An adaptive heat exchanger for multi-size hydrogen storage single tubes

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of solid-state hydrogen storage technology, specifically disclosing an adaptive heat exchange device for multi-size hydrogen storage single tubes. The device includes a heat exchange cylinder with a hydrogen storage single tube installed inside, a support and guiding mechanism positioned below the heat exchange cylinder for supporting and guiding the single tube, and an adjustable baffle mechanism mounted on the heat exchange cylinder. The adjustable baffle mechanism includes an upper baffle assembly mounted on and extending into the heat exchange cylinder, and a lower baffle assembly mounted on and extending into the heat exchange cylinder. The upper and lower baffle assemblies are arranged opposite to each other. The upper and lower baffle assemblies, the support and guiding mechanism, and the heat exchange cylinder are slidably fitted together. This invention solves the problems of equipment redundancy, high cost, and poor flexibility caused by the "one-to-one fixed matching" design of hydrogen storage single tubes and heat exchange baffle plates in the prior art, greatly improving working efficiency and accuracy.
