The preparation method comprises: preparing the materials according to the ratio, placing the materials into a medium speed mixer to mix for 5-30 min to obtain a mixed material, pouring the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder, and carrying out melt extrusion and granulation to obtain the product, wherein a screw rotation speed is controlled to 300-600 rpm.
