The technical scheme points of the application are as follows: S1, 2000 kg of concentrated hydrochloric acid (20%) is reacted with 200 kg of aluminum hydroxide for 1.5 hours; S2, after the reaction in the step S1 is completed, 1200 kg of calcium aluminate powder is added and the reaction is continued for 2 hours; S3, after the reaction in the step S2 is completed, 200 kg of ferrous sulfate is added and the reaction is continued for 0.5 hours; S4, after the reaction in the step S3 is completed and the liquid is cooled to normal temperature, a reaction product A is obtained; S5, sodium alginate aluminum bauxite and iron powder are added into the product A obtained in the step S4 and stirred to obtain a product B; S6, the product B obtained in the step S6 is poured into a mold and cast and pressed into a 10*10*10mm cube to obtain a water body phosphorus removal material C.
