[001] This utility model patent relates to a new constructive arrangement introduced in a dispenser for pasty foods, more particularly for pasty foods packaged in sachets, such as sauces, pastes and fillings of all kinds of non-solid foods, belonging to the technical sector of accessories for pasty food products, possibly containing small solid pieces, ready for use, intended to be consumed in individual portions, directly, or applied in doses as a complement to main dishes and / or sandwiches, doses which, for nutritional and / or sensory reasons, must have precise weight or volume, where the device has an innovative dosing nozzle that allows hygienic use, since the product does not come into contact with any part of it, thus obtaining very advantageous practical, safe and functional results.

[002] In the Food Service market, there are a large number of companies - snack industries, snack bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, etc. - that need to apply sauces and / or fillings in controlled doses as complements to other foods, such as ready-made dishes, pizzas, sandwiches, chicken croquettes, empanadas, etc.

[003] In addition to the problem of precise dosing (to maintain the quality of the final product while being economical), there is a constant concern for food safety, seeking to avoid, in the application procedure, conditions that could lead to the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms. In this sense, the most likely condition is the contamination of the dosing devices by the product being dosed, which, after some time, can lead to the growth of those microorganisms. [004] In this market segment, there are currently several forms of dosing which, depending on the type of application, can range from simple piping bags to equipment that uses a type of rigid packaging, whose movable lid functions as a piston, allowing dosing by controlled displacement. In all cases, however, either the dosing process is imprecise, or unhygienic, or requires expensive packaging relative to the price of the product. Often, a combination of these drawbacks.

[005] As part of the state of the art, we highlight the document BR202015019757-3, from the applicant itself, published on 21 / 02 / 2017, which, according to its summary, “This utility model patent concerns a new constructive arrangement introduced in an applicator for pasty foods, more particularly for pasty foods packaged in sachets, belonging to the technical sector of accessories for pasty food products, through which very advantageous practical, safe and functional results are obtained. The pasty food applicator comprises a tubular body (1), the front end having a closure (2) and the rear end closed by the trigger (3). Said closure (2) is formed by an annular body (21) that is coupled to the tubular body (1), equipped with a hinge (22) for the lid (23) and oppositely a lock (24) is provided.”On the front face of the lid (23) there is a slot (231), a triangular nozzle (232) and the check valve (234), which together with the triangular nozzle (232) holds the flattened end (41) of the tubular sachet (4). Said trigger (3) is provided with an annular closing body (31), with a hole in the center, through which passes the rod (32) in which there is a plunger (33) that moves by the action of the lever (34) and is locked by the lock (35).

[006] However, this device still has some drawbacks. [007] In seeking to resolve such inconveniences, we also have document BR102019004427-6 of 07 / 03 / 2019, from the applicant itself, referring to “APPLICATION AND DOSING EQUIPMENT FOR PASTY FOODS”, where according to its summary we have: “This invention patent concerns an application and dosing equipment for pasty foods, more particularly pasty foods packaged in sachets, belonging to the technical sector of accessories for pasty food products, where the equipment has manual operation, without the need for power sources and allows hygienic use, since the product does not come into contact with any part of it, thus obtaining very advantageous practical, safe and functional results.The equipment comprises a base (1), equipped on one side with a lid (2) with a lock (3), on the lower face is provided the trigger lever (4), which simultaneously actuates on the front face the fixing and movement system (5) of the sachet dosing nozzle (S) causing it to open to release the food and returning to the initial position, extending the dosing nozzle and sealing the food outlet, where the food dosage is regulated by the dosing system (6) provided on the rear face of the base (1) which is also provided internally with two spindles (7), which move the piston (8), by rotating through the helical grooves provided in the holes (81), causing it to move and pressing the sachet (S).

[009] Also as part of the state of the art, we highlight the document BR112017001690-7 of 07 / 22 / 2015, concerning a PACKAGING SYSTEM, which according to its summary states: “The present invention relates to a dispensing system for dispensing a packaged product, for example, a condiment, in one or more areas. A package that includes a packet containing the product cooperates with a dispensing gun to dispense a dose of product. In several aspects, the invention includes a packaging system that includes a container and a flexible package; a package with a frangible seal, the package including a flexible packet; a dispensing assembly for dispensing a product from the package; a dispensing gun system; a method of manufacturing a package; and a method of dispensing a product.”The packaging system includes a container, such as a rigid sleeve, and a flexible package positioned inside the container, and also includes a valve that allows the product to exit the inner package and be dispensed. An optional diffuser coordinates with the valve to dispense the product from one or more product outlets.

[010] This system, in addition to having a complex construction, also has limitations in its use, since it can only be used for a specific sauce container and can only be produced on specialized, high-cost machines. Besides the cost of producing such a specific sachet, the amortization of this cost greatly increases the cost of each sachet, and placing the sachet in the dispenser body becomes more complicated and requires special care.

[011] Thus, the paste food dispenser was developed, which Petition 870250005577, dated 01 / 23 / 2025, page 9 / 19 5 / 7, with its innovative constructive arrangement, solves the drawbacks of the prior art, with a dispenser that presents functional improvements in its use and manufacture, allowing it to be used with any type of sachet of pasty foods and applied with any applicator of the prior art, such as, for example, the applicator illustrated in figure 5, in addition to enabling perfect hygienic conditions of use, solving the aforementioned drawbacks and providing other advantages resulting from its design.

[013] According to figures 1 to 4, the new constructive arrangement introduced in a dispenser for pasty foods, particularly those packaged in sachets and used with an applicator (A), comprises a tubular body (1), a portioning profile, equipped at the lower end with a refill piston (2), moved by said applicator (A), and at the upper end, it is equipped with a threaded neck (3) that receives the dosing nozzle (4), which is formed by a cap (41), equipped with an internal thread and on the upper face with a hole (411) through which the piercing nozzle (42) passes, in a single body, formed by a Petition 870250005577, dated 01 / 23 / 2025, page 10 / 19 6 / 7 tubular region (421) closed at the lower end by a tip (422), near this, provided with holes (423) and at the opposite end, an annular body (424), the base (43) being fitted over the cap (41) and the piercing nozzle (42), formed by a tubular body (431), with an internal diameter proportional to the diameter of the cap (41), provided internally, near the upper end, with an annular body (432) in which the silicone valve (44) is fitted by its lower face, formed by a ring (441) where the protrusion (442) extends from the perimeter of the central hole, provided on the upper face with a concave wall (443) with cross-shaped slots (444) forming the outlet of the pasty food from the sachet.

[014] With the new constructive arrangement introduced in the paste food dispenser, its use and manufacture have become very simple, efficient and hygienic, simply placing the sachet inside the tubular body (1), fitting the refill plunger (2) into the bottom, and attaching the dosing nozzle (4) to the upper end and the threaded neck (3). The cap (41) is screwed onto the threaded neck (3), then the piercing nozzle (42) is inserted into the upper hole of the cap (41), which perforates the sachet, then the base (43) is fitted together with the silicone valve (44), and finally the dispenser is attached to the applicator (A) and it will be ready to be used.

[015] The paste food dispenser, as designed, offers several advantages over its counterparts known to date: - Simple manufacturing process with few components; - it does not restrict its use to a specific packaging format (sachet), both in terms of shape and packaging structure material; - It allows for perfect hygienic conditions of use; - Allows the sachet to be shaped and filled with the product in any "form / fill / seal" type filling machine, which is very common in the industry.
