Fish gills cleaning machine

Abstract

The present invention discloses a fish gills cleaning machine (100) to clean the gills from the fish without damage to the fish and minimizing the labour effort. The fish gills cleaning machine (100) consists of a frame, conveyor belt, gills cleaner brush, cutting blade, adjustable bed and water spray nozzles. Conveyor belt (51) is set to move the fish in a fixed position to give cleanable the bottom of the fish using the blade (53). The gills cleaner (57) is in operable link with handle to rotate gills cleaner brush (58) and is designed to clean in gills cleaner (57) in the gills of the fish. The adjustable bed (56) is designed to change, according to the size of the fish and keep the fish in the vertical position during the operation. The water spray nozzles (59) are placed after the gills cleaner brush to clean by water at the end of the cleaning process. The current invention (100) will minimize manual labour and improve the cleaning accuracy, and save time in the fish gills removal process.
