to the third support structure 42.

[0627] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the seventh direction X7 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0628] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the sixth direction X6, and the seventh direction X7 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the seventh direction X7 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the sixth direction X6, and the sixth direction X6 is perpendicular to the seventh direction X7, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the sixth direction X6, and the seventh direction X7.

[0629] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 to 27, the third movable member 631 is rotatably positioned in the third groove 632 about an axis along the seventh direction X7.

[0630] The third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632 for rotation about the axis along the seventh direction X7. This means that the third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632 and can rotate in the third groove 632, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the seventh direction X7.

[0631] The third movable member 631 is rotatably placed in the third groove 632 about the axis along the seventh direction X7, so that the third movable member 631 can rotate a certain angle in the third groove 632. The seventh direction X7 intersects with the first direction X1 and the sixth direction X6. Accordingly, the third movable member 631 moves relative to the sixth direction X6 in the third groove 632, and the second plug-in body 41 can rotate a certain angle relative to the third support structure 42. The direction of rotation is about the axis along the seventh direction X7. The seventh direction X7 intersects with the first direction X1. The first direction X1 is the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in. The second plug-in body 41 can rotate and tilt relative to the first plug-in body 31 to absorb the tilt angle margin about the axis of the seventh direction X7, so as to facilitate the plug-in of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, and thus facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0632] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, the third groove 632 extends along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 has a third arcuate surface 6312 on its periphery, and the third arcuate surface 6312 is inserted into the third groove 632.

[0633] The third groove 632 extending along the sixth direction X6 means that the third groove 632 is a long strip-shaped groove with its length direction parallel to the sixth direction X6. With the third groove 632 extending along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 placed in the third groove 632, the third movable member 631 can slide within the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6, thereby allowing the second insertion body 41 to translate relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, so that the second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the sixth direction X6.

[0634] The third arc-shaped surface 6312 refers to at least a portion of the circumference of the third movable member 631 that is arc-shaped. For example, if the third movable member 631 can be a round shaft, then all its circumference surfaces are the third arc-shaped surface 6312; another example is that a portion of the circumference of the third movable member 631 is the third arc-shaped surface 6312.

[0635] The third movable member 631 has a third arc-shaped surface 6312 on its periphery. The third arc-shaped surface 6312 is placed into the third groove 632. The side wall of the third groove 632 supports the third arc-shaped surface 6312 of the third movable member 631 so that the third movable member 631 can rotate a certain angle in the third groove 632.

[0636] The third groove 632 extends along the sixth direction X6, and the third movable member 631 is placed in the third groove 632, allowing the third movable member 631 to slide along the sixth direction X6 in the third groove 632, so that the second insertion body 41 can translate relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, so that the second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the sixth direction X6; a third arc-shaped surface 6312 is provided on the periphery of the third movable member 631, and the third arc-shaped surface 6312 is placed into the third groove 632, so that the third movable member 631 can rotate a certain angle in the third groove 632, thereby realizing the rotation of the second insertion body 41 relative to the third support structure 42 about the axis along the seventh direction X7. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0637] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, a third arcuate surface 6312 is provided on one side of the third movable member 631, and a third elastic portion 6313 is provided on the opposite side of the third movable member 631. The third elastic portion 6313 and the third arcuate surface 6312 elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the third groove 632.

[0638] The third elastic part 6313 refers to a structure on the third movable member 631 that can elastically deform. The third elastic part 6313 can be a structure such as a buckle, spring, or rubber pad on the third movable member 631. The third elastic part 6313 can be manufactured separately and then fixed to the third movable member 631. Alternatively, the third elastic part 6313 can be integrally formed with the third movable member 631.

[0639] A third arc-shaped surface 6312 and a third elastic part 6313 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the third movable member 631. This can create a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the third movable member 631 and the third groove 632, so that the second insertion body 41 can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the third support structure 42, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 can be inserted, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0640] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 to 27, the third movable member 631 is elongated. An elongated shape refers to a strip-shaped structure in three-dimensional space that has a certain dimension in the length, width, and height, and extends along the length direction; the length of the elongated shape is significantly greater than its width and height.

[0641] Using a long strip-shaped third movable member 631 can make the structure of the third movable member 631 stronger, which makes it easier to support the second plug-in body 41 on the third support structure 42; a third arc-shaped surface 6312 and a third elastic part 6313 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the third movable member 631, so that the third arc-shaped surface 6312 and the third elastic part 6313 respectively abut against the opposite side walls of the third groove 632.

[0642] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 24 to 27, when the third movable member 631 includes a plurality of third block segments 6311, one side of each third block segment 6311 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and the arc-shaped surfaces of the plurality of third block segments 6311 are combined to form a larger arc-shaped surface.

[0643] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 to 27, the third groove 632 has a third opening 6321 at one end along the sixth direction X6 for the third movable member 631 to extend into.

[0644] Since the third groove 632 extends along the sixth direction X6, one end of the third groove 632 along the sixth direction X6 is also one end of the length direction of the third groove 632. The third opening 6321 refers to the opening structure formed at the end of the length direction of the third groove 632.

[0645] A third opening 6321 is provided at one end of the third groove 632 so that the third movable part 631 can be inserted into the third groove 632 for easy assembly.

[0646] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, a third stop protrusion 632 is provided at one end of the third groove 632 that abuts against the side wall of the third elastic portion 6313 near the third opening 6321.

[0647] The third stop protrusion 6322 refers to a protruding structure provided on one side wall of the third groove 632, and the third stop protrusion 6322 is located on the side of the corresponding side wall of the third groove 632 facing the other side wall. The third stop protrusion 6322 can be a block-shaped, rod-shaped, or column-shaped piece, etc., and can be triangular, circular, rectangular, etc. The third stop protrusion 6322 can be integrally formed with the corresponding side wall of the third groove 632. Of course, the third stop protrusion 6322 can also be manufactured separately and then fixedly connected to the side wall of the third groove 632.

[0648] A third stop protrusion 6322 is provided on the third groove 632 to stop and limit the third elastic part 6313, thereby reducing the risk of the third movable part 631 disengaging from the third groove 632.

[0649] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, the third elastic portion 6313 is a third snap fastener provided on the third movable member 631.

[0650] The third buckle refers to the buckle structure provided on the third movable part 631.

[0651] The third elastic part 6313 uses a third buckle, which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can cooperate well with the third stop protrusion 6322 to reduce the risk of the third movable part 631 disengaging from the third groove 632.

[0652] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 3, 13, 15, 23 to 29, the second plug-in body 41 is provided with a third connection structure 63 on each of the opposite sides perpendicular to the sixth direction X6.

[0653] Since the third connecting structure 63 guides the second plug-in body 41 to move relative to the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, the third connecting structure 63 is provided on the opposite sides of the second plug-in body 41, so that the second plug-in body 41 can be smoothly installed on the third support structure 42, so that the second plug-in body 41 can move smoothly relative to the third support structure 42.

[0654] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 3, 13, 15, 23 to 29, the third support structure 42 is provided with a third receiving cavity 421, and the second insertion body 41 is placed in the third receiving cavity 421.

[0655] The third receiving cavity 421 refers to the cavity structure provided in the third support structure 42. The third receiving cavity 421 is provided in the third support structure 42, and the second insertion body 41 is placed in the third receiving cavity 421 to protect the second insertion body 41 through the third support structure 42. As an example, the third support structure 42 can be frame-shaped to form the third receiving cavity 421 within it. As an example, the third support structure 42 can be U-shaped to form the third receiving cavity 421 within it. As an example, if the third support structure 42 is U-shaped and the end of the third groove 632 has a third opening 6321, not only can the third receiving cavity 421 be formed within the third support structure 42, but it also facilitates the installation of the second insertion body 41 into the third receiving cavity 421 and the placement of the third movable member 631 into the third groove 632.

[0656] A third receiving cavity 421 is provided in the third support structure 42 to receive the second plug-in body 41. The third support structure 42 supports and protects the second plug-in body 41. The side wall of the third receiving cavity 421 can also limit the travel of the second plug-in body 41 relative to the sixth direction X6, so as to facilitate the plugging and connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0657] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28, the second plug-in structure 40 includes a fourth support structure 43 that supports a third support structure 42. The third support structure 42 is movably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 relative to an eighth direction X8. The eighth direction X8 intersects with the sixth direction X6 and the first direction X1.

[0658] The fourth support structure 43 refers to the structure used to support the third support structure 42. The fourth support structure 43 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The fourth support structure 43 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. Alternatively, the fourth support structure 43 can be die-cast. The fourth support structure 43 can be designed in the form of a plate, block, or frame, depending on the specific requirements.

[0659] The third support structure 42 is movably installed on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8, meaning that the third support structure 42 can move relative to the fourth support structure 43, and the direction of movement is along the eighth direction X8, or at a certain angle to the eighth direction X8, or rotate around the eighth direction X8, or rotate around a direction at a certain angle to the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the excess movement relative to the eighth direction X8.

[0660] The first direction X1 intersects with the eighth direction X8, and the third support structure 42 is movably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8. Then, the third support structure 42 and the second plug-in body 41 can move on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8, thereby changing the position and / or angle of the second plug-in body 41 and the third support structure 42 relative to the fourth support structure 43, so that the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 can be plugged and connected. The second plug-in body 41 can absorb the movement allowance relative to the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the assembly size error between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, so as to facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0661] The eighth direction X8 intersects with the sixth direction X6, while the sixth direction X6 intersects with the first direction X1. The eighth direction X8 intersects with the first direction X1. The second insertion body 41 moves on the third support structure 42 relative to the sixth direction X6, and the third support structure 42 moves on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8. This allows the second insertion body 41 to absorb the movement allowance relative to the plane containing the sixth direction X6 and the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing assembly errors in multiple directions or angles between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. This enables the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 to be inserted and connected when the two media are assembled.

[0662] As an example, the third support structure 42 is slidably installed on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, and is connected to the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 by insertion. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8.

[0663] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is slidably installed on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, and the third support structure 42 is slidably installed on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, the second plug-in body 41 can absorb the translational margin of the intersecting sixth direction X6 and eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the displacement margin of the plane where the sixth direction X6 and the eighth direction X8 are located.

[0664] As an example, the third support structure 42 is rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8. That is, the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42 can be rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 about the axis along the eighth direction X8. The first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the eighth direction X8.

[0665] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is slidably mounted on the third support structure 42 along the sixth direction X6, and the third support structure 42 is rotated on the fourth support structure 43 about the axis along the eighth direction X8, the second plug-in body 41 can absorb the translational allowance along the sixth direction X6, as well as the tilt angle allowance of the rotation about the axis along the eighth direction X8.

[0666] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 about the axis along the sixth direction X6, and the third support structure 42 is rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 about the axis along the eighth direction X8, the second plug-in body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the sixth direction X6 and the rotation about the axis along the eighth direction X8, thereby enabling the second plug-in body 41 to absorb multiple tilt angle margins.

[0667] As an example, when the second plug-in body 41 is rotatably mounted on the third support structure 42 about the axis along the sixth direction X6, and the third support structure 42 is slidably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, the second plug-in body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis along the sixth direction X6, as well as the translation margin along the eighth direction X8.

[0668] As an example, the third support structure 42 is rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 about an axis along the fifth direction X5. The first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are connected by insertion. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of the rotation about the axis along the fifth direction X5. The fifth direction X5 intersects with the eighth direction X8, so that the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42 can move on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8.

[0669] By movably mounting the third support structure 42 onto the fourth support structure 43, the third support structure 42 can move relative to the eighth direction X8 on the fourth support structure 43. This allows the third support structure 42 to absorb the excess material that can move relative to the eighth direction X8 when the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. This facilitates the alignment and insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and also facilitates the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0670] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28. The sixth direction X6 can be set perpendicular to the eighth direction X8 to facilitate the setting and determination of the sixth direction X6 and the eighth direction X8.

[0671] In some embodiments, the sixth direction X6 and the eighth direction X8 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0672] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, a larger displacement margin perpendicular to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the movement direction of the second plug-in body 41, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0673] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0674] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the sixth direction X6, and the eighth direction X8 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the sixth direction X6 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the eighth direction X8, and the eighth direction X8 is perpendicular to the sixth direction X6, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the sixth direction X6, and the eighth direction X8.

[0675] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28, the third support structure 42 is slidably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8.

[0676] The third support structure 42 is slidably installed on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, meaning that the third support structure 42 can slide relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8.

[0677] The first direction X1 intersects with the eighth direction X8, and the third support structure 42 can slide along the eighth direction X8 on the fourth support structure 43, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 along the eighth direction X8. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected.

[0678] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28, the third support structure 42 is movably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 relative to the eighth direction X8 via the fourth connecting structure 64.

[0679] The fourth connecting structure 64 refers to the structure that connects the third supporting structure 42 and the fourth supporting structure 43, so that the fourth supporting structure 43 supports the third supporting structure 42, and the third supporting structure 42 can move relative to the eighth direction X8 on the fourth supporting structure 43.

[0680] As an example, the fourth connecting structure 64 can be a ball seat and ball head structure, through which the third support structure 42 is supported on the fourth support structure 43, and the third support structure 42 can rotate or swing at multiple angles on the fourth support structure 43.

[0681] As an example, the fourth connecting structure 64 can be a slider guide rail mechanism, a sleeve guide rod mechanism, a slide rail guide groove mechanism, etc., to realize that the third support structure 42 is supported on the fourth support structure 43, and to make the third support structure 42 slide on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8.

[0682] As an example, the fourth connecting structure 64 can be a rotating shaft, a turntable, or other structure, so that the third supporting structure 42 is supported on the fourth supporting structure 43, and the third supporting structure 42 can rotate or swing on the fourth supporting structure 43.

[0683] As an example, the fourth connecting structure 64 can be a rotating shaft, turntable, or other structure that is slidably mounted on the fourth support structure 43; the fourth connecting structure 64 can also be a slider guide rail mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable on the slider, a sleeve guide rod mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the sleeve, a slide rail guide groove mechanism with a rotating shaft or turntable connected on the slide rail, etc., so as to realize that the third support structure 42 is supported on the fourth support structure 43, and the third support structure 42 slides on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, and the third support structure 42 rotates or swings on the fourth support structure 43.

[0684] The third support structure 42 and the fourth support structure 43 are movably connected by the fourth connection structure 64. The connection is convenient, and the fourth support structure 43 can support the third support structure 42. It also facilitates the movement of the third support structure 42 relative to the fourth support structure 43 in the eighth direction X8.

[0685] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28. The fourth connection structure 64 includes a fourth movable member 641 disposed on one of the third support structure 42 and the fourth support structure 43, and a fourth groove 642 formed on the other of the fourth support structure 43. The fourth movable member 641 is adapted to be inserted into the fourth groove 642.

[0686] The fourth groove 642 refers to a groove provided on the third support structure 42 or the fourth support structure 43, which is used to accommodate the fourth movable member 641 on the fourth support structure 43 or the third support structure 42.

[0687] The fourth movable component 641 refers to a structure that is disposed on the third support structure 42 or the fourth support structure 43, can be placed in the fourth groove 642, and can move within the fourth groove 642. The fourth movable component 641 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The fourth movable component 641 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The fourth movable component 641 can also be made by die casting.

[0688] As an example, when the fourth movable member 641 rotates in the fourth groove 642, the fourth groove 642 can be a hemispherical groove structure, and the fourth movable member 641 can be a ball head. The fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642 to realize the rotation or swing of the fourth movable member 641 in the fourth groove 642, and the fourth movable member 641 is supported by the side wall of the fourth groove 642.

[0689] As an example, when the fourth movable member 641 rotates in the fourth groove 642, the fourth groove 642 can be a circular blind hole-shaped groove structure, and the fourth movable member 641 can be a round shaft. The round shaft is placed in the fourth groove 642 to enable the fourth movable member 641 to rotate in the fourth groove 642, and the fourth movable member 641 is supported by the side wall of the fourth groove 642.

[0690] As an example, when the fourth movable member 641 slides in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8, the fourth groove 642 can be a long groove structure extending along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 can be a long strip or block structure such as a slide rail or slider that slides in the fourth groove 642, so that the fourth movable member 641 can slide and move in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8.

[0691] As an example, when the fourth movable member 641 slides and rotates in the fourth groove 642, the fourth movable member 641 can be a round shaft, a ball seat, a block-shaped or strip-shaped structure with one side curved, while the fourth groove 642 can be a long groove structure extending in one direction. Thus, when the fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642, it can rotate in the fourth groove 642 and slide along the extending direction of the fourth groove 642. When the extending direction of the fourth groove 642 is the eighth direction X8, the fourth movable member 641 can slide in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8, and can rotate or oscillate in the fourth groove 642 about an axis perpendicular to the eighth direction X8 or about an axis intersecting the eighth direction X8.

[0692] As an example, the fourth movable component 641 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the fourth movable component 641 separately and then installing it on the third support structure 42 or the fourth support structure 43. As an example, the fourth movable component 641 can be integrally molded with the support medium. For example, if the fourth movable component 641 is installed on the third support structure 42, it can be directly molded onto the third support structure 42; similarly, if the fourth movable component 641 is installed on the fourth support structure 43, it can be directly molded onto the fourth support structure 43.

[0693] As an example, the fourth groove 642 can be manufactured separately. For instance, a structure with the fourth groove 642 can be fabricated and then installed on the support medium. Alternatively, a support with the fourth groove 642 can be fabricated separately and then installed on the third support structure 42 or the fourth support structure 43. As another example, the fourth groove 642 can be integrally formed with the support medium. For instance, a groove structure adapted to support the fourth movable member 641 can be provided on the third support structure 42 to form the fourth groove 642; similarly, a groove structure adapted to support the fourth movable member 641 can be provided on the fourth support structure 43 to form the fourth groove 642.

[0694] The fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642, and the fourth movable member 641 is supported by the side wall of the fourth groove 642. The fourth movable member 641 and the fourth groove 642 are respectively set on the third support structure 42 and the fourth support structure 43, which makes it convenient for the third support structure 42 to be supported on the fourth support structure 43. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0695] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28, the fourth groove 642 extends along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 is slidably placed in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8.

[0696] The fourth groove 642 extending along the eighth direction X8 means that the fourth groove 642 is a long strip groove, and the length direction of the fourth groove 642 is parallel to the eighth direction X8. The length direction of the fourth groove 642 is perpendicular to the depth direction of the fourth groove 642, and the length direction of the fourth groove 642 is parallel to the side wall of the fourth groove 642.

[0697] The fourth movable member 641 is slidably placed in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8. That is, the fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642, supported by the sidewall of the fourth groove 642, and can translate within the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8. The fourth movable member 641 is supported by the fourth groove 642 and guided to slide along it, thereby connecting the fourth support structure 43 and the third support structure 42. This allows the third support structure 42 to slide relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, and consequently, the second insertion body 41 can slide relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8.

[0698] The fourth groove 642 is extended along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642. The fourth movable member 641 can slide in the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8, so that the third support structure 42 can translate relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, so that the second insertion body 41 and the third support structure 42 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the eighth direction X8. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0699] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 14, 23, 26 to 28. The fourth connecting structure 64 includes a fourth support member 643 and a fourth limiting member 644 spaced apart from the fourth support member 643. A fourth groove 642 is formed between the fourth limiting member 644 and the fourth support member 643. The fourth support member 643 and the fourth limiting member 644 are disposed on the corresponding third support structure 42 or fourth support structure 43.

[0700] The fourth support member 643 refers to the structure forming one side wall of the fourth groove 642. The fourth support member 643 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The fourth support member 643 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The fourth support member 643 can also be made by die casting.

[0701] The fourth limiting member 644 refers to the structure forming the other sidewall of the fourth groove 642. The fourth limiting member 644 and the fourth support member 643 are spaced apart, thus forming the fourth groove 642 between the fourth limiting member 644 and the fourth support member 643. The fourth limiting member 644 can be injection molded from materials such as plastic or rubber to facilitate processing and reduce manufacturing costs. The fourth limiting member 644 can also be made by sintering ceramic materials. The fourth limiting member 644 can also be made by die casting.

[0702] When the fourth groove 642 is a hemispherical groove or hole, the fourth support member 643 and the fourth limiting member 644 cooperate to form the entire sidewall of the fourth groove 642. The fourth support member 643 is provided with a groove structure that forms half of the hemispherical groove or hole, and the fourth limiting member 644 is provided with a groove structure that forms the other half of the hemispherical groove or hole, so that the fourth support member 643 and the fourth limiting member 644 cooperate to form a hemispherical groove or hole, which serves as the fourth groove 642.

[0703] When the fourth groove 642 is an elongated groove, the fourth support member 643 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on one side of the fourth groove 642. The fourth limiting member 644 can be in the shape of a block or strip to form a sidewall on the other side of the fourth groove 642.

[0704] As an example, the fourth support member 643 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the support medium, such as by manufacturing the fourth support member 643 separately and then installing it on the third support structure 42 or the fourth support structure 43. As an example, the fourth support member 643 can be integrally formed with the support medium, such as by directly forming the fourth support member 643 on the third support structure 42 to create a sidewall of the fourth groove 642 on the third support structure 42; or by directly forming the fourth support member 643 on the fourth support structure 43 to create a sidewall of the fourth groove 642 on the fourth support structure 43.

[0705] As an example, the fourth limiting member 644 can be manufactured separately and then installed on the supporting medium, such as by manufacturing the fourth limiting member 644 separately and then installing it on the third supporting structure 42 or the fourth supporting structure 43. As an example, the fourth limiting member 644 can be integrally formed with the supporting medium, such as by directly forming the fourth limiting member 644 on the third supporting structure 42 to create a sidewall of the fourth groove 642 on the third supporting structure 42; or by directly forming the fourth limiting member 644 on the fourth supporting structure 43 to create a sidewall of the fourth groove 642 on the fourth supporting structure 43.

[0706] The fourth support member 643 and the fourth limiting member 644 are used to form the fourth groove 642. The fourth movable member 641 can be supported by the cooperation of the fourth support member 643 and the fourth limiting member 644, and the fourth movable member 641 can be guided to translate along the eighth direction X8. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture and low in cost.

[0707] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 14 and 28, the fourth support member 643 is elongated and the fourth limiting member 644 is block-shaped.

[0708] Please refer to Figure 13. The fourth support member 643 is elongated to support the fourth movable member 641 and guide the fourth movable member 641 to translate along the eighth direction X8. The fourth limiting member 644 is block-shaped, which reduces the strength of the fourth connecting structure 64 at the location of the fourth limiting member 644. This facilitates the placement of the fourth movable member 641 in the fourth groove 642. Furthermore, due to the limiting effect of the cooperation between the fourth limiting member 644 and the fourth support member 643, the risk of the fourth movable member 641 falling out of the fourth groove 642 is reduced, improving the stability of the connection between the third support structure 42 and the fourth support structure 43, thereby improving the stability of the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0709] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 13, 14, and 28, there are multiple fourth limiting members 644, arranged along the eighth direction X8. Providing multiple fourth limiting members 644 can better reduce the risk of the fourth movable member 641 detaching from the fourth groove 642, improve the stability of the connection between the third support structure 42 and the fourth support structure 43, and thus improve the stability of the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0710] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 14 and 28 together. The fourth limiting member 644 has a fourth guide surface 6441 on the side opposite to the fourth support member 643. The fourth guide surface 6441 is used to guide the fourth movable member 641 into the fourth groove 642.

[0711] The fourth guide surface 6441 refers to the guide surface provided on the fourth limiting member 644. A guide surface is a surface that guides the movement of an object; it can be an inclined surface, a curved surface, etc. As an example, an inclined fourth guide surface 6441 can be provided on the side of the fourth limiting member 644 away from the fourth support member 643, so that the height of the fourth limiting member 644 along the depth direction of the fourth groove 642 gradually increases from the direction away from the fourth support member 643 to the direction of the fourth support member 643. Through the guidance of the fourth guide surface 6441, the fourth movable member 641 can slide from the fourth guide surface 6441 into the fourth groove 642 between the fourth limiting member 644 and the fourth support member 643.

[0712] The fourth limiting member 644 is provided with a fourth guide surface 6441, which can better guide the fourth movable member 641 into the fourth groove 642 for easy assembly.

[0713] In some embodiments, referring together to Figures 13, 14 and 28, the fourth movable member 641 includes a plurality of fourth block segments 6411, which are arranged along an eighth direction X8.

[0714] The fourth block segment 6411 refers to the block-shaped structural segment that forms part of the fourth movable element 641.

[0715] Using multiple fourth block segments 6411 to form a fourth movable member 641 can be well supported in the fourth groove 642 so as to smoothly translate along the eighth direction X8, and can reduce the structural strength at the fourth movable member 641 so as to be placed into the fourth groove 642 for easy assembly.

[0716] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 13, 23, 26 to 27, the fourth movable member 641 is an elongated strip extending along the eighth direction X8, that is, the fourth movable member 641 is an elongated strip, and the length direction of the elongated structure extends along the eighth direction X8.

[0717] The fourth movable part 641 is designed in the shape of a long strip, which has high strength, simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. It can also move smoothly and well in the fourth groove 642.

[0718] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG27, the third support structure 42 is rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 about an axis along the ninth direction X9, which intersects the first direction X1.

[0719] The third support structure 42 is rotatably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 along the axis about the ninth direction X9, meaning that the third support structure 42 can rotate relative to the fourth support structure 43, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the ninth direction X9, thereby absorbing the tilt angle margin of rotation about the axis about the ninth direction X9.

[0720] The first direction X1 intersects with the ninth direction X9, and the third support structure 42 can rotate around the axis along the ninth direction X9 on the fourth support structure 43, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are connected by insertion. The second insertion body 41 can absorb the tilt angle margin of rotation around the axis along the ninth direction X9, thereby absorbing the tilt angle assembly error between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120. When the chassis 110 and the upper body 120 are assembled, the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are connected by insertion.

[0721] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG27, the third support structure 42 is slidably mounted on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, the eighth direction X8 intersects with the ninth direction X9, and the eighth direction X8 intersects with the first direction X1.

[0722] The third support structure 42 is slidably installed on the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, meaning that the third support structure 42 can slide relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, thereby absorbing the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8.

[0723] By sliding the third support structure 42 onto the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, the third support structure 42 can move relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8. Thus, when the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 are inserted and connected, the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8 and the tilt angle allowance around the axis along the ninth direction X9 can be absorbed simultaneously. This facilitates the insertion of the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41, and the structure is simple and easy to process and manufacture.

[0724] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG27, the ninth direction X9 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the angular margin inclined to the first direction X1 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the tilt direction of the third support structure 42 and the second plug-in body 41, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0725] In some embodiments, the ninth direction X9 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0726] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 can be perpendicular to the first direction X1, so that during the process of connecting the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, the translational allowance along the eighth direction X8 can be absorbed in a smaller space. In addition, it facilitates the setting and determination of the translational direction of the third support structure 42 and the second plug-in body 41, and facilitates the connection between the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41.

[0727] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 and the first direction X1 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0728] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 can be perpendicular to the ninth direction X9, which not only facilitates the sliding installation of the third support structure 42 on the fourth support structure 43, but also facilitates the rotation of the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 relative to the fourth support structure 43.

[0729] In some embodiments, the eighth direction X8 and the ninth direction X9 may also be set at an angle, such as an acute angle or an obtuse angle.

[0730] In some embodiments, the first direction X1, the eighth direction X8, and the ninth direction X9 are mutually perpendicular, that is, the ninth direction X9 is perpendicular to the first direction X1, the first direction X1 is perpendicular to the eighth direction X8, and the eighth direction X8 is perpendicular to the ninth direction X9, so as to set and determine the first direction X1, the eighth direction X8, and the ninth direction X9.

[0731] In some embodiments, referring to FIG27, the fourth movable member 641 is rotatably positioned in the fourth groove 642 about an axis along the ninth direction X9.

[0732] The fourth movable member 641 is rotated about the axis along the ninth direction X9 and placed in the fourth groove 642. This means that the fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642 and can rotate in the fourth groove 642, and the axis of rotation is parallel to the ninth direction X9.

[0733] The fourth movable member 641 is rotatably placed in the fourth groove 642 about the axis along the ninth direction X9, so that the fourth movable member 641 can rotate a certain angle in the fourth groove 642. The ninth direction X9 intersects with the first direction X1 and the eighth direction X8. Accordingly, the fourth movable member 641 moves relative to the eighth direction X8 in the fourth groove 642, and the third support structure 42 and the second plug-in structure 40 supported on it can rotate a certain angle relative to the fourth support structure 43. The direction of rotation is about the axis along the ninth direction X9. The ninth direction X9 intersects with the first direction X1. The first direction X1 is the plug-in direction of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41. The first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41 are plugged in. The second plug-in body 41 can rotate and tilt relative to the first plug-in body 31 to absorb the tilt angle margin about the axis of the ninth direction X9, so as to facilitate the plugging of the first plug-in body 31 and the second plug-in body 41, and thus facilitate the electrical connection between the chassis 110 and the upper body 120.

[0734] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG27, the fourth groove 642 extends along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 has a fourth arcuate surface 6412 on its periphery, and the fourth arcuate surface 6412 is inserted into the fourth groove 642.

[0735] The fourth groove 642 extending along the eighth direction X8 means that the fourth groove 642 is a long strip-shaped groove with its length direction parallel to the eighth direction X8. With the fourth groove 642 extending along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 placed in the fourth groove 642, the fourth movable member 641 can slide within the fourth groove 642 along the eighth direction X8. This allows the third support structure 42 to translate relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, so that the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the eighth direction X8.

[0736] The fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 refers to at least a portion of the circumference of the fourth movable member 641 that is arc-shaped. For example, if the fourth movable member 641 can be a round shaft, then all its circumference surfaces are the fourth arc-shaped surface 6412; or, for example, a portion of the circumference of the fourth movable member 641 is the fourth arc-shaped surface 6412.

[0737] The fourth movable member 641 has a fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 on its periphery. The fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 is placed into the fourth groove 642. The side wall of the fourth groove 642 supports the fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 of the fourth movable member 641 so that the fourth movable member 641 can rotate a certain angle in the fourth groove 642.

[0738] The fourth groove 642 extends along the eighth direction X8, and the fourth movable member 641 is placed in the fourth groove 642, allowing the fourth movable member 641 to slide along the eighth direction X8 in the fourth groove 642, so that the third support structure 42 can translate relative to the fourth support structure 43 along the eighth direction X8, so that the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 can absorb the translational allowance of the movement along the eighth direction X8; a fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 is provided on the periphery of the fourth movable member 641, and the fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 is placed in the fourth groove 642, so that the fourth movable member 641 can rotate a certain angle in the fourth groove 642, thereby realizing the rotation of the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 relative to the fourth support structure 43 about the axis along the ninth direction X9. The structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.

[0739] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG27, a fourth arcuate surface 6412 is provided on one side of the fourth movable member 641, and a fourth elastic portion 6413 is provided on the opposite side of the fourth movable member 641. The fourth elastic portion 6413 and the fourth arcuate surface 6412 elastically abut against the opposite side walls of the fourth groove 642.

[0740] The fourth elastic part 6413 refers to a structure on the fourth movable member 641 that can elastically deform. The fourth elastic part 6413 can be a structure such as a snap-fit, spring, or rubber pad provided on the fourth movable member 641. The fourth elastic part 6413 can be manufactured separately and then fixed to the fourth movable member 641. Alternatively, the fourth elastic part 6413 can be integrally molded with the fourth movable member 641.

[0741] A fourth arc-shaped surface 6412 and a fourth elastic part 6413 are respectively provided on the opposite sides of the fourth movable member 641, so that there is a certain resistance between the opposite side walls of the fourth movable member 641 and the fourth groove 642, so that the third support structure 42 and the second insertion body 41 can be temporarily fixed at a position and angle relative to the fourth support structure 43, so that the first insertion body 31 and the second insertion body 41 can be inserted.

[0742] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 27, the fourth movable component 641 is elongated. An elongated shape refers to a strip-shaped structure in three-dimensional space that has a certain size in the length, width, and height dimensio...
