The present application relates to the technical field of cast-in-place
pile, and discloses a construction method for removing a tool column in a process of pouring concrete into a cast-in-place
pile, which comprises a
pile hole, a column body formed by connecting a steel
pipe column and the tool column, sinking the column body in the pile hole, forming a lower ring cavity between the steel
pipe column and the inner side wall of the pile hole, and forming an upper ring cavity between the tool column and the inner side wall of the pile hole, a pressure relief hole arranged in the lower part of the tool column, pouring concrete to form a pile body of the cast-in-place pile, filling the lower ring cavity with gravel, pouring concrete into the steel
pipe cavity to form a steel pipe pile, and pumping out the mud in the tool cavity until the height of the mud in the upper ring cavity and the height of the mud in the tool cavity are respectively horizontally flush with the pressure relief hole. During the pumping process, the mud outside the tool column is synchronously pumped through the pressure relief hole, effectively reducing the water head pressure outside the tool column, and avoiding the phenomenon that the mud outside the tool column instantaneously flows into the tool column when the construction personnel enters the tool column to remove the connection between the tool column and the steel pipe column.
