Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic preparation containing a ceramide. [Background technology]

[0002] Ceramide is a compound in which sphingosine and fatty acid are bonded by an amide bond, and is found in large amounts in cell membranes. Ceramide is the main component of the lamellar structure formed by intercellular lipids in the stratum corneum of the skin, and plays an important role in the skin barrier function. For this reason, it is often incorporated into cosmetics to improve the skin barrier function. However, since ceramide has high crystallinity, it is difficult to stably incorporate it into cosmetics as it is. It is particularly difficult to incorporate it into cosmetics that contain almost no oil, such as lotions.

[0003] Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose cosmetics containing ceramide, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, fatty acid sorbitan, polyhydric alcohol, and water. These cosmetics are made by complexing ceramide with vesicles (vesicular structures formed by surfactants, phospholipids, etc.), and have excellent temperature stability and salt resistance despite the inclusion of ceramide. However, the moisturizing effect when applied to the skin is insufficient. Patent Document 3 discloses fine particles that are nonionic surfactant particles stably mixed with ceramide, but disintegrate at the temperature and pH on the skin, enhancing the function of the ceramide. However, there are large individual differences in skin temperature and pH, and some people may not be able to achieve the desired function. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-113155 [Patent Document 2] JP 2021-113156 A [Patent Document 3] Patent Publication No. 2022-053156 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic preparation containing ceramide, which has excellent stability and long-lasting moisturizing properties. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The means for solving the problems of the present invention are as follows. 1. Contains the following components (A) to (G), A cosmetic material in which the value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} is 0.12 or less. (A) Water (B) a polyhydric alcohol containing one or more selected from dipropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, and isoprene glycol; (C) Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil with a degree of polymerization of polyoxyethylene chain of 60 to 100 (D) Sorbitan fatty acid (E) Ceramides (F) Phytosterols (G) Hydrophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester 2. The cosmetic according to 1, wherein the ratios of (E), (F), and (G) are included in the region connecting the three points of (E) / (F) / (G) (mass % / mass % / mass %) = 20 / 20 / 60, 20 / 60 / 20, and 60 / 20 / 20 on a ternary phase diagram. 3. A cosmetic preparation according to 1 or 2, wherein (D) is one or more selected from sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan oleate, and sorbitan sesquiisostearate. Effect of the Invention

[0007] The cosmetic of the present invention forms niosomes and behaves as stable bilayer vesicles under normal conditions. The cosmetic of the present invention has ceramide stably held in the bilayer membrane of the niosomes, and does not precipitate as crystals of ceramide, resulting in excellent stability. The cosmetic preparation of the present invention has excellent moisturizing properties compared to conventional cosmetic preparations containing ceramide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0008] In this specification, the expression "A to B" (A and B are numerical values) means a numerical range including both ends, that is, A or more and B or less. "Cosmetics" The cosmetic preparation of the present invention contains the following components (A) to (G), and the ratio (mass ratio) of the total mass of components (E) to (G) to the total mass of components (B) to (D), i.e., the value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)}, is 0.12 or less.

[0009] (A) Component: Water (A) Water constitutes the balance of the cosmetic composition after the components (B) to (G) and other optional components. The content of the component (A) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 50% by mass or more, and more preferably 70% by mass or more.

[0010] (B) Component: Polyhydric alcohol In the present invention, the component (B) is used as a solvent for the components (C) to (G). The polyhydric alcohol (B) of the present invention essentially contains one or more selected from dipropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, and isoprene glycol. When the total amount of the components (E) to (G) is 1 part by mass, dipropylene glycol is preferably blended in an amount of 10 parts by mass or more, pentylene glycol is preferably blended in an amount of 3 parts by mass or more, propylene glycol is preferably blended in an amount of 10 parts by mass or more, hexanediol is preferably blended in an amount of 2 parts by mass or more, and isoprene glycol is preferably blended in an amount of 3 parts by mass or more. When two or more of the above-mentioned polyhydric alcohols are contained, it is preferable that the sum of the actual blending amount ratios to the above-mentioned preferred blending amounts of each polyhydric alcohol alone is 1 or more. For example, when the total amount of the (E) to (G) components is 1 part by mass, and dipropylene glycol is blended at 5 parts by mass, pentylene glycol may be contained at 1.5 parts by mass or more (in this example, the formula is (5 / 10) + (1.5 / 3) = 1, and pentylene glycol is preferably blended at 1.5 parts by mass or more), and when dipropylene glycol is blended at 2 parts by mass and propylene glycol is blended at 3 parts by mass, hexanediol may be contained at 1 part by mass or more (in this example, the formula is (2 / 10) + (3 / 10) + (1 / 2) = 1, and hexanediol is preferably blended at 1 part by mass or more). If the blending amount of polyhydric alcohol is insufficient, the stability of the obtained niosome may be reduced.

[0011] The content of the specific component (one or more selected from dipropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, and isoprene glycol) contained in the polyhydric alcohol, which is component (B), is preferably 2 to 10% by mass, and more preferably 2 to 8% by mass, based on the total amount of the cosmetic. If the content of the specific component is less than this amount, the solubility of components (C) to (G) may decrease, and if the content is high, skin irritation may increase.

[0012] In the present invention, a cosmetic containing ceramide and having excellent stability and moisture retention can be obtained by including at least 2% by mass of the (B) polyhydric alcohol containing one or more of the five specific components in the total cosmetic. However, in order to further enhance the moisturizing effect, it is more preferable to include a (B) polyhydric alcohol other than the specific components. In consideration of this, the (B) polyhydric alcohol containing one or more selected from dipropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, and isoprene glycol is preferably included in an amount of 2 to 25% by mass, more preferably 5 to 25% by mass, and even more preferably 7 to 20% by mass, relative to the total cosmetic. In the present invention, the polyhydric alcohol means an organic compound having 6 or less carbon atoms and having two or more hydroxyl groups. Examples of polyhydric alcohols other than the specific components (one or more selected from dipropylene glycol, pentylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexanediol, and isoprene glycol) include glycerin, diglycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, glucose, xylitol, sorbitol, etc.

[0013] (C) Component: Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil with an average degree of polymerization of polyoxyethylene chains of 60 to 100 The polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil in the present invention has an average degree of polymerization of the polyoxyethylene chain of 60 to 100, preferably 80 to 100, and more preferably 100. If the average degree of polymerization of the polyoxyethylene chain is less than 60, it is not possible to stably blend (E) ceramides, (F) phytosterols, and (G) hydrophilic polyglycerin fatty acid ester over time. The polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds, as necessary. Commercially available polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oils include NIKKOL HCO-100 (POE(100) hydrogenated castor oil manufactured by Nippon Surfactant Industry Co., Ltd.), EMALEX HC-100 (POE(100) hydrogenated castor oil manufactured by Nippon Emulsion Co., Ltd.), and NIKKOL HCO-80 (POE(80) hydrogenated castor oil manufactured by Nippon Surfactant Industry Co., Ltd.). The content of component (C) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.2 to 1.5% by mass, and more preferably 0.3 to 1% by mass. If the content of component (C) is too low, a homogeneous solution may not be obtained, while if it is too high, the usability, such as the feeling of the product remaining on the fingers when applied, may be deteriorated.

[0014] (D) Component: fatty acid sorbitan The fatty acid sorbitan is also called a sorbitan fatty acid ester. As the fatty acid sorbitan, one in which a fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms is ester-bonded to sorbitol can be used. As the fatty acid sorbitan used in the present invention, sorbitan sesquiisostearate, sorbitan sesquioleate, and sorbitan oleate are preferred, sorbitan sesquiisostearate or sorbitan sesquioleate are more preferred, and sorbitan sesquioleate is even more preferred. The fatty acid sorbitan can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds as required. Commercially available products of sorbitan sesquiisostearate include NIKKOL SI-15RV (Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.) and Cosmol 182V (The Nisshin Oillio Group, Ltd.). Commercially available products of sorbitan sesquioleate include Rheodol AO-15V (Kao Corporation) and Cosmol 82 (The Nisshin Oillio Group, Ltd.). Commercially available products of sorbitan oleate include Rheodol AO-10V (Kao Corporation). The content of component (D) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.04 to 2 mass%, more preferably 0.06 to 1.5 mass%, and even more preferably 0.1 to 1 mass%, from the viewpoints of stability and moisturizing durability. If the content of component (D) is too low, stability may decrease and precipitation may occur, while if the content is too high, a uniform solution may not be obtained.

[0015] (E) Ingredient: Ceramides Ceramides include ceramide, ceramide derivatives, and ceramide-like substances. The (E) ceramides used in the present invention are not particularly limited as long as they are used in cosmetics, but specific examples include ceramides obtained by chemical synthesis and ceramides obtained from plants, such as ceramides 1 to 6. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds as necessary. Ceramide 2 or ceramide 3 is more preferable in order to obtain excellent stability over time. The chemical name of ceramide 2 is (2S,3R)-2-octadecanoylaminooctadecane-1,3-diol, and a commercially available product (Ceramide TIC-001 manufactured by Takasago International Corporation) can be used. The chemical name of ceramide 3 is 2-octadecanoylamino-1,3,4-octadecanetriol, and a commercially available product (DS-CeramideY3S manufactured by DOOSAN Corporation) can be used. The content of component (E) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.02 to 0.24% by mass, and more preferably 0.06 to 0.2% by mass when greater importance is placed on stability and sustained moisturizing properties.

[0016] (F) Ingredient: Phytosterols Phytosterols used in the present invention is a general term for steroid alcohols extracted from plants, and the main components are known to be β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, brassicasterol, etc. The phytosterols used in the present invention are not limited to these, and any phytosterols that are normally used in cosmetics can be used without any particular restrictions. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds as necessary. Commercially available phytosterols include Phytosterol S (manufactured by Tama Biochemical Co., Ltd.) and GENEROL 122N (manufactured by Cognis Japan Co., Ltd.). The content of component (F) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.02 to 0.24% by mass. When greater importance is placed on stability and moisturizing durability, 0.06 to 0.2% by mass is more preferable. If the content of component (F) is too low, moisturizing durability may decrease, while if it is too high, stability may decrease and precipitation may occur.

[0017] (G) Hydrophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester Polyglycerol fatty acid ester is a general term for a compound in which a higher fatty acid and polyglycerol are ester-bonded. The higher fatty acid of the hydrophilic polyglycerol fatty acid ester used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is one that is generally used in cosmetics. Specific examples include oleic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isostearic acid, etc. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more types as needed. Among these, stearic acid and oleic acid are particularly preferred in terms of stability over time. In the present invention, hydrophilicity means that the degree of polymerization of glycerol is 5 or more and the HLB is 10 or more. Commercially available products that can be used include polyglyceryl-10 stearate (Sunsoft Q-18Y-C, HLB 17.5, manufactured by Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd.), polyglyceryl-10 oleate (Sunsoft Q-17Y-C, HLB 15.9, manufactured by Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd.), polyglyceryl-5 stearate (Sunsoft A-18E-C, HLB 15, manufactured by Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd.), and polyglyceryl-10 isostearate (NIKKOL Decaglyn 1-ISV, HLB 12, manufactured by Nikko Chemicals Co., Ltd.). The content of component (G) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.02 to 0.24% by mass. When greater importance is placed on stability and moisturizing durability, 0.06 to 0.2% by mass is more preferable. If the content of component (G) is too low, moisturizing durability may decrease, while if it is too high, stability may decrease and precipitation may occur.

[0018] The cosmetic of the present invention has a value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} of 0.12 or less. Since the cosmetic of the present invention contains the components (E), (F) and (G), this value does not become 0, but exceeds 0. If the value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} exceeds 0.12, the cosmetic will not be able to dissolve in the first place, resulting in insoluble matter, or even if it does dissolve, the stability will decrease and precipitation will easily occur. The value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} is preferably 0.11 or less, more preferably 0.10 or less. If the value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} is too small, the amount of active ingredient in the cosmetic will decrease, so the lower limit is preferably 0.01 or more. When greater importance is placed on moisturizing properties, the value of {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} is more preferably 0.01 or greater, and even more preferably 0.015 or greater.

[0019] In the cosmetic preparation of the present invention, the ratio of (B) to the total amount of (B), (C), and (D), i.e., (B) / {(B)+(C)+(D)}, is preferably 60% by mass or more, more preferably 70% by mass or more, and even more preferably 80% by mass or more, from the viewpoints of solubility and stability. From the viewpoint of the stability of the cosmetic preparation, the mass ratio of (C) polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and (D) fatty acid sorbitan is preferably 80:20 to 40:60, more preferably 60:40 to 45:55, and even more preferably 50:50.

[0020] In terms of moisturizing duration, the ratios of (E), (F) and (G) in the cosmetic of the present invention are preferably within the region connecting the three points of (E) / (F) / (G) (mass % / mass % / mass %) = 20 / 20 / 60, 20 / 60 / 20 and 60 / 20 / 20 on a ternary phase diagram, more preferably within the region connecting the three points of 30 / 30 / 40, 30 / 40 / 30 and 40 / 30 / 30, and even more preferably within the region connecting the three points of 40 / 40 / 20, 40 / 20 / 40 and 20 / 40 / 40. In the present invention, the total amount of components (E) to (G) in the entire cosmetic is preferably 0.7% by mass or less. If the total amount of components (E) to (G) exceeds 0.7% by mass, the stability may decrease and precipitation may occur. The total amount of components (E) to (G) in the entire cosmetic is more preferably 0.65% by mass or less, and even more preferably 0.6% by mass or less.

[0022] As the organic powder, polymer beads such as polymethylmethacrylate resin (PMMA), silicone resin powder such as polysilicone 1 crosspolymer, polyurethane powder, etc. can be blended.

[0023] Examples of water-soluble polymers include gum arabic, gum tragacanth, galactan, guar gum, carrageenan, pectin, agar, quince seed, dextran, pullulan, carboxymethyl starch, collagen, casein, gelatin, methylcellulose, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium alginate, and carboxyvinyl polymer.

[0024] Examples of salts include sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate. Examples of pH adjusters include citric acid, sodium citrate, phosphoric acid, and sodium phosphate. Examples of preservatives include methylparaben and ethylparaben. Sequestering agents include disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, edetic acid, edetoacetate, Examples of such edetate include edetate salts such as sodium salts of edetate.

[0026] "Preparation of cosmetics" The cosmetic of the present invention can be prepared, for example, by heating and mixing the components (B) to (G), gradually adding the resulting composition to the heated component (A), mixing, and then cooling. When mixing the components, the heating temperature is preferably 80°C or higher, more preferably 85°C or higher. In addition, the components (B) to (G) are more likely to be oxidized or denatured, and from the economical viewpoint of the cost and labor required for heating, and because the components contain a lot of water, the composition ratio changes when the water evaporates. Therefore, it is preferable that the heating temperature is not too high, and is preferably 100°C or lower, more preferably 90°C or lower. The heating temperature range is preferably 80 to 100°C, more preferably 80 to 90°C, and even more preferably 85 to 90°C. EXAMPLES

[0027] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to Test Examples and Examples. [Table 1]

[0028] Each component and its blending ratio are shown in Tables 2 to 5. In Tables 2 to 5, the blending numbers indicate mass %. Components (B) to (G) were heated to 85°C and mixed to form a composition, which was then added dropwise to component (A) heated to 85°C, mixed, and then cooled to 30°C to obtain a cosmetic preparation.

[0029] The obtained cosmetics were subjected to the following evaluations, and the results are shown in Tables 2 to 5. ·Stability The prepared cosmetics were stored at 40°C for one month, and those that showed no change in appearance were rated as ◯, and those that showed precipitation or oily floating after preparation were rated as ×. In addition, in all cases where the stability rating in this test was x, a change in appearance was observed immediately after preparation, and it was therefore believed that the product did not dissolve in the first place and instead precipitated or floated on the oil. -Long-lasting moisturizing effect 500μL of the prepared cosmetic was dropped onto a membrane filter (Millipore GS: Cellulose acetate / Cellulose nitrate, 0.22μm) and dried at 40℃ for 15 hours. The dried membrane filter was set in a Franz cell, 2g of water was added to the acceptor side of the Franz cell, and the arm was sealed with parafilm. This was left in a thermostatic bath at 40℃, and the weight was measured after 270 minutes. The moisturizing effect was evaluated as follows: those that showed a weight loss of 0.03 g or more after 270 minutes were rated as ×, and those that showed a weight loss of less than 0.03 g were rated as ◯. Note that those that were rated as × in the stability test above were not evaluated for moisturizing effect.

[0030] [Table 2]

[0031] The ratios of (E), (F), and (G) of the cosmetics obtained in Examples 1 to 7 are included in the region connecting the three points of (E) / (F) / (G) (mass % / mass % / mass %) = 20 / 20 / 60, 20 / 60 / 20, and 60 / 20 / 20 in the ternary phase diagram. The cosmetics obtained in Examples 1 to 7 were excellent in stability and moisturizing durability. The cosmetics obtained in Comparative Examples 1 to 6 did not contain one or two of the components (E) to (G). The cosmetics obtained in Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were excellent in stability, but had insufficient moisturizing durability. Ceramides, phytosterols, and the like are moisturizing components that are preferably incorporated into cosmetics, but the moisturizing durability was not improved when they were incorporated alone into cosmetics (Comparative Examples 4, 5, and 6), and the moisturizing durability was not improved when two types were combined and incorporated into cosmetics (Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3). It was found that moisturizing durability could only be achieved by incorporating all of the components (E) to (G) together with (A) to (D) as niosomes into cosmetics (Examples 1 to 7).

[0032] [Table 3]

[0033] The cosmetics obtained in Examples 8 to 10 were excellent in stability. The cosmetic obtained in Comparative Example 7 precipitated after preparation. It was confirmed that a stable cosmetic was obtained because {(E)+(F)+(G)} / {(B)+(C)+(D)} was 0.12 or less. The cosmetics obtained in Examples 8 to 10 also had excellent moisturizing properties.

[0034] [Table 4]

[0035] The results of Examples 11 to 13 demonstrated that stable cosmetics can be prepared even when the fatty acid skeleton of component (G) is oleic acid or isostearic acid, and also demonstrated that a chain length of 5 to 10 is suitable for polyglycerin. The results of Examples 14 and 15 confirmed that polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil with a POE chain length of 60 or more is suitable for component (C). From the results of Example 16, it was confirmed that a stable cosmetic preparation can be prepared even when sorbitan sesquiisostearate is used as the sorbitan fatty acid. The cosmetics obtained in Examples 11 to 16 also had excellent moisturizing properties.

[0036] [Table 5]

[0037] As shown in Examples 17 to 19, it was confirmed that stable cosmetics could be prepared within the range of (C):(D) = 80:20 to 40:60. In Comparative Example 8, which did not contain the component (D), ceramide precipitation was observed after production, and in Comparative Example 9, which did not contain the component (C), oil floating was observed after production. The cosmetics obtained in Examples 17 to 19 also had excellent moisturizing properties.
