Insert dowels for fastening objects of all kinds in all common building materials, especially in wood or steel or concrete, solid or hollow masonry or aerated concrete such as YTONG. Standard dowels usually only have two to four pressure points per diameter and are limited to different building materials. The invention described in claim 1 is based on the problem that the dowels available on the market often do not have sufficient contact pressure as universal dowels in the various building materials and therefore different dowels have to be used depending on the building material.
