Abstract
The present invention relates to a sulfonamide derivative, a method of preparation thereof, and a medical use of a pharmaceutical composition containing said derivative. In particular, the present invention relates to a sulfonamide derivative represented by the general formula (AAI), a method of preparation thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and their use as a therapeutic agent, in particular as a CTPS1 inhibitor, with the definition of the substituents in the general formula (AAI) being the same as the definition in the description.
