The present disclosure includes a connector assembly that is a part of a sensor assembly for collecting patient physiological data. The connector assembly can include a first connector tab with catches, a second connector tab with openings, a retainer with pins, and a circuit board coupled to a cable. Each of the pins of the retainer can include a detent that can engage one of the catches of the first connector tab. The pins can extend through the openings of the second connector tab so that the retainer is coupled to the first connector tab by the detents engaging the catches. The first and second connector tabs can thereby be coupled together to support the circuit board and the cable between the first and second connector tabs.

A coaxial cable connector formed via multi-shot injection molding has a body formed by multiple injection molding layers of different injection moldable materials about a central inner contact to form an integral connector body. The connector body is provided with a coaxial dielectric spacer of dielectric polymer surrounding the inner contact; a coaxial inner body of injectable molded metal composition surrounding an outer diameter of the dielectric spacer; and an outer body of polymer surrounding the inner body. Dual orientation connector with external contacts and conductive frame

A dual orientation connector having a connector tab with first and second major opposing sides and a plurality of electrical contacts carried by the connector tab. The plurality of contacts includes a first set of external contacts formed at the first major side and a second set of external contacts formed at the second major side. Each individual contact in the first plurality of contacts is electrically connected within the tab or body to a corresponding contact in the second plurality of contacts. In some embodiments contacts in the first and second pluralities of contacts that are directly opposite each other are coupled together. In some other embodiments, contacts in the first and second pluralities of contacts that are in a cater cornered relationship with each other are coupled together. A socket assembly for multichip in-line modules comprises: at least three parallel in-line sockets, one of which is an edge-card socket adapted to matably engage electrodes on the edge of a printed circuit board, and the others of which are module sockets adapted to accept multichip in-line modules; and, internal connections between respective pins in each of the parallel sockets, whereby signals from the printed circuit board may be simultaneously carried to each of the multichip in-line modules. Alternatively, a socket assembly for multichip in-line modules comprises: a substantially rigid housing structure; at least two parallel in-line sockets adapted to accept multichip in-line modules; a set of electrodes adapted for soldering to a printed circuit board; and, internal connections between respective pins in each of the parallel sockets and the set of electrodes, whereby signals from the printed circuit board may be simultaneously carried to each of the multichip in-line modules.

The ends of the electrical cords have an electrical connector that mates with a corresponding electrical connector provided in one of the electrically controlled devices. Each electrical connector of the electrical cords has an electrical contact housing with electrical contacts, an outer casing molded about the electrical contact housing, and an annular sealing member formed of a resilient and compressible material. The outer casing has an attachment portion fixed to one end of the electrical contact housing and a tubular portion radially spaced from the other end of the electrical contact housing. The annular sealing member is located in an annular space formed between the tubular portion and the electrical contact housing.

High performance electrical connector with translated insulator contact positioning

An electrical interconnect including a substrate with at least two adjacent layers configured to translate relative to each other between a nominal position and a translated position. A plurality of through holes are formed through the layers from a first surface of the substrate to a second surface of the substrate in both the nominal position and the translated position. At least one contact member is positioned in the through holes with distal portions accessible from the first surface and a proximal portions positioned near the second surface. The jelly roll is enclosed in a flexible pouch, and the first and second conductive tabs are extended through seals in the pouch to provide terminals for the battery cell. Furthermore, the battery cell has two or more thicknesses, wherein the different thicknesses are created by removing material from one or more of the layers before winding the layers together.

The present disclosure includes a connector assembly that is a part of a sensor assembly for collecting patient physiological data. The connector assembly can include a first connector tab with catches, a second connector tab with openings, a retainer with pins, and a circuit board coupled to a cable.
