Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to an anti-theft device for a vehicle. BACKGROUND
[0002] In recent years, theft of a vehicle (an automobile) using a method called a CAN invader is becoming a problem. The CAN invader is able to release a door lock or start an engine (a motor) by intruding into a control system of a vehicle constructed by a CAN (Controller Area Network) from outside the vehicle. It is difficult to completely prevent intrusion into the CAN by the CAN invader, and a countermeasure against theft is generally taken in which the vehicle is physically prevented from traveling (for example, refer to Patent Literature 1).
[0003] The brake pedal lock disclosed in Patent Literature 1 is used by being installed in a foot space of the vehicle, and is able to change a movable range of the brake pedal. In a case where the brake pedal lock of Patent Literature 1 is used, for example, the movable range of the brake pedal is set to be narrow so that the brake pedal cannot be depressed to a position at which braking is effected when the user is to leave the vehicle. Thus, in a general vehicle in which the engine is started in a state where the brake pedal is depressed, the engine cannot be started. As a result, theft of the vehicle can be prevented.

[0059] (Structure of Anti-Theft Device)
[0060] Next, an anti-theft device of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a schematic view showing a vehicle equipped with an anti-theft device according to an embodiment of the present application.
[0061] As shown in Figure 1 , the anti-theft device 10 according to the present embodiment is equipped with a relay unit 12, a remote operation device 14, and a cable unit 16. The remote operation device 14 is configured to be able to perform wireless communication with the relay unit 12. The remote operation device 14 transmits an operation signal to the relay unit 12 by being operated by a user. In the present embodiment, the remote operation device 14 is configured to be able to transmit an operation signal using a rolling code, for example. Furthermore, the remote operation device 14 can be a dedicated operation device for the anti-theft device 10, or a terminal device such as a tablet or a smartphone.
[0062] The relay unit 12 is mounted on the vehicle 1. Specifically, the relay unit 12 is connected to a fuse box 100 of the vehicle 1 through the cable unit 16. In the present embodiment, the relay unit 12 is connected to the fuse box 100 inside the vehicle 1, for example, so that the relay unit 12 cannot be confirmed from the outside of the vehicle 1.
[0063] Figure 2 is a schematic view showing the relay unit 12, the cable unit 16, and the fuse box 100. As shown in Figure 2 , the relay unit 12 is equipped with a housing 20, a plurality of sockets 22, 24, 26, a control section 28, a reception section 30, a plurality of switching sections 32, 34, a detection section 36, and a plurality of connection sections 38, 40, 42, 44, 46.
[0064] In the present embodiment, the housing 20 is formed in a box shape. The sockets 22, 24, 26 and the connection sections 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 are provided to the housing 20 in a manner that they protrude from the housing 20. In the present embodiment, the sockets 22, 24, 26 have the same structure and each have a pair of terminals 23a. The sockets 22, 24, 26 are each configured to be able to be inserted into a fuse 104 of the fuse box 100, which will be described later.
[0065] The control section 28, the receiving section 30, the switching sections 32, 34, and the detecting section 36 are provided in the housing 20. In the present embodiment, the control section 28 is electrically connected to the receiving section 30, the switching sections 32, 34, the detecting section 36, and the connection sections 44, 46. The socket 22 is electrically connected to the switching section 32 and the connection section 38, the socket 24 is electrically connected to the switching section 34 and the connection section 40, and the socket 26 is electrically connected to the detecting section 36 and the connection section 42, the details of which will be described later. In the present embodiment, the operation signal transmitted from the remote operation device 14 is received by the receiving section 30. As will be described later, the control section 28 controls the switching sections 32, 34 based on the operation signal received by the receiving section 30.
[0066] Further, the functions of the control section 28 can be realized by hardware such as an electronic circuit, or by a CPU and a program. In addition, in the present embodiment, each section of the relay unit 12 (the control section 28, the receiving section 30, the switching sections 32, 34, the detecting section 36, and the like) is operated by power supplied from a not-illustrated power source (battery) provided in the housing 20, for example.
[0067] The cable unit 16 includes a plurality of cables 60a, 60b, 60c. In the present embodiment, the cables 60a, 60b, 60c have the same structure, each having a cable body 61 and a plug 62. The plug 62 is provided at one end of the cable body 61. Each plug 62 has a pair of terminals 62a.
[0068] The other end of the cable body 61 is configured to be detachable with respect to the relay unit 12 (the connection sections 38, 40, 42). For example, it can be that the connection sections 38, 40, 42 are sockets, and a plug that is detachable with respect to the connection sections 38, 40, 42 is provided at the other end of the cable body 61, the illustration of which is omitted.
[0069] The fuse box 100 has a plurality of sockets 102 and a plurality of fuses 104. Each socket 102 has a pair of terminals 102a. Each fuse 104 has a pair of terminals 104a and a fuse element 104b provided between the pair of terminals 104a. In the present embodiment, the socket 102 corresponds to the second socket.
[0070] Figure 3 is a diagram showing an outline of the use state of the relay unit 12. As Figure 2 and Figure 3As shown, in use of the theft prevention device 10, the relay unit 12 is connected with the fuse box 100 by the cable unit 16 (cables 60a, 60b, 60c). In the present embodiment, for example, the fuse 104 is removed from a specific socket 102 of the fuse box 100, and the plug 62 of the cable 60a is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 is removed. In addition, the fuse 104 removed from the socket 102 into which the plug 62 of the cable 60a is inserted is inserted into the socket 22. Similarly, the fuse 104 is removed from a specific socket 102 of the fuse box 100, and the plug 62 of the cable 60b (cable 60c) is inserted into the socket 102. In addition, the fuse 104 removed from the socket 102 into which the plug 62 of the cable 60b (cable 60c) is inserted is inserted into the socket 24 (socket 26).
[0071] Figure 4 is a view showing the electrical connection relationship of the relay unit 12 with the fuse box 100. Further, in Figure 4 , the illustration of the control section 28 (refer to Figure 3 ) is omitted for simplification of the drawing, but as described above, the control section 28 is electrically connected with the switching sections 32, 34 and the detection section 36.
[0072] As shown in Figure 4 , the switching section 32 is connected with the socket 22 (one terminal 23a) via the wire 50d. The connection section 38 is connected with the socket 22 (the other terminal 23a) via the wire 50e, and is connected with the switching section 32 via the wire 50f. In the present embodiment, the wires are provided on a substrate, not shown, for example.
[0073] In the present embodiment, the cut-off section 70a is constituted by the wires 50d, 50e, 50f, the socket 22 and the switching section 32. In addition, in the cut-off section 70a, the socket 22 corresponds to the first socket, the wires 50d, 50f correspond to the first wire section, the wire 50e corresponds to the second wire section, and the switching section 32 corresponds to the first switching section.
[0074] In the cut-off section 70a, the pair of terminals 23a of the socket 22 is connected via the fuse 104 by insertion of the fuse 104 into the socket 22. Thereby, the wire 50d is electrically connected with the wire 50e.
[0075] The switching section 32 is controlled by the control section 28 to switch whether the first wire section (wires 50d, 50f) can be energized. Further, in the present specification, the switching of whether the wire section can be energized means switching between a state in which the wire section can be energized and a state in which the energization of the wire section is cut off. In addition, the state of the switching section in which the wire section can be energized is referred to as a connection state, and the state of the switching section in which the energization of the wire section is cut off is referred to as a cut-off state. In Figure 4The switching section 32 is shown in a cut-off state.
[0076] The switching section 34 is connected to the socket 24 (one terminal 23a) via a wire 50g. The connecting section 40 is connected to the socket 24 (the other terminal 23a) via a wire 50h, and is connected to the switching section 34 via a wire 50i.
[0077] In the present embodiment, the cut-off section 70b is constituted by the wires 50g, 50h, 50i, the socket 24, and the switching section 34. In the cut-off section 70b, the socket 24 corresponds to the first socket, the wires 50g, 50i correspond to the first wire section, the wire 50h corresponds to the second wire section, and the switching section 34 corresponds to the first switching section.
[0078] As with the cut-off section 70a, in the cut-off section 70b, the pair of terminals 23a of the socket 24 is connected via the fuse 104 by inserting the fuse 104 into the socket 24. Thus, the wire 50g is electrically connected to the wire 50h.
[0079] As with the switching section 32, the switching section 34 is controlled by the control section 28 to switch whether the first wire section (wires 50g, 50i) can be energized.
[0080] The detecting section 36 is connected to the socket 26 (one terminal 23a) via a wire 50j. The connecting section 42 is connected to the socket 26 (the other terminal 23a) via a wire 50k, and is connected to the detecting section 36 via a wire 50l. In the present embodiment, the socket 26 corresponds to the third socket, the wires 50j, 50l correspond to the third wire section, and the wire 50k corresponds to the fourth wire section.
[0081] The pair of terminals 23a of the socket 26 is connected via the fuse 104 by inserting the fuse 104 into the socket 26. Thus, the wire 50j is electrically connected to the wire 50k.
[0082] The cable main body 61 of the cables 60a, 60b, 60c has a pair of wires 61a connected to a pair of terminals 62a. In the present embodiment, the connecting sections 38, 40, 42 are electrically connected to the pair of terminals 102a of the socket 102 via the pair of wires 61a and the pair of terminals 62a, respectively.
[0083] In the present embodiment, the first wire section (wires 50d, 50f) of the cut-off section 70a is electrically connected to one terminal 102a of the socket 102 via one wire 61a and one terminal 62a of the cable 60a. Also, the second wire section (wire 50e) of the cut-off section 70a is electrically connected to the other terminal 102a of the socket 102 via the other wire 61a and the other terminal 62a of the cable 60a.
[0084] Similarly to the cutting section 70a, the first wiring section (wiring 50g, 50i) of the cutting section 70b is electrically connected to a terminal 102a of the socket 102 via a conductor 61a and a terminal 62a of the cable 60b. Furthermore, the second wiring section (wiring 50h) of the cutting section 70b is electrically connected to another terminal 102a of the socket 102 via another conductor 61a and another terminal 62a of the cable 60b.
[0085] In this embodiment, when the fuse 104 is inserted into the socket 22 and the switching part 32 is in the connected state, the pair of terminals 102a of the socket 102 with the plug 62 containing the cable 60a is electrically connected via the cable 60a, the cutting part 70a, and the fuse 104 inserted into the socket 22. On the other hand, even when the fuse 104 is inserted into the socket 22, the electrical connection of the pair of terminals 102a of the socket 102 with the plug 62 containing the cable 60a is also cut off when the switching part 32 is in the cut-off state.
[0086] Similarly, when the fuse 104 is inserted into the socket 24 and the switching part 34 is in the connected state, the pair of terminals 102a of the socket 102 with the plug 62 to which the cable 60b is inserted are electrically connected via the cable 60b, the cutting part 70b, and the fuse 104 inserted into the socket 24. On the other hand, even when the fuse 104 is inserted into the socket 24 and the switching part 34 is in the disconnected state, the electrical connection of the pair of terminals 102a of the socket 102 with the plug 62 to which the cable 60b is inserted is also disconnected.
[0087] The third wiring section (wiring 50j, 50l) is electrically connected to a terminal 102a of the socket 102 via a conductor 61a and a terminal 62a of the cable 60c. In addition, the fourth wiring section (wiring 50k) is electrically connected to another terminal 102a of the socket 102 via another conductor 61a and another terminal 62a of the cable 60c.
[0088] In this embodiment, the detection unit 36 detects the voltage or current supplied to the third wiring section (wiring 50j, 50l). Furthermore, the detection unit 36 can be constructed using a known voltmeter or ammeter structure; therefore, a detailed description of the detection unit 36 is omitted.
[0089] like Figure 3 As shown, an alarm 52 for notifying an alarm is connected to the connection part 44, for example. In this embodiment, a light is used as the alarm 52, for example. Additionally, a buzzer 54 is connected to the connection part 46.
[0090] In the present embodiment, when a voltage (or current) of a value (threshold value) or more is detected by the detection section 36 in the case where the switching section 32 is in the off state, the control section 28 drives the alarm 52. In the present embodiment, the control section 28 causes a lamp serving as the alarm 52 to light or blink. Further, in the present embodiment, the above-mentioned threshold value is set to a magnitude capable of detecting the voltage (or current) supplied from the auxiliary power supply. In other words, the above-mentioned threshold value is set to a magnitude capable of detecting the on-off of the auxiliary power supply.
[0091] Further, in the present embodiment, in a state where the switching sections 32, 34 are set to the connected state and a voltage (or current) of the above-mentioned threshold value or more is detected by the detection section 36, the control section 28 stops the switching of the energization possibility by the switching sections 32, 34.
[0092] Further, the control section 28 drives the buzzer 54 based on an operation signal from the remote operation device 14 to cause the buzzer 54 to emit a sound corresponding to the state (off state, connected state) of the switching sections 32, 34. In the present embodiment, when an operation signal for setting the switching sections 32, 34 to the off state is transmitted from the remote operation device 14 to the relay unit 12, the buzzer 54 emits a sound for notifying that the switching sections 32, 34 have been switched to the off state or that the switching sections 32, 34 have been set to the off state. Further, when an operation signal for setting the switching sections 32, 34 to the connected state is transmitted from the remote operation device 14 to the relay unit 12, the buzzer 54 emits a sound for notifying that the switching sections 32, 34 have been switched to the connected state or that the switching sections 32, 34 have been set to the connected state.
[0093] (EFFECTS)
[0094] In the present embodiment, for example, the fuse 104 for the door lock is detached from the fuse box 100 and inserted into the socket 22, and the plug 62 of the cable 60a is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 has been detached. Further, the fuse 104 for the stop lamp is detached from the fuse box 100 and inserted into the socket 24, and the plug 62 of the cable 60b is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 has been detached. Also, the fuse 104 supplied with the auxiliary power supply is detached from the fuse box 100 and inserted into the socket 26, and the plug 62 of the cable 60c is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 has been detached. Hereinafter, the effects of the anti-theft device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with the assumption that the relay unit 12 and the fuse box 100 are connected as described above.
[0095] When the antitheft device 10 according to the present embodiment is used, for example, in a state where the ignition power supply and the auxiliary power supply of the vehicle 1 are disconnected and the doors are locked, the remote operation device 14 is operated by the user. The remote operation device 14 sends an operation signal to the relay unit 12 according to the operation of the user. In the present embodiment, the remote operation device 14 sends an operation signal for bringing the switching sections 32, 34 to the connected state and an operation signal for bringing the switching sections 32, 34 to the disconnected state to the relay unit 12 according to the operation of the user.
[0096] When the receiving section 30 of the relay unit 12 receives the operation signal for bringing the switching sections 32, 34 to the disconnected state from the remote operation device 14, the control section 28 sets the switching sections 32, 34 to the disconnected state. Thereby, the conduction of the first wiring sections (wirings 50d, 50f and wirings 50g, 50i) of the cutoff sections 70a, 70b is cut off.
[0097] In the present embodiment, the conduction of the first wiring sections (wirings 50d, 50f) of the cutoff section 70a is cut off, and the power supply to the driving device for driving the door lock is cut off. Thereby, even in a case where the control system of the vehicle 1 is intruded from the outside by a CAN intruder or a relay attack or the like, it is possible to prevent the door lock from being released. In addition, since the power supply to the driving device for driving the door lock is cut off, even if a key emulator is used, it is not possible to release the door lock. As a result of these, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0098] In addition, in the present embodiment, the conduction of the first wiring sections (wirings 50g, 50i) of the cutoff section 70b is cut off, and the power supply to the brake lamp (stop lamp) is cut off. In this case, even if it is assumed that a person who wants to steal the vehicle 1 (a thief) enters the inside of the vehicle 1 and operates the brake pedal, the control system cannot recognize that the brake pedal is operated. Thereby, for example, it is possible to prevent the engine (a motor of an EV system or a hybrid system, or the like) from being started or the shift lever from being operated (change from P range). As a result of these, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0099] Thus, according to the antitheft device 10 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen by connecting the relay unit 12 with the fuse box 100. In this case, in comparison with a case where the operation of the brake pedal is physically prevented as in a conventional brake pedal lock, the foot space of the driver is not narrowed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen without affecting the comfort of driving.
[0100] In addition, in the theft prevention device 10 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen by controlling the energization to the socket 102 of the fuse box 100. That is, according to the theft prevention device 10 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen without affecting the structure of the ECU or the control network (for example, a network constructed by CAN) mounted on the vehicle 1. Thus, it is possible to use the common theft prevention device 10 in many vehicle models. In addition, since it is not necessary to analyze the ECU and the control network of the vehicle 1, the product design of the theft prevention device 10 becomes easy.
[0101] In addition, in the present embodiment, in the case where the auxiliary power supply of the vehicle 1 is turned on by the thief by some means when the switching sections 32, 34 are set to the cut-off state, the turning on of the auxiliary power supply is detected by the detection section 36, and the alarm is notified by the alarm 52. Thus, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0102] In addition, in the present embodiment, in the case where the user operates the remote operation device 14, a sound corresponding to the operation of the remote operation device 14 is emitted from the buzzer 54. Thus, the user can easily grasp the state (the connected state or the cut-off state) of the switching sections 32, 34.
[0103] In the case where the vehicle 1 is to be used, the user operates the remote operation device 14 to make the switching sections 32, 34 to the connected state. Thus, it is possible to make the fuse 104 inserted into the socket 22, 24 to function as usual. In addition, in the present embodiment, in the state where the voltage (or the current) equal to or higher than the threshold value set in advance is detected by the detection section 36, the control section 28 stops the switching of the switching sections 32, 34 to the cut-off state. Thus, it is possible to prevent the switching sections 32, 34 from being switched to the cut-off state when the vehicle 1 is running.
[0104] (Modified Example)
[0105] In the above-described embodiment, the power source for operating the relay unit 12 is provided to the relay unit 12, but the power can be supplied to the relay unit 12 from the outside of the relay unit 12. Specifically, the power for operating the relay unit 12 can be extracted from the socket 102 to which the power is continuously supplied in the fuse box 100. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, the relay unit 12 can be connected to the socket 102 of the fuse box 100 via a cable 106. Figure 5As shown, a wiring portion 56 for taking out electric power from the wirings 50e, 50f can also be formed in the relay unit 12. In addition, although not shown, a cable for taking out electric power from a portion other than the fuse block 100 can also be provided in the relay unit 12. For example, a cable capable of being connected to a battery (a vehicle-mounted battery) mounted on the vehicle 1 can also be provided in the relay unit 12 to take out electric power from the vehicle-mounted battery. In addition, for example, an electrotap or the like can also be used to take out electric power for operating the relay unit 12 from a wiring (a wiring for a power window or the like) to which electric power is continuously supplied.
[0106] In the above-described embodiment, the alarm 52 and the buzzer 54 are provided so as to be detachable with respect to the relay unit 12, but the alarm 52 and the buzzer 54 can also be fixed so as to be non-detachable with respect to the relay unit 12.
[0107] In the above-described embodiment, a case in which a lamp is used as the alarm 52 is described, but another device can also be used as the alarm. For example, the buzzer 54 can also be used as the alarm, and a warning sound is emitted from the buzzer 54.
[0108] In the above-described embodiment, the cable unit 16 (the cables 60a, 60b, 60c) is provided so as to be detachable with respect to the relay unit 12, but the cable unit 16 can also be fixed so as to be non-detachable with respect to the relay unit 12.
[0109] In the above-described embodiment, a case in which the switching portions 32, 34 are provided in the first wiring portions (the wirings 50d, 50f and the wirings 50g, 50i) is described, but the switching portions 32, 34 can also be provided in the second wiring portions (the wirings 50e, 50h). In addition, in the above-described embodiment, a case in which the detecting portion 36 is provided in the third wiring portions (the wirings 50j, 50l) is described, but the detecting portion 36 can also be provided in the fourth wiring portion (the wiring 50k).
[0110] In the above-described embodiment, a case in which the relay unit 12 has a plurality of the cutting portions 70a, 70b is described, but the number of the cutting portions provided in the relay unit can also be one, and can also be three or more. In addition, for example, the relay unit can also be configured so as to be capable of connecting an extension relay unit having a cutting portion. Figure 6 FIG. 7 is a view showing a relay unit to which an extension relay unit is connected.
[0111] As shown in FIG. 7, the relay unit 12 is connected to the extension relay unit 12a. The extension relay unit 12a has a cutting portion 70c, and the cutting portion 70c is connected to the cutting portion 70b of the relay unit 12. The extension relay unit 12a also has a switching portion 32a, and the switching portion 32a is connected to the switching portion 32 of the relay unit 12. The extension relay unit 12a also has a detecting portion 36a, and the detecting portion 36a is connected to the detecting portion 36 of the relay unit 12. Figure 6As shown, in the present embodiment, the relay unit 12 is provided with a connection portion 48 for connecting the extension relay unit 18. The extension relay unit 18 is provided with a housing 20a, a cut-off portion 70c provided to the housing 20a, a cable 60d, and a cable 58. The cable 60d has the same structure as the cable 60a, and is provided so as to be detachable with respect to the housing 20a. The cable 58 is configured to be detachable with respect to the connection portion 48. In the present embodiment, the cut-off portion 70c is electrically connected to the control portion 28 of the relay unit 12 via the cable 58.
[0112] Figure 7 is a schematic diagram showing the structure of the cable 60d and the cut-off portion 70c. In the present embodiment, the cable 60d is configured in the same manner as the cable 60a shown in Figure 4 , and has a cable main body 61 and a plug 62. The cut-off portion 70c is configured in the same manner as the cut-off portion 70a shown in Figure 4 . Specifically, the cut-off portion 70c has a wiring 50a, 50b, 50c, a socket 22a, and a switching portion 32a, which are configured in the same manner as the wiring 50d, 50e, 50f, the socket 22, and the switching portion 32 of the cut-off portion 70a. In the present embodiment, the socket 22a corresponds to the fourth socket, the wiring 50a, 50c corresponds to the fifth wiring portion, the wiring 50b corresponds to the sixth wiring portion, and the switching portion 32a corresponds to the second switching portion. The switching portion 32a is electrically connected to the control portion 28 via the cable 58, and is controlled by the control portion 28 to switch whether the fifth wiring portion (wiring 50a, 50c) can be energized.
[0113] For example, in the vehicle 1, in a case where another fuse box is provided at a location different from the fuse box 100, the extension relay unit 18 can be connected to the relay unit 12 and connected to the above-described another fuse box via the cable 60d. For example, in a case where a fuse for a rear door lock is provided in a fuse box at a location different from the fuse box 100, the fuse for the rear door lock is removed from the fuse box and inserted into the socket 22a of the extension relay unit 18. Also, the plug 62 of the cable 60d connected to the extension relay unit 18 is inserted into the socket from which the fuse for the rear door lock is removed. In this state, the lock of the rear door can be prevented from being released by causing the switching portion 32a to be in the cut-off state. Further, the relay unit 12 can be configured to be able to connect a plurality of extension relay units 18, a detailed description of which is omitted. In addition, a plurality of cut-off portions can be provided in the extension relay unit 18. In addition, the second switching portion (switching portion 32a) can be provided to the sixth wiring portion (wiring 50b).
[0114] In the above embodiment, the case where the control unit 28 sets multiple switching units of multiple cutting units to the same state (cut-off state or connected state) has been described. However, it is also possible that the control unit 28 sets some of the multiple switching units to the cut-off state and sets the other switching units to the connected state according to the user's operation.
[0115] In the above embodiment, the connection or disconnection of the auxiliary power supply is detected by the detection unit 36 detecting the voltage (or current) supplied from the socket 102 of the fuse box 100. However, the structure for detecting the connection or disconnection of the auxiliary power supply is not limited to the example described above. Specifically, a detection wiring section that can be electrically connected to the auxiliary power supply may be provided in the relay unit 12, and the detection unit 36 may be provided in this detection wiring section. In this case, for example, the connection or disconnection of the auxiliary power supply can be detected by electrically connecting the detection wiring section to the cigarette lighter socket using a cable or the like and detecting the voltage (or current) supplied from the cigarette lighter socket by the detection unit 36. Alternatively, for example, in... Figure 3 and Figure 4 The relay unit 12 shown does not have a socket 26. Wiring 50j and 50k (refer to...) Figure 4 Assuming a single wiring configuration, wirings 50j, 50k, and 50l are used as detection wiring sections. In this configuration, in cable 60c, a plug with a fuse element and power extraction wiring is used instead of plug 62, thereby enabling the plug to function as a fuse and allowing auxiliary power to be extracted from a specific socket 102. In this case, the voltage (or current) supplied from the specific socket 102 can also be detected by the detection unit 36, thus enabling the detection of the connection or disconnection of the auxiliary power.
[0116] The remote operating device 14 can be operated by the user or installed anywhere in the vehicle 1 so that the user can operate the remote operating device 14 from outside the vehicle 1. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the remote operating device 14 is configured to wirelessly communicate with the relay unit 12; however, it can also be configured to allow wired communication between the relay unit 12 and the remote operating device 14. In this case, for example, the remote operating device 14 can be installed anywhere in the vehicle 1 so that the user can operate the remote operating device 14 from outside the vehicle 1.
[0117] In the above-described embodiment, the states of the switching sections 32, 34 are switched by operating the common remote operation device 14, but remote operation devices can be provided for each of the switching sections 32, 34. For example, it can be that the remote operation device for switching the switching section 32 is configured to be operable from the outside of the vehicle 1, and the remote operation device for switching the switching section 34 is configured in the interior of the vehicle 1. In this case, for example, it is possible to switch whether or not the fuse 104 for the door lock can be energized by operating the remote operation device provided outside the vehicle 1, and to switch whether or not the fuse 104 for the brake light can be energized by operating the remote operation device provided in the interior of the vehicle 1. By providing a plurality of remote operation devices as described above, the engine of the vehicle 1 can be started only when the switching sections are operated from both the outside and the interior of the vehicle 1, and it is possible to more fully prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0118] In the above-described embodiment, the case where the control section 28 switches the states of the switching sections 32, 34 based on the operation signal from the remote operation device 14 is described, but the theft prevention device can not have a remote operation device and a control section. Specifically, the theft prevention device according to the embodiment of the present application can have the following components: a first socket having a pair of terminals; a first wiring section electrically connected to one terminal of the first socket and capable of being electrically connected to a second socket provided in a fuse box of a vehicle; a second wiring section electrically connected to the other terminal of the first socket and capable of being electrically connected to the second socket; and a first switching section provided in the first wiring section or the second wiring section and for switching whether or not the first wiring section or the second wiring section can be energized. Thus, the theft prevention device can be configured to switch the state of the first switching section by directly operating the first switching section by a user. Figure 8 FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a theft prevention device not having a remote operation device and a control section.
[0119] Figure 8 The theft prevention device 10a shown has a socket 80, wiring sections 82a, 82b, 82c, a switching section 84, and a plug 86. The socket 80 is configured similarly to the socket 22 described above, and has a pair of terminals 80a, 80b. The plug 86 is configured similarly to the plug 62 described above, and has a pair of terminals 86a, 86b.
[0120] One terminal 80a of the socket 80 is electrically connected to the switching section 84 via the wiring section 82a. The other terminal 80b of the socket 80 is electrically connected to one terminal 86a of the plug 86 via the wiring section 82b. The other terminal 86b of the plug 86 is electrically connected to the switching section 84 via the wiring section 82c. In the present embodiment, the socket 80 corresponds to the first socket, the wiring sections 82a, 82c correspond to the first wiring section, the wiring section 82b corresponds to the second wiring section, and the switching section 84 corresponds to the first switching section.
[0121] The switch 84 is operated by the user to switch whether the first wiring portion (wires 82a, 82c) is energized or not. For example, the switch 84 is installed at an arbitrary place of the vehicle 1 so that the user can operate the switch 84 from the outside of the vehicle 1.
[0122] In the present embodiment, for example, the fuse 104 for the door lock is removed from the fuse box 100 of the vehicle 1 and inserted into the socket 80, and the plug 86 is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 is removed. For example, in a state in which the ignition power supply and the auxiliary power supply of the vehicle 1 are turned off and the door is locked when the anti-theft device 10a is used, the switch 84 is set to the off state. Thereby, the energization of the first wiring portion (wires 82a, 82c) is cut off, and thus the power supply to the driving device for driving the door lock is cut off. As a result, it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0123] Further, a plurality of anti-theft devices 10a can be provided to the vehicle 1. In this case, for example, the switch 84 of one anti-theft device 10a can be arranged so as to be operable by the user from the outside of the vehicle 1 as described above, and the switch 84 of another anti-theft device 10a can be arranged inside the vehicle 1 so as to be operable by the user inside the vehicle 1.
[0124] For the anti-theft device 10a in which the switch 84 is arranged inside the vehicle 1, for example, the fuse 104 for the brake light is removed from the fuse box 100 of the vehicle 1 and inserted into the socket 80, and the plug 86 is inserted into the socket 102 from which the fuse 104 is removed. Thereafter, the ignition power supply and the auxiliary power supply of the vehicle 1 are turned off, and the switch 84 is set to the off state. Thereby, the energization of the first wiring portion (wires 82a, 82c) is cut off, and thus the power supply to the brake light is cut off. As a result, it is possible to prevent the engine from being started or the shift lever from being operated, and thus it is possible to prevent the vehicle 1 from being stolen.
[0125] Industrial Applicability
[0126] According to the present application, an anti-theft device capable of preventing a vehicle from being stolen without affecting the comfort of driving is obtained.
