[0023] Hereinafter, a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0024] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view illustrating another embodiment of a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a coating member and a light-emitting part of a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a main body (100), a cap (200), and a light-emitting part (400), and may further include a coating member (300) in addition to these components.
[0026] The main body (100) may be provided with a predetermined receiving space to accommodate and store contents of a predetermined nature (e.g., cosmetic). Here, the contents may include various lip cosmetic products, such as solid lipstick or liquid or gel-like lip tints, lip glosses, etc.
[0027] However, the above contents are not limited to lip cosmetics and may include face color cosmetics such as foundation, concealer, or skin care cosmetics such as lotion or cream for skin moisturization.
[0028] Additionally, any substance that can be applied to the skin may be included in the cosmetic of the present invention. Accordingly, the cosmetic is not limited to the dictionary definition and may include all various substances with a broad meaning, such as pharmaceuticals, oils, shampoos, and treatments. Depending on the type, these various cosmetic substances may be applied directly to the skin by the user or may be applied to the skin after being captured by an applicator (310). That is, the user may apply cosmetic substances such as lotion or cream directly to the skin, and cosmetic substances such as lip tint or lip gloss may be applied to the skin after being captured using an applicator (310).
[0029] At this time, the contents may include a photosensitive material whose original physical properties can be changed by light. The photosensitive material is one that can be activated by a light source to change the original physical properties of the contents, and the photosensitive material may include a substance called 'riboflavin' which exhibits a preset change in physical properties when receiving light.
[0030] For reference, when riboflavin is exposed to light in the blue light wavelength range, it cross-links collagen in the applied skin, improving skin density; improved skin density can lead to enhanced elasticity and moisturization. Accordingly, applying it to the skin (e.g., lips) offers the advantage of providing a moisturizing effect without the need for a separate moisturizer.
[0031] In this way, the main body (100) can form the overall appearance of a cosmetic container (10) as a container capable of holding contents containing a photosensitive material, and the main body (100) can be provided in various shapes such as a rectangular shape or a cylindrical shape.
[0032] Meanwhile, the cap (200) is provided to be detachably attached to the main body (100) so as to open and close the main body (100). The cap (200) prevents the contents contained inside the main body (100) from leaking out to the outside and prevents foreign substances from entering the interior of the main body (100).
[0033] When the cap (200) is attached to the main body (100), the main body (100) is closed to suppress the release of contents, and when the cap (200) is separated from the main body (100), the main body (100) is opened to discharge contents to the outside of the main body (100).
[0034] Referring to FIG. 2, the coating member (300) may be configured to be additionally provided in this embodiment to conveniently apply a specific content, and may be extended from the cap (200) by a predetermined length. The coating member (300) may be provided in a rod shape extending toward the inner bottom surface of the main body (100) to capture the content contained in the main body (100).
[0035] An applicator (310) may be provided at the end portion of the application member (300) to allow the contents contained in the main body (100) to be absorbed or applied. Accordingly, when the application member (300) is inserted into the interior of the main body (100), the applicator (310) provided at the end portion of the application member (300) captures the contents, and the user applies the contents captured by the applicator (310) to the skin for use.
[0036] The light-emitting unit (400) may be provided to irradiate light toward the contents and to activate the photosensitive material of the contents by the irradiated light. Specifically, the light-emitting unit (400) may be provided on a part of the coating member (300) and is configured to emit light toward the contents captured by the applicator (310) of the coating member (300). When the light-emitting unit (400) irradiates light toward the contents captured by the coating member (300), the photosensitive material of the contents is activated by the irradiated light, and the physical properties of the contents may change.
[0037] Specifically, the light-emitting unit (400) may include a first light source unit (410) and, if necessary, may further include a second light source unit (420).
[0038] The first light source (410) may be formed in a part of the coating member (300) to emit light toward a photosensitive material when the light-emitting part (400) is provided to the coating member (300).
[0039] The first light source part (410) may be provided in a part other than the applicator (310) among the rod-shaped coating member (300) having a predetermined length, and in this case, the first light source part (410) may serve as a brush of the coating member (300) for connecting the cap (200) and the applicator (310) to each other.
[0040] Here, the first light source part (410) may include an LED (411) and a light inner part (412).
[0041] An LED (411) is provided inside the cap (200) and can be used as a light source to irradiate light onto a photosensitive material. One or multiple LEDs (411) may be provided.
[0042] Here, when multiple LEDs (411) are provided, at least one of the multiple LEDs (411) is configured to have a wavelength of 380 to 500 nm to activate the photosensitive material. Additionally, the first light source unit (410) may further include an LED (411) having a wavelength other than the aforementioned 380 to 500 nm wavelength, and accordingly, the first light source unit (410) may provide multiple light colors mixed with light of multiple wavelengths to not only activate the photosensitive material but also provide an aesthetic sense to the user.
[0043] The light guide (412) can transmit the light of the LED (411) toward the contents captured in the coating member (300) and can serve as a brush for the coating member (300). The light guide (412) may be provided in a rod shape and may be formed of a transparent material or a white material so that the light of the LED (411) provided inside the cap (200) is guided along the light guide (412) toward the contents. Accordingly, the light guide (412) can emit the light of the LED (411) as a whole.
[0044] Additionally, the light inner section (412) may have a predetermined pattern processed on its surface, and according to this pattern, the amount of light transmitted from the light inner section (412) to the applicator (310) can be controlled, and the angle or amount of light irradiated to the outside of the light inner section (412) can be controlled. When processing such as etching is provided to the light inner section (412), the light of the light source moving along the longitudinal direction of the light inner section (412) may be refracted and emitted to the outside of the light inner section (412) at an angle with the longitudinal direction of the light inner section (412), and in this case, the light inner section (412) may provide an aesthetic appearance of various forms.
[0045] Additionally, the first light source unit (410) may further include a printed circuit board (413) for controlling the wavelength, color, and illuminance of the LED (411), and a battery (414) for supplying power to the LED (411).
[0046] Meanwhile, the light-emitting unit (400) may further include a second light-emitting unit (420) located on one side of the first light-emitting unit (410) as shown in FIG. 4, which emits light in a form including at least one of a preset symbol, character, or figure. The second light-emitting unit (420) may be configured to emit a product logo or a specific pattern or design to provide the user with visibility and aesthetic appeal.
[0047] Additionally, referring to FIG. 2, the cosmetic container (10) according to the present embodiment may further include a contact sensor part (500).
[0048] The contact sensor unit (500) is provided on either the main body (100) or the cap (200), and when the cap (200) is separated from the main body (100), the contact sensor unit (500) detects this and can automatically operate the light-emitting unit (400).
[0049] That is, the contact sensor unit (500) is for detecting the open / closed state of the cap (200). When the cap (200) is opened, the light-emitting unit (400) is turned on to light up, and when the cap (200) is coupled to the main body (100), the light-emitting unit (400) can be turned off. When the cap (200) is coupled to the main body (100), the contact sensor unit (500) is pressed by the inside of the main body and generates a signal, and the light-emitting unit (400) can be turned off by this signal.
[0050] Here, the time during which the light-emitting part (400) is turned on can be set to the time during which the user opens the cap (200) and applies the contents to the skin, and this time can be 1 to 15 seconds.
[0051] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3, the cosmetic container (10) according to the present embodiment may include a magnet (600) and a Hall sensor (610) to operate the light-emitting part (400) when the cap (200) is separated from the main body (100).
[0052] The magnet (600) is provided on one side of the interior of the main body (100) and is configured to form a predetermined magnetic field. The magnet (600) may be provided on the inner side wall of the main body (100) or on the outer surface of a wiper provided on the main body (100).
[0053] Additionally, a Hall sensor (610) is provided on a cap (200) facing a magnet (600), and can detect when the cap (200) is separated from the main body (100) by generating a predetermined signal due to a change in the magnetic field when moving away from the magnet (600).
[0054] Meanwhile, the cosmetic container (10) according to the present embodiment may be configured to provide a separate switch so that the user can manually operate the light-emitting part (400) without using the contact sensor part (500), magnet (600), Hall sensor (610), etc. described above.
[0055] In a cosmetic container including a light source according to one embodiment of the present invention as described above, when a user separates the cap (200) from the main body (100) to apply the contents to the skin, the light-emitting part (400) is operated and light from an LED (411) having a predetermined wavelength is emitted through the light-emitting part (412). This light is irradiated onto the contents captured by the applicator (310) of the application member (300). The contents containing a photosensitive material are activated by the irradiated light of a specific wavelength, thereby changing the physical properties of the contents. When the user applies the contents to the skin, the formation of collagen cross-links on the skin surface increases, thereby providing not only elasticity but also moisturizing power to the skin.
