Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of environmental functional materials and rare metal recovery, and more particularly relates to a functionalized acrylic fiber-based porous fiber adsorption material and a preparation method and application thereof. First, polyacrylonitrile, a water-soluble porogen and a surfactant are dissolved in an organic solvent to form a uniform precursor solution through ultrasonic dispersion, and an acrylic fiber-based nanofiber precursor is prepared through electrospinning technology. Then, the porogen is removed through water washing to form a hierarchical pore structure. Finally, a chemical grafting reaction is performed, and a reagent containing amino and phosphonic groups is used to cooperatively modify the surface of the fiber to introduce N, P and O multi-dentate coordination groups. The adsorption material prepared by the application has high specific surface area, rich active sites and excellent mechanical strength, solves the problems of low adsorption capacity and slow mass transfer rate of traditional adsorption materials in rare earth recovery, has good adsorption effect on rare earth ions, can be repeatedly used for multiple times, and is particularly suitable for recovering rare earth resources from low-concentration solutions.
