The present invention relates in general to controlling documents but particularly to controlling dossier and the method thereof, comprising: classifying, keying, selecting, storing, prompting, searching, summarizing, and recommending. It will provide a solution to physical dossier problems by providing responsive system accessibility, simplified document classification, user-friendly dossier information user interface, optimized storage capacity through a plurality of dossier storage method.
