Lounger

Abstract

Our product is a lounger made of polypropylene and fiberglass-reinforced plastic material; its legs, body, side slats, and the frame of the reclining and lying sections are made of plastic; the backrest of the lounger is movable, while the lying section is fixed; on both sides of the two-piece body, which consists of the reclining and lying parts, there are frame-shaped plastic profiles that run along the full length, with an outer surface in the form of a triangular prism; between these profiles, a mesh fabric is stretched, forming the seating and reclining surfaces; the legs of the lounger, made of plastic in a U-profile form, are positioned angled outward at the front; these legs continue parallel to the body slats along the lying section, then descend downward in a V-shape near the reclining section, forming a plane on the ground and ending at the very back; between the lying and reclining sections, there is a folding mechanism on both sides that interlocks and allows the backrest to move like a cylindrical hinge; under the lounger, for durability, there are rectangular prism-shaped parallel plastic crossbars; at the back, there is a five-position mechanism to adjust the backrest angle; the supporting arm that performs the adjustment is mounted internally onto the frame profiles of the backrest; this supporting arm is also made of plastic and includes arch-shaped plastic crossbars for additional strength; furthermore, at the bottom end of the rear legs, there are small cylindrical wheels to facilitate transport.
