Description

[0001] The invention relates to a conductor rail run-up for current collectors of electrically operated railways, in particular commuter trains, subways and the like, comprising at least one base profile, at least one sliding surface profile and at least one fastening arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a conductor rail run-up is described in DE 20 2012 103 104 U1.

[0002] The conductor rail run-up is well-known in the art and has proven itself over many years. This conductor rail run-up is connected to a conductor rail, which generally consists of an aluminum profile with a stainless steel sliding surface. The conductor rail run-up, as a component in conjunction with the conductor rail, serves to ensure that the current collectors of electrically operated railways use the stainless steel sliding surface as a running surface for current collection. The sliding surface of a conductor rail run-up is inclined at a slight angle to the horizontal in the inlet area and continues in a horizontal transition area. The conductor rail run-up is regularly used as the start or end of a conductor rail that runs parallel to the railway track and is held by conductor rail supports.

[0003] Furthermore, a conductor rail run-up device is described in DE 299 10 855 U1. This conductor rail run-up device for the laterally arranged current collectors of electric railways, in particular suburban railways, with a profile support made of light metal and a sliding surface made of stainless steel, which is inclined at a slight angle to the horizontal in the inlet area and merges into a horizontal transition area, is intended to avoid disadvantages of the prior art in that the sliding surface is formed by the flange of a T-profile made of stainless steel, the web of which is held in a slot in the profile support made of light metal in the transition area, whereby the T-profile is made of stainless steel. In order to ensure that it fits the standard profile for the aluminum composite conductor rail and that it can be accommodated in a conductor rail support, slotted aluminum profile pieces are to be welded onto the stainless steel T-profile in the rear and front sections of the conductor rail run-up device and then screwed or welded to it.A disadvantage of this conductor rail ramp is its complicated and therefore expensive manufacturing. A further disadvantage of this conductor rail ramp is that, due to the selected design, the entire composite profile, particularly due to the slits, exhibits reduced mechanical strength and stability. Another disadvantage of this conductor rail ramp is its service life, as the stainless steel sliding surface wears out quickly, particularly when used as intended, and either needs to be replaced or the entire conductor rail ramp needs to be replaced. DE 10 2011 050 920 A1 is also considered state of the art.

[0004] Another conductor rail run-up is known from DE 20 2010 014 090 U1. This conductor rail run-up for the laterally arranged current collectors of electric railways has a profile support and a sliding surface made of stainless steel, which in the run-in area is inclined at a slight angle to the horizontal and merges into a horizontal transition area. The sliding surface is formed by the flange of a T-profile made of stainless steel and the web in the transition area is also made completely of stainless steel. In the transition area to the standard profile, the conductor rail run-up consists of three stainless steel profiles which are welded together for connection to the standard profile and for attachment to the conductor rail support. Furthermore, a stainless steel profile is welded into the middle area of the conductor rail run-up, which is used for attachment to the conductor rail support. The disadvantage of this conductor rail run-up is its complex and / orA complicated design, resulting in expensive manufacturing and assembly. Another disadvantage of this conductor rail ramp is that, when used in this case, the stainless steel sliding surface is worn relatively quickly by the current collectors of the electrically operated railways, and the entire conductor rail ramp then has to be replaced with a new, expensively manufactured and laboriously installed one.

[0005] This is where the invention comes in, which has set itself the task of demonstrating a conductor rail run-up that overcomes the disadvantages of the known prior art, that can be manufactured inexpensively and economically, that can be quickly and safely installed or removed in new or existing conductor rail systems and that has a long service life when used as intended.

[0006] According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.

[0007] It has surprisingly been found that a conductor rail run-up for current collectors of electrically operated railways, in particular commuter trains, subways and the like, comprising at least one base profile, at least one sliding surface profile and at least one fastening arrangement, wherein the base profile has a profile foot, a profile head and a profile web connecting these, wherein the fastening arrangement has at least one holding element and at least one fastening element, is characterized in that the holding element of the fastening arrangement is arranged in a materially bonded manner on the sliding surface profile and the latter is connected to the base profile via at least one fastening element. This advantageous embodiment of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention for current collectors of electrically operated railways enables cost-effective and economical production. The conductor rail run-up according to the invention is advantageously designed so that it can be used in all existing conductor rail systems, i.e., it can be used in conductor rail systems covered from above or below, as well as in side-covered conductor rail systems for current collectors of electrically operated railways. A further advantage of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention is that it has a significantly longer service life than the prior art, since the sliding surface profile is significantly more wear-resistant when the conductor rail run-up for current collectors of electrically operated railways is used as intended, and a nearly worn sliding surface profile of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention can be replaced with a new one without also replacing the base profile.

[0008] It has also proven advantageous that the sliding surface profile is positively connected to the base profile via the fastening elements of the fastening arrangement. The advantage of this design is that when the sliding surface profiles are almost worn out, they can be removed from the existing conductor rail run-up and replaced with new sliding surface profiles that are installed. Another advantage of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention is that the sliding surface profile is positively connected to the base profile via the fastening elements of the fastening arrangement. In this advantageous embodiment, the connection between the sliding surface profile and the base profile is optimized.

[0009] Another advantage of the busbar ramp according to the invention is that two opposing retaining elements are positioned on at least one side of the sliding surface profile so that they enclose the profile head of the base profile in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner. This ensures not only cost-effective and economical production of the busbar ramp according to the invention, but also that the sliding surface profile can be quickly installed and that the sliding surface profile of the busbar ramp according to the invention can also be adapted for differently dimensioned profile heads of base profiles. It has also proven advantageous that two opposing retaining elements are positioned on at least one side of the sliding surface profile so that they enclose the profile web of the base profile in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner. In this embodiment of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention, it is possible, on the one hand, to manufacture it cost-effectively and economically and, on the other hand, to apply the sliding surface profile to existing conductor rail run-ups of other makes as a replacement for worn sliding surface profiles.

[0010] It has also proven advantageous that at least one side of the sliding surface profile has at least one retaining element arranged along its entire length. This makes it possible to produce the sliding surface profile of the busbar ramp according to the invention economically and cost-effectively, and it can be attached both to newly manufactured busbar ramps according to the invention and to already installed busbar ramps with worn sliding surface profiles. Furthermore, the busbar ramp according to the invention is designed such that it has at least two retaining elements arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction on at least one side of the sliding surface profile. In this embodiment, the conductor rail run-up according to the invention can also be manufactured cost-effectively and economically, and the sliding surface profile, which generally has a length of 3 to 10 m and a radius of approximately 8 m over its entire length, can be newly attached to differently dimensioned base profiles or attached to existing base profiles as a replacement for worn sliding surface profiles.

[0011] It has also proven advantageous for the busbar ramp according to the invention that the fastening element is designed as a screw operatively connected to at least one threaded hole in the profile head and / or the profile web. This enables cost-effective and economical provision of the individual parts of the busbar ramp according to the invention, as well as rapid assembly of newly installed busbar ramps according to the invention, as well as the replacement of existing busbar ramps or worn sliding surface profiles of other busbar ramps.

[0012] In a further advantageous embodiment of the busbar run-up according to the invention, it is designed such that the fastening element connects at least two opposing holding elements to one another in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner. In this advantageous embodiment, quick and cost-effective assembly of the busbar run-up according to the invention is possible with reduced material consumption. Furthermore, quick disassembly of a worn sliding surface profile of the busbar run-up according to the invention is also possible. It has also proven extremely advantageous that the sliding surface profile has a thickness of approximately 8 to 50 mm, preferably 10 to 30 mm. By dimensioning the thickness of the sliding surface profile of the busbar run-up according to the invention, in addition to the proven electrical conductivity, the service life is also many times longer than in the known prior art.

[0013] The conductor rail run-up according to the invention is further configured such that at least one plate element is arranged on the base profile. This facilitates the installation of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention in existing conductor rail systems and also enables the cover elements required for a conductor rail system to be easily mounted on the conductor rail run-up according to the invention. A further advantage of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention is that the free end of the sliding surface profile is arranged at a distance from the first plate element via a hollow space. This advantageous configuration of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention ensures that the current collectors of electrically operated railways are securely guided along the sliding surface profile during intended use.

[0014] Another advantage of the conductor rail run-up device according to the invention has been found to be that the sliding surface profile and / or the holding elements and / or the fastening element are made of metal, preferably of steel in accordance with DIN EN 10020, particularly preferably of stainless steel in accordance with DIN EN 10088. By varying the material of the individual components of the conductor rail run-up device according to the invention, it can be manufactured economically and cost-effectively, can be used both as a newly installed conductor rail run-up device and as a replacement for existing conductor rail run-ups, and has a much longer service life.

[0015] It has also proven extremely advantageous that the base profile is made of metal, preferably aluminum with an electrical conductivity of at least 30 x 10 6S / m. As a result, the conductor rail run-up according to the invention can be dimensioned so small in terms of its size, weight and volume that, on the one hand, it can be manufactured cost-effectively and economically and, on the other hand, it reliably ensures the flow of current from the conductor rail system via the current collector to the electrically operated railways at all times. It is also advantageous that the sliding surface profile projects beyond the base profile with at least one free end. This advantageous embodiment of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention for current collectors of electrically operated railways enables cost-effective and economical production, wherein the conductor rail run-up according to the invention can be used or adapted for all known conductor rail systems.

[0016] It has also proven advantageous that the free end of the sliding surface profile has a radius of at least 0.04 m, preferably approximately 0.08 m, whereby this advantageous embodiment of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention ensures that the mechanical stress on both the conductor rail run-up according to the invention and the current collector of the electrical tracks is reduced. Surprisingly, however, it has also been found that the free end of the sliding surface profile is arranged at an acute angle to the first plate element and / or to the base profile, thereby further reducing the stress on the current collector of electrically operated tracks. It has also proven advantageous in the conductor rail run-up according to the invention that the sliding surface profile has at least two sliding surface profile elements arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction of the profile. This allows for economical and cost-effective production of the sliding surface profile of the conductor rail run-up according to the invention, while on the other hand, when the conductor rail run-up according to the invention is used as intended for current collectors of electrically operated railways, the particularly wear-prone free ends which project beyond the base profile and cover it can also be replaced individually without having to dismantle or replace the entire conductor rail run-up according to the invention.

[0017] The invention will now be described in more detail using these non-limiting embodiments.

The sliding surface profile 3 is designed such that its free end 30 projects beyond the base profile 2 and covers it.In this exemplary embodiment, the fastening arrangements 7 are designed such that they each have a holding element 9 and two fastening elements 8. In this exemplary embodiment, the sliding surface profile 3 has a first sliding surface profile element 31 and a second sliding surface profile element 32 arranged thereon, which are integrally connected to one another in this exemplary embodiment. The first base profile element 21 and the first sliding surface profile element 31 have approximately the same length of approximately 0.8 m in the longitudinal direction in this exemplary embodiment. The second base profile element 22 and the second sliding surface profile element 32 have a length of approximately 3 m in the longitudinal direction of the profile in this exemplary embodiment. In this exemplary embodiment, the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention is designed such that the first sliding surface element 31 is arranged on the first base profile element 21 such that the holding element 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 is arranged in a materially bonded manner on the side of the first sliding surface element 31 opposite the base profile 2 and connects this to the profile head 5 of the base profile 2 in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner via the fastening elements 8. The second base profile element 22, which in this exemplary embodiment is connected in one piece via a radius to the first base profile element 21 of the base profile 2, is connected to the second sliding surface profile element 32 via the holding elements 9 of the fastening arrangement 7, which are arranged in a materially bonded manner on the side of the second sliding surface profile element 32 opposite the base profile 2 and connect this to the base profile 2 in a force-fitting manner via the fastening elements 8.In this exemplary embodiment of the conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention, the fastening arrangements 7 are each designed such that they have a holding element 9 which is fixed in a materially bonded manner to the respective side of the sliding surface profile 3, and such that the fastening element 8 is designed as a screw operatively connected to at least one threaded hole in the profile head 5 and / or the profile web 6 of the base profile 2. In the specific exemplary embodiment, the fastening element 8 is designed as a cylinder head screw, e.g., M8 x 25. The fastening arrangements 7 on the second sliding surface element 32 and also on the first sliding surface element 31 of the sliding surface profile 3 are arranged spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction. However, it is also within the scope of the invention for at least one side of the sliding surface profile 3 to have at least one retaining element 9 arranged over its entire length, which is connected to the base profile 9 via a suitable number of fastening elements 8.The first sliding surface profile element 31 and the second sliding surface profile element 32 of the sliding surface profile 3, which is connected in one piece with it, have a thickness of approximately 10 mm in this exemplary embodiment and are made of stainless steel 1.4301 with a conductivity of approximately 1.5 x 10. 6 S / m. The first base profile element 21 and the second base profile element 22 of the base profile 2 are made of aluminum in this embodiment with a conductivity of approximately 30 x 10 6S / m. By combining the different materials with their different conductivities as well as the overall positive connection of the sliding surface profile 3 with the base profile 2, a conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention is provided which can be produced economically and cost-effectively, which has a very long service life and in which, in particular, the sliding surface profile 3, when used as intended, establishes a very good electrical connection with the current collectors of electrically operated railways and, in the event of wear, can be removed from the conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention at any time and replaced with a new sliding surface profile 3.

[0023] In this exemplary embodiment, the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention is further designed such that a first plate element 10, a second plate element 11, a third plate element 12, and a bracket element 13 are arranged on the side of the second base profile element 22 opposite the second sliding surface profile element 32. The first plate element 10, the second plate element 11, and the bracket element 13 are designed and dimensioned such that, when the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention is used as intended, cover elements (not shown here) can be positioned and fixed at this point, which enable hazard-free operation of the busbar run-up 1 and of the busbar systems in general. The third plate element 12 is designed in this exemplary embodiment such that the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention can thus be fastened or fixed into existing busbar systems.Furthermore, in this exemplary embodiment, the free end 30 of the sliding surface profile 3 is integrally connected to the first plate element 10, while the first plate element 10 is fixed to the profile web 6 of the second base profile element 22. In this exemplary embodiment, the free end 30 of the sliding surface profile 3 is arranged at an angle of 30° to the first plate element 10 and to the second base profile element 22 of the base profile 2. Furthermore, in this exemplary embodiment, the free end 30 of the sliding surface profile 3 is integrally connected to the sliding surface profile 3.

[0024] In the Fig.Figure 3 shows a front view of a conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention. The conductor rail run-up 1 has a base profile 2, a sliding surface profile 3, and fastening arrangements 7. The base profile 2 has a profile foot 4, a profile head 5, and a profile web 6 connecting them. In this exemplary embodiment, the fastening arrangements 7 are designed such that they each have a holding element 9 and fastening elements 8. The conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention in this exemplary embodiment has a total length of 3.7 m, so that in this view, all fastening arrangements 7 with the respective holding elements 9 and all fastening elements 8 are shown lined up one after the other. The holding element 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 is materially connected to the side of the sliding surface profile 3 opposite the base profile 2 and connects this to the base profile 2 in a force-fitting manner via the fastening elements 8 of the fastening arrangement 7. In this exemplary embodiment, it can be seen that the holding elements 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 are arranged in a materially bonded manner on the side of the first sliding surface profile element 31 of the sliding surface profile 3 opposite the profile head 5 of the first base profile element 21 and connect this to the profile web 5 of the base profile 2 in a force-fitting manner via the fastening elements 8.The first sliding surface profile element 31 of the sliding surface profile 3 is further designed such that it has two holding elements 9 arranged opposite one another, which are integrally connected to it and positioned such that they form-fit enclose the profile head 5 of the first base profile element 21 of the base profile 2. In this exemplary embodiment of the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention, a total of two profile feet 4 are shown. This results from the illustrated view of the busbar run-up 1 according to the invention, since the second base profile element 22 is arranged at an acute angle of approximately 1.6° to the first base profile element 21 of the base profile 2. Furthermore, in this exemplary embodiment, the bracket element 13 arranged on the second base profile element 22 is clearly visible, which bracket element 13 partially encloses the profile foot 4 of the base profile 2 at a distance from it.The first plate element 10, to which the free end 30 of the sliding surface profile 3 is fixed, can be seen on the lower edge of the bracket element 13. In this exemplary embodiment, the sliding surface profile 3 of the conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention has a thickness of approximately 15 mm, which corresponds approximately to twice the thickness of the profile web 6 of the base profile element 2. The holding elements 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 are each materially connected to the side of the sliding surface profile 3 opposite the base profile 2 via a known weld. However, it is also within the scope of the invention for the holding elements 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 to be materially fixed to the side of the sliding surface profile 3 facing the base profile 2 via an adhesive bond. The conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention is thus advantageously characterized in that it is both economical and cost-effective to manufacture, that it is very easy to assemble and disassemble, and that, due in particular to the advantageous dimensioning of the sliding surface profile 3, an increased service life can be achieved when used as intended. A further advantage of the conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention is seen in the fact that if the sliding surface profile 3 becomes worn, it can be very easily replaced with a new sliding surface profile 3 by loosening the fastening elements 8 of the fastening arrangement 7, removing the worn sliding surface profile 3 and replacing it with a new sliding surface profile 3, which can be assembled or replaced using the same holding elements 9 of the fastening arrangement 7 but advantageously with new fastening elements 8.However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention can be completely dismantled, in particular when the sliding surface profile 3 is worn, and replaced by a new conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention.

[0025] A conductor rail run-up 1 with a worn sliding surface profile 3 can be renewed in a separate operation such that the worn sliding surface profile 3 can be replaced with a new, e.g., thicker sliding surface profile 3. This renewed conductor rail run-up 1 can then be easily reinstalled in existing conductor rail systems with a correspondingly long service life. The conductor rail run-up 1 according to the invention is advantageously designed so that it can be used in all existing conductor rail systems.
