Abstract

The application relates to a stress-preventing processing tool for an insert piece casting, which comprises a base, a support table, a special block, a clamping unit and a height limiting unit, the special block is detachably installed above the support table, the clamping unit is arranged on the two sides of the special block, the clamping unit comprises a base, an arcuate frame, a first telescopic spring and a pressing block, a T-shaped groove is arranged above the arcuate frame, a limiting block is arranged in the T-shaped groove, and the two ends of the first telescopic spring are fixedly connected with the base and the limiting block, the height limiting unit comprises an L-shaped support, a telescopic rod, a pressing rod and a locking nut, a T-shaped sliding rail is arranged in the L-shaped support, and the telescopic rod is matched with the T-shaped sliding rail. The special block is used for fixing the insert piece, the clamping units on the two sides are used for pressing the whole insert piece, the insert piece is prevented from being deformed, the height limiting unit is used for reinforcing the clamping units and detecting the height change of the pressing rod, and the effect is excellent.
