It must also be explained that only some, but not all, structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings to facilitate description. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work fall within the scope of the present application.

[0018] Reference to "embodiment" herein means that the particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The term does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment at every point in the specification, nor does it mutually exclude other embodiments as independent or alternative embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.

[0019] With reference to the Fig. 1 to 4, a power combination cabinet 100 comprises: a cabinet body 11 having an opening 110 and vertically arranged in a top-to-bottom sequence with a first storage space 111, a second storage space 112, and a third storage space 113. The opening 110 is connected to the first storage space 111, the second storage space 112, and the third storage space 113, and each of the first storage space 111, the second storage space 112, and the third storage space 113 serves to accommodate a corresponding functional component.

[0020] The cabinet body 11 is equipped with a distribution unit 12, a control unit 13, and a power combination unit 14, which are located within the cabinet body 11. The distribution unit 12 is arranged in the first storage space 111, the control unit 13 in the second storage space 112, and the power combination unit 14 in the third storage space 113. Separating different functional units by dividing the storage space allows them to be placed separately, thus avoiding interference between the functional units and improving their reliability and maintainability.

[0021] Additionally, the distribution unit 12 in the power combination cabinet contains power distribution components such as circuit breakers, relays, and AC / DC modules and is used to distribute the collected power. The distribution unit 12 is located in the upper first storage room 111 because it is used by more users. The power combination unit 14 is rarely operated by users and consists primarily of exposed copper bars, which poses a greater safety risk. Therefore, the power combination unit 14 is housed in the third storage room 113 below, i.e., near the ground.

[0022] In this embodiment, the cabinet body 11 is formed with a storage space, and the storage space is provided with a first partition wall 151 and a second partition wall 152 arranged in a vertical direction, so that the storage space is divided into the first storage space 111, the second storage space 112, and the third storage space 113. At least one of the first partition wall 151 and the second partition wall 152 can be moved within the cabinet body 11, for example, movable in the vertical and horizontal directions. Specifically, at least one of the first partition wall 151 and the second partition wall 152 is arranged to be movable in the vertical direction in the storage space of the cabinet body 11, so that the corresponding storage space can be enlarged or reduced. For example, at least two vertical guides (or slide rails) 114 are mounted on the cabinet body 11, and the partitions are mounted on the guides 114 or slide rails and can move up and down. The storage space formed between the partition and the cabinet body and the storage spaces formed between the partitions can be changed in size. In addition, the guides 114 or slide rails extend horizontally, and the partitions are arranged on the guides 114 or slide rails, so that the partitions can be pulled out horizontally from the cabinet body 11, that is, the partitions can be arranged in the storage spaces so that they can be moved horizontally. The functional components can be placed on the partitions, and the functional components can be pulled out of the cabinet body 11 for maintenance.

[0023] In other embodiments, at least one of the first partition 151 and the second partition 152 is arranged in the housing space of the cabinet body 11 so as to be movable only in the vertical direction. For example, at least two fastening elements 115 are arranged in the vertical direction on the cabinet body 11, and the partition can be fastened with different fastening elements 115 according to the size requirements of the storage space, and the corresponding storage space can be enlarged or reduced. The fastening elements 115 can be snap slots, for example, and the partitions are each provided with a snap lock. The partition is fastened by engaging the snap slot and the snap lock.

[0024] In other embodiments, at least one of the first partition wall 151 and the second partition wall 152 is arranged within the housing space of the cabinet body 11 so as to be movable only in the horizontal direction. For example, a guide 114 or slide rail corresponding to the movable partition wall may be arranged on the cabinet body 11, and the guide 114 or slide rail extends in the horizontal direction. The number of guides 114 or slide rails may correspond to the number of movable partition walls.

[0025] In this embodiment, the second partition 152 is arranged in the cabinet body 11, movable only in the horizontal direction, and the control unit 13 is arranged on the second partition 152. The control unit 13 includes a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) host. When the user needs to inspect or repair the UPS host, the second partition 152 can be pulled out to facilitate operation of the UPS host.

[0026] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first partition wall 151 is fixedly mounted on the cabinet body 11 according to the specific situation of the functional components. Since the distribution unit 12 is relatively small compared to other units and has many distribution components and complex wiring, it is not conducive to user operation to arrange the first partition wall 151 in a movable manner. Therefore, the first storage space 111 is arranged as a fixed space, and the first partition wall 151 is fixed.

[0027] The power combination cabinet 100 further includes a first cabinet door 161 and a second cabinet door 162, both of which are attached to the cabinet body 11 to close the opening of the cabinet body 11. In this embodiment, the opening 110 of the cabinet body 11 includes a first sub-opening 1101 and a second sub-opening 1102. The first sub-opening 1101 communicates with at least the first storage space 111, and the second sub-opening 1102 communicates with at least the third storage space 113. The first cabinet door 161 closes at least the first sub-opening 1101 corresponding to the first storage space 111, and the second cabinet door 162 closes at least the second sub-opening 1102 corresponding to the third storage space 113.In one embodiment, the first sub-opening 1101 further communicates with the second storage space 112, such that the first cabinet door 161 can be further configured to close the opening corresponding to the second storage space 112. In another embodiment, the second sub-opening 1102 further communicates with the second storage space 112, such that the second cabinet door 162 can be further configured to close the opening corresponding to the second storage space 112.

[0028] The opening 110 includes a first sub-opening 1101 and a second sub-opening 1102, wherein the first sub-opening 1101 is connected to the first storage space 111, and the second sub-opening 1102 is connected to the second storage space 112 and the third storage space 113, respectively; the first sub-opening 1101 is larger than or equal to the second sub-opening 1102 in the vertical direction; the first cabinet door 161 is movably connected to the cabinet body 11 to open or close the first sub-opening 1101, and the second cabinet door 162 is movably connected to the cabinet body 11 to open or close the second sub-opening 1102.

[0029] The power combination unit 14 is located in the third storage room 113, and the power combination unit 14 is susceptible to the risk of high voltage. Therefore, an electromagnetic lock 1621 is located on the second cabinet door 162, and a battery management module (BMS) 132 is located in the control unit 13. The battery management module 132 is connected to the electromagnetic lock 1621, and when the power combination unit 14 is operating, the electromagnetic lock 1621 is controlled to lock to prevent opening; only when the power combination unit 14 stops operating is the electromagnetic lock 1621 controlled to open, allowing the second cabinet door 162 to be opened. The safety of the current collector cabinet 100 is ensured by the electromagnetic lock 1621, thus preventing the risk of electric shock.

[0030] The first cabinet door 161 is arranged corresponding to the first storage space 111 and is operated more frequently by the user than the second cabinet door 162. Therefore, a human-machine interface display 1611 and an indicator lamp 1612 are remotely attached to the first cabinet door 161.

[0031] The distribution unit 12 in the first storage room 111 is used for electrical power configuration, so the wiring therein is more complex. In this embodiment, a plurality of first, horizontally arranged cable clamps 171 and a plurality of second, vertically arranged cable clamps 172 are arranged in the first storage room 111 to better organize the wiring.

[0032] The cable clamps are specifically arranged on the side and rear walls of the cabinet body, so that the wire slots of the first cable clamps 171 and the second cable clamps 172 all face the opening of the cabinet body, allowing for easy sorting of the wiring. On one side of the first partition wall 151 near the opening of the cabinet body 11, a plurality of third cable clamps 173 are horizontally arranged, and the wire slots of the third cable clamps 173 face upward, allowing for easy sorting of the wiring entering the first storage space 111.

[0033] The distribution unit 12 includes a plurality of distribution components 121, and a side slide rail 18 is arranged remotely in the first storage space 111. The plurality of distribution components 121 are movably arranged on the side slide rail 18. Specifically, the distribution components 121 can be placed on the side slide rail 18 or snapped into the groove on the side slider 18 to slide on the slide rail 18, thus facilitating space adaptation. Multiple rows of side slide rails can be installed in the power combination cabinet 100 depending on the actual situation.

[0034] A communication unit 19 is located remotely within the power combination cabinet 100 and is mounted on a side wall of the cabinet body 11 and in the first storage compartment 111. The wiring of the communication unit 19 can be routed from the side. By arranging the communication unit 19 on the side wall, space is more effectively utilized.

[0035] A third partition wall 153 can be installed in the first storage space 111 to separate a space toward the cabinet door from a space away from the cabinet door. The first cable clamp 171, the second cable clamp 172, and the side slide rail 18 can be attached to the third partition wall 153. The space facing the door is equipped with the distribution unit 12, and the space facing away from the door is equipped with a UPS energy storage battery 131 connected to the UPS host. The space facing away from the door is also equipped with a winding element 174 that can organize the wiring throughout the first storage space 111, so that the excess wiring can be wound around the winding element 174 to make the wiring in the space more orderly.

[0036] The power combination unit 14 in the third storage space 113 serves to collect electrical energy and is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body 11. The power combination unit 14 includes a plurality of copper bars 141 extending from the bottom of the cabinet body 11 to facilitate external connection.

[0037] The power combination unit 14 further includes a circuit breaker 142, which can be arranged in the second storage space 112 and is an element that does not require frequent operation. The circuit breaker 142 is arranged on a side opposite the cabinet door and can be fixedly arranged with respect to the cabinet body 11 because it does not require frequent maintenance.

[0038] With reference to Fig.5, the present application further discloses an energy storage device 1000 comprising a plurality of battery groups 200 and a power combination cabinet, wherein the power combination cabinet is the power combination cabinet 100 described above, and the plurality of battery groups 200 are each electrically connected to the power combination unit of the power combination cabinet.

[0039] The structural layout of the power combination cabinet of the present application considers the functional characteristics of each functional unit. The distribution unit with more wiring is arranged in the first storage compartment at the top, the combination unit with high security requirements and large connecting components is arranged in the third storage compartment at the bottom, and the control unit in the second storage compartment has a drawer structure.
