Coolant-lubricant suspension for hot pressing of metals

Abstract

The invention relates to water-graphite compositions, in particular to an effective coolant-lubricant suspension that can be used during hot pressure processing of metals, steels and alloys before and after heating. The cooling-lubricating suspension for hot pressing of the claimed metals contains (in mass %) dispersed graphite (18-20), sodium tripolyphosphate (2-3), carboxymethylcellulose (3-6), sodium carbonate (8-11), triethanolamine (2-5), glycerin (12-16), sodium silicate (3- 6), furacilin (0.001), water (30.999 51.999).
