A polyamide composite material and its preparation method and application

Abstract

The invention discloses a polyamide composite material, which comprises components by weight: 30-60 parts of aliphatic polyamide resin; 6-18 parts of PA6T / 6I; 10-50 parts of glass fiber; 14-28 parts of flame retardant; 0.3-1 parts of antioxidant; the flame retardant is selected from any one or more of a mixture of diethyl aluminum phosphinate and aluminum phosphite or a mixture of diethyl aluminum phosphinate and melamine polyphosphate. In the glass fiber reinforced polyamide material, the present invention effectively improves the high temperature yellowing resistance of the material by selecting a specific flame retardant system and adding a certain amount of PA6T / 6I and antioxidant, while ensuring the flame retardant property and mechanical strength of the material, and can solve the problem of floating fibers on the surface of the workpiece, and the prepared polyamide composite material has good color stability, excellent flame retardant property and mechanical properties at high temperature, and the surface appearance of the workpiece is good.
